2241  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: March 30, 2023, 10:50:26 PM
That's a good win by TNT tropang Giga, this team is getting stronger and also thier import who can Contribute well if there no solid defense by thier opponent an also there's a lot of a good Filipino local players who can really make noise if thier opponent  focusing on thier import. And about the game of barangay Ginebera and SmB, we already know what team gonna advance to the finals cause we all know that both teams are sister company is pretty sure Barangay Ginebra will win.
TNT is actually one of the best teams in the league and they're always being thought of as the rival of the other teams from RSA teams.
Just to be a bit different but it involves our "Pinoy pride" player from KBL Anyang KGC who is Rhenz Abando. Have you seen those posts on facebook basketball pages about his salary breakdown? With just his first contract on his team, he'd managed to earn a lot and that's even more than the half of salary that a rookie can get in the PBA. That's encouraging for the young talents on why many are taking that path because of the salary is really a lot compared to what they can get from PBA.
2242  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: WHERE DOES THE PROFITS FROM? on: March 30, 2023, 10:23:05 PM
When investing in #crypto, you need to understand where the profits come from? . You buy low and sell high at many times, but you don't always buy at the bottom and sell at the top. I jumped in and ended up not getting a good #entry , then the account was not profitable , even lost & lost . What you need to decide is when the market has explored very deeply, the whole community is afraid to panic you buy at such times, don't listen to the media at those times, it all just annoys and scares you. so all plus outside there . Remember carefully: high profits come from beautiful #entry and waiting. Decisiveness and innovation for sustainable profits! #future is a tool for the house to hook up the coins from the community after 1 season of #uptrend failure = stay away from it!
It's not always that you'll be able to sell at the peak price of the coin you're trading and also won't be able to buy at the lowest when you're trying to buy.
What matters is that you'll be able to buy at a decent considered low price and able to sell at a higher price whether it's not the peak or just near to it or just average.
The important thing is you're profiting from your trades and even if you're not able to maximize your profits, that's fine because the goal is to make a profit and it's unpredictable as well whether you'll be able to see the top of it or not.
The greedy traders are even the ones that have experience losses because they're too hopeful and expecting more than what's in front of them and they don't secure their profits.
2243  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your opinions of future in Crypto with AI technology? on: March 30, 2023, 09:55:43 PM
AI is the biggest thing that we all faced in 2023 I think. With chatgpt it became everyone attention. I have seen lot of crypto projects that are marketing they are using AI technologies in their projects. So what do you think about this? Are they really using AI or is it for market themselves? Because I don't find anything about AI technologies that they are talking In their websites or whitepapers.

Do you suggest me good projects that using AI technologies for study? What is in your bucket list and what are your opinions about AI + Crypto in future?
Let's say that some of them are genuine for the innovation of technology and use AI for the market that they're about to conquer. But most of these projects are just the same as those newly launched projects during the hype of meme coins. As you know in this market, whenever something new is on the trend, many developers will go that path and will take advantage of it for them to market the project until it stays there, yes, just for the market and be tradable until it has got enough value for them to dump the token that's made for that ai project. It sucks and sad but that's the reality on this market where it's already saturated for every niche that one can think.
2244  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon musk still market booster? on: March 30, 2023, 09:27:28 PM
Is Elon musk still market booster and markit crusher or markit just moving on news and Elon musk investment in Bitcoin or just published news about that
I think that he's attached to it as a pumper in the market and that's why everybody likes him whenever Doge or meme coins get a buff from him and every time he includes it on his Tweet. But then, if the market is bearish there's a little boost he can give to it but that's not guaranteed. Anyway, we see that only has little impact he's contributing to the market now because the market is working on its own and we're getting closer to the time that bitcoin will halve. So it means that he may take advantage of that event again and will make it look like it's his doings whenever bitcoin's price increase somewhere in the future.
2245  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Neymar Loses €1M in Casino in Just an Hour on: March 30, 2023, 08:55:05 PM
He's able and that's why he just laughed at it. But honestly, that's a lot of money to waste, yeah, it might just his one week salary but we know that everyone in here won't be wasting that much even if you're a bitcoin millionaire or a billionaire and you're able, I am sure that there will be some regret and remorse with that type of loss.
According to what I saw on Twitter, it is just one week of his salary, which means he is able to make even more. If this kind of loss is just infrequent, that should not be a big deal, but if he continues to lose more and more in short period of time, that would be a problem. If you see his reaction, he did not feel so good about it, that is gambling and life continues.
Yes, it's also indicated in the OP and it's why the recovery from that loss will just be easy on him. Well, that's his reaction and if this continues, we all know where it is heading.
It's a bunch of money and even if you're earning well and a superstar, still it's a big loss and no one will ever feel good about it.
But yeah, if he can have it back within a week as his salary, still it cannot change the fact that he lost that amount in an hour.
2246  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: who Want To Bet On 2024 USA elections? on: March 30, 2023, 08:31:19 PM
Where can we find the potential candidates for next year's election? Wow, it means that we're about to see the ending of Biden's term, I can't even feel that it's almost four years and he's about to end his first term. As mentioned that there's already a thread made for this discussion, it's better to simply stay there and keep the discussion going with that thread.

Anyway, these celebrities and athletes will just keep on losing millions if they're just easy money because they know that they'll earn that money so fast and that's why even if they lose millions a week or a month or even a day, they won't be feeling bad about it.
2248  Other / Politics & Society / Re: I love politics and I want to be clean politician! on: March 30, 2023, 11:22:19 AM
In few years to come I should be recognised in my country as one of the youngest ambitious and creating president my country ever have.
Is this going to be an easy thing to do? If so, how you're going to do it in my country even in the lowest position in the government, it's hard to be recognized unless you've started very popularly already. But I guess you've got some plan in doing it for you to be recognized with that title.

I want to prove to people that life is a function of mindset and everybody have good mindset but only few use it.
Well, this could be a personal reason but based on what I can see from it. It's far from being a politician that's different from the others. But I guess you'll just start from there if ever you reach that point of your life that you'd be elected by your constituents.
2249  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is ARB a rising star ? on: March 30, 2023, 10:49:46 AM
It's still trending and if bitcoin's price pushes more then there will be a push also for ARB's price. As said being a rising star, we still don't know how long will last the trend that it has got recently. Those that have invested a lot on it, hopefully, you're able to capitalize your profits on it and can now buy while it's on $1. I haven't bought it yet but trying to monitor as there's a huge community that has been built through it and that's what my factor being thought off as a support to its potential rise.
2250  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Going to Bitcoin events on: March 30, 2023, 09:58:56 AM
I am something biased at this because of internet sayings, biased in positive side that they are very benefiting and worth my time, share your experiences about going to events is good or bad ,
are you gone to any bitcoin events ? and, in which way it helped you, do you learned new things that is very difficult to learn on internet, do you met amazing people, do going to that events worth your time and money.
Pre-pandemic, I've attended a few of them and it was fun. Well, the foods served at those events were tasty and delicious, and that's what I like about attending those meet-ups. Kidding aside, it helped me to increase my network because of the people that have got connections from various industries but share the same interest we've got in investing in bitcoin and also being optimistic about blockchain technology.

it depends on your goals being here in this crypto market. if you are just a regular crypto user who doesn't need network, there's no need for you to attend such conferences. but if you are a business person with plans of setting up a crypto-related business or joining one, definitely, connections are important. because for one, you need money to push thru your project. and besides, all the other capable staffs, you can find in this type of gathering.
I think even if you're just like a single guy who's investing in the market, you'll get bored and want to network with other people. That's why attending conferences is a good way to extend the people that you know and to meet new people. You'll never know the knowledge that will be shared there is something that you're looking for and is very new to you. With those that I've attended, most of those I'm aware of what they've put into topic but still, I've learned a lot of new things there and met great people and that's why it is one of the best things to expect when you attend such.
2251  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: SIM Registration: Anong Dapat Ipag-alala? on: March 30, 2023, 03:43:04 AM

May point ka pero that route would cost more.

Going to bitcoin, crypto, blockchain events benefits us in anyway ?
Yes, you'll learn some additional information and at the same time, you'll meet new people in the same verse that you're interested in.

2254  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Banks are collapsing. Will Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies rise from here?? on: March 29, 2023, 11:23:03 PM
Crypto is also much safer than bank caused you be your own bank. You are storing money in yourself by used the wallet with safe security. that's enough to keep your money securely without any problem.
In terms of being our bank, it's true and that's one of the things I like about owning crypto. We hold our own funds and they're all our responsibility. It teaches how to manage our finances and as well as be wary of security concerns that force us to learn about them. Being a responsible crypto owner, we tend to be more conscious about the market value than the security matters but little did we know, we're all being taught that we should be the one controlling our money and not the banks or any third party that charges us fees by getting back our own money.
2255  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Skill Based Slot Machines on: March 29, 2023, 10:44:41 PM
I don't also want to go too deep with that. Slots are better to remain as luck based and if there have been some changes made by the slots providers or any developer to make it just as skilled based game, I don't think that it will click. There's already the belief that it's a luck based game and that's the fun starts. I have not known any casinos that do have it but if there's the reinvention on this, those who wants to try, may try it if that's what you want. I'll just stick to what I've used to.
Slot game changes usually depend on each provider and the casino only puts it on their site. But usually, you've seen that providers give new names to their slot games that are different from previous games. But if there really is a skill-based slot game, I want to see it first before I try it because I think we should know how to play the skill-based slot game.
The names are just different but they all end with the same mechanics and game style. But if ever there's really one that can change into a skilled base, I don't know if I can project that in my mind.

But if not, I'm still satisfied playing luck-based slot games because in my opinion, slot games are stressful Grin
Actually, it's both stressful and fun at the same. And we're just familiar with the luck based type and that's more acceptable so something new is quite unfamiliar with but given the long time of its existence, it will eventually be known.
2256  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The answers to everything political; two answers on: March 29, 2023, 10:09:28 PM
That's a sad truth and I'm speaking on behalf of my experience and still keep on experiencing it. People who are working in the government don't really like serving the people.
What they like is just to sit there and have their paycheck secured because the government has huge funding for them.
They even think that they're all powerful because they're in the place that people have elected them for. Think of it that I'm living in a democratic country but it seems that democracy is just for the people with money.
And when problems should be addressed in their areas, they only act on it if they're talked to and only a few does the initiative for building a better place for their constituents. You know what, it's like a normal talk in the neighborhood that most of them are corrupt.
2257  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Ripple ever reach $5 ? on: March 29, 2023, 09:47:04 PM
anything can happen because in crypto anything is possible. Possible XRP will have its chance to prove haters wrong when they success in defending their rights against the SEC lawsuit. There are news that XRP has big change to win the case and that's why XRP is going strong despite the market downtrend due to binance's FUD. So possibility it will reach towards the upcoming halving within 2025 and it will be a great day for XRP holders.
With the price of XRP now, it has to multiply by ten. $0.55 as its price. It's true that anything can happen to crypto and we all know about that. And XRP reached $3 during the 2017 bull run, and it has passed to another one but little movement and then we're approaching the next one, maybe by next year or two. If no motion even reaches $1 then there's already a problem, I think with SEC or none, if it won't move a lot then it won't really move a lot. So, best of luck to those that have been holding it and still waiting for the right time to sell.
2258  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Circulating supply matters to you? on: March 29, 2023, 09:07:42 PM
When the token circulation is large enough, then you need to have a large amount of liquidity to avoid falling prices, no one can control the price of tokens in the market, but too many tokens are not good for the price of tokens in the future.
Falling prices for every project are unavoidable. You will not know when they are about to fall but having these factors like the circulating supply and its market cap will give you an idea of whether to proceed to invest and hold it.

therefore tokens need to have a max supply
Except the meme coins that has unlimited supply and that determines the price for each of them because if a project has a limited supply, how much it got can easily be computed and you'll project the future price of it, market cap and your potential profit. I am sure that many does that before they invest.
2259  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Did Laszlo Hanyecz see it as 10,000 BTC or as $41? on: March 29, 2023, 08:48:49 PM
It's true that many of us see our bitcoin tied with USD but what we can do with that? Since its value is depending on that, it is what it is and that can't be changed.
But these days, it's important to look at that matter to see of how much bitcoin we've got and that should be looked at, like btc/btc or btc = btc. And that's how we're seeing the importance of it on these times because in the future, the price, the value itself will increase and that's the reason why we're looking at with that valuing because soon we may value anything by just having it through satoshis and not depending on dollar value.
2260  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can a casino ever run without the government's awareness? on: March 29, 2023, 01:49:47 PM
Yes, it's possible.
You know that the government will just intervene when the company is quite big already. They'll do all the means to track the owners down and make the business at risk by applying such laws that haven't been seen by the developers.
If the law states that they can't do it then that's questionable because they didn't enforce it when it was just launched. But it's because the company was too small to be considered and apply the law on them. That's mostly the status of many startups and even new casinos, it's like a test and dry run for them. If it's a success, they'll be recognized and too big not to be noticed.
Decentralized gambling might not be profitable because it will attract fewer customers. This is because people might not trust these gambling platforms, because they don't have a license to operate in a particular country. Gamblers will always want to deal with casinos that are registered in a jurisdiction in case of litigations.  CBDCs are centralized and controlled by the central banks of these nations and if the government mandates these casinos to use them, they don't have any option but to use It. The truth is that people will always prefer cryptocurrencies to using CBDCs.
That's for real, most consumers, customers, and gamblers prefer the centralized one. It's hard to gain traction with the decentralized type of gambling of how flawed the system is for those that have tried it first. And another thing is that we're just used to the common centralized type of gambling. Another factor is about the news that have been made all about these decentralized things like exchanges and even in gambling, so that impression is hard to be removed from those that have heard a lot of how not friendly they were.
