Well, i know that there are a lot of mixers available and some of them are really good ones. Then we have instant exchanges and the normal crypto exchanges where people can mix their coins to some extent.
I was thinking that it is possible to mix the coins through DEXes. There are a lot of DEXes available and there are also bridges too where one can convert the coin from one blockchain to get another coin to another blockchain.

Does anyone know if they able to successfully recover all your assets without further input by the user regarding what blockchains to scan? Easy solution: just add them all, and see what pops up. It becomes much more tricky if the wallet delisted one of your coins. So is there a way to add all of the tokens automatically? Adding them manually one by one with each token is available on multiple blockchains, is another hectic task.
Assuming I am having wallet 1, 2 and 3.
My password is 12345
I set duress wallet 1 password as 11111
Duress wallet 2 password as 22222
Maybe wallet 3 is having just little amount of coins (fake wallet). Not fake wallet but I think you understand what I am implying. And the duress password is 33333
Password 12345 will let you see the whole wallet (1, 2 and 3) as usual as it was
Password 11111 will only let you see wallet 1
Password 22222 will only let you see wallet 2
Password 33333 will only let you see wallet 3
I think this is good. I use weak password for illustrating it, not recommended. Use better passwords.
For whom do we need the fake wallet? You mean that we will enter the fake wallet password in front of our friend and then show him that we have only few coins while our real assets are stored with other password. Other than this i don't find it useful. And there is no way this duress password is safe guard against the hackers/malwares as he can hack other passwords too, if he is able to compromise duress password of fake wallet somehow |

So I decided to bring it to the forum to know about what other forum members think about this AI prediction. Is it a prediction you can rely on or it's just one of those common bitcoin price predictions of the decade we are used to from different angles, is there anything special about this one .
Inasmuch as I know AI is just speculating the price of bitcoin in consideration with the current price now, just like every other human is doing their own speculation. Bitcoin is a volatile asset and has the tendency of fluctuating in it's price in the market so projecting the price to be around $45,000 towards the end of the year may not be as accurate as the AI predicted but however the best option now is still to buy and HODL We all know that it is best to buy and hold for long term but here is the question is how authentic is this prediction by the AI. Well, we can only tell if this prediction was right or wrong on the 1st of Jan, 2024 as by then we already will have this data. However, i think that if the ETF is approved by that time, only then we can move to such figures else we may see price consolidating between 30-35K. It is because of the ETF hype plus the bitcoin halving is nearby, we are not seeing any dump in the market and it is very much possible that we may reach near this $45K target. Yeah, after the halving the price can dump a bit but before that bitcoin is fundamentally very strong at his point of time. |

I was checking mempool and saw the transaction fee sky rocketing. I am not sure what happened suddenly as these fees are way beyond anyone's imagination. Later on, I did found out that Binance has listed Ordinals (ORDI). I want to ask the community whether the severe high transaction fee occured because of the listing?
It is for sure because of the Ordinals and we see this because of the listing at the binance. I remember that a few months ago the Ordinals were in the hype and at that time too, the mempool was congested resulting in the high tx price. Anyways this is a party time for the miners as their revenues are increased by many times these days. I had a look into the blocks confirmed as at the time of this post it was at 815740 and the last block to be mined by viabtc pool is block 815721 which around 20 blocks down, imagine having to wait this long and if you don’t get into the next block mined by them you wait way longer again, definitely a long time before wait.
Well, if the mempool is congested like it is now, will it take longer to mine the block too ? Yes, I know that the transaction fee is increased but due to this, the block mining time is also increasing ? |

I prefer to just use multiple wallets for different things and not connect KYC coins with non-KYC coins, for example. Wallet creation is free, use a new one (and new addresses from it) only for a specific purpose. For instance, my Sinbad signature payments go into a new wallet that's got nothing to do with my non-public addresses, private investments or my other coins I am holding for whatever reason in completely different wallets. If I do consolidations and mixing, I will still not connect those "different-purpose" coins unless I have a reason why I am doing that or don't care.
The only problem I see here is that you have to manage multiple backups because each wallet has a different seed phrase Alternatively you could use less wallets and create various accounts for each wallet. For instance Wallet A could be the payments wallets as you said and each account could be known to the "real life instance - company" that you pay or get paid from. Thus, Wallet A - Account 0 could be for payments with company A, Account 1 could be for company B etc. Then you could use wallet B for different reason and also use various accounts of wallet B. This is much easier to manage. When you say that instead of using different wallets, you can create different accounts which have the same seed phrases. I think the correct word for "Account" is the different wallet address as each wallet contains many different address ( if that is what you meant ) That's exactly what I do, but in my previous message I didn't call them accounts so as not to create confusion and make people think of custodial accounts on exchanges for example. I see that it still created confusion, though.  Hardware wallet users will be familiar with the term 'accounts' referring to a new Bitcoin account at a different derivation path (+1) than the previous one. It still feels weird sometimes using that terminology. Same question to you ? Why don't you call it different bitcoin addresses instead of accounts. Like in Electrum you have many addresses including the change address. We don't call them accounts. I hope you and me are on the same page  |

Well, if the Andriod devices are not safe to install the bitcoin wallet, the laptops / Desktop aren't safe too. Any device which is connected to the Internet increase the chances of getting vulnerable to malwares / hacks etc. I think smartphones are a bigger threat than PCs and laptops. People are less careful when they are on their phone. And they rarely use anti-virus or anti-malware software, ad blockers, etc., on the phone. Malicious links and spam spread through social media. The easy access to mobile apps is another potential problem. Most people download and install various apps and games without thinking about the consequences. There is now an app for almost everything you do online, and people use them rather than opening the browser and visiting the websites. The permissions you give these apps are worrying. You are right here but in most cases other than bitcoin, we do not have many choices to install the wallet on the computer. For example, one of the trusted wallet for storing bitcoin / Altcoins is Unstoppable Wallet and it does not have a desktop version. Also, another popular but closed source wallet is Trust Wallet and it also does not have any desktop app. So, if the phones were so vulnerable, these wallet developers should also focus on developing the desktop versions too |

I was also in that 99% of people who lose hope, at the first when I saw the target cross over 400 I lost hope it was the first one in this match. And after the Pakistan inning start and when I saw the first wicked drop it was the second time I lost hope in the team. But that wicket is become good for the Pakistan team. When Fakhar Zaman started beating and the way he hit the balls I regained my hope that if they went the same through the same and did not drop any wickets then winning the match was confirmed.
