241  Economy / Exchanges / Re: HITBTC is SCAM on: May 09, 2018, 03:47:17 PM
I am absolutely agree wtih you.
My withdraw 27 dec 2017 still proccesing...
Support team doesnt answer me  Roll Eyes Angry

This is really something surprising because I have used HiBtc in the past and have not had any issue with them. Made deposits and withdrawal without hassles and even currently, planning to make some deposits before checking the forum to see this not even in scam accusation threads but the bitcoin discussion with the amount of response I have seen, I think I just have to reverse my decision and wait or look elsewhere. I don't understand how people run business this way, I wont believe that HiBtc is going scam outrightly but when complains goes unattended to, reputation becomes damaged which is signal to the beginning of the end of the site.
242  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can we remove @Bitcoin on twitter on: May 09, 2018, 02:37:49 PM
Its going to happen though its a gradual process because the person behind it is known to have shifted his loyalty which I even believe its an honourable thing to do without being forced to. If one is no longer believing in government, you resign your appointment and go home, you don't say because of that you want to form a parallel government that is treason of the highest order but in crypto, everything goes. More reason why there is need for regulation to force some level of sanity.
243  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it safe to trade through a Broker on: May 09, 2018, 05:31:53 AM
Hi community,

A broker contact me online and asked me whether I am interested in trading online. He will manage my account and put his knowledge to make me profit but in return I have to send me 25% of profit that he made.

He suggested me to activate 2FA. and provide him username + password of exchange (for example bitfinex). Due to 2 factor authentication (2FA) he will not be able to withdraw fund he will be able to place buy/sell orders only.

Please share guys what is your opinion, It is same to play like this? or Is there any trick of capturing fund behind this scheme?

Just like some others have skepticism on this arrangement, so also will I add to it. Scammers won't come towards you without you feeling you are in control but such control is only a ruse to deceive you further and weak toward verifying what he is up to. Do you also know that you can actually transfer coins within wallets of the same sites without actually withdrawing it. Do you also know that with your username and password whatever control you have is vulnerable and it does not take too long to carry out such atrocities. Just be smart about it..
244  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BTC at its previous resistant. What will happen ? on: May 09, 2018, 05:09:26 AM
Currently if you take a look at the BTC weekly chart you will see that the price of BTC is at its one of previous resistant level. And we have 3 price rejection signs too. What will hapen next ?. Will BTC go down again ?.

If anyone knows the answer to question such as this, then such individual just need one opportunity to be rich, then exit the market afterwards as that is the key to every problem facing crypto trading but unfortunately, anybody who offer some answers is only guessing then hoping that he is either wrong or right. The fact is that the point at which price is currently is not enough to maintain huge resistance of not going lower with innate opportunity to rise as well.
245  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why choose LONG-TERM TRADING? on: May 08, 2018, 09:39:21 PM
Long-term or short-term are just explanations we give ourselves and there are in no way universal because the time one is interpreting as short term could be longterm for someone else. Holding for a month is longterm to other while its short term is to other. It is the outcome that would determine whether its beneficial or not and not at the beginning because no ones know what the price would be at the end of the maturity period. Let everyone do what he/she is comfortable with the outcome and not just some blank strategy.
246  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Have Altcoins finally escaped the bear market!?!?! on: May 08, 2018, 08:51:01 PM
So its been a while since I haven't looked at any of my Altcoins had all gone down about 50% since I had bought them. Then, today, I saw that they had all increased by quite a lot! Does anyone know why Altcoins are doing so well right now?

That what it seems to be happening because everything that happen to bitcoin have a ripping effect on the entire crypto market and the market has been recovering for quite number of days now what needed is the consistency to push through. However, for me, I wouldn't keep my hopes so high because its still fragile and anything little thing could make the price come crumbling even to lower level beyond where it was initially that is not what we want but its possible that is why one needs to be smart about every scenario in crypto.
247  Economy / Speculation / Re: Japanese run the BTC price! on: May 08, 2018, 08:47:30 PM
If it closes below 8800 it will be ugly!
Yen is over 50 percent of volume!
We are at their mercy!

I have heard about several countries controlling what the price of bitcoin is or will be. I have heard about the Chinese, India, and Russia but bringing the Japanese into the picture is surely a new one that sounds strange. The price of bitcoin will fall an rise based on forces of the market and other factors. Ascribing it to just one thing especially countries is not only limiting the potential and penetration of bitcoin but making a false conclusion.
248  Economy / Economics / Re: How can we make this world economically better? on: May 08, 2018, 07:44:25 PM
The society is divided into haves and haves not, poor people are getting more poorer and rich people are getting more richer, Value of money is decreasing and inflation is increasing, Many people around the globe suffer death mostly Africa and asia because hunger and unable to fulfill basic human needs.
What actions should governments need to take and how individuals can contribute?

The division of the society into groups has been there from time immemorial and would be there till eternity. Government all over the world especially the political class, are doing what they can to bridge the gap but their doing is not enough for the impact to be felt which is why its rampant in those two continents mentioned but efforts are being made. It will only take a say the next 50 years before the part would be touched. As an individual, I think (not to sound selfish) the best way is to first get yourself out of the poor group then start from other members of the family and gradually expand to the community.
249  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Busted: Britain Confiscates $700,000 in Bitcoin from Hacker on: May 08, 2018, 05:54:05 PM
This is nothing shorter than good news here. If it were to be from some countries, I could have passed it as victimisation or wanting to send a message but this is a painstaking investigation that eventually yielded result because its being reported that he is an hacker couple with the list of heists he has been involved in. Its worthy of note that he didn't get the bitcoins from exchange hacking but he chose to keep it in bitcoin which was recovered because he was online or else the fund would still be there when he leaves prison. This also should sound a note of warning to others that you might not be caught via crypto but other means are available.
250  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: As BCH Price Rises, Controversy Around Bitcoin Cash Also Surges on: May 08, 2018, 02:20:46 PM
The entire cryptocurrency market is having a great time with the prices steadily rising, however, BCH price is leading the pack with over 80 percent rise in the last week itself. Recently, BitPay also announced adding BCH in its checkout amid the controversy around Antpool burning a portion of BCH coins.

The outcome of any decision is still reliant on the reaction the vast majority of the participants are giving to it. If BCH is going to touch an unimaginable heights, it wont be out of controversy in that the more the controversies the more the popularity which is why I don't believe all the burning to have significant effect on the price ( if at all it happens in the first place). There are several strategies to make a coin a talk of the market and one of them is creating controversies like we have now. BCH has the potential but should focus on running its race alone than dragging bitcoin along with it.
251  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-05-08] Bitcoin Casinos Grow in Popularity – Why? on: May 08, 2018, 11:54:49 AM
Because no government wants to regulate the cryptocurrency gambling industry. They all want to regulate the crypto trading platforms, because all the politicians are slaves of Wall Street and the Wall Street brokers don`t want to lose their monopoly.Sooner or later they will hit the crypto casinos.
By the way, this is a very generic article about bitcoin.

The simple truth is that they have not found ways get a full grasp on how bitcoin works and when they do, they would definitely control every places its being used and they are doing it indirectly even for online gambling sites and those that they cannot control, they are forced to close business without thinking twice. And how they do it is through licences that online gambling sites rely on to determine their legality which wont be issued without some form of KYCs that they must enforce on their sites. If they can do it for online gambling sites, they surely are doing if for the offline casinos
252  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Stay away from lawyers of ICObox! on: May 08, 2018, 05:39:18 AM
I can't believe your client could pay that amount of money in BTC without even knowing the basic rule in his own country showed that he is not unserious about what he intends to do. A country that have taken a position on bitcoin and its related activities should not be to hard to see on the internet. Google would have helped out without stress but he chose not to go thorough that. Not only did he stopped there but didn't take time to verify the people he is dealing with and they took advantage of his laziness to an extreme level. But since this is scam accusation, shouldn't it be in the reputation section of the forum.
253  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Affirmations that shall change your winnings. on: May 07, 2018, 08:22:54 PM
After watching and reading the movie and book secret I happened to read you can heal your life by late Louis hay and book was a total game changer for me.

For those who do not know how to make it work, simply understand the universe gives what you think or what you have prepared over a time patterns.

Why is it some people are always winning and some always loosing it's what they trained their mind for.

To put this to a small quick test I tried it with two of my friends (both have the worst loosing streak and they really hate themselves).

So I made them read the book and made them repeat, their past gambling has no effect on their current ones, they're lucky and should love themselves. They'll win and win, they're whole and complete and finally they're in the winning league.

Results they did win and now I wish to carry this message to all, love yourself, bless your bets and simply keep on saying you're going to win, you're in the winning league.

Another method that works based on chance and nothing else. There is absolutely no correlation between what's on your mind and the site that you are playing. Just like me betting in a soccer game. The fact that I believe so strongly that my team will win does and they won, does not have anything to do with my mind but chance that works in my favour because those who are playing the game in a far away continent don't know about my existence, neither do they know if I am betting on them. If you want to try your method, just set your mind to win and play on a site whose house edge has been configured to make you lose by default.
254  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain related events on: May 07, 2018, 07:27:08 PM
Hello!

How often do you guys visit blockchain and cryptocurrency related events: conferences, summits etc? Do you find it interesting or may be even profitably? I've heard some speakers of some ICOs give away their tokens for free at such events.

For example eCoinomic.net CTO Maxim Akulshin is giving a speech tomorrow on May 8 at Block O2O Blockchain Summit in Hong Kong at 11:50 AM as part of QUBE agenda. So everybody is invited to come and listen.

I have attended one but nothing special.is happening. Aside from the ones that its outright advertisement of their services or ICO just like what you are propagating, others are just sharing what you already know with little or no value being added at all. If you want to learn, the forum is there to garner undiluted knowledge at that compared to censored and selfish message being passed across at those self acclaimed blockchain event.
255  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are they any real Crypto traders left here? on: May 06, 2018, 06:33:36 PM
It looks like most of the members here are poor bounty hunters, are they any real Crypto traders here?

Of course there are good and legitimate traders its the section of the forum that you focus on that makes it seems that eveybody there are bounty hunters. Visit the trading section of the forum to have an understanding of what I am talking about. New methods, speculations, and projections. A further look in the exchange section, you would be more wowed by the ones there too. While its not the fault of bounty hunters but those made the platform available for hunters to carry out their activities. I don't think they are to be blame.
256  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it the right time to buy BTC and stock ? on: May 06, 2018, 02:12:35 PM
Is it the right time to buy BTC and stock ?

For BTC, I would say it depends on how you see the end goal of what bitcoin price is going to be. If you feel that the highest price it would get within the short period that you can wait is $10000, then I won't advise you to buy but  if on the otherhand you see the current price climbing to $15000 and above, then its the right time to hop in without looking back. It boils down to how you see things and you want to act on it.

For the stock part, because most stocks are not a global scale or the same conditions, its going to be really difficult to determine whether its the time to buy some or wait.

258  Economy / Economics / Re: You only need 1 good year for Bitcoin to be a good investment on: April 17, 2018, 06:23:36 AM
I have seen a lot of posts lately, where people are complaining about the price. I can understand that, but based on my previous experience with Bitcoin, you only need 1 good year to make Bitcoin your most profitable investment of all times.

Let's take 2017 for example. I made more or less 700% profit on the bitcoins I bought in January and sold in December 2017. Now I am not financial expert, but I seldom see any investment opportunity where you get anything more than 30% profit within a year.

So, let's put this into perspective for the people who are constantly complaining about the price. If you were used to low interest rates or even if you were lucky enough to invest in something where you received 30% profit, ONE good year like 2017 will cover the interest and profit you would need for the next 20 years. <700% divided by the max 30%>

On top of this, you still get interest on the fiat money that you deposited into the Bank, after you sold those bitcoins.

Stop complaining and wait for your good year.  Cool

Lol, as factual as this sound, its still does not take away the "unknown" it was when 2017 went by that you knew it was your year. You would have started with the mind of doubt and even if you are sure of increase there is no way you had that percentage increase in mind. Everyone complaining too wanted every time they invested to be their time but when its not happening rather than wait, they report to complaining. Its normal in all human endeavors.
259  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: For bounty managers, suggestions for deleted Facebook crypto related posts on: April 16, 2018, 10:13:53 PM
Now that most cryptocurrency ads is restricted in facebook, ICO is facing difficulty too landing on facebook's timeline of bounty campaign participants.

I suggest that every two days you check your participants posts so that the chance of making it in your spreadsheet to record would not go to waste. It is just hard to think that your effort is going nowhere.

And anymore suggestions from bounty hunters are also good to help bounty hunters.

Its really going to be difficult to keep tab on things like this because of the current situation from Facebook which is beyond what the bounty hunters can control themselves in the sense that, they might have posted but because the platform does not want it, it then deletes it. It does not mean the bounty hunter has not done its own part just like situation of minimum posts here where signature participants would do certain number of posts only for the manager to realise they are either one or two posts short. The way out is to stop Facebook campaign all together and if it's still going to be allowed, its should be limited to groups. With that it can be checked once in a week.
260  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: "MyEtherscan" = avoid scam ICO. on: April 16, 2018, 07:51:34 PM
its not a project. thats a tool for ICO

"MyEtherscan" is because  it work on base of Etherscan

If that is the case, it still does not justify the reason why it must be called the same name. Even with your explanation, I still don't get the reason why it must use the same name what it does is to cause confusion. Even forks that came out of known coins were not called its name rather a nomenclature is added to establish the identity. Also you need to give a proper explanation on what this is about cos its ambiguous and what makes it different from the normal etherscan that we all know is also key.
