2341  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mark Zuckerberg sold his cryptocurrency project Diem to Silvergate Bank on: February 04, 2022, 09:57:28 PM
Seems so news to me and looks like this haven't made headlines when the stocks of Meta was in a downtrend. I wouldn't be surprised is diem will continue from here on out but we don't know if it will remain the same as stable currency or not, interesting stuffs, banks are into it and seems regulators will not pursue it anymore.
2342  Other / Meta / Re: Some info about spammer warning... on: February 04, 2022, 09:23:16 PM
I know there are some rules for controlling spam posters in the forum. Users could be limited for any new post for 7, 14, or 30 days prior to a permanent ban as a warning. Is there any way users can find out how many times they were warned before? As I can remember I was also warned one or two times a long time ago but can not remember exactly for how many days.
Nada, there's nothing that warns about it. If you can remember how did you get the warn or what triggers the warn from a moderator then try to change it or be mindful the next time around. If it's about spamming then better to improve your posts quality or post always on topic, nothing that difficult to understand.

What do you think about Kai's Future in the NBA?

https://web.facebook.com/OneSportsPHL/photos/a.678816935473756/5343954485626621/

Quote
Map-pick ba ang 7'3" center na si Kai Sotto kung mag-declare siya para sa 2022 NBA Draft?

Kai doesn't need to play in the PBA, he seemed to be playing impressive basketball with his current team now in Australia, and if the scout will notice him, he could choose to get drafted in the 2022 NBA draft, and if that will happen, he will become the first Filipino full blooded NBA player.
I like him to be drafted in NBA but I think he's not yet ready for it. I know that he's a good player and there's such spirit and talent on this kid but I just think and feel that he's not yet there. But wherever the fate is going to bring him, he should grab every opportunity that he can.
And then later on if there's a problem that exists, then he has to face it like hardship of keeping up with the new atmosphere if ever he gets drafted. Well, there are also young talented players that have been drafted but if a scouter sees his talent then he should grab it as training in NBA is much better and yeah, it's NBA.
I think so too, maybe he needs more experiences on the Australian league by now and if he keeps improving I think there are lot of scouts that might notice him. In the long run, I guess an overseas league with the like of Kai is still impressive for his career even if he wouldn't make it on the NBA but still has the wishful thinking as a fellow countrymen that we desire a full-blooded one there.

Who else agrees that he needs more muscle to gain first? Not that a must but we see Pau Gasol haven't that much but still a dominant center way back his time.
2344  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: NFT presales vs ICOs on: February 04, 2022, 07:45:41 PM
Did you know? NFTs is more chance to the risk comparing a coin/token?
Exactly, it's riskier than any ICO or other coin/token offerings. Even if you early joined the hype and then it's a success, it's not a guarantee that you can sell it afterwards unless you paper handed it to other individuals who want it cheaper. I like NFTs who offers utility over it and one more thing I like NFTs who really have a very active community.

2346  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: MINERIUM ERC20 SCAM ALERT!!!!!!! [on polygon] on: February 03, 2022, 04:25:47 PM
Use this method to remove token from metamask. And it should be noted, this method only excludes this token from appearing in the metamask. If you view your address in explorer or import your address to another wallet, minereum will still be visible. Minereum tokens are not actually removed from your wallet until you send them to another address.
This method is only to delete the token if it has been added to the metamask, if it has not been added then this token is not in the list of tokens in the metamask. I think there is no way to delete every token in explorer other than dumping it on the burn address.
Correct, but I'd rather not interact on it and just leave it as it should be on the wallet besides it doesn't do much to harm my other assets. If you care too much about potential hacks I guess you move other assets you have on your wallet to another wallet and forget the wallet that has these dust tokens. Haven't interacted on it like sending it on a burn address since I may not know what's gonna happen and one thing is it will just cost gas especially if it's in ERC20, the cost for dumping it isn't worth it.
2347  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: MINERIUM ERC20 SCAM ALERT!!!!!!! [on polygon] on: February 03, 2022, 01:20:40 PM
Not a new case to be honest as I've received tokens in the past too but I just let it sit there, ignore it at all. You can move this on the scam accusations board as it's more appropriate to be posted there. Most token dusting activities aren't new to Ethereum network and even on other networks like Tron it's more common there but I just ignore it.
2348  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Evolution Thiefs but no help from stake support on: February 03, 2022, 12:48:19 PM
Support stake don't care about my evidence they say to me i need to handle with evolution, thats my main problem i have proof
You already got your proof and if stake says you need to handle it with Evolution Gaming then you need to send it to them and not anymore to Stake. The question right now is how you'll get a proper request to Evolution and hope Stake.com gives you a hint for that, huge casinos like them aren't that always active on support requests but try to always reaching out to them and be courteous I guess on what you asked to them.
2349  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: February 03, 2022, 06:47:58 AM
The result of the Phoenix Suns vs Brooklyn Nets game didn't surprise me even a bit. Suns were in a much stronger condition than Nets and we saw it by their performance in this game also. Nets felt Kevin Durant's absence indeed but I don't think that they would still have won this game by having him in the starting five also. It is just really difficult to beat Suns in this season recently. They have had a great winning streak so far. They missed the chance of being the champions in the finals last season and I wonder if they will make it this time.
Just as I have thought and they are on 11th win streak now and who knows they might be on the books of most streak wins for a team, isn't impossible when the team is really in good shape. Can't wait for them head to head with Warriors this 2022 Western Conference Finals and I think everyone can agree here with me with that speculation. Feels like they do want that comeback and hope it's their time now and a ring for Paul too.
2350  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How will u feel if d price of 1BTC exceeds $1m by 2030 as its made legal tender on: February 03, 2022, 03:29:11 AM
If u can fully recall, El Salvador adopted BTC a legal tender alongside the US dollar in September last year.. Now the Salvadoran president, Nayib Bukele has predicted that bitcoin will become a legal tender in two more countries this year. Devere Group's CEO expects 3countries to do so too while Bitmax's CEO expects 5countries to do so.
With this trends it won't be surprising to see other sovereign nation states acquire bitcoin in 2022. Infact it will be a dream come true since Ark research indicated that the fundamentals of bitcoin network have always remind healthy.
The real euphoria I think, though we may say it's unrealistic price for now but we've have had the same speculation that Bitcoin will never come back again to $20k level. Just a prediction as always but that's what we hold onto, these predictions and speculations keeps us going.  I think the sentiment will be this until it's fully here with us, HODL as we go.

then don't hesitate to register, just taking the chance so you can get an experience.
He doesn't seem to be interested as mentioned in the OP that he isn't talking about tournaments. I was also planning on joining the tourney but sadly the time slot isn't in my favor. Hence; I had to leave it.
Nevertheless, I would recommend SwC as I have played numerous times there & it's exactly the one you are looking for.
Yeah I know but just wanted to put it in here if he's mind change or if there's some people who might get interested, after all the more the better for playing. SwC is the best I think for all and I think it's the most active poker room we can see in the crypto gambling industry.
2352  Economy / Gambling / Re: Top site to play poker games on: February 02, 2022, 04:55:00 PM
Betnomi is one new poker site that is doing well in the casino market and at the moment they have a tournament but since you said you don't want to take part in a poker round in a tournament. But just try to visit the betnomi site to see if it meet your expectation.
Agree and we are currently in search for forum poker players to play once again this Sunday and be on the table. You can find the link here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5382245.0 about this tourney and if it finds interesting to you OP then don't hesitate to register, just taking the chance so you can get an experience.

There are plenty of poker rooms but I do recommend either Betnomi or sWc currently this time around as they are the active crypto poker site with active players as well.
2353  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin on its way to $100000?! on: February 02, 2022, 01:33:19 PM
To be frank those images you sent above aren't telling much unless for me or others that may find it vague. The first image doesn't indicate that it already holds the red line, we may see a monthly red candle
once again then holds it or if it goes green then I'd say we may past it.

I think the sentiment was still the $100k Bitcoin price and would hodl until I see it as well. WAGMI
That’s correct. It doesn’t tell much. Until BTC breaks the blue line, we are in a bear market (for me)
https://de.tradingview.com/x/YFvUV6bM
A monthly close under the red line isn’t a good sign.
I think if it will have a long monthly green candle and breaks that blue line, looks like FOMO will kick in once again. Still on the sideline but been DCA these past days tbh.

In the last two weeks, the BTC price dropped to 34K and many forum members were asking "Where is the price bottom? Will the price drop to 30K or 20K?"
Now,the Bitcoin price went up from 34K to 39K and forum members like the OP are asking "Will the Bitcoin price go to 100K?" The psychology and mentality of the average Bitcoin trader/investor is so funny. Grin
Nobody knows when the BTC price will hit 100K and will it be able to hit 100K some day.Maybe yes,or maybe no.I'm expecting another price drop in February and/or March, but I'm pretty positive about the spring.
Never gets old but we can't control these thoughts as much as the market. It's funny to think but we've seen these kind of threads way before but look at where we are now, we're above the 2017 ATH and I wouldn't be surprised if we see similar thread once again when we're above the 2021 ATH.

We have the Phoenix Suns vs the Nets tomorrow.

Durant is out, Harden is questionable, but if he will play, he and Irving will tandem and they will give the Suns a good competition.
As per the betting lines, Suns are the heavy favorite to win, but I think nets would be able to give a great game here as long as Harden will play.
I'd be rooting on Suns here even if Harden comes to and I guess Suns will continue that winning streak of 11th game. They are 1st on FG%, 4th on 3P%, 3rd on Points Scored, and 5th on Total Rebounds, those are impressive stats for a team right now. Chris Paul will continue dominate the West I guess maybe a back to back POTW for him. By the way, their head coach will be the head coach of Team Lebron this coming All-Star and that's why they are the heavy favorite for this upcoming game with Nets.

They might be able to continue their winning streak but I doubt they'll be able to beat the Nets by more than 7 points. I'm talking about the betting odds as I will not only watch this game, I will also put a bet on it. Nets are in a 4 losing streak, so Suns are playing a desperate team here.
Yeah that's likely to happen as a close game but if Harden wouldn't play I think that it will be easy for the Suns to beat it with just Kyrie on the court. That's a bad thing for the Nets stats but being desperate is just a few factor and if there ace players wouldn't play I don't think they can win this game tbh.

2357  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: India proposes 30% tax on crypto and NFTs income on: February 01, 2022, 09:39:54 AM
April 1st (like a fool proposal) isn't that long before this comes into effect and I think it's a ridiculous one tbh. It may not have been implemented yet but I think it will raise some eyebrows to the masses especially to Indian citizens. Was it clarified if what incomes it will be taxed to? Just transferring an asset is too vague, I suppose.
2358  Economy / Gambling / Re: What are the best ways to choose a casino on: February 01, 2022, 06:37:29 AM
Try doing an underground research about any casino reputation before thinking of making choices there are lots of good casinos online with good reputation but it would be better you do some research find out about the ease to which withdrawal and deposit is done and how long it takes to get your winning deposit into your local bank or crypto wallet which ever option is available.
Don't know what you mean on underground research but it's likely not the usual research that are being done by the rest, there's always unique way though for each users. I don't know if it will be ease to withdraw gambling money on local banks as it will just question the transaction you put onto them, there has been many case in the past that some bank accounts are freeze if found out from crypto gambling transactions.
2359  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: January 31, 2022, 09:57:52 PM
Nikola Jokic in January:
425 PTS
211 REB
144 AST
Jokic is the first NBA player to record at least 400 points, 200 rebounds, and 100 assists in a calendar month since Kareem Abdul-Jabbar in March 1976.
Looks like back to back MVP award for The Joker? I think it's not surprising that he's still at the number 1 spot right now but if Embiid continues his presence on the court I think that would be a good flip. Just amazing how Jokic really get these figures, pretty pretty impressive stats.
2360  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Bear Market thread on: January 31, 2022, 08:54:30 PM
Ano na ang nagawa nyo during this bear market?
Chill lang while slowly building port at account.
