2021  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you been able to resist? on: April 17, 2019, 05:58:02 PM
I can, because I believe that gambling addiction might lead you to losses and regrets in the future. In gambling, you should know how to control your emotions and you should think of the consequences if you are risking most of your funds. It should be mind over matter. It's either you control yourself or the game will control you.
2022  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which bitcoin exchange do you use on: April 17, 2019, 05:46:11 PM
I'm currently using bittrex and hitbtc where the fees are lower than other exchanges. I'm also using Binance where transaction is faster and transparent. It still depends on what coin/token will I trade. .
2023  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do people but bigger bets in sports compared to other type of gambling? on: April 17, 2019, 05:32:46 PM
I would like to know why people are trusting their luck more in sports gambling compared to other type of games.
Personally, I put bigger bet on sports because I believe I have a little skills that would give me a better chance of winning, but I'm not really serious with sports gambling.

It's actually easier to predict the odds in sports betting since you will be able to review data and information to ensure that you are betting in a winning team. Unlike other gambling or casino games which all depends on luck. That is why people bet higher in sports betting game.
2024  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling.. way to loss on: April 17, 2019, 05:25:43 PM
Gambling is something that can't make us rich if we're not have a big luck in it. And for me, i never consider gambling is something that can give me main earning in this world and only make it as game to play too.
Luck exist but not for every gamblers who played inside the gambling house, most of the time in chasing for you luck opposite happened and you just lose those money that supposedly for another things to be used, that's how important to have a good control and play alone for entertaining your spare time.

I agree with this, if you don't want to lose a lot of money in gambling, you should have a good self control. What makes us lose a lot of money is our greed, depending on luck that we will be able to hit a jackpot or we can chase our losses.

Never take gambling seriously, or you will end up being addicted to it. It's meant to be an entertainment, so just enjoy it.
2025  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling - A Game of Luck or Strategy on: April 17, 2019, 05:04:18 PM
I have seen a lot of people discussing about gambling strategies, are there really working strategies out there that can outrun the pace of losing.

They say that the house always wins, that i believe. I can see a handful successful people winning a lot of money, but a see a thousands or maybe millions of people getting addicted in Gambling even though they are losing small amount of money everyday, but when you some it up its already a retirement fund for you.

Well i'm one of those addicts, i still don't know when to stop, well i'm trying, but this and impulse to gamble is like my inner demon.

I'm trying to find the strategy to bet less, lose less and win more -  well if these is one out there.

If you are a successful gambler what is your strategy?

If you already quit gambling how did you overcome the sense and impulse to gamble again?

Actually, there are strategies for gambling that can let you have higher chance of winning, however, it's not a guarantee. Everything still depends on luck. Gambling is full of risk. Strategy and analysis only works in sports betting where you can speculate the chance of winning by analyzing statistics of whatever team is on the match.
2026  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Guys! Are we really heading to a bullish market? on: April 17, 2019, 04:34:35 PM
Though it's too early to conclude, we can all say that the market has a great development. Bitcoin increased a bit but it stocked at the same value for days but it's still something that we should be thankful for. We could see that crypto world is getting excited to things that might happen soon. I hope bitcoin would rise better than its current value.
2027  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 95% fake volume :) on: April 17, 2019, 04:14:36 PM
This has a negative effect on traders because they are just fooled despite aiming for a good profit. That's also the reason why I stopped checking on CMC because most of the information I see isn't reliable. Sometimes, it's their strategy to attract more traders and investors.
2028  Economy / Economics / Re: The History of Gold and Silver Points to the future of Cryptocurrency on: April 17, 2019, 03:56:36 PM
Gold and silver are both good for a long term hold because they never lose their value and it even increases in time. We won't have any doubts about the value of it because it is rising continuously. It's something that we could have and hold physically. While cryptocurrency is something that we could not hold physically but grows eventually. It's something that we should look over because of its volatility and unstability.
2029  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The crypto market is improving and green. on: April 17, 2019, 03:35:27 PM
The green market is making our hopes bigger. I believe that these changes have a positive impact on the development of cryptocurrency. It's an indication that the market is going well and could do better in the future. Let's hope and aim for the best because the market will soon rise and our patience would get rewarded.
2030  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto as a payment method for goods: what to expect in 2019 on: April 17, 2019, 03:08:32 PM
I think that's not happening in every part of the world which adopts cryptocurrency. Here in our country, no matter what the situation of the market is, cryptocurrency is still the most convenient mode of payment. There are establishments that still accept bitcoin here.
2031  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A beginner's guide to esports betting on: April 17, 2019, 02:41:46 PM
Thanks for sharing this guide. I have been planning to try Esports betting and I think it will be a good start for me. I just want to know if it will be applicable to any type of sports online. I wish that I could find my luck in Esports betting this time. I can't wait to join tournaments as well.
2032  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Name Some Quality Exchanges? on: April 17, 2019, 02:25:38 PM
I'm using Binance which I trust better than any other exchange. I used Huobi and kucoin but I find more secured and I find the trading volume in binance higher since it's known the top exchange. There are exchanges that I'm planning to try but I have to do series of researches first.
2033  Economy / Economics / Re: What the true believers know but don't express well on: April 17, 2019, 12:43:14 PM
That's the spirit of a real bitcoin enthusiast. We all know that holding bitcoin would take time and there will be struggles and we might also lose our confidence about the market situation at times but we should have a positive outlook that could result to a positive outcome in the future. Being positive and believing that the market would always lead us to a sustainable future is the best weapon that we could bring along the journey of waiting.
2034  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is there any valid reason to continue gambling? on: April 17, 2019, 11:59:01 AM
There will be a valid reason if you're winning more than your bet or if you're gaining more than the capital that you're spending. You should gain something from it. The only time where you have to stops is when you are getting addicted to it and betting too much than what you have yet gained nothing in return.
2035  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A new look to KYC, from a customer's perspective. on: April 17, 2019, 11:30:32 AM
I love the way you gave a new meaning to Kyc. It's actually the biggest agony of bounty hunters. They're required to pass a lot of requirements and information in exchange of scam project rewards. It's important for us to know a certain Ceo first to make sure that we're not exerting effort for nothing.
2036  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Slot Tournament on: April 17, 2019, 11:11:05 AM
I haven't tried joining slot tournament but I have tried playing slots one time. I was not lucky and I think I still need time and some improvement to earn through it. It's a competition where we don't need skills and techniques but pure luck. It's fun but and addictive so we have to take control.
2037  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why new Projects? on: April 17, 2019, 10:03:46 AM
I keep wondering why new projects are being introduced into the cryptocurrency economy and we all will agree that about 80% of these new projects either don't do well or exits as scam. I know that bounty hunters especially benefits from the introduction of a new project because it's 90% sure to run a bounty program.

But what if the new projects stopped being introduced for us to focus on the thousands of projects that is already in the crypto space and individuals or teams that genuinely wants to make a change can instead either buy all these failing projects and work on them or offer to partner with the teams of the failing projects in a bid to recreate. I mean they could still run airdrops and bounty programs again to reintroduce their projects. Ain't nothing wrong with that right?

Just thinking aloud, don't know the repercussion of this idea, but back me up if it makes any sense

Well, people find making a new project is profitable that is why new projects keep popping out. As you can sew we currently have a lot of scam projects, a bunch of shitcoin and only a few with real product and use case. If this goes on, more and more project will keep popping out, and might hurt the whole crypto marketbecause of scam. So, I urge investors to choose and not only consider profit when investing in a new project.
2038  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO still have huge chance of surviving on: April 17, 2019, 09:45:43 AM
After several investors became victims, they are now more careful to join the ico, even though in 2017 there were many investors who benefited, only in 2018 there were many scammers who made fake ico so that the victims were investors.

Investors are avoiding ICOs nowadays that is why majority of them failed last 2018 which is unhealthy for crypto. That is why a new trend is popping out which is IEO. Imagine if big exchange such as binance will be uses for IEO of course they will not allow a scam project to use their platform. Problem solved.
2039  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should there be a time limit for coin swap? on: April 17, 2019, 09:33:59 AM
Should there really be a time limit for coin swap tbh?
Its kinda funny there when i look at some project whom initiate swap

There's still few thing that Crypto are kinda weak when we comes to real world investment
I personally notice quite a number of case where user are left with bunch of useless coins because they didn't swap before a specific timeline.
This wouldn't happen if you buy stocks from stock market, buy commodities contract and etc
If you buy ABC, no matter if they transfer or convert their name to CDE and whatever, you do get back the amount you spent or the stocks that you actually hold.

I even notice there's certain swaps where it only available for 1 month
They expect everyone browse social forums, look at social media and etc
Hence, kindly share your point of view here

I agree with this. I have been in several projects who sometimes requires swap because they changed from one platform to another, or whatever they might think effective for project exposure. And gives a certain date for a swap. I mean to be honest, I think some investors fon't really get this uodates because some would just buy and leave it because they intend to HODL it for a long time. Which will now exclude them since they are late for swap which is unfair.
2040  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance to open Singapore fiat-to-crypto exchange in April on: April 17, 2019, 09:07:24 AM
We need fiat to crypto exchanges because right now it is very difficult to get into the cryptocurrency world.
The fact that concerns me is how much would be the fee of this exchange of value. If it is high (which I think it will) then it will be not so beneficial for bringing many people to crypto.

I think it will somehow help other people to get easy access in crypto. Sometimes what makes crypro unaccessible is it's availability of fiat-currency in some countries. Most exchange only has currencies like USD, AUD, Euro and etc, which maybe not available in some countries. We need more like this.
