2161  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: March 25, 2022, 02:55:05 AM
Will see lots of good arts again with the theme of Ester Egg. This art contest by Roobet has been one of the largest paying, I highly recommend every artist to participate on this competition as there are many good artworks being submitted every time this contest is being held.
-snip-
I am very looking forward to the results of the art contest, too. Roobets art contests are always worth a follow, the art submitted by the participants is usually of very good quality and I am sure one or another is worth a laugh, too (in the most positive way ofc) because participants tend to "abuse" the roobet maskot in very creative and funny ways.
Not gonna lie but haven't been in touch to participate in this contest anymore considering how many good artists out there and they are good on their crafts. No wonder on that but I think it's still worth respect that they participate even if they know on themselves that they aren't good at it.
2162  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why Does This Always happen? on: March 24, 2022, 09:30:21 PM
I do have such experience, and it has happened to me several times. It even happened to me yesterday, although not in a position where I ended up with loss. I was going to sell a small part of bitcoin yesterday, although the market was up a bit, my instinct told me that the market would go up a bit more today, but after having a second thought about it, I felt that it wasn’t safe since the market can as well go down, so it was best that I did the transaction yesterday, at least the market was up a bit.

So, I finally did the transaction, and I woke up today and checked and my instinct was right, the market did go up and I regretted making that transaction yesterday, would have been better today as I would stand to gain even more.
No one can clearly predict the market that's why intelligent investors only hodl for the long term as it's more beneficial to them and less stress. Indeed it's a good feeling to win but don't take it personally if it wouldn't let you win everytime, that's just the life of investing, just take it as a lesson.

2164  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto.com as Sponsor's for FIFA World Cup on: March 24, 2022, 12:30:15 PM
This ain't the first time they're dealing with stuff's like this, they already dealing with Australian football League, Formula 1.
Joining/ Sponsoring the biggest event/game in football history is a great thing to see as they have been on a rapid increase ever since 2016 having over   10 million customers and over 4000 employees.
They're are also in support of teaching kids about Crypto technology, which i fancy very well!

https://blockworks.co/crypto-com-adds-fifa-world-cup-sponsorship-to-sports-marketing-strategy/
They're being good at it and I wouldn't doubt if they will also do it on the coming FIBA2023 and the best thing about it was that it will not be hosted on more than one country but three of them. Imagine the exposure they may get if they'll able to pull it up which I'm not underestimating crypto.com will get.
2165  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Bloomberg: Gcash Considers Cryptocurrency Trading and Stocks Platform on: March 24, 2022, 08:13:04 AM
Update:
AFAICS, medyo outdated pa ang "list ng services" nila, so it'd be nice to see a confirmation from a GCash e-wallet user!
Maybe ito ang dahilan ng maintenance nila ngayon? As of writing this reply nag-open ako ng GCASH app ko and then it's stated na they are under maintenance.

2167  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your opinions about simulated reality games? on: March 23, 2022, 08:29:24 PM
What is your opinion?
It's still on the speculation side if I'll be asked. As the abbreviation implies it's still a simulation wherein players are just being simulated on how the play will goes though we never know how the play would went well. It's still not worth it compare to your own instinct of trusting what could be right when you provide that bet.
2168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how does coin price UP & DOWN @ pancakeswap? on: March 23, 2022, 07:57:40 PM
Let's say there is a coin listed on pancakeswap and not listed elsewhere. Users keep on sell and purchase the coin..

So i am curious to know; how does the price go UP & DOWN because now the coin is on DEX only...

on CEX the price goes UP & DOWN; totally depends upon demand & supply... but how this thing work on DEX?
Since Pancakeswap is an AMM kind of DEX you can check this YouTube video for a simple explanation on how it works: https://youtu.be/r0UmEy9i6wQ. If you do a slight research you'll be able to grasp how it was being possible by the use of smart contracts, all of it are possible because of that.
2169  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: March 23, 2022, 10:56:38 AM
How about a monster dunk from Zion Williamson this morning? he seems to like doing fine and might gonna return next season for sure.
He was a prodigy and basketball fans have lots of expectations for him, he even got his personalized shoes because they've really expected to see him dominating the league.

https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=299414015666947
Though he needs to work out on those fats he got. Doubt if he's still that Zion that was overrated from high school and up to this day. The NBA league is different than that, maybe he can work on his post moves a little bit and more on the shooting as well. He may got some good amount of foul on the paint since he dominate that area.
And maybe that's the same reason why he got that injury in the first place. When he thought that he can can go and barrel on everyone inside to score, but there were times that he was check by defensive players so he try even harder. So it's hard to dominate right now with so many good big men that can guard him inside. So he needs to focus on how to get really strong if he wanted to have a chance against guy like Rudy Gobert.
Could be but we never know, injuries to athletes has different factors, it could be accidental or might be on the players fault as well. Well, as I've said NBA is a different league, he should know the nitty gritty of the league and it's a tough one. Outside shooting or pass is what I think he needs to work out, since next season it will be good to lie low for his full recovery, don't need to go all-out I guess.

2171  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Great Bitcoin Secret Revealed on: March 22, 2022, 09:32:19 PM
Thanks for the show Snowshow. That's pretty dope of a troll you revealed here and I'm quiet not convinced at all too. I guess this is a late boomer who happen to know how messaging works and begin to hop in out of curiosity to Bitcoin. You need another course of "messaging 102" before you jump to another higher course like the blockchain system.

This was all a trolling thing though. Don't be wrong if you're on a streak territory, this is a Bitcoin forum after all and you're here to spread irrelevant things against it.

2172  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Drake became partners of the Stake Casino on: March 22, 2022, 08:29:18 PM
First time I checked the Drake URL in the stake website. https://stake.com/drake
"My day" of Drake being shared. Honestly, I am not a fan of him and I even got annoyed when I saw him very active cheering with the Raptors against the Warriors championship game. I guess that's how fans of the Warriors reacted too with him on the sidelines and being loud.  Cheesy
But now, we have a celebrity that appreciates online gambling and sharing it so I guess it's cool.
I often wonder what's the catch on emailing my phone number and username to that email address? More like it's still put into lottery then whoever was lucky as well then they'll win on that giveaway. Not that bad. I think would just consider it as a mutual understanding between gamblers haha Cheesy
2173  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling in METAVERSE on: March 22, 2022, 07:45:42 PM
I have long wondered about casinos in the metaverses. In my opinion, this is a promising direction for the gambling business. I think that by opening a casino in popular metaverses like decentraland or sandbox, the owners will make good profits, because the popularity of metaverses is at an early stage. It's also interesting for users. Sitting at a virtual poker table in virtual reality is unusual to say the least.
As long as it's a trend, yes they'll surely generate a profit. Moreover, we are getting there progressively and it will just a matter of time until we see casinos entering on that space. Everyone may wonder what it feels like to sit there but I think the best one is to sit on a hyper realistic game and you feel like you're still at a physical casino interacting with other people.
2174  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gambling Sites on: March 22, 2022, 01:25:30 PM
Please! Is there any gambling site that I can easily sign up? I tried Gamdom.com but it is not opening either it is only loading since morning...so, I need a site that I can access easily.
Your best bet is Roobet or Rollbit, easy signups and no hassle though there are other similar sites out there, I'm just promoting it since I wear them and it's where I'm online regularly too. You can spot those signature things and if you click it you'll land on those casinos. Be careful though since there are scam sites that are being advertised on signatures, just DYOR every casinos you may stumble upon.
2175  Economy / Gambling / Re: Blockchain Casinos - Consumer's Choice! on: March 22, 2022, 07:54:04 AM
will it interests us since our favorite or supported casinos are not here, Duelbits is everywhere but he missed it I don't know why he missed something that is so visible and so are the others, he has a lot of explaining to do here, I like a better reviewer to create a post like this and I don't think he will miss any casino that deserves to be in the list.
Not just Duelbits but Rollbit, Winz.io and other casinos that are booming here in forum. Well, it's easy to be missed for someone like OP that isn't familiar with the forum but I think he should make another survey or if the poll can be altered that would be fine I guess.
2176  Economy / Gambling / Re: Blockchain Casinos - Consumer's Choice! on: March 21, 2022, 11:05:40 PM
Any other feedback or ideas? Leave your comments below!
I think it should have covered the most trusted and reputed casino in the forum because as I've seen the choices it's still incomplete. You'd be surprised that "Others" choice will have the most vote since their favorite casino isn't there or you have stated to specify what casino was it if they voted or should have multiple votes.
2177  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coins will explode in 2022? on: March 21, 2022, 12:26:18 PM
I've pick those 2 projects not because of fundamentals. They are all just promise of achieve something big in future. they are all not worth the price. But I think that it may not be the end metaverse bubble. There might be one final push and then 5 years of bear market and comeback to true evaluation (-95%).
Yeah I got your point. I think so too that these coins are worth a shot. I don't think a bear market will be that long but if it has to be then that's one shot at destiny again for moonboys to come. We can't say for sure, the end of story is always buy low and sell high. I just hope those who are new can fathom that decrease to -95%.
2178  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coins will explode in 2022? on: March 19, 2022, 01:59:26 PM
Looks like we have the same views of Tytanowy Janusz though I'm with the fundamental things. I'm thinking as well that Metaverse-align tokens are set to explode, it may not be this year alone but in the coming year/s to come.

All charts are logarithmic charts with weekly candles.
Thanks to this, it's more like an update as I'm not that active on the trading stuff these days, all my HODL tokens are for swing trade.

On to my pick, I think I want to choose Shiba Inu as first choice and I think Tron may also do a surprise because it started going for increase at the last bull before bitcoin dropping back.
Good luck with that and I respect your views but look further on the use case. If they could have use case then it's fine but if not, expect the unexpected. For TRON, I wonder what's happening on the project now that Justin Sun isn't there anymore though the chain will continue I guess but without him, I think there's doubt going around from the project itself.
2179  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your favorite casino reviewer here in Bitcointalk? on: March 19, 2022, 10:20:16 AM
BTCGOSU  and Gamblingbro I guess since that's my go-to place to read those reviews and it's supported by lot of forum users here as well. The poll should have been available for multiple selection though and I think there are other review sites here that are still active though not popular, I just don't know who they are maybe by sorting your searches will do here in gambling board will do.
2180  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Should Casinos invest on endorsement from celebrities on: March 19, 2022, 06:17:25 AM
Should casinos invest in the endorsement of celebrities just like what Stakes is doing or it's better to just stick with giveaways contests and maintain their reputation, we know we all know the high cost of celebrity endorsement should other casinos follow Stake's lead to partner or pay celebrities to promote them.
If they have a budget for that, it's not that bad to get an exposure from celebs. After all what a casino desires is for it to spread across networks of other people, this has been likely the religion to get known on any space and not just in gambling. Moreover, it should depends if they can afford to do it. Other casinos don't have to do what Stake did, after all every marketing is different.
