Why need celebrating of the dead when it will bring another death ?
I don’t think the OP is celebrating the deaths. He’s clearly just posting tragedies that have unfortunately occurred around the recent Halloween holidays. Most deaths are tragic & so sad. The deaths highlighted by the OP are no different. May the all rest in peace & God be with their grief stricken families.

I would refuse to do it, I just would not want the responsibility of being the one to pick which coins their money goes into. If they’re willing to be decisive & tell you what to buy then no problem. If it’s just that they dont know how to use an exchange or whatever then it’s fine. I would refuse to take responsibility for selecting what to invest in on their behalf.

I don’t think I’ll pay it because I don’t care less about being verified on Twitter. I just use it as a great news source, I have close to 1600 followers which is not enough to bother being verified for.
The best part about this whole thing is it will stop the bots. I do also enjoy the tears from the left, it’s made me smile.

It’s an obscene amount of money, far too much to give an average person in my opinion. You can never spend that amount of money in several generations, if you live even semi normally.
If I won that much I’d obviously have a great life, beyond my wildest dreams. I’d have to give something back though. I’d do a lot of charity & give some away.

Incredible that such a relatively young asset can take such a beating, so many times but still keep coming back & hitting new ATH’s. It’s almost as if we might just be on to something special, after all these years

It’s human psychology in the sense that you can take a horse to water but you can’t make it drink. These people won’t buy, no matter how low we go. Then when we pump and hit new ath in 2024 & 2025, they will be saying it’s not fair & hating bitcoin. These are the 9 to 5, desk monkeys. They will never break free from modern slavery.

He likes making lots of money?
That’s probably a good place to start, as to why he’s interested in buying banks. Maybe he thinks it’d be good to have a guaranteed, safe off-ramp for his customers. Easy exchange to fiat bank bridge with no bull shit bank chiefs stopping transactions.

Nobody who was so intelligent would have lost access to all of his coins & be alive. I have no doubt that whoever Satoshi is, is either dead or happily watching his baby develop & prosper. He could quite easily be alive & have solo mined, sold some of those coins & we wouldn’t know.

Bitcoin is the future of money but it’s going to take a while to achieve global mainstream adoption
Just keep humbly stacking as much as you can to prepare yourself for the inevitable.

The worldwide economy, all stocks & assets have been in a bubble, even real estate. We are set to enter a deep recession & due to macro, bitcoin will struggle short term too.
The halving is in 2024, we will see another big bull run from then to end of 2025.
Just be patient.

I think bitcoin has matured a little since Elon started his FUD campaign over energy consumption by miners. He said a couple of moderately negative things since then & it doesn’t seem to negatively impact the market any more.
As the years go by people will give less of a damn about individual opinions & even government comments.

Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin reaches 19 million BTC mined.

All I can advise is to simply keep stacking sats. There are over 60 million millionaires globally (various sources). As we all know, there are only 21,000,000 to ever be mined. There are not close to enough whole bitcoin’s to be owned. Become one of the few & keep buying.

I think a healthy mixture of both indoor & outdoor activities are good for you. You can take part in both with family & friends, depending on what time of year it is & what the weather is like etc. it’s important for mind & body to do at least some form of outdoor activity semi regularly. You can watch movies & stuff like that with family indoors too so there is a healthy balance.

Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is losing bitcoin in account have a significant impact to the bitcoin economy?
|
on: October 31, 2022, 09:37:54 PM

Lost bitcoin’s almost certainly positively affect the price in some way.
It’s very sad for the owners of lost coins but they make everybody else’s more valuable. Bitcoin is already a really scarce, deflationary asset by design. Lost coins make it even more valuable.
Only 21,000,000 to ever be mined & as you said, over 3,000,000 already lost. You could say lost coins are a donation to the financial benefit of everybody else.
