2441  Economy / Services / Re: New Project Looking to Hire in Bahrain on: November 22, 2018, 12:53:56 PM
Surely you will find more success posting this job availability on job hunting/job posting Bahrani websites you will surely find the right candidate if you do so. For sure you have seen right now are post from newbies offering their services to you, they clearly don't see the point that you are seeking an employee and not a particular service from another one of this so-called blockchain development teams. I don't know how they operate but it would be better if you see the applicants in person and not like this "blockchain development teams" operating via messages.
2442  Other / Meta / Re: [Suggestion]To draw more attention to the rules! on: November 22, 2018, 09:20:59 AM
If you just add a menu it won't draw so much attention, I already experienced it. I still thinking that the "news feed" is the best option, and if you have a running text, it will draw much more attention.
This is a better idea since members won't have to be redirected to another page in order to see the rules. I was thinking that putting some snippets of the rules would catch their attentions more like :

Did you know that the penalty for plagiarism (copying and pasting other's work) is a perma-ban on your account? Found out more by reading the rules, you might be violating some of them already

Something like this would catch their attention for sure and they will probably go ahead and read the rest of the rules in order for them to avoid being banned in the forum.
2443  Other / Meta / Re: [Suggestion]To draw more attention to the rules! on: November 21, 2018, 09:14:32 PM
1. Create a Forum Rules Button on the Top Buttons Bar and when you click on it you get to the Forum Rules.
Doubt that this will increase the awareness for newbies, even I myself only consciously use the "profile" and "messages" section of the menu. Even iasenko thought that the "more" section was new in the menu bar. Think like you are one of them, will you as a newbie click a button where it says "rules" on instead of going to sections trying to find threads where you can post? They simply cannot avoid it, their mind is simply fixated on posting that they are not aware that rules are in place. A proof of it is newbies posting in the meta section asking why they got banned from the forum.
2444  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-11-20] Crypto Investors Who Bought Bitcoin at $1,000 are Now Starting to on: November 21, 2018, 08:33:11 PM
In consideration of poor market conditions and the intensity of the drop of BTC in the past five days, investors, even those that bought BTC at $1,000 to $2,000, are expected to sell a significant chunk of their holdings fearing a further drop below major support levels.
Really confused with the news, they haven't provided any source on where did they get that these investors who have bought BTC since it was 1,000$ are selling. Even the 2nd paragraph of the news does not show if there information is even true, they should have confirmed it first. But nonetheless if this is true, these hodlers are in a good position to take profit since they at least gained 400% from their holding just by selling BTC at its current low, and if it goes down further they have the chance to buy it back again. They might just be adding fuel to the fire hoping that they can influence the prices and buy back BTC again at a cheaper price
2445  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Technical Analysis and Fundamental Analysis👀 on: November 21, 2018, 07:19:10 PM
The problem with Fundamental Analysis being used in cryptocurrencies is you have very little to work with, unlike companies where you can see their financial performance and other disclosures or in foreign currency where you can monitor the country's economy in cryptocurrencies you won't have that grasp and the only thing I can think of is ico developers keeping you up to date with their plans. FA is the best thing you can do in order to see if something is really undervalued or not but unfortunately it is hard to do a proper fundamental analysis on cryptocurrencies. TA is a more reliable tool being used in cryptocurrencies as nothing is change when it comes to analyzing them may it be stocks or cryptos.
2446  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice.com | Creators of Dicing 🎲 | 24 Billion Bets | 112+ BTC Jackpot! on: November 21, 2018, 06:39:07 PM
Primedice, the #1 dicing site for over half a decade.
Yes, it is the #1 crypto currency laundering operation I am aware of. Smiley
They are a dice gambling site, crypto exchanges maybe but a gambling site for people to launder their money? Can you get real for even just a moment. Shouldn't you be providing your case in the court so that what you are alleging they are doing is proven by them? I am still surprised that you are still pushing these kinds of allegations on all ANN threads of gambling sites even if you have not provided us even with just one legal case under you. Also why not post your evidence and proof (if there is one) in the scam accusation/ reputation board in order for you to prove what they are doing, after all the forum does not tolerate such crime happening in the community.
2447  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin prices are destroyed, everyone is disappointed on: November 21, 2018, 05:29:33 PM
I too felt disappointed at some point but that feeling didn't last long for me. Sure the recent price drop was not expected especially when we all thought that it will have some bullish breakout based on the descending triangle it has formed but the unexpected happened and I was not prepared to handle it. But then I realize that my disappointed at the price won't do no good for both me and what I am hodling that is why I would rather be an optimistic rather than to grieve like all hopes are lost, there is still hope and BTC is still fighting to rise back up again, after all we are all just speculators here and hodling BTC is really risky during the bear market.
2448  Economy / Economics / Re: Buy high sell low! PRICE BTC 3800 eur. How? on: November 21, 2018, 04:16:05 PM
It won't be called a "cycle" for nothing, just like any other cycles out there it is bound to repeat all over again even Bitcoin going back up above 10,000$ is an inevitable thing to happen. The most important factor about the market cycle is of course the time, we really don't know when will we be staying at the bottom as other factors such as demand and manipulation should be accounted for and this might be unbearable for a lot of hodlers as most of them are likely hodling BTC at a loss. But the thing is being patient is the key in staying longer with this phase and it will be more rewarding if you are still accumulating it until now.
2449  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Sorry I cannot Hold Anymore My Love! on: November 20, 2018, 01:54:59 PM
It seems like people had no more interest with BTC and they are dumping it already even if people are losing already their money.
You just became one of the persons you are talking about after you gave up holding your BTC. You see shaking down speculators and weak hands is what BTC and other cryptocurrencies do, this is no place for an amateur to panic and the best to stay away from a volatile market rather than try to profit from it. As for you addressing some of your message to Satoshi Nakamoto I doubt he will be responding to your concern, he has been offline for 8 years now and I doubt that he has the answer you've been looking for as he technically don't control the entire market.
2450  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buying your btc plastic card on: November 20, 2018, 12:53:09 PM
It would be used just to cashout funds from my wallet.
If your country is not offering a local Bitcoin debit card chances are the one you will buy online would be useless for cashing out your money as no banks would recognized the debit card you will be using. You are better off finding a local Bitcoin wallet provider in your country as most of their wallet services come with a complete package from cashing in to cashing out your cryptocurrency to local fiat currency. Also its risky buying debit cards to people you really don't know online, especially if you really don't have any knowledge what you are dealing with.
2451  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: KYC COMES TO SHAPESHIFT on: November 20, 2018, 11:52:42 AM
Changelly

Ahem.

https://www.reddit.com/r/Monero/comments/8bdigt/dont_use_changelly_millions_stolen/?sort=confidence

Changelly throw KYC at people when they feel like it. And in a few cases they use it as a reason to keep your money for good. Feel free to take the risk if you wish. I sure as shit will not.
Yup, I know that for a fact and some redditors reported that they were demanded KYC in the middle of the transaction where they even hold it for a considerable amount of time. Actually before the KYC implementation arrived at Shapeshift one of its biggest advantage was their customers where never required to register an accounty, they can use their services right away. But with the KYC requirement taking place account registration will now be required for them.

Even some of the the top competitors of ShapeShift have been know to selectively scam people. The have been known to hold crypto for hostage to randomly require KYC for “suspicious transactions”. Even after fulfilling the KYC requests, they can take months to release the coins, if ever.

And for the author I think you should name names with this one as it would actually help other readers as well to be aware of this kind of situation which is usually common in these kinds of services.
2452  Other / Meta / Re: Cannot change Avatar on: November 19, 2018, 06:40:25 PM
Like what they have said and posted on the previous links your Avatar will take time to change in the upper right section but every time a member sees your post what they are seeing is the new one you have uploaded, it just takes time for you to personally see it. Try logging out of your account and visit a link where you have posted, you will see that you avatar has been successfully changed. Don't worry about this too much as this is just a delay, even when I was a full member back then I got worried just like you so I just searched some threads first to know if I have a similar problem that is when I knew that this is a common occurrence.
2453  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-11-18]Cryptocurrency to Replace Fiat Money Within Next Ten Years, Expert C on: November 19, 2018, 12:57:28 PM
As long as governments and central banks exist, I don't see it happening. There's also a large disconnect between "speculative asset" and "currency" and I'm not sure how it's all going to play out. I see cryptocurrencies taking some market share from fiat currencies, but not replacing them.
The funny thing is he tweeted this bold prediction right before BTC started dipping in prices again. Obviously this guy's tweets consists mainly of hype and promotions, and he might be using this bold predictions and generally being bullish about Bitcoin in order to have more followers and believers in order to promote his main business. This kinds of "experts" although are wrong in most of their claims are highly successful on fooling a lot of people because they have gained the trust of a lot of people on the course of their hyping.
2454  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: This person made $500,000 with gambling and lost it all within 60 seconds! on: November 19, 2018, 12:11:51 PM
Another one of those gambling stories about failure but I am surprised to see that he is self-admitted on what went wrong and how it got worst. The sad thing is this man is really down right now that not even his fiancee could cheer him up as she barely knows the truth of what happened. I know this feeling in gambling where I thought I am untouchable and my luck has it all only to find out that everything I earn will be lost in a matter of seconds, this feeling would really down any kind of person especially if money is really important on how it should have shape his future.
2455  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The market is looking all red once again on: November 19, 2018, 09:56:38 AM
Absolutely insane how many pages this thread has\
Have we no confidence in what we all stand for and believe in??
Did you even read the previous posts after yours? I don't even see a negative comment not even a single one. If you read some of the post even just the first two pages of the thread most of what you will see is their own take why BTC had fallen so hard or what is their current strategy based on the situation of the market. Please read the other posts before posting a dumb conclusion, so that you avoid making a fool out of yourself on the next time you are in a thread.
2456  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-11-18]Cryptocurrency to Replace Fiat Money Within Next Ten Years, Expert C on: November 18, 2018, 08:02:06 PM
Didn't know Nicholas Merten before reading this article, but I am surprised on how he related the past and current significant events on cryptocurrencies and then leap out on a prediction that cryptocurrencies will replace Fiat. He didn't provide any kind of explanation on the road map/prediction he has provided, I see no point on believing in the outcome he is looking for at the ends. He didn't explained how volatility is a key factor on making cryptocurrencies as the first choice of consumers or even how legislation will help shape the course of cryptocurrencies in the future. In short this is another guy with with thousands of followers posting a senseless tweet.
2457  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why I haven't merited some 0 merit members on: November 18, 2018, 06:47:49 PM
Will you automatically skip newbie members that have an activity score of 120+? This will indicate that the member had been possibly a Jr. Member before that got demoted back to newbie rank which means that they haven't received any merits on 4+ months since they joined the forum. Or will you still look into their post and post history to see if they improved their post quality in general?
2458  Economy / Reputation / Re: VIP Member hacked? on: November 18, 2018, 05:48:00 PM
This account is possibly hacked, a big chunk of his activity was from 2011 to 2015 and just by seeing his post history it is the first time he posted something related to Football, and most of his post before then are more sensible compared to him "borrowing" BTC without paying back. I'm pretty sure that he can already be tagged by a DT member for asking a loan back in 2017 and admitting that he won't pay it back.
2459  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: VOLATILITY IN BITCOIN,WHO SHOULD BE WORRIED? on: November 18, 2018, 04:05:42 PM
Ever since BTC rose from 1,000$ to 19,000$ it has been very volatile especially when it triggered the bear market. For traders, volatility was never a problem in the market even if it is going down some of the smart traders always have found a way on how they can earn once it will start going back up again. The people who are really worried in the market now are the ones who don't have any strategy at all. What we are seeing now is the perfect scenario for traders to earn BTC in a short range or accumulate more BTC at a cheaper price without even adding additional capital. So if you are one of the people who are worried in the market my advice is for you to learn how to trade as you are missing a lot of opportunity.
2460  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: On legality of Bitcoin - legal till banned or banned till legal on: November 18, 2018, 01:26:50 PM
To make the explanation much simpler why will Bitcoin be banned if there is no law banning it? Not unless your country has a law where all new kinds of assets are banned until it is classified, all things that have no laws governing it will be legal. That is why some laws now are with assistance of people who got away with it as they have found a loophole because there is now law governing it. You can freely use your BTC even if your living in a country that has neutral views to it, they simply just don't care to either exploit or break the situation.
