Wink
2142  Other / Meta / Re: Ninjastic.space - BitcoinTalk Post/Address archive + API on: April 17, 2022, 07:16:59 PM
The topics that were created in one board and then moved into another board do not have any updated information about the new board they have been moved to.
It's almost impossible to do that.
In order to have information about the new location of the posts, TryNinja has to scrap the location of all the posts made in the forum again and again forever.

Yes, exactly. I do not think TryNinja will be able to do that.

As there is no log that indicates which topics have been moved and when, finding out this information would require scraping all the data over and over again. I think this would be a waste of time and resources.
2143  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [ANN] KYNNO - - Fake Team on: April 17, 2022, 06:38:46 PM
First I was talking about the fake tea accusation which I proved to be defamatory.

Second, I didn't insult anyone so have the decency not to use inappropriate words.

Third, I gave all the details of the mitigation plan we have established but feel free to search and if you find anything else I would be glad to discuss it like educated people.

Fuck pleasantries, I will choose my words as I see fit. If you don't like it, then feel free to fuck off.

Furthermore, you have come to our community to promote your dubious project, and on your very first post, you have gone way overboard. Responding to legitimate concerns of respectable community members with aggressive online harassment and threats with legal repercussions. Seriously? Who the fuck do you think you are? The queen of internet bullying? Scaring people into believing that they will be affected or have negative consequences if they continue to stand up against potential scammers is not a way to deal with the situation. Internet bullying and intimidation tactics do not work here, they just get you labeled as a total bitch and get you a side-eye from other members.
2144  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [ANN] KYNNO - - Fake Team on: April 17, 2022, 05:44:09 PM
Therefore, to show you that we are legit, our legal team lead by our Attorney Mr Mehdi Benseghir - https://benseghirpartners.com will get in touch with BitcoinTalk Legal team in order to take the legal steps against any account for defamation, false accusation and allegations.

False accusations are punishable by law in any jurisdiction with a hefty fine and possible jail time.

Are you serious? You threaten legal action because someone in the community accuses you of blatant plagiarism? Well, good luck with that.

Nevertheless, if the person who created this thread is willing to cooperate and admit she is wrong, we are giving 4H to amend the post title stating that you accusations are false and that we are indeed a legit project and thus remove all mentions of scams.

Wow. That's classic! I suggest you take your threats and shove them up your ass with the aid of your legal team.

Any further accusations towards our project or any of our team members will be directly added to the case that will be raised against any account with BitcoinTalk and if necessary with the authorities.

Count me in! I will dig deeper into your motherfucker history to see what I can find out.

That's right brother.., Yesterday I got news from freewallet, and hopefully they do it, return my fund. I will update again later..

This is utterly insane. What more do they need once you have sent all what they asked for? It seems to me that they are just asking for more ways to waste your time. The last time they were on the forum was April 10th, but they did not feel it worthwhile to respond to this topic.

Of course, I hope it works out for you, and you get your money back. Good luck with that!
2146  Economy / Gambling / Re: Watching Our Kids From Something That Could Dangerous To Them on: April 17, 2022, 12:35:11 PM
Many parents believe that by controlling, restricting, and even forbidding their children from going out and socializing with certain "undesirables" they will protect them from bad society. They tend to feel safer when their children are at home at the computer, online, rather than out with friends. Despite many of the Internet's positive and useful features, it is also not without potential dangers. Online gambling websites are becoming more popular and common. Due to legal restrictions, children cannot access traditional gambling in brick-and-mortar casinos. However, online gambling isn't subject to such restrictions and thus leaves the door open for children and teens to enter into this type of illegal activity. And children are often attracted to quick and easy money because of their inexperience and ignorance. For example, online games are particularly enticing for children and teenagers because it is so easy to get started. All they have to do is enter their parent's credit card number, and the money is deposited into their online account.

Going online is no different than getting out of home security in real life. Teaching your child how to use the internet safely is just as important as teaching him all other life-skills and competences necessary for their personal development. Parents need to teach their children how to use the internet responsibly, and they should be as much as possible alert of the possible dangers. While your kids may know more about technology than you do, you certainly know much more about life than they do, and you should be the first to make the critical judgments when they are dealing with these technologies. Developing an open, honest relationship of mutual trust between you and your child is of utmost importance, and this is an essential component of good parenting.
2147  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Meritocracy on: April 17, 2022, 08:32:54 AM
While it's nice to read, I doubt you'll earn much merit from this post.  Wink

There are a variety of reasons a post may get a merit, but a general rule of thumb is that it should be of interest to the reader. It should not be boring, nor one that has been done before, nor one that is spammy or sells a product or service. Simply, it has to offer something interesting or noteworthy. Of course, the best posts aren't always the most clever or entertaining ones. Sometimes, it's the ones that say something the reader needs to hear or point the way in a unique or different way that receive the most merits.
2148  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: www.playcrash.com SCAM on: April 16, 2022, 09:08:30 PM
I just noticed this scam accusation. As I stated in their ANN topic, this is not a new casino but a copy of bgame.io.

PlayCrash.com casino is a copy of bgame.io (identical script) with minimal changes and slightly different colors.

Bgame.io was developed and launched by a user amoonaser, however, ANN was later changed.

Bgame.io ANN (archived): BGame.io [ 0% House Edge ] - Supports 26 Currencies - 12 Popular Games

Later, after accusations from the community that the script was buggy and unfinished, he changed the thread title to: "Sell a Casino with 12 Popular Games - Supports 26 Currencies - and More", and instead of ANN he now says "SORRY".

He allegedly sold his script here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5343635.0 (archived), but I sincerely doubt it. Who would want to buy a faulty casino script?
There is a strong possibility that this is a new attempt by the same user to launch a casino on a new domain and under a new name.

2150  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can anyone recommend me a safe place to store my bitcoins? on: April 16, 2022, 02:57:18 PM
Thanks for sharing this list of 80+ odds hardware wallet list. I never knew that there are so many wallets available in the market and not just  Ledger and Trezor.

Can anyone tell if all of these wallets are secure and we can use them ? Why everyone talks about only Ledger and Trezor when they suggest the hardware wallet ?

Since that list of hardware wallets has not been updated in a long time, many devices on the list are no longer available, and some new ones have come out that are not there. There is a better list of devices that is updated periodically by FatFork in the Croatian board: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5285324.0

You can even compare prices (unfortunately, some prices are in Croatian Kuna) and some basic device information, such as whether the software is open source or not. I cannot say for certain whether all devices are secure. It is certainly less likely for a device to have security vulnerabilities if it is open source and generally popular in the community, but that can also be a disadvantage. Popular devices are more common targets of hacker attacks.

As I mentioned before, I am sure I have seen this interface before. I was right.

PlayCrash.com casino is a copy of bgame.io (identical script) with minimal changes and slightly different colors.

Created a flag, need some support for it.
The user marwell is continually posting links to fake wallets.
~

I have supported this flag.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=2942

I believe this is an alternative account of MikelCoin. They both promoted the shady exchange fast-change(.)net.

Quote from: MikelCoin
Instant cryptocurrency exchange service. The volume of exchange is not limited. Exchanges up to 0.1 Btc are not verified by KYC. https:// fast-change(.)net
https://ninjastic.space/post/58566717

Fast-change(.)net is a reliable online exchange service in automatic mode, with a favorable rate and fast exchange. Based on DeFi.
~

As MikelCoin has already been removed from the forum, this is also likely a case of ban evasion.
2153  Economy / Gambling / Re: www.PlayCrash.Com | CRASH CASINO | 24/7 SUPPORT | NEWEST KID ON THE BLOCK |BONUS on: April 13, 2022, 03:21:11 PM
~snip~
Site design is simple and plain but its not bad either. @Playcrash you should be making out some marketing on this forum which would be ideal.
^ It seems like Roobet interface, I am right or I am the only one seeing this.
Good thing there is someone who drop the link above so that I visited the site, the OP thread must have included the website link so that it is to navigate into their site. The site is not bad but upon checking, I saw there is no FAQ which is usually what I always check upon visiting the gambling casino because the TOS is usually too long to read and it seems no one will read a long article, would you mind if you have this possible frequent to ask list?

My memory tells me I have seen that interface before. It appears to be a ready-made script. I will have to do some more research to find out more.
2154  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: www.playcrash.com SCAM on: April 12, 2022, 09:07:56 PM
This is actually a lousy way to start a new casino. Strange that they did not do some beta testing before launch.

OP, please keep us updated on the status and if you have received your money back.
2155  Economy / Gambling / Re: www.PlayCrash.Com | CRASH CASINO | 24/7 SUPPORT | NEWEST KID ON THE BLOCK |BONUS on: April 12, 2022, 08:39:28 PM
PlayCrash created multiple threads for no apparent reason. This was the first one, but for some reason he abandoned it and started another here.
But that thread is now locked and the OP has changed the original post:

Site undergoing maintenance

Definitely not a good start for a casino. I would be very careful with this one.
2156  Economy / Reputation / Re: 325btc with loads of topics on: April 12, 2022, 05:55:48 PM
I don't think there's any prohibition against someone creating a topic (even daily) if you're really bothered,

No? Are you sure about that?

And how about:
Quote
1. No zero or low value, pointless or uninteresting posts or threads.
Unofficial list of (official) Bitcointalk.org rules, guidelines, FAQ

I think the best thing to do is to keep reporting his topics to moderators. If he does not stop, they may remove him from the forum.

2157  Other / Archival / Re: 500 € loan urgent on: April 12, 2022, 05:38:36 PM
well it's a free forum so i keep trying

Well, there is an old saying: "Only fools repeat the same thing over and over, expecting to obtain different results."
Have you heard that?
2158  Other / Archival / Re: 500 € loan urgent on: April 11, 2022, 08:35:47 PM
i have cashouts on my skrill i can show   so you know i can pay back  625 € in month time

You still do not seem to understand. The rule is "No Collateral, No Loan". Your ID documents are not acceptable collateral.
2159  Economy / Reputation / Re: Known Alts of any-one - A User Generated List Mk III (2022 Q2) on: April 11, 2022, 07:31:11 PM
How do people feel about these guidelines?

I have no objections at all. All of these guidelines are already incorporated into my investigative practices by default. I also do not see any drawback in the guidelines. The only thing I would add is a suggestion that prior to publishing a new report, one should first search existing reports to avoid duplicates.
2160  Economy / Economics / Re: Gold , Silver Or Crypto? on: April 10, 2022, 05:46:18 PM
Many financial advisors suggest gold , silver and cryptocurrencies as the best investment for this decade! what do you think?

Gold and silver are most commonly referred to as precious metals, so there is no need to label them in binary as "gold" and "silver" because the price movements of both assets are mostly correlated.

This chart compares gold prices and silver prices back to 2012.

Gold Prices vs Silver Prices Historical Chart

When it comes to investment portfolios, most advisors would tell you that a portfolio should have a mix of traditional, risk-managed and alternative investments. This means that if you are invested in stocks, bonds, real estate and commodities, your portfolio should include assets such as Bitcoin to help diversify and to ensure you are not over exposed to a single asset class. If you are investing for the long-term and are risk tolerant, you would want to put 10 to 20 percent of your investments into Bitcoin and maybe other cryptocurrencies as well. Although it may sound risky to own an asset class that has significant price volatility and can even be speculative, but this is not something to ignore. It is important to diversify your assets, and Bitcoin may be just the asset you should diversify into.
