heading out to drop off orders at USPS in ~1 hr
1462  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [IN-STOCK, SHIPPING, OPEN] batch #37 .75 btc per ASICMiner Cube 30-38Gh/s on: January 07, 2014, 03:49:56 PM
Arrived today. Thanks. I did the recommended tear-down/reassemble. A couple of the cards were slightly out of the grooves as could be expected from shipping. Only a few of the heat sink  screws needed an eighth of turn or less to tighten. Hashing away at 38+Ghs on high clock no problem. Glad I didn't pay the extra premium some are asking for verified 38 Ghs!

Thanks again!

Tom

You're welcome!!  I check each Cube  to make sure nothing is lose and that there are no dead chips before shipping.
Re-seating and checking screws after receiving it is still a very good idea due to vibrations during shipping causing lose screws.

13% of Cube inventory remains as of this moment.

Interested in this... Anyone running a full hub with these yet?
I'm pretty sure they are.  as long as the hub can power each port adequately it should have no issues.

Here's a good list of tested hubs: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=253749.0

about 25% of my Cube inventory remains at this point...

edit: received a few PMs asking if I still have Cubes.  I do, when I'm out, I will close this group by posting a message, until then, there's stock.
Thanks!

P.S. If you are in Midwest, happy digging out... I just spent 3 hrs clearing the snow... pain... Smiley
How many Snow Coins did you mine?

Smiley

I bet a lot of miners are just bringing in cold air from the outside allowing it to hit the heatsinks/fans to cool off miners.  Talk about OC heaven!!

Does it work with bfgminer?
bfgminer support is being worked on by Luke-Jr.  no estimate on his schedule just yet.

however, they work nicely with the cgminer build linked on the OP.  there's also a thread "U1 tips and tricks" that is very useful.

to canary these sticks are really good.

BTW they are the exact same size as an asic miner stick.  the plastic case is nicer.

they clock to 2.0 with ease really stable.

I will order some soon.   I have around 40 left from the 105 that i purchased from other sellers.

It is good to see you have these in stock.

this thread has lots of info on setup

redundant link it is in the first post.
yes, they very much remind me of ASICMiner's Erupter USBs all the way down to the edge cut on the heatsink.

List of hubs: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=253749.0

how to send a shipping label:
you will essentially download that pdf label from usps and email it to canary.btc@gmail.com (email used for labels only, contact with questions via PM here)
thank you BorisAlt for putting together a quick how-to guide: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=271054.msg2928336#msg2928336 (shipping from zip 60181)
in the body of the email, you will have 4 things:
1. transaction id of your order
2. 1st payment address of the transaction
3. tracking number (no spaces)
4. Signature (your will sign ONLY the tracking # from item #3)
additionally, if you use this method, you no longer need to PM me shipping address as a signed message.  trying to make things simpler for all.
I will check that the tracking number in item 3 matches the label exactly.
--------------------------
here's an example of a signed message you email me with an attached label (each lines corresponds to #1,2,3,4 from above paragraph):

guidelines for your own labels for U1 USBs:

For shipping labels here are your choices with USPS:

1-10   units: Priority Small Flat rate box
1-24   units: Padded Flat Rate Envelope (Priority or Express)
1-81   units: Priority Medium Flat rate box, or Flat Rate Express label
1-127 units: Priority Large Flat rate box.
1-55   units: Region A box (for better shipping rates)  each unit is 1.105 oz. so multiply by number of miners. example: for 55: 55*1.105 = 60.775 oz or 3 lbs and 13 ounces.

--------------------------
If you are a re-seller on eBay or other outlets, I can handle your shipping.
- you sell
- you pay me
- send me the appropriate label (pdf) you generate for your sold order.
- I ship from zip 60181
- sit back and relax... don't bother shipping yourself.

Thanks,

Canary

You will need to email me a label per below info (please read the OP in it's entirety)

For shipping labels here are your choices with USPS:

If ordering a single unit, you can use First Class Mail label if you would prefer that method for cost savings over priority mail for a single U1.
Total weight is under 2 oz in a padded yellow envelope.

1-10   units: Priority Small Flat rate box
1-24   units: Padded Flat Rate Envelope (Priority or Express)
1-81   units: Priority Medium Flat rate box, or Flat Rate Express label
1-127 units: Priority Large Flat rate box.
1-55   units: Region A box (for better shipping rates)  each unit is 1.105 oz. so multiply by number of miners. example: for 55: 55*1.105 = 60.775 oz or 3 lbs and 13 ounces.

those who have fedex accounts or can email me a fedex label, you can do so.

When creating the labels via USPS/FedEx, it's up to you to choose the type of service: Priority/Express, Ground/Next Day etc...

Insurance is recommended but it's up to you when purchasing a label.

no PMing me your shipping address as a signed message anymore.  You will sign 1 string only: tracking # of your label/s

I provide The Fastest delivery to you, bar none!

This batch has a simple setup.  you pay 1 price, provide a label and I ship.  I don't care where you want me to ship it to (domestically).

You don't need to spend btc on shipping! spend USD instead and provide me with a shipping label you buy

HOW TO SIGN A MESSAGE TO ME (YOUR SHIPPING INFO): https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=195647.msg2291965#msg2291965 Please NOTE: the above example is NOT the same as sending a signed message with your transaction. If you are new to this (aka noob), please read this so that you understand what to do.  This is the single most problematic step in the ordering process.  Here's how to sign a message with a blockchain.info wallet: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=180068.0 Please verify the signed message yourself before you send it to me

See post #2 below for an example.

Common Questions:
When will I receive my order? Answer: I ship out the same day I receive your payment as long as your order is verified before I head out to drop off packages at USPS/FedEx.

Can you confirm my order? Answer:  you can confirm your own order by looking up the transaction id of your payment.  if it shows confirmations >=1, this is your confirmation that your funds were received.  This is what I would do to "confirm" your order.  Bitcoin is designed in a way to allow you to confirm and see what you've done.

Please Note:
Only send payments from an address you control (i.e. you can sign with it). If you send from MtGox or other exchanges, you risk loosing your funds since you can't prove you sent them. Please send from a wallet you can sign a message with.  You will send your shipping address via this method.

Policy update:
Refunds: Your orders are binding after your funds have been received and verified.  I do not accept returns or issue refunds once your order has shipped.  If you sent payment but have not emailed me your label and the signed message, you can ask for a refund.  Refund processing takes a significant amount of time and should not be expected instantly.  Transaction fee will be deducted from total amount refunded.

----------------------

Ordering:

There is one common payment address: 1Kt9enkaUCpqqFTok1wbFv6hTgWpg29kV6

To buy:

send the appropriate amount C=N * price  listed above. email me a label. I ship.

ensure the sending btc address is under your control, so you can sign with it in case of disputes

Warranty
90 days. per manufacturer, overclocking voids the warranty.

Communication:
I live in Chicago (CST time zone: UTC/GMT -5 hours) and have a day-job that allows me ample time to devote to this endeavor. I do sleep at night, so if I don't answer at night, please be patient.  I'm pretty open and transperant with info.  I post it as soon as I have it, I do not withhold from anyone.  Please respect everyone's time.

it did, but since we had a bad snow storm today, I don't know if post office will be operating at "normal" speed here... I'll check on it tomorrow AM

I was afraid that might be the case.  The tracking # still shows electronic only.  I was hoping to have it on Sat too. Sad

M

USPS still shows my item as "electronic shipping received" as of yesterday.  Nothing else?

M
went there before 7, they told me data should be loaded later to reflect... they appeared swamped... we have another weather front moving in... east coast is just begining to dig out and re-open.  shipping and travel is a mess now... Sad
