LOL. 47.5K was broken in 10seconds so.. New local bottom is 46.9K *cough* $48.7k and rising. Not the point. We printed a new local bottom, below 47.5K. Indeed, i wasn't precise, had my orderbook grouping at $250, but we dipped into $47k-ish and instantly went up to $47.250. But the next move up after that was about clear, SOMA. Hope it will keep that momentum. |

To those who thinks that $1mil is a lot: it sounds like lot, but...
This is the crux of my issue. As someone sitting on a pile of coin, and retired, why the fuck would I have any incentive to sell corn under those absolutely retarded proposed tax rates? TBH, and I don't want to sound like a total dick-bag or anything, but every time I sell, $1M is the bare minimum I dump at any time, and cruise on it until I need more. I'm fucking stupid that way. Sue me. I hope you can appreciate why this proposed increase twists my panties up a little bit. I mean, if this means I just need to sell <$1M USD per year, then so be it, but it's just ridiculous, in that it promotes hodling by us hardcore folk. Having said that, I'm sure the time will come in the next 5 years, where I decide to buy up the parcel of 100 acres next to us, and erect a proper Citadel, complete with a goddamn lava-filled moat, fed via drilling into the recesses of our mantle, in a rather impressive engineering feat for Bumfuck, TX. Hopefully Biden is out of office by then, and whatever retarded tax "reforms" he may ram-jam through get repealed. This tax maneuver is going to be discussed. Unfortunately, left wing politics are really after richie rich's gains, while the generated taxes are just a tip of the tip of an iceberg of "projected justice". It's populism, they kinda try to signal "hey poor people, hey middle class, hey workers! we gonna give them richies what they deserve, so it makes you feel you're kinda important to us.", or if you put it that way: Your enemy is our enemy.

Uhh yeah blood and panic everywhere. Missed this feeling. Fantastic time to buy moar. Hoping for $43k. Summer will be sideways that was for sure.
So here we have our 2013 revival? aka. "bloody summer of '21" EDIT: Sold off enough to cover the remaining work and material of the house expansion yesterday AND buy a little of this dip this morning. About a third of the amount bought (in satoshis) between 12/2020 and 02/2021 can go to cold storage. I was thinking about selling earlier, but i obviously was a bit too greedy in terms of keeping as much of BTC as possible. On the positive side: No more fuzz about the chart and market manipulator dumps until Q4/21 for me. |

I'm just a little annoyed that i didn't buy later.

Every dog has a day but now its days are over. "Altcoin season" may be a thing for the next few months, while "Dogecoin season" seems to be over... While attempting NOT to get distracted into too many shitcoin details, how can anyone really know about where one shitcoin or another might be going without some kind of real definitive moves/happenings? Sure, there does seem to be some pumpening of shitcoins momentum going on, but how can we have any kind of confidence in respect to continuations of such? I have not really seen anything definitive - but hey, I am not really studying (following) the shitcoin space in any detail besides attempting to maintain some superficial levels of awareness regarding some of that - and surely on the margins, there sometimes could be some affects that shitcoins have on short-term moves of dee king daddy... not saying that the tail wags the dog.. but still seems risky to completely ignore some of the behaviors of snot-nosed 14-year olds - and perhaps a few adults, too. SOMA, sorry. Well, not quite 100% SOMA, but some reasonings i can't explain too well without completely losing focus. I tried, four or five times, but i was anything but satisfied with the results. So i'm left to hope that the SOMA explanation (which in fact really isn't one) is sufficient as an answer (i know it isn't). It's kind of a self fulfilling prophecy of the shitcoin space/communities. Some market forces will help to make them true, while prolly being the first to dump on fomo retail buyers and bagholders later. Any price predictions?

I have tried but then this happens!!!  I will always laugh about this meme, no matter how often i have seen it already Seriously now: If the talka(c)tive brain keeps you or anybody from sleeping, read my advice. Give the area just below your belly button your attention, until you find the "warm spot" right under the skin. No! Not THAT SPOT! (...but there is another one of these "warm spots" between your anus and your testicles as well) The longer you "feel into" that spot, the warmer it gets, it could even start to feel hot and slowly move around a bit, change shape and size and so on. In case you get bored (success!) you may find it easy to locate some other of those spots within your body, just allow them to light up. You will use this technique for distraction from your thoughts and feelings of emptiness in the future. It's easier when sitting upright or leaning on a chair/seat/bed/couch. It will put you to sleep if you're tired, it will make you full of energy when you're awake, relax you when you're stressed out. By the way, while i was typing this, my body started the process by itself, the prominent "hot spot" has slowly widened and moved to my right thigh by the time. It's an old Zen trick, and you gave me the opportunity to share it EDIT: Sometimes it's difficult to start. Just rest the palm of your dominant hand over the spot (...no, not that one, again! the belly one!). Like “Power of chi!!!” Or “chakras”....? Indeed I heard about it or similar techniques before too. I remember once some massage therapist was telling how to find this spot. I forgot how to find exactly but it was something like put your palm below the belly button and mark the spot, Now put the four fingers on the spot up towards belly button, now that middle area between belly button and your hand is the spot that need to be massaged. I guess you are talking about the same spot. This massage also good for ladies who want to conceive. But it needs a lot of patience and practice and focus is the key to achieve the results. By putting your attention there, in form of "feeling into there", the spot gets warm. ...or you "discover" it, because it already feels warm and you grasp it by sensually attending? When you lay the palm of your hand onto it, the warmth radiating from the hand is perceived through the belly skin, which feels exactly the same. When you remove the palm (you don't have to), the spot keeps glowing in a more dim way, but the more you keep your (felt) attention on it, in a relexed way, it becomes warmer, wider. Doesn't feel like you would imagine "chi energy", or "opening chakras", just glowing warmth, like a cat lying on your belly (just that it's your own hand now). When you get used to it, you just start it by attention and it slowly goes on by itself, moves around a bit etc. As soon as you know how it feels, you can sense it throughout your body. Just let your attention move around in your body, until you feel this deep, dim warmth quality somewhere just below the skin. Then rest there, avoid following distractive thoughts, it will go on by itself again. |
