reproducible with other port combinations and on both win 7 and 8

what am i doing wrong?

not an issue with prior to 3.9.0 versions of bfgminer.

That's weird, I've got 3.9.0 running on Windows 7, OpenWRT, Debian and whatever MinePeon runs on, and I've not seen this.
it ignores the specified port number and instead  binds on same port as the 1st instance of bfgminer running in proxy... weird indeed

I have an instance of bfgminer proxy running on port 8332.

starting another one on different port:

I must have been tired last night.  I goofed on that in at least 3 ways.  I just resent it ... I think it's right now. Smiley

M
thanks!

did it make it out today?  Smiley

M
it did, but since we had a bad snow storm today, I don't know if post office will be operating at "normal" speed here... I'll check on it tomorrow AM

I've tested/tightened a good number of cubes today...
It appears that friedcat has done a much better job with this batch as I've yet to find a single dead chip...
Still need to tighten the screws (shipping vibration) but it appears the mini blades have been tested for being operational.

1488  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [~32 TH] HHTT - Selected Diff/Stratum/PPLNS/Paid Stales/High Availability/Tor on: January 01, 2014, 05:46:47 PM
I'll be shutting down the pool today.  I would be surprised if there were any more blocks.

Thanks everyone.

For whatever it is worth, I've switched my personal miners to slush's pool with BTC Guild as a backup.

Don't forget about Eligius! Smiley

The dimension for the box holding 8 cubes is 16x16x16.  FedEx is pretty lenient with dimensions and weight on the label... They will weigh the box anyways and bill you correct amount regardless.

Same here.  It looks like I got a double payment though (I was in the queue when the pool died last night).  So I'm guessing that maybe the system is "catching up" to get me back in line where I should be?

Double payment? you meant you got paid twice of what you earned?

I dont see any double payment. The last payment i got was what i earned b4 the server was down. I switched to my backup pool and didnt switch back until 9hrs ago.

Is your unpaid balance still zero? but you dont see any payout?

I have two payments that are basically the same with-in two hours of each other.  My "Estimated Change" has been the same for at least 8 hours.

<snip>
P.S.  Ignore the drop in my hash rate, I just rebooted some of my miners.  Grin

OK, wizkid responded to my question, he's checking it, but no shares are lost, everything will be calculated properly for correct payouts.
no worries...

Holy Shit almost 7 hours and 5.59 billion shares, that was a hell of a block!!!

That's an understatement!! Smiley

Thanks for the great service on my first order, just sent another payment and label for one more blade.
You're welcome!  today's blades are shipping out...

Why does my cube and another blade that I have keep restarting itself? Driving me mad! :/
if both on same PSU, then likely PSU is the source of your issue.
if both not on same PSU, then your network is the source of an issue all the way up to the host running your proxy.
