One question: If anything goes wrong with the shipment, e.g. Broken PCB, non-functional miner or worst case scenario the shipment company's plane just blows up with your package inside, who's responsible?
a nihilist would say: "why bother?"
I believe in philosophical nihilism, not material nihilism. Nihilism branches into multiple fields. In short, I believe in the Simulation Theory.

If nothing is true, can everything be real. If nothing is defined as it should be, then it can be what you think it to be, or what you know not whether to be.

Sorry, went a little off topic, but on a more serious note, what happens then?
FedEx has tried to deliver twice Smiley

Still confused on Blade shipping.  Same time as USB's ?  Separate shipping label?
if they arrive together then, at same time... as far as labels go, it depends on quantity... I posted a note about what fits into which priority box here, but can look at a specific order to tell you what you might have to do wrt to the label/s
also, i don't expect these to arrive before thursday/friday, so we all have a couple of days to get all the orders double checked and labels handled.
Right.  I do FedEx though.  Miners not a concern although you might need a large express box for 100.  Do not know about blades though.  You mentioned you were going to look at it.  I am assuming a medium box for two, but just don't know what kind of packing they are coming in.
Been experimenting and I think I'm going to settle on 3 blades for priority medium box and 5 for the large box... But packaging is going to get creative... Smiley

If we minus one blade could you squeeze 20-30 Erupters in there?
Challenging the elves I see...

Lots of orders received and being processed for the Eligius-branded USB miners.  Large inventory is expected this Thursday/Friday and coordinated shipping chaos  commences on arrival...

BTW, I do test these units for against DOA using one of the addresses of the pool (not cool to pocket btc from testing).  So far there have been a few units that didn't pass the test, so it has saved some of you the headache of replacement.

I brand and test up to 49 units with one hub.

Thanks!!
P.S. will post more updates as we get closer to Thursday/Friday.

I bought when they were 0.55BTC - will I be eligible eventually for the coupon?
that's up to the boss...

Is there a way that we can choose the color of the usb miners?  I would personally like to have them uniformly colored...
if a mix of colors arrived, yes.  but usually it's been one color... sometimes 2.  I typically proportion them out if multiple colors are available

if everyone emails pdf labels exactly in this format, i could double my rate of processing without changing anything!  Grin
it's perfect, exactly what we're looking for. no more no less.
1st item is your payment transaction id
2nd item is the first sending address of your payment (if you don't use the 1st addy, it slows us down, but we can figure it out)
3rd item is the tracking number from the attached pdf file (notice no spaces or additional words etc...)
4th item is the signature of the signed message to verify that you are the sender of the label.

Thanks again!!!

I am trying to get some more coins. I have 60 sticks  on order paid for and I paid for 1 medium flat rate priority box .  So if I scrap up 2 or 3 coins for 6 to 10 sticks to put in the paid for box when is the cutoff day?

I have 1.3 coins now and can add 4 sticks to the order today. I don't want to waste the prepaid for  post office box. Ty phil
cut off would be when I receive inventory.  hopefully I will have a day or two notice from DHL and will post here

guidelines for your own labels:

small priority box fits 14 USB miners
medium priority box fits 100 USB miners
large priority box first 140 USB miners
20 USB miners fit into a flat-rate padded envelope

For Labels: What about the shipping DATE? USPS requires us to select a date of shipment - can we print a label without knowing when our units will ship?
Use Thursday's date...
For USB order, Blade Order, or Both?

Speaking of a blade order:

What flat rate box do they fit in and how many can you fit in a larger flat rate box?
I have the 3 components' info and will play with a model to determine shipping volumes etc... tomorrow.

Three components?  When you buy a blade you get 3 items or are  you referring to three separate possible purchases, i.e. USB B.e, Blade, Blade power supply?

A single blade consists if 3 components from the manufacturer

This is sounding like hyperinflation in reverse. Keeping up to the exponential rise in difficulty is like the nuclear arms race.

Despite all that, fuckit Shocked  I needs to get some ASAP and get blown up!

From you.. YES
From another reseller... NO
That's why I came back to you.
#1 you matched the price
#2 Every single one of the units I have ever purchased from you were factory tamper sticker in place <<#2 is very important trust level to me. As a distributer I felt it was unethical to have units that have been sold as NEW yet the stickers were gone or folded in like maybe they were "TESTED"

In the end I just threw down $6200 USD in your hands due to #2 being very important to me.
I've bought from Canary, and I've bought from two other sources.  Both of those sources explicitly stated they were testing the units before shipping so it was no surprise to find the seals broken.  Nothing untoward as far as I can see.  They didn't have the experience at the time of warranty processes and simply wanted to ensure they didn't ship dead product.
I only saw btcguild state openly about testing.  Btcguild did testing very early on as an added bonus which was great but its not feasible with high volume and they announced that they were stopping testing.. Very open and honest about it.  I thought about testing but its unnecessary because resellers receive extra inventory for warranty handling. Technically, they are no longer unused if tested and this would violate eBay/amazon "new" condition for those of you who buy in bulk to resell further.
friedcat includes extras for warranty claims.   I've had to do warranty replacements and this process is better than testing each unit before shipping...when you buy one of these you want it hashing for YOU ASAP, not anyone else.
Now if a reseller is custom branding these, then they have to be opened, but this would be public info.
