You said it it is a known problem, and other people didn't come here and want btc back like you.
Maybe it never affected others the same way it has me? IE.. losing all my btc so soon after the error happened (and it happened almost right away after my deposit) I have not seen it happen once in my normal betting for a long long time. I have been playing at primedice very regularly for the past few months. I'm shocked that they seem completely unwilling to help considering an error on their site almost certainly made me lose all my btc. I got no response from support so far, stunna has replied once but didn't answer anything about the error so I'm waiting for another reply. You can say 'dont bet more than you're willing to lose' but that does not in any way excuse errors affecting my betting at a critical time. The site is meant to be fair, what happened to me was not fair. You refreshed the page and claim that if you had not refreshed your seeds would have been different and you would have won. If you had refreshed and won the bets would you have offered me a refund? Ultimately the odds aren't going to change regardless of how many times you refresh the page. You refreshed the page and then decided to place the bet knowing that the circumstance was potentially different even though in reality the odds were the same. Did Stunna said he will put back instant withdrawal in PD3?

Stunna could you please verify why I am not able to login for the past 12 hours?? Have you tried logging in with user ID or are you using username? If that isn't the case please send me a PM with further details. It is not even giving me the option to type my username/id and password. it just redirects too: https://primedice.com/get_address.php which is a completely blank web page. Try clearing your cookies or opening the site on a different browser/computer. Loads fine for me. |

Bumping this again as I think this should be implemented before a year from now.
If someone wants to write a patch for it, I will seriously consider adding it. I believe that safely adding 2FA would be very time-consuming, so I'm not willing to do it myself or direct Slickage to do it. Not sure how time consuming this would be, I'm willing to put 1 BTC towards a bounty for it though. The only condition of the bounty would be that it is of high enough quality to be accepted/implemented by Theymos. If anyone would like to contribute towards this bounty or is interested in writing the patch please let me know. EDIT: I've doubled the bounty if anyone is interested, it is now 2BTC. |

PrimeDice is very cool, the auto betting is great but I would like to be able to refer players and get fidelity points I am waiting for PD3 to see if they implement that I am a loser on PrimeDice so far, I will try the casino on my signature to see the difference and I have tried Everydice : https://everydice.com/?r=744 where you can refer and invest in the casino as well We'll have an affiliate program in PD3 along with a lot of other features I think you'll like. At this moment we're completing PVP. Here's what we have left to finish: - PVP
- advanced auto-bet settings
- Achievements/Levels
- User tipping/chat commands
- Stronger provably fair
We'll be able to knock out most of these within the next few days. After that we'll just be making sure everything on the front-end is working as expected and then we will probably launch. PD3 is basically what PD2 should have been in my opinion, and we've spent 100s of hours making the most robust and efficient back-end possible. |
