Not sure what happened, but I came back from vacation and noticed I had stopped staking. Wavi is very good coin to learn about cryptos, mining and mastrnodes.
The perfect future is to have a decentralized exchange for it :-).
In my opinion, first you have to have a Dev or a Dev Team and a proper exchange so you can buy/sell.... The smart thing with Wavi, like Bitcoin, is the real decentralization : even the developement of te project can be decentralized. If one day (I do not hope), the Wavi creator leave the project, the project will continue with some others peoples, not like all these shitcoins with ICO and private teams. WTF??? If dev or devs quit, then they can steal every coin.... I can't imagine how on first page still stay SCAM EXCHANGE, then WAVI IS SCAM COIN..... How in the world does quitting a project equate to somehow magically being able to steal other people's coins? Sorry, that's not at all how things works. ...I'm not even sure if your comment is a question or a statement.  |

Has anyone noticed that the Ethereum gas prices has steadily been increasing since May 23? I used to set gas prices as 1 - 5 gwei and now it's a minmum of 12 gwei. I checked and it seems outbound TXs from exchanges are set to 50 gwei.
I wish someone knows the cheapest day and hour to send transactions.

Just bought ETH, it fell, so I bought. I still believe ETH will move like BTC. Now, on our country, you can change ETH directly to our local money. Before you can only exchange BTC to our local money. But now, you can. So, I believe that these central banks are now allowing ETH to be one of the most trusted coins on crypto. That's what I think.
Are you kidding? It's perfectly legal to convert direct ETH into legal tender? Which country are you from? I have not heard of such a thing. This is possible through Coinbase already, at least with USD. |

I wish the price would boom quickly  Ethereum price will boom in near future. As you see that price of ethereum is getting down, right now standing at $679. Don't worry few days ago china government provides ratings on cryptocurrencies., Ethereum scores very high in ratings. Ethereum is on the top in china ratings. 80.3 in technology, 23.7 in applicability and 25.4 in creativity. Total score obtained by ethereum is 129.4 points.  Ethereum price will be boom soon. Small drawdowns in the price - this is normal. But do not pay attention to this. Very soon we will have a flight to the moon. We have been waiting for this for a long time. We are in mid of may and in past days ethereum pushed up to $830 then constantly pulled back to above $700. This is a sign of ethereum can be any time move from a lower position to a higher one. Let's hope ethereum will be cross ATH price in coming months and flight will be land in $5k. It seems the ETH has good support around the $700 level. I think it will go up again soon. yes eth is already up to 700$ price value chines market is pushing eth coin as NO.1 blockchain in crypto and i admit that eth is the no.1 blockchain the future of eth is realy looks bright and hope eth coin price will cross or touch 2000$ in the very end of 2018 If the price of ETH is 2000 dollars in this year, it means it could be the No 1 coin. It will have dropped from 3 to the 0.6 eth for every block. I do agree but how far it will help to the community when they start converting into POS. Bitcoin far behind and many people are making false guess about the market by comparing the bitcoin and ethereum price. Ya...assuming the btc and eth price stay tightly coupled is gonna lead you to trouble. Both have large communities, large volumes, and most important: direct avenues to fiat. Trying to estimate prices based on a comparison is bad idea. |

you didn't read the term "simple"  buy tickets? this is not the PoS i know. even lisk and waves are more simpler than that! Understandable, I guess. My only comment: PoS as it's implemented in DCR isn't the same as in other coins, and can't really be thought of the same way. New coin, new terms, new things to learn.  |

Nope. You should read up on sharding (the solution that scales Ethereum), because its entire purpose is to not force every node to process every transaction. That's how it allows scaling. |

How many decred are locked up staking in tickets at any particular time? I've just started staking and would like to get an idea of what percentage return I can earn from staking, so far it looks like it takes a while to win a vote, but my stash is too small to get any meaningful data.

With so many DCR locked in tickets, I'd imagine any hefty buy in would really pump the price. |

Dear developer. I contacted the guys at crypto-bridge. In order for them to make a listing in WAVI, they need to have the lates release with all the commits from the last release to compile from. There 4 commits which are not in the official release. Please update. ( https://github.com/wavidev-the-man/wavi/releases) In addition, they need information on: "Are there any forks or major changes to the code planned? Please note forks or major code changes within a month of listing will incur fees?" Please pass this information through me. It would be nice to see Wavi added to Crypto-bridge - the guys there are great to work with and having a decentralized exchange is far better than having to trust an unknown third party exchange. Being that the Wavi dev hasn't been online BTCtalk for a few weeks is a bit discouraging as to getting the wavi client updated with the links as per the commit notes etc. Maybe Crypto-bridge could take on wavi<->BTC anyway.
