2341  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: the comforts of bitcoin on: January 31, 2022, 10:54:14 PM
True talk,a times you will queue on ATM for hours and people that came after you will still withdraw before you or you may not be able to withdraw that day,but with cryptocurrencies nothing like that, you can easily convert and transfer money to whoever you want to send to,I like digital currency its the best.
That seems to be a very long line for ATM, when I ever use an ATM, it don't take me that long and if that happened to me I'll definitely not going back there where that ATM is placed. I think it's just an exaggeration. But one another reality, when we're selling bitcoin, we're going to withdraw it and has to go through an ATM or OTC whichever you prefer.

I'm all for the good of bitcoin and it's really comfortable to have it. Specially if you have people in abroad and they're asking to send money back and forth, fees are cheaper these days.

And the biggest reason why many holds, is about it being a truly valuable asset, a store of value.
2342  Economy / Speculation / Re: Good time to buy? on: January 31, 2022, 09:53:04 PM
With the current conditions of the crypto market, I think there is a lot to think about before continuing to buy Bitcoin, I have unfinished belief for Bitcoin which is much more than $20,000 minimum.

Personally I'm not sure this is the lowest point, there are even more satisfying points in my opinion this year.
We'll determine the lowest point if it ever comes. But for the meantime, when it had to the lowest which was around $33k, that's already the point of others that have been probably set.

And right now, it had hit $38k and trying to force itself out of that line to get into $39k. But if you think that it's not yet comfortable to buy, you really have to wait for another low price point. It will be a matter to yourself if the recovery continues to push $40k upwards.
2343  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sologenic snapshot for XRP holders is the worst I've seen so far on: January 31, 2022, 08:53:19 PM
I don't hold XRP and if that's the value that you've received, it's just a free money that you can ignore until the value grows.

You'll be depending on the value on it and you just can't sell it if you're in binance if the value is only $1 since they have a minimum value requirement.

Well, on December it's on ATH and it's for the traders to prosper and not for those airdrop receivers.
2344  Economy / Economics / Re: 02/02/2022 :( on: January 30, 2022, 11:48:22 PM
Too sad that all necessities and basic needs are increasing. But can we fight this alone to pull the prices back? I don't think that there's a solution to it.

But we can make some ways of having these basic needs like what we can see in farming. If you own an acre or hectare or just a small lot, you can plant some of those plants that will give you basic ingredients and vegetables.

Although I really want to complain a lot with almost weekly increase for the price of these commodities but I'll choose some alternative and way to at least reduce the cost.
2345  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Libra/Diem is dead? on: January 30, 2022, 11:06:23 PM
Yes likely, they've put the intellectual rights of it on sale.

Facebook reportedly ditches Diem stablecoin with asset sale

It has to get its return from selling it and whoever takes it should have to continue its development. I don't think that there's a need to worry about this project is on sale.

IIRC, FB is doing something bigger such as a payment method in Brazil. I forgot the details about that one which is like pilot testing that they've started only there.
2346  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 🚨#CryptoNews→ on: January 29, 2022, 09:54:54 PM
This is one source - LeBron James Teams Up With Crypto.com to Bring Digital Education to Students

There's nothing wrong with that advocacy and it's actually good. People need to learn more about cryptocurrencies and if LBJ is going to help reach more people about that to make them understand what crypto is, he's doing a good job at partnering with Crypto.com which is also the one that has rented LA's Staple Center for 20 years.
2347  Economy / Speculation / Re: Potential running flat pattern (very bullish) similar to 2017: 100k+ very likely on: January 29, 2022, 08:56:52 PM
Well, as speculated by many, still many are saying that $100k is possible.

And these patterns that are running similar in the past really happens but just to make sure that we don't get overwhelmed is to make yourself comfortable with what's happening in the market.

As a holder, if it does happen, that's gonna make everyone happy but let's just embrace the reality as of now.
2348  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: why you will be left behind if you don’t learn NFT. on: January 29, 2022, 07:53:59 PM
Is there any specific utility is there for NFT tokens? Its more like a collectible which is going crazy but it won't last long if there is no real reason to hold it and for me I don't find anything special its just over priced due to the trend also rich people are marketing it on their own way which drives the common man to go for it.
Most of them really are collectibles and art collections. You get the ownership of that NFT depending on how many are minted. But we can't ignore the market that it's showing to the mass.

They could be a separated market from the actual that we've got and that's why everyone's getting crazy on it because there's a value. I think that the actual use case of it is by just being a valuable stuff just like the paintings but it's digital.
2349  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Worth of bitcoin ATM machines (BATMThree) on: January 29, 2022, 06:55:05 PM
I don't own an ATM and I'm not into this business. This website suggests that an ATM would cost around $400 to $14,500 depending on the model.

https://hermesbitcoin.com/host/why-your-business-host-should-host-a-bitcoin-atm/#1627998287550-25fb8480-5572

Which means that could be the mid-type model that's being sold to you.

Does the software charge any commission for transactions?
I'm sure they do. That's really the sole business in bitcoin ATMs. Per transaction a customer makes, you get a commission in the form of added charged fee.

2350  Economy / Economics / Re: Which business profit model do you prefer? on: January 29, 2022, 05:55:47 PM
I apply the logic selling of the Chinese people.

They don't mind whatever is the status of your life, whether you're rich or poor as long as you're adding to their sale. In some cases, it really depends on the product you're selling.

But if I'm a businessman, I'll choose those products that are affordable so that everyone can avail that. There are those businesses that have luxurious products and they have the target market only for the rich.

When you can't resist it, you might end up doing the craziest thing that you may ever do and could also lead you to a disease.

You've got hands to use and you know how to do it with it. There's a medical study and proof that even without sex and by just doing it with your hand, you're helping yourself trying to avoid disease related to it.

-snip-
You will always be asked KYC by Casino.

Almost 99% of Casino can ask KYC, never trust anything for Centralized Casino even they're mention anonymous feature. If you want gambling without "KYC" you should pick On-Chain Betting, all of your win by smartcontract.
We've been into centralized casinos and I think that's all due to easier means of gambling with them.

But I agree with your suggestion, I may try to get into those onchain betting soon. What do you suggest for being onto this type of betting and what platform do you think shines the most?

I guess KYC is something that really bothers everyone.
Yes.

It's because that most of us don't really want to get into KYC because there were instances that some are basing the reason from their experiences.

But there's no problem to it, as long as you get to ask it only if some circumstances has been caught through that gambler and it's against to your policy while the rest who don't have any problem gets to gamble into your casino freely without the worry of being kyced.
2355  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buy low, Sell high? on: January 21, 2022, 07:07:05 PM
It's the nature of humans.

When they see the price starts going down, interest from it is becoming lesser. We don't like to see the market going down after it has gone high. But when it does, we're starting to have that feeling that the market would die eventually.

We're thinking of the worst-case scenario yet, we call ourselves investors and not willing to take the current paper loss that we should experience from the market.

I'd say that this is normal.
2356  Economy / Gambling / Re: What are the best ways to choose a casino on: January 21, 2022, 11:07:58 AM
And sometimes, some platforms obligate us to do KYC to enable us to use all accessor services, moreover including to withdrawal.
That's really happening and you have to understand that before you sign up, it's on their terms and agreement that they can implement such rules that are favorable to them.

And if they ask for it, there's a reason why they do that. When they've caught a customer and they have suspicions with him, they're going to ask for KYC during the withdrawal and that's going to be annoying somehow for the customer.

But do you have an option? You don't have and you have to bear with the process and rule that you've signed up for.
2357  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you believe Michael Saylor is currently getting antsy? on: January 21, 2022, 09:35:53 AM
The purchase price of Microstrategy in Ave is around $31,500. Additionally, Tesla's average buy-in price is $36k. Is Elon going to sell?

What are your thoughts, gentlemen?
If they're going to sell, they should have done that at the top. These people knew when to get in and to get out and if it's just about selling, they've probably done it already.

But if their main focus is holding.

Do not expect them to sell at any moment from now on. Let's wait for a few days and they might bring more bitcoin into their stash and will take this dipping opportunity to buy more.
2358  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: 10 interesting facts about cryptocurrencies on: January 20, 2022, 11:44:46 PM
#6

Actually it ain't fun anymore. Yeah, more than 6k cryptocurrencies. Coinmarketcap says it has 17,003 cryptocurrencies.

Coingecko says, 12,644.

That's really a lot of cryptocurrencies that we got there. Although there's discrepancy for the both known websites but yeah, that's hella lot of cryptocurrencies we've got.
2359  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to buy alts at the right time? on: January 20, 2022, 10:42:32 PM
The best thing is to look after famous successful traders. I can not say that this can completely solve the problem, but partially for sure.
Not all the time that trader is going to have his wins.

A part of it maybe is true.

But if he falls and losses, you're also going to loss and that's what we're trying to avoid. Just like what the others are saying, it's better to have experience than it.

Your experience will make you better at looking for those alts before they might pump.
Once you do have some experience on dealing with this then you are much aware on where you should get in or get out but it wont really be precise as always since we know that
but once you do have that thing then you would be having edge compared to others since you do know on how to act.Right time is unknown since this market could move out
randomly neither having those sentiments around or doesnt really have any info or any signals or signs on early basis thats why it do differs on person to person.
True.

That experience of yours will give you the time of thinking if you're going to buy at the moment or wait. Or if you're holding a certain token or altcoin, that will help you to think if you should start selling.

Experience of missing the point of selling at the right time would also help you out sell whenever you're in profit. And that's the same for the buying point for the alts that will give you profit based on what you think and analysis.
