That old Aldo is long gone.  And if anything, the fighter who throws more solid leg kicks is Pedro Munhoz.  Watch his match vs Cody Garbrandt.  Garbrandt couldn’t do anything so he went ape shit and got caught.  Lol.
I am not sure why Jose Aldo stopped doing his patented leg kicks who destroyed many fighters in the past, may be he is not in a physical condition to generate that kind of impact due to some sort of injury but his most brutal ones were when he was in WEC where he basically destroyed opponents with his leg kicks and Urijah Faber can vouch for that nasty kicks he encountered during their bout. His problem is the lack of stamina and he slows down after the first round and the number of rounds he spend in sparring might have had an impact in his career.

Well, every person should be responsible for their actions, I mean it's not like the people who earned a big profit in trading wanted to take away the money of the other people, that's just irresponsibility if they blame the market and not their decisions that lead them to that point.
I do accept the fact that not everyone even if they are a newbie is jackass who is giving away their principal amount they invested to smart ones, everyone have the option to what they choose want with the money they invested in the market and most probably if they are not doing their research before jumping into the market they usually panic and sell out at a loss after seeing the huge volatility and hopefully that is what he is trying to explain.
463  Economy / Speculation / Re: the next checkpoint $13,800 on: August 02, 2021, 07:10:33 PM
Remember this : bullish cycle is still here and if you want to buy btc below $13k it will not happen anytime soon. Strong support is at $30k and after this pump we are more like heading up to $100k or above $130k. Super cycle is not end guys. If you short especialy future with 5x margin you will be lost.
The bullish cycle is still on and so is the reason we are seeing the price moving in a price range for months after the market went on to hit a new all time high and considering how we look at the market valuation in the past we need to understand that we rallied a lot much before than we usually does after every halving and it is funny to see that people are loosing their mind when the price is trading around $30k.

@OP if you are waiting for the market to settle down at $13k then you might need to wait for a  much longer time for that to happen.
464  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: August 02, 2021, 06:48:07 PM
England tour of Bangladesh has been postponed indefinitely, but they have scheduled to play three ODIs against Bangladesh as part of the ICC ODI Super League. By postponing the tour, English players can compete in the IPL tournament when it resumes on September 19. The English players will have the opportunity to practice their skills in this franchise tournament instead of the international tournament.
What is the reason for the tour to be postponed, is this the pandemic or any other reason to call off the tour. The 100 is going on and they are getting more exposure and they might be thinking that the IPL will be giving them the required practice before the World Cup, not sure what their schedule is but they need to play matches as a team before going into the World Cup if they want to be competitive.

LOL.. the BCCI and the PCB seems to be in a war of words over the proposed Kashmir Premier League. The BCCI has made it clear that any player (current ones, or retired) taking part in this league would be banned from all the events organized by the board. Herschell Gibbs has already criticized the move from the BCCI, saying that it is pure bullying. The tournament is supposed to start from this week (6th August), and will involve 6 teams from the Pakistan controlled part of Kashmir - Muzaffarabad, Rawalakot, Bagh, Mirpur and Kotli.
I am not able to understand this politics what is Pakistan controlled Kashmir, India holds the other half  Cheesy, PCB is conducting the Kashmir premier league and BCCI does not want to participate in the series, the players from India are not participating in any tournaments conducted by Pakistan and none of the players are playing in PSL and i have not heard anyone criticizing that move and why now. I am not a fan of mixing politics in cricket but the ICC is also not saying anything about it.

466  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Women in Gambling on: August 02, 2021, 04:15:03 PM
Gambling is looked at as the business of men just like football but these none of these are exclusive to the men folks anymore even though it still carry the face of men becyof how society relate with it. Things have started changing with the known saying that "what a man can do , women can also get it done". I'm also yet to see the men area of live that women have not dived into.
Have you gone to a casino and if you have gone you will not make this claim as you will see everyone from each and every folks of life irrespective of color and creed and you cannot put sex into this conversation because in a casino there is no distinction between sexes.

On gambling, I see the increasing speed of women also in this area especially with the opportunity of growing online casinos and poker games that they can play from home alone or with their husbands. But for physical gambling that they need to visit a gambling store, maybe they still a little withdrawn not as online either because they are shy or just not convenient for them .
I cannot speculate about online casino as you cannot assume that everyone playing is of one sex, the gambling house that ask for KYC can give you a solid answer regarding that and if you have the skills in poker you can be a world class player and i am not even good at poker and whenever i win i consider them as fluke.
467  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH adoption lately is high on: August 02, 2021, 03:02:04 PM
any smart contract chain like eth will definitely have higher adoption rate than other but it also depends on it scalability maybe the whales see eth to be a quite good investment so they decide that maybe its worth to invest we dont really know.
but if eth could become very scalable maybe it could have really high adoption rate for games, or nft.
The smart contract option is the reason they are having more adoption than any other altcoin in the market as they use it as a platform to create their token which makes things easier for anyone to raise money and there are negatives to that aspect and we have seen billions scammed in the form of tokens and for the games and NFT adoption if they can implement scaling then we might see project developer creating them, if not they will move to alternative chains.
468  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Ethereum last forever? on: August 02, 2021, 02:16:42 PM
BSC needs more time to compete with Ethereum but BSC has a chance to be number two in the position. But if ethereum can have another update and people still trust ethereum, it seems BSC will not have an opportunity to beat ethereum. Ethereum will last for a long time but we do not know how long it will be. We can only use the benefit from ethereum while we do not just choose ethereum to make money because many other coins can give us a chance to make more money.
If you look at the projects most of them migrated to other chains which means that BSC and the rest of the chains like HOO will be relevant even if Ethereum resolves their issues and you need to understand all the projects that took the ETH chain was struggling because of higher transaction fees for over an year and you cannot expect everyone to stick to that and i wont be surprised if those valuation rises again.
469  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ethics of boxing and gambling on: August 02, 2021, 12:28:47 PM
To be precise, Not necessarily a fighter is ready to be in the ring without knowing the consequences. I believe he is much more understanding than us who just speculate and gamble for him. What's more, they are fighters who already have a pretty good experience, we don't have to worry about unexpected things in the ring.
The fighters do understand the dynamics and he is well aware of the consequences but that does not mean that he will be speculating and gambling for him, it is not even possible to wage a bet on the match you are involved and if you are caught you will be suspended as far as i understand. Unexpected things do happen in the ring because it is a fight but for that there are referees.
470  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's holding back Amazon & eBay from adopting Bitcoin? on: August 01, 2021, 11:59:44 PM
I can see few reasons why they are still holding back. I mean not yet fully confirmed bitcoin and crypto payments. As many customers are in different countries and they are considering bitcoin regulations in a certain consumer's location.
If there is no law regarding cryptocurrency, which mean there is no restrictions about it unless the government comes out and bans them altogether, Amazon is functioning in multiple countries and they could have easily accepted Bitcoin and if they wanted to KYC you customer for using Bitcoin they could have done that as well. So it is not even an excuse for not accepting.

Aside from that the volatility of bitcoin can also be one of the reasons. Well, there's still a solution because they can always pair it up with USDT but those companies are still have long way to plan it well.
If volatility is the reason they are going to claim, they can use many payment gateways that would instantly convert the Bitcoin to any currency of their choice and it is not another excuse to not accepting Bitcoin payments.
471  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Getting paid in Bitcoin vs getting paid in Fiat on: August 01, 2021, 11:50:04 PM
Maybe if living in El Salvador we will get salary in bitcoin because bitcoin adoption is legal there, my country has not legalized bitcoin so I have to convert some of my salary in bitcoin for long term investment.
Converting your salary to Bitcoin is one thing and getting your salary in Bitcoin is a bit risky aspect simply because of the high volatility of the market, last few days the price of Bitcoin was around $30k and i would have initiated a payment in Bitcoin because i knew we had a good support at that price range but now the price has hit the resistance of $40k i will not want my salary in Bitcoin at this price, i would rather invest according to my choice and that is the best thing you can do.
472  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If it is more convenient for people to buy Bitcoin, will Bitcoin be more popular on: August 01, 2021, 11:23:01 PM

If it is more convenient for people to buy Bitcoin, will Bitcoin be more popular?
If you don’t know Bitcoin, and you see this ATM when you go to buy bread, do you buy Bitcoin with change?
If you didn't buy it this time, when you saw these ATMs elsewhere, would you be curious to buy some?
If it is convenient then people will be using ATM, i am in the cryptocurrency market for a very long time and i will not go to an ATM to get my coins because the charges are crazy high and there are much cheaper alternatives to get the coins and if you have those alternatives why would you step out spend more money when i can get the same amount of coins using exchanges.

Suppose i am trying to purchase Bitcoin through ATM for the first time and once you see the charges you will not think about getting them again either.
473  Economy / Economics / Re: Antivirus Pioneer John McAfee Commits Suicide on: August 01, 2021, 10:50:02 PM
Maybe he'd rather die than live in prison.  A very influential person in the field of technology and he is also a software expert.  Maybe he was ashamed of living in prison.  Life in prison will also make him a long-lasting frustration.
John McAfee was an expert but he messed up big time promoting scam projects and if you were in the market during the ICO boom you would know that as he promoted scam projects and many fell for the trap thinking he did his research before promoting them but later came to know that he would promote anything if anyone pays him.

I am not buying that he committed suicide and we might not know the truth.

Seeing the poster and the list of fights, had no idea the Nunes and Pena fight was canceled. To bad. Solid card I have to say, could be a banger, and it would be interesting to see where Aldo is at this time, if nothing than for good time's sake Cheesy And it seems there should be some resolution in the HW department.
Derrick Lewis and Ciryl Gane is fighting for the interim Heavy Weight title and there is some sort of fall out with Francis Ngannou and the UFC and what i did not understand is why they did not give a rematch for Stipe Miocic as he was the longest Heavy Weight champion for the UFC.

José Aldo and Pedro Munhoz is a really interesting fight and hopefully we could see the old Aldo who leg kicks the shit out of his opponents.
475  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are we already in meme coins mania? on: August 01, 2021, 08:09:23 PM
NFT is more potential than Meme coins because people always using them especially when they have lots of players in the game. where the game economy is alive and the players are more crowded. Meme coins are nothing but a scary pump to dump coin where we see most of them in the past are not worth investing right now since they are already being ignored for most of them are really useless and have nothing to do with it.
The meme coins got it attention because of the constant shilling by Elon Musk and now there are many meme coins in the market that gained momentum and new meme coins are coming out and new users are jumping into the market expecting they could make money with every new meme coins that are launched.

If you will see the NFT token right now, you will understand how they grow up after years of existence because the players of the games are increasing every day and day will buy those tokens from the start.
I am still trying to wrap my head in this craze, yes i have seen games being launched and with time we might see more NFT games that are really interesting to play but the concept is great but i am not sure why you would spend thousands of dollars of digital arts is still beyond my understanding.

Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan did not play well but Pakistan won, I have rarely seen such a match lately. These two are now key players in Pakistan. Moreover, Pakistan bowlers are no longer regulars. The bowlers bowled well in yesterday's match, but we did not get good performance from them in all the matches
No debate about their importance in the team but the rest of the players should chip in and play well for the team to win all the time. They might be developing a team that could play in the upcoming World Cup as they are focusing on spin.

Rain is the winner again, no result of the match. Till now, two matches ended without any result and Pakistan won the remaining one. It won't be good if rain wins the fourth T20 as well. I think West Indies will win the last T20 if the game don't get interrupted by rain. Though Pakistani bowler showing good bowling skill in this series, but Windies batsman may take the lead in the last game with their powerful hits.
I was expecting West Indies to bounce back and win the match but rain played spoilers and the match is called off. I do not remember Pakistan winning two matches on row and hence i was betting on West Indies to win after their disastrous performance in the last match.
477  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: August 01, 2021, 06:27:16 PM
The BCCI should have forced everyone to abide by the rules. If they can't force everyone to obey the rules then there is no need to do bio bubble in every series. They don’t punish players. Players are also reluctant to bio bubble. So now the BCCI should punish the players who break the rules so that no one breaks the rules in the future.
What ever bubble they are in, the players are getting infected, imagine what would be the situation when there is no such restrictions all the players will be sitting in quarantine because of the virus and then we will have a betting line every match whether which players will be infected when the next match approaches  Cheesy. No signs of any warning or any punishment and by the way what is the situation in India right now.
478  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin an Investment or Payment form? Has it lost its purpose? on: August 01, 2021, 04:47:02 PM
Currently Grayscale's bitcoin trust owns 654k and the top companies hold 200k, that's 854k bitcoins out of circulation from 21million, not to mention an estimated million more lost. We see alot of bitcoin integrations from paypal, mastercard but is there a public for that?
This was expected once the institutional investors starts investing expecting to earn money in a short period of time and you cannot complaint if they expect that and if you are using it as a form of payment, it is good for you because majority are hoarding the coins than spending them.

With hour long payment confirmations, I just don't see it as a payment form in everyday life. Has bitcoin turned into an investment wagon or is there still a possibility of it becoming an everyday payment currency?
I have no idea whether you made any payments recently because you are claiming that it takes a long time for confirmation and i am making transactions often and i will get the confirmation in 20 minutes with lower fees and Bitcoin is used as an investment for years and it is nothing new.

If Rizwan and Babar had not played well, Pakistan would have lost. The Pakistan team is now completely dependent on these two batsmen. Other batsmen do score occasionally. However, Pakistan's bowlers bowled very well in yesterday's match. If the bowlers did not bowl well, Pakistan would never win. Because the batting lineup of West Indies is very strong.
Pakistan will bloom once in a while and it is hard to place a bet whenever they are playing and Babar Azam is their stand out player but you cannot expect him to play well in all the matches. In the last match it was the bowlers that changed the match especially Mohammad Hafeez.

The toss is delayed due to rain, hopefully we will see they play the entire match even if there is a delay.
480  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: busd or USDT safe on: July 31, 2021, 07:53:31 PM

it doesn't seem to be a strong proof. If USDC was not properly audited and mastercard will not create a very good cooperation to create a new payment system through use USDC. As far as I know USDC was a very transparent stable coin and it's not the same like USDT. I think that if it's must be included in the exception
These are the initial stages and i am not a huge fan of these stable currencies from the start and it looks like all the projects now identified a way to create stable currencies and what i want to know is how long these so called stable currencies will be stable. We have seen some of the hyped stable currencies bombed big time in the past and the popular ones now might get into trouble at a later time as the government will always find some shit that is not right with them  Cheesy.
