2421  Economy / Services / Re: [open] Restart of 1xBit signature campaign - new signatures and more spots! on: November 22, 2022, 09:16:17 AM
1xbit.com / 1xbit1.com signature campaign participants will probably receive appropriate trust from multiple users

REQUEST FOR ATTENTION OF: All 1xbit Signature Campaign Participants: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5347222.0

Even if you missed the above thread you could not have missed the red tags associated with the 1xbit representatives. You did after all see the $ signs would receive if you participated in the signature campaign therefore you should have also seen the negatives tags attached to the 1xbit scammer profile.

New cases of scam allegations are being made against 1xbit almost every week, not all of them are genuine but many are posting with evidence too. Having said that, the 1xbit forum representatives are not refuting many claims and are not presenting evidence to counter many allegations either.

There cannot be any justification for any member posting to promote any type of website that has such a dubious history or reputation for scamming.

Please do not promote 1xbit / 1xbit.com
2422  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ FIFA World Cup 2022: Tournament Discussion Thread for Qatar 2022 on: November 22, 2022, 09:02:50 AM
There were no real surprises about the games played yesterday, the result went as expected. England went on to comfortably beat Iran. Without their star player it was no surprise Senegal lost to Netherlands. He is a phenomenal player who will be missed throughout the tournament.

Finally, the USA drew with Wales. It was a tough encounter, both teams looked dangerous inn the attack but during the latter part of the second half Wales were relentless as they tried to score at 1-0 down. The equaliser from Bale from the penalty spot was emphatic and because it is the final tournament Bale will be representing Wales he will give his 100% to try to go far in the tournament.

Here are the results from the games played yesterday:

England 6-2 Iran
Senegal 0-2 Netherlands
USA 1-1 Wales

The games being played today will be very interesting to watch:

Argentina vs Saudi Arabia
Denmark vs Tunisia
Mexico vs Poland
France vs Australia

What do you think about my opinions:

Argentina 4-0 Saudi Arabia
Denmark 1-2 Tunisia
Mexico 3-1 Poland
France 2-0 Australia

You are right about those doing basic research. If they carried out a search for reviews on the 1xbit.com and 1xbit1.com websites before signing up or before they deposited their funds, most would probably avoid it. After they have been scammed they search for help in the hope of trying to receive their funds and end up here.

It is sad that they became victims as a result of their lack of due-diligence but that cannot negate the actual scam allegation against 1xbit1.com and their associated websites.

Unfortunately there's nothing we can do about it given that most of the victims only started being aware that 1xbit is a scam after they come here to the forum to complain about their case in 1xbit. Unfortunately, almost 100% of those cases who were posted here were unresolved knowing that 1xbit itself won't solve it because they are a scam casino. I commend JollyGood for actively red tagging those account who is connected to 1xbit including the campaign members who are promoting 1xbit even they know that it is a scam casino

AGAIN: Those who are doing research about 1xbit, 1XBIT is a SCAM Casino. Don't put your money in this casino, If you still have a balance on them. WITHDRAW immediately.
2424  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ FIFA World Cup 2022: Tournament Discussion Thread for Qatar 2022 on: November 21, 2022, 12:55:15 PM
Here are the games taking place today:

England vs Iran
Senegal vs Netherlands
USA vs Wales

All three games will be interesting to watch. The political backdrop to the England vs Iran game will make this the standout game of the day. Senegal vs Netherlands will see the AFCON champions Senegal playing without their star player Sadio Mane therefore they will probably be less of a threat and might struggle to get past the group stages. Wales should get past the USA because of the experience they gained in the delayed Euro 2020 tournament.

Here is how I see the games playing out:

England 2-1 Iran
Senegal 1-2 Netherlands
USA 0-1 Wales

Unfortunately you are not the only person who has accused 1xbit of scamming. If you want them banned you should try contacting the domain registrar to see of they will take action.

The number of accusations against them in the forum seem to never end. As long as the website is running their customers seem to be at risk of having their funds confiscated under highly dubious excuses and circumstances which is tantamount to selective scamming.

I am posting the images here to make them easier to access rather than go through the hassles of clicking the links to open them in new tabs.

BAN THIS WEBSITE !!!

If they are waiting for BGaming to come back with their findings then there is not much else Owl Games can do right now. I fail to understand why their forum representative has to keep posting here trying to discredit the character of the OP when this issue is about whether the OP cheated Owl Games or whether Owl Games are unfairly withholding funds that belong to the OP.

The OP and Owl Games do not have to like each other but that has nothing to do with whether it is the OP or Owl Games that are at fault. A degree of mutual respect should be shown by both parties until the matter is resolved.

I'm very sad to see that OWL casino is not giving responsable answers or reason why not paying you, we all understood the KYC process and all casinos are requiring it for large withdrawals but after all they you have pay you if you provide them and followed the casino's rules. You have proved everything against them and even paying you now is just going to be  the right thing and not a good advertisement for them since they should do it evem before opening a scam accusation and forcing them to do. Keep us updated with this case and let's see how things turns out at the end
2427  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ FIFA World Cup 2022: Tournament Discussion Thread for Qatar 2022 on: November 21, 2022, 02:08:49 AM
RESULT:

Qatar 0-2 Ecuador

After the glitz of the opening ceremony ended, the first game was played and for the first time in world cup history the host nation lost their opening game. The world cup is 92 years old and Qatar have that unwanted record.

As for the game, Ecuador dominated with possession and attack and deservedly won the game in the first half.

What confused me was the lack of support for the host nation. The away team was cheered and clapped throughout most of the game. If Qatar had scored just before half-time the game might have been different but in the end is was a disappointing night for the hosts. Well done to Ecuador but Qatar need to step up for themselves and their fans and for the neutrals that are watching.

2428  Other / Archival / Re: I won 85,000 USDt in Owl.games casino (OWL.GAMES SCAM) on: November 21, 2022, 01:57:16 AM
For Jolly, please note this is a man who claimed this is his first bitcointalk account and also is very suspicious on many behaviours.

He sent the BGAMING chats to us in multiple ways, now claiming it's from someone else.

How do we know it's not himself faking the conversation on telegram as well? Since the skype chat was faked, which is confirmed.

We offered to process his 8k profit just trying to settle issue faster, but we'd love to hear about how should deal with case correctly too.

We unlocked his accounts per suggestion in the thread saying he should not have his account banned.

And we refuned his initial deposit while waiting for check. But now it seems this caused more problems for us.
Thank you for addressing me directly. I have noted what you said in this and in previous posts and can only request you show refrain from inflammatory comments and assumptions. You do not need to post here replying to the OP when he posts, all you have to consider is doing is showing restraint and just wait for BGaming to update you.

I would also re-iterate you should not consider using any unproven or proven facts related to the OP when it comes to his conduct on Telegram or this forum or his playing on other casinos because that is misdirecting people. In simple terms, the OP made an allegation against Owl Games and the matter is now being investigated by BGaming. We are all waiting for the outcome.

All these concludes me that you do not have enough bankroll to protect your business. Playing in your casino for high rollers are risky. Thus I will leave you a negative feedback. The feedback will be reconsidered only when you will show following and the results are satisfactory:
1. Current Bankroll with blockchain evidence
2. Show data of you claiming OP's winning rate was 97%
I would not recommend this. I strongly disagree with your #1 condition as no casino is going to share this with you or anyone else. If you decide to continue with this action, you need to tag every casino as to not be biased and be ready for the consequences it might bring from all casinos and their supporters. I would love for this info to be public as well, but I just don't see all casinos agreeing.
Trying to force a casino to reveal their crypto balance in order to show they are solvent in a scenario such as this is wishful thinking and inappropriate. Furthermore, leaving negative trust in a situation such as this (in particular before BGaming have not even released their findings) is unnecessary. The best course of action is for both parties to refrain from inflaming and simply wait for BGaming to announce their findings before placing tags unless there are compelling factors to do so immediately.

Cursing does not help anything.  We tried to be polite.

He seems that he can't be patient and sent us messages/ posts/ threats via every channel every day, so we offered an solution to settle sooner.

Now everybody said we should not do that.

No matter what his responses or actions might be, it is your responsibility to act professionally no matter what. Yes he might push buttons and piss you off, but in the eyes of the public ALWAYS BE PROFESSIONAL .
I did say before that Owl Games have lost the PR battle in this accusation regardless of whatever BGaming conclude.
2429  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ English Premier League Season: 2022/2023 on: November 21, 2022, 01:39:01 AM
Ronaldo as a player is finished. I'm not disputing his quality, he's still one of the straight forwards you want to get the ball in front of the goal. but its full usability requires a lot of changes in the team and everyone has to submit to its game.
For any developing team that wants to be competent in the coming years, a player like Ronaldo is just ballast.

what keeps him attractive is his marketing value and that is the only reason for any speculation about the interest of any club. He scores only one goal against Everton, but his celebration of that goal went viral.
I do not think he is finished as a player. If he has a successful and eventful time at the World Cup he will be even more in demand. Even at 37 years of age he could still walk in to many first team around Europe but any club buying him are also looking at the marketing side of things too because that would add an extra stream of revenue for the club. I do agree that a club cannot afford to build their team around him but he still has a lot to offer.

chelsea is so bad that I doubt they will be able to finish in a good position and when I speak of a good position I am talking about 5th or 6th position because between the 4 places they have no chance unless tottenham, newcastle start to play very badly and lose a lot points something I highly doubt will happen, chelsea need to buy players both in attack, defense and midfield. they are so bad that i already stopped betting on them
If for example Manchester City, Arsenal and Tottenham occupy the first three places at the end of the season, it means the following teams will be fighting for one remaining Champions League spot: Newcastle United, Manchester United, Chelsea, Liverpool. I think both Chelsea and Liverpool will probably fall in to Europa League football next season.
2430  Economy / Exchanges / Re: FTX Finally Files For Bankruptcy After Binance Refused Bailout on: November 20, 2022, 10:14:17 AM
It has now been reported by Livemint that according to Reuters, the now collapsed FTX exchange owes over $3 billion to the top 50 investors. On average that equates to each one of those top 50 investors being owed $60 million each. There are other investors too.

On top of that, the exchange has around 1 million customers and their losses will also run in to billions of USD$ but the final figures of total losses have not yet been released.

It is mentioned FTX ex-CEO and founder Sam Bankman-Fried is currently in the Bahamas living in his $40 million mansion.
2431  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Sportbet.one - SCAM on: November 20, 2022, 09:52:22 AM
Even though you manually typed the URL rather than copy and paste, I think what happened to you is not an isolated case.

Unfortunately you made a error by visiting the sportsbet.one domain. The OP is referring to sportbet.one and the reason probably why they use the name is because they are trying to attract sportsbet.io customers to their own website when customers use search engines to find casinos and gaming websites.

sportbet.one (not sportsbet.one)

Is it just me, or one cannot even load the website?

If the website is up for sale with a blank page as shown in the screenshot, then how did OP manage to use it to place bets?
How did he contact support?
2432  Economy / Reputation / Re: Suspicious Activity (DewlanceVPS) on: November 20, 2022, 09:44:28 AM
I would say that deleting post history does not provide any concrete evidence at all that something untoward has occurred but it is because of threads such as this one that we can get together and look at the account in question to pass on opinions therefore thank you for posting about it.

Granted, they are not prolific posters in the forum but they have their account dating back to 2012. In my opinion there seems to be nothing substantial to indicate the account has changed hands, on the contrary they seem to be promoting their business when they do post and there seems to be nothing to be alarmed about.

The user DewlanceVPS has 100 merits on his/her profile. But the user has only 49 activities and the user is on jr member rank. So I thought we got an excellent poster who has received more merit than post/activity. Then I visited his/her merit history both on his/her profile as well as BPIP and I came to know that the user has not received any single merit all the merit came from the airdrop. Based on the merit the user should be a full member and the post should be 120 or more. In this case I think the user has deleted a lots of posts either it might be for changing hands or something else.
2433  Other / Archival / Re: I won 85,000 USDt in Owl.games casino (OWL.GAMES SCAM) on: November 20, 2022, 09:33:20 AM
When someone associated with Owl Games (or any other casino) posts openly about not liking their attitude or conduct in any issue especially when it comes to scam accusations, it means there is something wrong. I think Owl Games have lost the PR side of the argument because they have failed to maintain a balance when posting here.

They also lost the public relations side of the issue when they sent the email to the OP making the threat and that was an unnecessary course of action. I hope Owl Games can post here without making threats or attacking the OP. We all are waiting for the issue to be resolved and the first step is by reading what BGaming have to say about it.

If this is the way things are going in this thread and going by the way the Owl Games representative has been posting, it does make you wonder if their reputation will recover from this regardless of what BGaming conclude in their findings.

As a staker of Owltoken I'm disappointed with the outcome of this issue, majority of gamblers will not accept this kind of attitude from a casino if the winner deserves his winning even if he posted something bad about a casino he deserves to get his cashout deleting is on the complainant's decision he can request the complainant to delete all the bad comments but blackmailing will not do good for the casino's reputation.
OP already lose the money he is fighting to receive and it adds insult to injury that you threaten not to give the remaining money.
2434  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ FIFA World Cup 2022: Tournament Discussion Thread for Qatar 2022 on: November 20, 2022, 09:27:13 AM
I love it when a host country advances because it always seems so strange to see the host side eliminated so quickly. I hate to say it, but I think Qatar will get special treatment from the referees, they put so much work into making this happen. The sight of them leaving the group stage would be embarrassing. I hope they receive all the assistance they require to at least finish R16. I must be prejudiced in this case.

here is my group stage winner predictions.

group A.
Netherlands & Qatar

group B.
England & Wales

group C.
Argentina & Mexico

group D.

Germany & Spain

group E.

Croatia & Belgium

group G

Brazil & Cameroon

group H
Portugal & Korea
You have messed up your group tables. Have a look at them and revise your list  Wink

I notice you only opted for one African team to progress and that is surprising. I can understand your reluctance to add Senegal to the list but Tunisia were Morocco are football crazy nations. Tunisia were Arab Cup finalists in 2021 only to be beaten by Algeria. As for Morocco, they are bidding to host the 2030 world cup tournament and have potential to go beyond the group stage.

^  Meh..  Everybody should just ignore all the stuff that has nothing to do with the World Cup and enjoy the event for what it really is.  A tourney.  Too many people in the world are taking themselves too seriously these days and want us to take them clowns seriously.  Lol.  No thank you.
Agreed. This is a football tournament, it is supposed to be about football. I think there could be a bit of political commentary here and there regardless of where the world cup takes place but the media seem to be going after Qatar from multiple angles on the eve of the tournament and it does seem unfair.
2435  Other / Archival / Re: I won 85,000 USDt in Owl.games casino (OWL.GAMES SCAM) on: November 19, 2022, 10:50:34 PM
I'm not going to delete thread, I'm just going to create a page to post your accusations, lies, all evidence and I'm going to actively promote that page.

I think and hope that this whole story will cause you more harm than it would have caused if you had honestly paid out my winnings.

Fact that you will not be approved for $8k payout until I delete this thread is a clear indication that you are running a scam.

You know very well that I won money honestly, but from the first minute you accused me of cheating while playing, blocked my account, then unblocked it.. (why did your "risk team" decide to unblock, even though report has not yet been received?)

If you think I cheated, why did you give me my deposit back? (because if I had cheated you would have been able to stay)

Why were only dice games you made allowed to be played? maybe that lost was unfair.. but we will never know

I will update this thread every day. In the coming days, I will contact with other crypto casinos and ask them to publicly comment on how realistic everything is and what the deadlines.

https://ibb.co/TKVWB67  Smiley
Just to make it clear I am not saying the OP is correct and Owl Games are wrong regarding the scam accusation, I am keeping an open mind on this subject until BGaming make their findings known. I am just trying to understand the evidence as has been presented by the OP and Owl Games and am keeping an open mind.

Having said that I think the only mistake the OP is making is posting here excessively even though mostly there are screenshots and basis attached, whereas the mistakes the Owl Games representative is making by posting trying to attack the OP is really not befitting of a casino that has a reputation.

I am reposting the message to make the image visible to all reading the thread. Will Owl Games say the image is fake because going by their previous post trying to blackmail the OP in to deleting his posts regarding Owl Games (and classifying this scam accusation as resolved), the image seems real to me.

The outcome is also a big disappointment for me, if the complainant is satisfied with how the casino resolved the issue he will of his own volition will delete all the spam messages, OP deserves that $8k release if you keep holding, it will backfire on Owltoken's reputation, and this thread will be a reference on how Owlgame behaves on how they address the issue on winning a big amount.
Blackmailing should never be a part of the casino's reputation.
If this is the way things are going in this thread and going by the way the Owl Games representative has been posting, it does make you wonder if their reputation will recover from this regardless of what BGaming conclude in their findings.
2436  Other / Archival / Re: I won 85,000 USDt in Owl.games casino (OWL.GAMES SCAM) on: November 19, 2022, 07:29:07 PM
I am very disappointed by your reply. It is not appropriate for a reputable casino to stoop to low levels, I expected much more of a customer friendly tone from a forum representative of Owl Games.

I might have it wrong but these are the important parts of your reply that I can break down:

1) You are posting to misdirect people here by being very economical with the truth regarding the BGaming chat and mentioning the OP history. The OP made it clear the scammer who tried to extort money from him is the one who faked the chats.

2) You are trying to associate your problem with the OP by connecting his forum account activity (or possible account history) here. His conduct and activity (or lack of) has nothing to do with his accusation that Owl Games have scammed him therefore you should not be trying to misdirect people with this.

3) You are giving the OP an ultimatum which is almost tantamount to blackmail by saying "If he wants to settle and resolve the issue earlier he should delete all spam messages and mark this case as resolved". Surely that is something that any scam accuser can only do after they receive the funds they believe they are owed and a mutually accepted payout has been agreed.

By saying you will solve the matter earlier if he deletes all his messages and marks the scam accusation as resolved as pre-condition before him even knowing whether he will receive any funds or not - is unacceptable conduct from Owl Games and I am extremely disappointed to read what wrote.

4) A person who is making an accusation of scam should not have his resentful emails be used by the accused to make an excuse to stop him from being paid what he believes he is owed or to discredit him. Most people who believed they were scammed would probably not be writing extremely polite emails to the company that they claim scammed them while asking for their confiscated funds to be returned.

Right now, even you do not know what the outcome of the case will be because you also are waiting for BGaming to give their verdict on the situation. Maybe you should refrain from attacking the character of the OP until you announce the BGaming decision. Maybe he is a very shrewd and conniving liar and scammer who tried to fool Owl Games but got caught or maybe he is just victim of Owl Games having a strict fraud check department and his winnings will be paid to him. Let us wait to see what BGaming say about it before you and the OP comment on their judgement.

hey sorry guys, as OP has been spamming in our ANN thread so we put our response there for the last three days.

Basically what happened in a nutshell:

The OP admitted that the BGAMING chats are fake. Yeah. But he blamed it on someone else who DM him via bitcointalk.

The OP said he is so familiar with bitcointalk but he never had any acc before because he ONLY viewed its contents.

We unlocked his account and processed his withdrawal request for initial deposit of 2000 USDT.

Since we haven't heard back from BGAMING yet his acc is not allowed to play slots.

He played DICE game for quite a while, which has a $500 max bet limit, won once but lost 70k profit.

He now still has a pending 8k profit withdrawal.

He has now two choices:

1. Waiting for BGAMING security checks: if the bets are legit, he need to resolve this case to get his withdrawal
2. If he wants to settle and resolve the issue earlier he should delete all spam messages and mark this case as resolved.
3. If the checks are not legit, he gets nothing. As of now we haven't heard back from them.

Side story:

Also OP said in our ANN that 80k profit is life-changing. But he also sent us an resentful email regarding not accepting the 8k profit as settlement but want to take down our business by constant spamming in the future.

2437  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Warning] Unnamed.exchange - do we have another exit scam? on: November 19, 2022, 03:28:41 PM
That is a very difficult question to answer. If TillKoeln wanted to exit scam he would need more in funds to steal from his customers to make the exit scam worthwhile therefore it is unclear what is going on. He made promises to reimburse all those affected by the alleged Dogecoin hack but there are too many things that did not add up about it all.

I am happy to see that those affected by the unnamed exchange scam are still posting from time to time but the moral of the story for everybost else is to avoid unnamed exchange otherwise you are at serious risk of having your funds stolen. Simple.

Till Koeln is a good guy and is doing his best to fix things up.

I suggest to give him a chance.

Then why hasn't he refunded people and not fixed withdrawal issues? Just one huge scam, gladly i would be happy to be proven wrong but this is fraud plain and simple!
2438  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Roslinpl scammer on: November 19, 2022, 03:16:09 PM
First of all, I am sorry for your loss. You loaned the BTC in good faith but ended up receiving nothing. It seems from the feedback you left him he repaid previous loans and maybe that was just to win trust before defaulting on a bigger amount. I doubt very much you will have your funds returned otherwise he would have made a deal with you by now.

I have left him negative trust just now for defaulting on the loan to add on to the pervious feedback I left for him in March 2022 when he joined 1xbit signature campaign.

What happened:I saw that roslinpl is active again, after a few years of silence, I tried to contact him but he ignores me.
I see accusations that the account changed the owner. Even if this is true, the new owner assumes all liabilities.
If nowadays, signature campaign accepts neg tagged accounts(I saw he participate or trying it do) , his earnings must be used to cover the debt.

2439  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Sportbet.one - SCAM on: November 19, 2022, 03:04:35 PM
I read the OP and have to say I have no recollection of a website called Sportbet.one but if it is a deliberate play on the Sportbet.io name in the hope of them getting extra customers by deception from search engines, then as a rule I would avoid those types of websites.

Will you now be able to post again but this time explaining what it is you want to do or what it is you want to achieve because it remains unclear. If the sole purpose of the post was to "I just want new customers to know that the office without evidence and only at its own discretion can take money and easily write down bets as lost ones. It's even worse than a refund. All bets that the client makes, the this casino has the right to take for itself, simply by calling you an arbitrageur.", then you did it therefore you can lock the thread.

However, you want to try to receive any amounts you claim you are owed you have to post back here with evidence of your claims. Screenshots from the accounts area showing bets placed and payments sent along with transaction ids would be a good place to start. If you have a valid case please prove it with evidence and I am sure members from the forum will back you.

The bookmaker froze my bets for almost a month, which won. And after sleeping a month, he sent a letter about the violation of the rules, in which it is written about the gaming syndicate and about arbitration situations and about automated software. In general, just like many fraudulent bookmakers say "You are guilty, we will not prove it." And winning bets were assigned the status of "Loss". $358 stolen. There is nowhere to complain, because they do not have a license. I just want new customers to know that the office without evidence and only at its own discretion can take money and easily write down bets as lost ones. It's even worse than a refund. All bets that the client makes, the this casino has the right to take for itself, simply by calling you an arbitrageur.

Bookmaker's answer:
Hello,

Our technical and risk management departments have noticed that you were repeatedly violating clause 2 of the GENERAL RULES. Accordingly, we have deducted a number of your bets to cover the company’s losses caused by your actions. The decision is final. We strongly recommend you not to violate the company's rules in the future.

Best regards, Karin!
