2221  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Supercycle? on: April 01, 2023, 08:58:58 PM
Is it possible to have a bull run for the next couple of years? I mean more people and companies start using bitcoin often and knowing there's a limited supply of it, the demand for the crypto will go up eventually.
No brainer, yes.

Do you think it's possible considering inflation and our global economy today? I know its a very volatile asset but what do you think?
Definitely.
Financial institutions, companies, and anything related to finance will find a way to hedge against inflation. And with bad stuff and news happening in the banking scene, that's gonna make them find another way to fight the inflation and potential collapse of these institutions. I think that these companies are done studying bitcoin and they do know the cycles are happening and with halvings, they do get what's in it for bitcoin and if they do understand it correctly. That means that they don't want to be left behind by potential profits that might get in their way. Yes, it's volatile but nothing is volatile that shall give them sweet profits even gold and stocks are also volatile.
2222  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your local gambling game that you didn’t see in the crypto casino on: April 01, 2023, 08:26:18 PM
I know all of those games kabayan.  Cheesy
I think what casinos don't have is our local game which is called kara'y cruz or the flip coin. Not all casinos do have it but I think I've seen one casino that has it before but it didn't flourish and that casino was already gone in a glance. Too many nostalgic games when I've been playing as a kid before, yes, in my neighborhood too many games that I thought were just games but they're gambling and grew up with it until I left that neighborhood and grew somewhere else.
2223  Economy / Economics / Re: Should you save, when you are wealthy? on: April 01, 2023, 10:56:59 AM
Probably now I am thinking that I would not like to save all the time, I would like to reach the level at which I would be a wealthy person and I would not have to worry about money, but I have no idea when I can achieve this.
When I am on my way to being wealthy, I'll keep on saving and investing at the same time. It may not be seen for now but I believe that bitcoin will play an important role in that. And if you have no idea of achieving that, take some reading about financial education or watch those videos from educational/financial coaches. They'll give you the idea of having several income streams and you can choose where you're good at and start with that chosen path you want. We can assume that when we're already wealthy, our money works for us and we still need to work for some time but we can mostly enjoy it during that time.
2224  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: April 01, 2023, 10:13:56 AM
Something that Luka is missing, Brunson as we all know what he contributes way back with the Mavs, and now
he continues to play that level of confidence even the main Alpha is not around.

Congrats to those who backed the Knicks even Randle is not around, they've got Brunson's solid productions.

Together with his teammates they managed to survive and snatch the win against the Cavs.
Props to Mitchell but still that's not enough to win over against Knicks because Brunson was also on fire.

I love the New York Knicks somehow finding a way to steal a win against the strong Cavaliers in their home and without Julius Randle.
Jalen Brunson, 48 monster points! Is he really that small? Grin Who else can score that much at 6'1?!
He's a beast, a low-key beast and I'm sure that is being recognized by most. I can't get over that match because I thought that the first-half shooting machine of Mitchell was already on momentum but then Brunson shows how to beat it.
2225  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What is your best investment tool recommendation??? on: April 01, 2023, 09:14:45 AM
it depends on you want to buy gold or coins or want both but if I am with $ 1000 maybe I will buy coins like BTC and ETH when the market is bear in order to get cheap prices why I choose BTC and ETH I think these 2 coins are low risk coins
Well, we're in a bitcoin forum and this is the best crypto forum of all time so it's not gold that people want to buy here but bitcoin and any other cryptocurrencies.
Just as you, many who will have spare money will also buy the same cryptocurrencies as that's the common strategy and picks that has been so reliable and proven to be tested.

and according to my analysis 2 coins will grow and will print a new all time high at the time of the bitcoin halving or at the next bull run this is my opinion if I want to invest with $ 1000.
That will for sure gonna happen, they're like the sure cryptocurrencies in the market despite being volatile, we've got some safe haven through these two.
2226  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: April Fools' Posting/Spammer event on: April 01, 2023, 08:20:58 AM

2227  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: ETH - 1ST QUARTER PRICE PREDICTION FREE (2023) on: April 01, 2023, 07:47:00 AM
$1800 na Ethereum at mukhang si Johnyz ata magwawagi ha.  Grin

$1,700.00 - julerz12
$1,759.00 - crzy
$1,888.88 - Johnyz
$2,000.00 - blockman

Wag mo masyadong batiin mate, baka maging iba nag resulta.
Grin

ETH looks more stable from a price of $1700-$1800.
Mukang magiging stable ang market for now after Bitcoin reaches the peak price and possible den ang correction, pero sana wala ng big change si ETH para magkaroon naman ng chance to win here since konte lang naman ang nagparticipate.  Cheesy
Cheesy
2228  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: SIM Registration: Anong Dapat Ipag-alala? on: April 01, 2023, 12:52:24 AM

2229  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: March 31, 2023, 11:46:47 PM
Tatum has really improved himself and is one of the best players right now.
No doubt about that and with the recent stats that I've seen, he's considered the best on this current season based on the numbers that he has projected overall for this season.
What an outstanding performance from them, I have not thought that they'll be able to make such great ending against the Bucks which is considered also one of the best teams out there and I'm even a fan of them. So after they've won against the Bucks, we'll see if the momentum is still there against Jazz later.

They are the favorite against the Jazz and with this big win, yeah they still have that momentum in them, although it's going to be back to back for the Celtics. But it was just an easy game against the Bucks as they took a big lead and some of their stars have time to just sit down and enjoy the game because there's no way that the Bucks can catch them.
We'll see if that's gonna be a back-to-back win for them and if that momentum is still fresh on them.
The game has already started and why is it that it's making me feel that the Jazz will lose this game? Q1 and just a few minutes gone so, we should see if that's gonna happen or not.
2230  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Neymar Loses €1M in Casino in Just an Hour on: March 31, 2023, 11:12:54 PM
He's able and that's why he just laughed at it. But honestly, that's a lot of money to waste, yeah, it might just his one week salary but we know that everyone in here won't be wasting that much even if you're a bitcoin millionaire or a billionaire and you're able, I am sure that there will be some regret and remorse with that type of loss. Anyway, these celebrities and athletes will just keep on losing millions if they're just easy money because they know that they'll earn that money so fast and that's why even if they lose millions a week or a month or even a day, they won't be feeling bad about it.
If you’re a responsible and practical gambler, you would not risk that certain huge amount in gambling. But maybe there are really this kind of people who don’t even care on the amount they are losing, knowing they will be able to regain it in just a week. I do think that Neymar is also regretting from his loss, but as a celebrity influencer, he should not dwell on his loss seriously because that might affect his career as a virtual casino endorser.
Whether he's responsible or not, as long as he's got money he can do whatever he wants. And his justification will just, he's able to take back his losses through his salary.
And many gamblers are like that and think that they'll recover so fast from the other sources of income that they've got, that's an easy loss for them to take.
No heart feelings but deep inside, there's the pain that's getting them that they shouldn't gamble with that amount as it's a big amount of money to lose within just a few moments of their lives.
2231  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 2years of trading! on: March 31, 2023, 10:46:27 PM
I agree that in trading you need the discipline to succeed. Because that's where the control gets from and you'll be able to make yourself on the right path and you won't be emotional with your trades.
As you're a disciplined trader, you're not greedy and you won't be easily moved based on how the market states.
Too many traders are losing because they're not disciplined, they may be experienced but lack discipline that makes them par with the newbie traders considering that they were experienced already.
Trading can be very tempting at times especially if you see you are winning with your strategy, but if you become more greedy then losing that profit is more possible to happen. You have to be more wise with your trades, don’t force yourself to trade if you are still not familiar about it. 2 years of experience is already enough for you to understand trading but if you are still losing money, then something is wrong with your practice, better to review it.
It's a mistake of many that when we're comfortable and think that we're doing a great job and results with our trades, that's making us forget the sole purpose of why we trade and that's to make some profits. That's being ignored and we're letting our emotions feed what we shall do next and that's to take more trades while we can. Even if it's good enough to call it a day, still we push until the unexpected comes that our profits are being taken back by the market and that's the mess that we don't want to happen but we can't stop ourselves from doing it. Sometimes a knock on the head is gonna make us remember what we're up to and what we need to do to become wiser the second time around.
2232  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do we build a strong community of supporters for crypto projects ? on: March 31, 2023, 10:09:13 PM
Doing airdrop please and thousands of people will be regularly following your project. It's not something new if these days people become very loyal once they will be get incentivized. I meant let's take a look at so many project that already got hundreds thousands of followers in twitter.
Airdrop for the masses, yes and that will certain get the attention of many crypto people because who doesn't want to receive airdrop? Even if they're just a dollar or $5, there will be a lot of people that would like to get it because it's free money. No matter how much it will be, there will be participants that want to take free money.

These projects were offering incentives by used its test net. The fact that if this is very good to attract people to come in.
That's right and that has made a lot of people join their test nets because there's an incentive and those that were able to spend for their own gas fees, they're the ones who received more because they've shown support to the project.

2235  Economy / Economics / Re: New currency from BRICS countries on: March 31, 2023, 07:12:06 PM
Couple of hours ago there is in news on Twitter saying BRICS countries (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa) are developing a new currency. It was mentioned by State Duma Deputy Chairmen btw.
AFAIK, they're not making any new currency but instead the dollar as the main currency of their trades. They'll replace it with Chinese Yuan, correct me if I'm wrong with that.

As I can see all these things to manipulate BTC right? What are your thoughts about this?
I don't see any correlation that it's going to manipulate bitcoin. There could be some impact on it and we'll see how the development will go but it's still quite far to think of its relevance to bitcoin being manipulated by the.
2236  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: one mistake that crypto beginners should be aware of ? on: March 31, 2023, 06:48:24 PM
There are a lot of mistakes being made by crypto beginners. I think they made mistakes like choosing an inappropriate crypto exchange platform, thinking only about pricing instead of ROIS, lack of research and planning, and underestimating cyber security. If they were aware of such things, it will be more beneficial for them.
Also, one mistake that I've noticed from beginners is that they think that trading is easy. And that's why they just copy trades and think that if someone is performing well, they can just easily copy those trades being done without doing their research. Yes, the choice of exchanges is a big factor and we know that many newbies fell to those unknown exchanges and they experience problems when they're about to withdraw their funds because they're not legitimate exchanges. They are there not really to give a good service and much worse if those exchanges are only there to scam newbies that they'll require more deposits before they release the funds being stuck there.
2238  Local / Pamilihan / Re: [NEWS] GCrypto is now available to selected users on: March 31, 2023, 12:44:20 AM
Hmm this is interesting- so mga verified accounts ngayon sa GCash ang binebenta? Siguro naging security nga dito is yung simcard registration kasi may kasama na itong KYC function. Though hindi pa rin ito makakalusot if nagkaroon siguro ng another round of KYC, in which coins.ph does annually.

Isang alaala nalang yang egivecash(EGC) cash out method.
2239  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is politics supposed to be for the old ones? on: March 30, 2023, 11:55:19 PM
That's because it's based on their experience but citizens shouldn't limit their preference just to the old ones with experience but also be open to the young ones that have a love for the country and likes to serve people. If the system is just the same and people keep on electing the same old experienced people but barely see the changes in it, it's time to replace that and have some bet with the next generation of politicians through the aspiring young ones. But regardless of age preference, if the candidate or the politician is corrupt, that will never change.
2240  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto currency purchases on: March 30, 2023, 11:23:36 PM
Good day guys .
With crypto currencies leading in the present currency and digital banking sector I just wanted to see how much Bitcoin we have actually spent on purchases although the last crypto based purchase I made was when I bought my Mac with 0.029btc excluding block chain fees so what have you bought with Bitcoin?
Many things but it has to be converted by the third-party service that online shop I used to shop with. But I guess the main and important thing is to pay bitcoin with every purchase right? So it doesn't matter if they convert it to fiat automatically upon purchase as long as the transaction goes through. IIRC, most purchases that I make with bitcoin weren't that expensive, they usually go around converted in fiat from $10-$100 and those things that I shop online are only the necessary things. It's convenient since it's allowed by the shop that I usually go to online and I'll just have to wait within a few days and the package will arrive.  Cool
Yeah, the quantity may be a lot before the bull run but that's the purpose of bitcoin, it's for paying stuff so don't forget to treat yourself while holding a lot.
