If you think coins should be coloured you are probably a regulator or have their D in your butt.
2502  Economy / Speculation / Re: Who bought this latest dead cat? on: February 13, 2015, 08:19:02 PM
The problem with dead cat bounces is that they are dead cat bounces until one is not.
2503  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin 20MB Fork on: February 13, 2015, 03:33:11 PM
If the blockchain gets ~ 2 000 000 000 GB Bitcoin WILL FAIL.
2504  Economy / Speculation / Re: You're CrAzY if you don't sell before the hard fork. on: February 13, 2015, 03:28:50 PM
The idea of having a 2 000 000 000 GB block chain is a horrible one.

2506  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The first time in 6000 years.. on: February 12, 2015, 07:18:02 PM
So you propose that "we" take the control of wealth from other people so we can control it ourselves? Sounds hypocritical.

How about everyone has the opportunity to acquire their own wealth by providing goods or services to the community, for which the community pays them.

We shouldn't think about wealth as something we need to take from others but something we need to create on our own based on our own actions and decisions.

This would be awesome but will not work because of greed.  This is why we pay interest to privatly owned banks.
2507  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / The first time in 6000 years.. on: February 12, 2015, 03:48:24 PM
That there has been a potential to uproot the families that have owned and controlled the gold.  This is the first time in thousands of years there is a chance that someone else could take control of the worlds wealth.  Those that have control of the gold control gov fiat.

Remeber this.  What BTC's value is is a lot less significant than the fact it is controlled by nerds.  IMO to remove the control of the worlds wealth from sociopaths and psychopaths offers potential non of us can even fathom.
2508  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Advice for the Reddit Bitcoin Husband on: February 10, 2015, 06:56:43 PM
Electrical sector here.

Every time I go one site there are at utter most two women out of 10-1000 men.....

Go to a hospital then go to a construction site....  Then go to a bitcoin conference.. the women that are paid to be there don't count as attending.  The idea that women are equal or better at everything is getting pretty stupid.

As for the topic in the OP, that guy is way to obbsessed with BTC :S..  While yes it is utterly amazing and things the potential has benfits that we cannot imagine it is like preaching about the web in 93..  Most people just do not give a damn about anything but what Paris Hilton is wearing or if Dallas is playing on the weekend.

What advantages would merge mining offer XJO..?
2510  Economy / Speculation / Re: The 2e credit crisis on: February 09, 2015, 03:51:37 PM
Same doomsday stuff has been said for some time, while I am prepared I doubt anything will happen.
2511  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [XJO] Joulecoin | SHA256 coin | REQUIRED UPDATE | Transaction comments on: February 09, 2015, 01:50:32 PM
Unless you go on record listing any and all other coins you have made previously i am out ..

"John Joule" is also creator of:

At least:
Quark (he posts there with account: "MaxGuevara")
Myriad
Zeta
Mimiccoin (created for user "Digitalindustry", see details here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=781954.msg9007804#msg9007804 )

And John Joule posts with "WillowRosenberg" https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=260031.msg10331605#msg10331605
With this account he tries to merge mine his coins Joulecoin and Zeta with Unobtanium (UNO).

"BitcoinNational" seems to be close in John's network, as that's is the account name who suggested to merge mine XJO with UNO.

What exactly are you trying to say..?

99% when throwing it down the middle..

no way, 50/50 for sure.

2513  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin went out of exponential trend into linear downtrend [TA inside] on: February 03, 2015, 08:23:52 PM
Just because there's a line there doesn't mean it can't go around it. I'm pretty sure the bubble to $1000 broke some trend lines. Once Wall Street got involved, a lot of the past trend lines for Bitcoin don't mean shit. It's a new ball game.

wallstreet is pipedreams. You notice correctly: it was a bubble
Question: when in history did speculative bubbles repeat a second time on the same thing after collapsing? Never.

.. Silver?

The Dow?
2514  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: The difficulty HAS BEEN REDUCED!!!! on: February 03, 2015, 07:55:38 PM
diff its always rissing there no long term for diff to go less and mining its always and investemnt that goes bam after one year i mean the hardware deprecates at the rate of 1 year to half or even worsth you need the roi calc and watts calsc to get into it and then sell the hardware after one year becuse of diff rises in sha256 and scrypt even.

If there is no money coming into BTC ASIC manfactures have no money to create new ASIC's = hash rate stall.
2515  Other / Off-topic / Re: Worse play in superbowl history? on: February 03, 2015, 07:51:08 PM
Basically, they called a pick play and Butler recognized it and jumped on it. I think the whole "worst call" is blowing it out of proportion. Some blame has to be on Wilson to either make a better throw or throw it away if the route wasn't there cleanly. They tried to catch the Patriots off guard and it backfired. It happens. The way some of the Seahawks behaved afterwards, I'm glad they didn't win.

You have the beast mode.

Beast mode has gotten 1 yard minimum the entire game every time he has been given the ball.

Throwing it even with 100% shit runners 1 yard from the end zone is highly risky, only corner throws should be made.

You are 1/2 yard from the end zone on the second down.

That had to be the worst play call in history.. I do not understand your and others point of view on how it was a good call.  EVEN if it succeded it would of been too risky of a play to use as they can intercept it.........

I had money on NE to win so I am glad they did I was and still am just utterly dumbfounded.

2519  Economy / Speculation / Re: And the crash continues on: January 28, 2015, 08:49:29 PM
Great thing about going down to $50 to $100 is that all the emotionally weak investors would have panic sold, and then the market only has 1 way to go...

No more emotionally weak investors plus an abundance of extremely cheap coins available...need I say more?

Flawed logic.

You think a strong hand only needs to buy once, then hold forever?  You see, bitcoins have to be CONTINUOUSLY bought on a DAILY BASIS by SOMEONE out there to keep the price up, otherwise price will just continue to fall or until the monetary base inflation rate becomes negligible (around 100 years from now).

we hit like .1% inflation in 2032.....

Aye..

Just for the record I am just Bullish on the BTC price..  I believe BTC will be here for a very long time.
