2421  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: A new kind of scam? Tronlink wallet/// your private key sent by email on: September 10, 2022, 06:55:53 AM
General rule...Pay attention, no one will give 5523 USDT as " a gift "!
No one will even gift you $100 for free. There's always a task to go with it. Even when exchanges run promotions, it's often something miserly. I've been in this industry for more than five years now and I haven't seen such gesture of supposed freebies end in songs. It's always sadness and sorrow. I ain't talking about OP. I know they already knew and are very preemptive. I'm talking to greedy fellows (especially newbies) who will think there's free money in cryptos. There's no free money or lunch online. There's always something that has to give. When an offer is given and you think it's free, search for what is hidden.

2424  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Rollbit closed account/confiscated money on: September 06, 2022, 06:47:18 PM
Now a days it is common that while you win, the gambling site will limit your bet amount.
Isn't it obvious why they do that? It's simply because gambling sites don't expect anyone to win and leave with their winnings without any stress. The greed with gambling is legendary and second to none.

However, it's good to know that OP's issue with Rollbit has finally been resolved amicably. Now that we've gone past all that, I think it will be a sensible thing to do to lock this thread.
2425  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will BTC reach 45k before this year ends. on: September 06, 2022, 06:29:47 PM
~snipped~
Will BTC reach the $45K price before this year's end? My answer is capital "No".
This industry has taught me a few things. One of which is never to state speculated price with certitude. When it comes to cryptos, never say never! I think that even cuts across all trading engagements, whether with Forex trading, Binary Options or Stocks. It boils down to speculation and price can head any direction the forces of the market move it to.

Thanks for all these you do, sniffing out idiotic and despicable characters in this crypto space. Those scumbags are the major reason the ICO trend died a natural death barely a year it debuted, for me.

Social networks are empty.
That's a big red flag for me but I know there are some people who wouldn't raise an eyebrow on that. They will say it's part of privacy 😆
2427  Other / Meta / Re: What type of posts attract merit? on: September 06, 2022, 04:04:54 PM
OP, just write how your spirit moves. Don't attempt to court cuddling or the attention of anyone by pandering to what you think pleases them. I'm one of the few who believe that meriting a post is subjective and is largely dependent on who's sending it. Sometimes, it's not wholely about being constructive. Once your post appeals to whoever is reading it, whether it makes a point or not, and your reader has merit and they're willing to send it out; that's it! Your post will be blessed. However, in all you write; always try to connect to the discussion at hand. Let the rest be left for whoever will be reading it. It's not that complicated.
2428  Economy / Speculation / Re: Stressful crypto market on: September 06, 2022, 01:43:06 PM
not all will buy at the peak price because many are waiting at the bottom price and that doesn’t mean don’t want to get Bitcoin.
If only they would snap out of that dream of waiting for a bottom into a reality that there's nothing like a bottom in the real sense while price is still trading (active). We only get to find out or know of a bottom in hindsight. That's after price has done its thing and literarily left the building. It's the same way professional traders will tell you that there's nothing as overbought or oversold positions. I've witnessed this myself, price continued to soar even after what looked like it should drop at that point. Those waiting for a further dip should do a DCA or risk losing out completely. That's my candid advice. Bitcoin has done enough discount.
2429  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will BTC reach 45k before this year ends. on: September 06, 2022, 12:34:34 PM
$45k from now will be more than double its current price from its current $20k. I don't know whether to say it's a tall order or not as I've seen Bitcoin surpass that range within a few days. We're more than 90 days away to the end of the year, as it's. I would've written the possibility off if we were done with November which is a favourable month for Bitcoin from my observation. November is still a long stretch with more than 50 days to it. I hope price begins to soar this last quarters of the year. Until then, I remain optimistic.
2430  Other / Meta / Re: What the hell is going on with these spammers? on: September 06, 2022, 09:49:37 AM
Does anyone know why this is happening?
Well, to the best of my perspicacity, if they aren't bots making those posts; then it would either be newbies who didn't know the exact sections to posts in or they just wanted boards that could get them attention. It's not something heinous, anyway. Just simply ask OP to move it or report to moderator to move it when you find such inappropriateness. Also, you can ignore it.
2431  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Binance to remove USDC as a tradable asset. on: September 06, 2022, 09:07:30 AM
To be candid, I was really flummoxed the first time I saw that USDC token traded on Binance. Reason being that I never expected that Binance was going to allow an alternative to its stablecoin – BUSD – on its exchange. It should be highlighting its product against other stablecoins in its territory to further boost it. Every exchange that has a stablecoin should also do likewise with its token. It helps increase liquidity of the chosen token in furtherance to strengthening it.
2432  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Crypto day trader groups on: September 05, 2022, 11:52:11 AM
I have joined 2 discord group of crypto traders led by @Mindset_BTC and @bloodgoodBTC -- that's their Twitter handle. You can chat or ask questions from there but it isn't a community that's frequently active who will gave signals for you to follow. They also have trading resources just to get your feet wet.
If we're looking at the same users, then  @Mindset_BTC also has their telegram the same as their Twitter handle. It's the same thing with user @bloodgoodBTC too. However, they aren't deep into providing signals but crypto analyses from what I saw on their handles.

OP, you may want to take a look at this forum user – Fallensoldier – who has been on a repeated trade challenge of recent and follow his Twitter handle here. https://twitter.com/shorterprince/status/1563150259991130112. You can also get his telegram handle from his bio there. Remember, I ain't saying you should follow blindly. You only have to observe him and then know what's best for you.
2433  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How will you handle this case on: September 05, 2022, 11:21:24 AM
OP, the solution to the question you seek speaks for itself. Of course, the dude who created the wallet should be held responsible for the missing fund. Most definitely, he moved it. His intention wasn't genuine in the first place. Otherwise, he would've asked the other brother he was helping to create the wallet by himself with little guide without as little as peeping into the passphrases. When I create wallets for people I usually distance myself once it gets to revealing the passphrase or password. I want them to be the only ones who know their PP or PW, as I also hammer it into them never to ever expose it to anyone. So, your Brother A helped the other Brother B set up a wallet and then went through the backdoor to rob him. It's that simple.
2434  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don't ever quit your job to trade crypto. on: September 05, 2022, 10:51:39 AM
You said newbies should not quite their jobs because of crypto trading but I say they should not start trading until they have much knowledge about trading. Newbies should try crypto trading with demo funds that will make him experienced.
That advice shouldn't be for newbies alone. It includes all those traders who haven't become profitable too no matter how long they've been trading. Trading is an easy way of expanding one's wealth once one has a grip on the set skills. It becomes enjoyable and an easy ride for those who are profitable but herculean to those who aren't profitable yet. Trading should be treated as a serious career like medicine, lawyer and others. It deserves time to learn on it. Until one becomes a guru and profitable, no one should quit their job for trading, no matter how enticing it looks.
2435  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 1k to 10k Challenge Update, I MADE IT! on: September 05, 2022, 09:43:34 AM
~snipped~
It's Op's personal decision whether to quit and save his funds or take another challenge and pursue trading. We all want to thrill and challenge and Op seems to make things exciting all the time. As long as he manages his finances right and enjoying the things that he does, he doesn't have to quit until he reaches his target goal.
Exactly my point. All those advising OP to be prudent may after all not even be traders to start with, let alone. As long as OP enjoys what they're doing, it shouldn't be anybody's headache and worries provided the OP isn't asking anyone to fund an account for them. Ironically, I've come to realize (even both with offline and in real life) that those who advise others on how to manage their finances are often bad fund managers themselves. Their actions are analogous to when poor folks advise rich folks on what to spend on or not to spend their monies on.
2436  Economy / Speculation / Re: 1 Bitcoin, Not for everyone. on: September 05, 2022, 07:02:03 AM
But of course, you should know that nothing is ever for everybody. Even as cheap as most tokens are, there are investors who wouldn't touch them with a pole. For instance, not everyone owns XRP or Dogecoin or Litecoin. So, why should anyone expect everyone to even own a fraction of Bitcoin let alone a complete one.

Well, there are 56 million people worldwide whose assets exceeded one million dollar.
Source:
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_number_of_millionaires
As there are only 21 million bitcoins, there are 0.375 btc for each millionaire.

I already have mine  Grin
You've to factor in the fact that not all those millionaires listed are fans of Bitcoin. So, that should leave extra on the table for non-millionaires like me 🤔

I'm not sure, even the POPE won't be able to buy 1BTC as he doesn't have any salary. Shocked Shocked
Don't leave a bet on that. The Pope could be one of the richest in the world with all that daily offertory and aids to his office 🧐
2437  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 1k to 10k Challenge Update, I MADE IT! on: September 04, 2022, 01:55:57 PM
Congrats!  You may want to quit while you're ahead and not risk giving it back to the house.  However, if you must, why not use 5k and absolutely save the other 5k?
Your concern is loosely called – Getting scared on behalf of another. It's the kind of thing my mum would do. It could be unnecessarily annoying. OP, knows what they're doing and they're succeeding doing it without any major scare. From the little I've come to know about OP, they seem a kind of reticent character of who does much but talks less. Their comments are suggestive of that and it's a character trait that achieves much. Kudos, OP.
2438  Economy / Services / Re: Write good review for my site and get $5 on: September 04, 2022, 09:16:18 AM
I need good review for my site on trustpilot i pay $5 for 1 review in Bitcoin
This isn't likely to end well for you if you're only out to accept and pay for positive reviews. That's a simple way of courting hypocrisy. Sadly, let me shock you, I look out for negative or critical reviews on any site or app I want to use more than I consider the positive views. I know for certain that nothing is ever perfect for everyone. There are obviously going to be a few who will have dissecting views on the same issue. I want to also read those dissecting views to factor in any challenge I'm likely going to have using that particular stuff. My advice – ask for honest reviews.
2439  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shiba Inu has no value and shouldn't be bought on: September 04, 2022, 08:08:27 AM
OP, two out of the three threads you started are merely just to bash tokens? You put these things out there without veritable facts that can be solidly verified apart from the guts feelings many of us also have. We know that in cryptos nothing can be guaranteed. Anything can happen. Come to think of it, how many people in the past (when Bitcoin started) had the slightest idea that Bitcoin was ever going to touch that high it did in 2021 of $68k+? Now, how many even thought it would plummet to what it's today? What about what happened with Luna? You don't blanket a token in condemnation for the mere wish that it fails without concrete evidence of any wrong doing against it. Shiba Inu continues to grow stronger even while several other cryptos are dipping. There must be a reason several exchanges are listing Shiba, don't you think so?
2440  Economy / Speculation / Re: Stressful crypto market on: September 04, 2022, 06:13:50 AM
Previously, many people could not buy BTC for the reason that it was expensive and the amount was small. Is this already on the verge of Dropping Deadline???
Price fluctuations are a reflection of market dynamism. It's not dependent on a single factor or person. The dip you see today in Bitcoin price shouldn't in any way scare you into staying out. You should see it as another golden opportunity to get in cheap. There isn't any deadline.

Waves has 100 million coins circulating whereas Bitcoin only has 19 million in circulation.

In cryptocurrency, you have to understand its circulation and the maximum supply.
What you tried to explain here is the Law of Demand and Supply, tilting it to a fact that the higher the supply the lower the price. However, it doesn't always work that way, especially in cryptos. There are tokens with less than 50,000 maximum supply, yet their unit prices aren't even up to $1,000.
