2401  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest in cryptocurrencies. on: August 02, 2021, 07:22:19 PM
Some say cryptocurrency is a low risk investment but high return and also does this digital currency have a fundamental value so that it is feasible for investment?
What do you think ?

Every investment carries risk but if you invest in a top 5 cryptocurrency & have patience for 4-5 years then you are not going to lose money. The likelihood is you make far more than any traditional stock or fiat investment.
2402  Other / Off-topic / Re: I Was Thinking... on: August 02, 2021, 07:15:16 PM
Lefties, BLM, all that stuff really annoys me. I’m fed up of having to tread on egg shells incase some loser gets offended about something. I mean apparently now there are more than two genders, I mean what the hell.
2403  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Market is recovering, what steps are you taking? on: August 01, 2021, 12:44:22 PM
I’m doing nothing at the moment except HODLING. I have to admit I was very scared when the price was dumping but I did not panic sell, that is literally the worst thing you can do. I am waiting for much higher prices to sell which I think will come later this year.
2404  Other / Off-topic / Re: New malware on Android logs phone screen and steals application passwords on: August 01, 2021, 12:38:41 PM
This sounds terrible, luckily for me I don’t keep significant funds anywhere that my phone can access but it’s still horrible to read these kind of stories. Just be careful what sites you visit & what apps you download.
2405  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Have Bitcoin mining and market prices been de-Chinese and more decentralized? on: August 01, 2021, 12:20:05 PM
I think our worries about Chinese FUD are now over. It was horrible watching the price dump so hard & fast when the mining ban was confirmed but the first green shoots of recovery are now showing. I think you’re right OP, we shouldn’t be negatively affected by them any more. They've played their hand & they now have no part in the bitcoin financial revolution. I think they will regret it long term.
2406  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bull trap or lasting on: August 01, 2021, 12:12:39 PM
Dear all

I think, this is bullrun continuation. But some people say bull trap. If 43000 btc break , unstoppable

I think China FUD & Musk trolling about energy use made the price dump. All that nonsense seems to have subsided now & we are returning to the bull run. It’s a bit like 2013, a big pump followed by a huge dump. We had a period of low volatility & re-accumulation & now we are getting ready for the big blow off top phase.
2407  Other / Off-topic / Re: Have you ever NFLsytle kicked a dog head running toward you? on: August 01, 2021, 12:08:26 PM
I’ve never kicked a dog in the face no, I am an animal lover but I suppose if I had to try & defend myself or my family against an out of control, aggressive dog then I would act accordingly.
2408  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin at $1 million this cycle really possible? on: July 29, 2021, 07:20:05 PM
$1,000,000 this cycle is too soon, I think we will get over $100,000 this year but $1,000,000 is too much. We might hit that kind of number in 2025 though or more realistically 2029 after the next two halvings.
2409  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it true that Bitcoin and Ethereum have a dependency with Meme Coin or vice ve on: July 29, 2021, 07:16:38 PM
Everything follows bitcoin, when bitcoin pumps everything pumps, when bitcoin dumps everything dumps. Bitcoin is the daddy & everything else is at its mercy.
2410  Other / Off-topic / Re: What was the price of btc when u had your first btc/satoshis? on: July 29, 2021, 07:14:48 PM
Price was around $150 when I started buying, I feel very lucky to have been able to buy so low. It’s not too late tor noobs though, buying now is still a really great investment.
2411  Other / Off-topic / Re: When is a woman likely to be horniest in here period cycle? on: July 29, 2021, 06:55:56 PM
Jesus Christ bro, just go with the flow. If she likes you it’ll happen. You don’t have to make a science out of it. It’s the law of attraction. Just tell her how you feel & the magic will happen if it’s supposed to. You’re not in a sciejce lab, making a potion.
2412  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do ordinary people feel afraid of Bitcoin? on: July 29, 2021, 06:13:41 PM
Ordinary people with their average jobs end up in an average home with average holidays, average salary, average car. You see where I’m going with this…..

Lots of us here are early bitcoin investors, we saw something & researched it, we took a risk, we were brave. That’s why intelligent people who are risk takers do well in life.

Keeping your savings in regular fiat bank accounts with shitty low interest is for losers.
2413  Other / Off-topic / Re: How do you save your money? on: July 29, 2021, 06:08:10 PM
Dude you are on a bitcoin forum. The best way to save is by dollar cost averaging (DCA) into bitcoin. If you’ve put $100 a month into bitcoin for years you’d have made more money than basically any other investment there is.

Gold basically tracks sideways & that’s it.
2414  Other / Off-topic / Re: Yoghurt on: July 29, 2021, 06:06:03 PM
It’s a really good pro-biotic which is good for your gut health, digestion etc. It can be anti inflammatory so it’s a good idea to consume some yoghurt regularly, even if you don’t enjoy the taste too much.
2415  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which is the Best coin in 2021 on: July 28, 2021, 08:56:50 PM
There are lots of alts, too many one might say. You can get lucky by hitting one that gives 1000% profits but you’re more likely to pick one you lose on, especially if you’re going for obscure coins/tokens. Just play it safe & buy bitcoin & or other top rated alts.
2416  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sold my first Bitcoin and am happy on: July 28, 2021, 08:29:18 PM
Always good to be fully KYC & set up for withdrawals with multiple exchanges, ahead of when you plan to cash out some. I actually opened multiple bank accounts over the last 18 months with the purpose of testing if they’re all OK with withdrawing fiat from bitcoin exchanges to them.

You do not want to get stuck at peak bull market without a bank to withdraw to.
2417  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Countries representing over 90% of global GDP are exploring CBDCs on: July 28, 2021, 08:24:37 PM
CBDC’s are just as useless as fiat currency. They are destined to fail as they are no different to fiat currencies in the way that they can be printed into infinity.

Governments are scared of bitcoin & they should be.

2419  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: prepare for next halving on: July 27, 2021, 10:36:21 AM
The best thing is prepare for next halving event. Now very risky point to invest. one day 10% green then all think that market will be ok. but after 1 week 20% down.

2024 and 2028 are we need to focus.

Depends what your position is, many of us bought in 2014 or earlier. We have already made it this halving. Worth remembering that the current bull run is not over, we should reach $100,000 per bitcoin late in 2021 which will of course inflate alts.

You are right in your thinking though that the price after the 2024 halving & then after the 2028 halving will be higher than today. You can always buy back cheaper after you sell when it’s a bear market too.
2420  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin bull market back on: July 27, 2021, 10:28:56 AM
The bull run didn’t stop, it just took a deep correction like in 2013. We reached a local top, corrected, some consolidation & we will rocket to new highs later in the year.
