Did anyone came across this picture spread around the social media platforms. An 8 year old girl watching the training session of Nadal. This was taken during the year 2006. Can anyone make a guess who is that little girl. Concerned person have confirmed the picture and felt happy seeing it. Rule : Don't go search on Google. Naomi Osaka !? -snip
Also let’s say that hypothetically he applied for a change of citizenship which country would accept it?, because currently no country would like to associate with Russians, hence I feel that he would have had a hard time finding a county that’s willing to accept his request.
Austria would accept, his mother is born there, and he was raised by his grandmother, which is Austrian, and basically raised in Austria would not say that this is definite, but as per Serbian papers, he has enough eliglibility to apply for Austrian citizenship, and that was the direction he is pointing in, when talked that he will change citizenship not sure about that, dough, but could happen in the future There you go, there are lots of Russians who dont agree with what their country is doing in Ukraine, they should not be punished just for being Russian. Rublev is lucky to have a strong connection with Austria, I would say he will be accepted, Which country wouldnt want to have a top athlete representing them even though Tennis for the most part is an individual sport.

Did you guys see Rublev's press conference? Mainly he talked about possibility to change nationality so he can play all tournaments. He got hit hard with ban at Wimbledon and he says if some other tournaments go that route he will have to consider changing nationality.
Furthermore he said that russian players tried everything to lift the ban. There was one interesting idea that they take ukranian players as double partners but nothing worked in the end. Really courius if those ukrainian players thought this was good idea. Sort of feels like they would have got some bad press at home if it came to fruition.
I actually like Rublev, he is a good guy, he is very passionate about his Tennis and seems laid back and fun off court. I didnt hear his press conference and I dont doubt that they tried everything to have the ban lifted. They indeed probably fear for future bans which will affect their livelihood. That was a great idea to play with Ukranian partners in the doubles, will we ever know if those partners would be willing to do it though? Just thinking off the top of my head, I suspect the Ukranian players are very passionate about the wrong that is happening in their country more so than how passionate the Russian players feel, generally speaking. I'm not sure if those feelings and perceptions would be a factor for the Ukranians NOT to play with Russian partners, IDK

The odds are suggesting its going to be close, maybe a handicap bet on Basilashvilli might be a consideration +4.5 @ 1.3 on Rollbit.
Basilashvilli this year has dissapointed, he didnt carry his in form momentum into 2022 he hasnt really featured anywhere IMO. So yea hard to bet on that one.
Basilashvili is so inconsistent, and I noticed a big drop in Karatsev's performance lately, this one is tough to bet on, I would personally avoid it, however in the same tournament Carreno Busta will be playing against the Italian Nardi, I think it's better to bet on carreno busta to win in straight sets, the odds are not bad @1.57 That was pretty clear in the second set. While Basilashvili only had to give up a serve in the first set he did not win a game in the second. Maybe it was too hot or he did not want to win. Karatsev will play tomorrow against Galán. Karatsev should win that game. Yea he has gone "off the boil", I didnt put a bet on, too unpredictable. I did put a -4.5 handicap bet on Alcaraz which I didnt win because the last set ended in a tie break win for Alcaraz. Someone else to keep an eye on is Cerundolo, he won today, hopefully he can carry his form from his tournament win at the Swedish Open!

Rugby League - Australia - Telstra Premiership
With 7 rounds left to go before the finals round 19 this weekend is throwing up some interesting games for example the first game on Thursday sees the Broncos up against the Eels, positions 5 and 6 on the ladder, the Eels looking to climb and the Broncos hoping not to start falling outside the top 8 and fail to reach the finals.
To me both teams have been surprising compared to last year, Broncos were really under performers last year and this year the Eels have had some really mixed results.
The Eels look to be favourites @ 1.57 against 2.29 for the Broncos, I might to a cheeky bet on the Broncos.
The Panthers will host the Sharks and the Rabbitohs hise Storm, I think I will be picking the Panthers and Storm along with the Cowboys in second position who meet bottom of the ladder Wests Tigers.

I just store all my digital information in my personal laptop and when i'm gone,my family members can access it and retrieve the asset.I never part with my laptop,so no one can touch it while i'm still here.I know that it's not safest method, but i just like the simplicity of handling the matter this way.
Would you not be concerned about the security of your laptop from both malfunction to being hacked? storing your digital info like that wouldnt be recommended. I think anybody who has actually thought it through has a back-up plan for demise. In my case, there is 1-2 close family members who know locations of stored assets.
I had a conversation with them which indicated 2 points.
1. Don't trust anyone to convert to cash. Figure it out yourself. 2. Don't forget rule #1.
I have the same approach but I'm lucky because nearly all of my immediate family have Bitcoin. But I understand trust in family can be questioned for a lot of people but in the end of the day I wouldnt be worried what happens to it if I'm dead.

^ Yea it doesnt seem great that they created a "token", just another way to take money from those who use it.
This downturn in Bitcoins FIAT price has really damaged the DeFi space and it has highlighted the weakness of applying a FIAT type financial tool to Bitcoin.
Up to about 2 months ago I was using Blockfi and earned a good bit of interest but I was lucky to have been able to clear all my funds out.

Hamburg is on this week and Alcaraz is playing tomorrow, I wonder can he commence his winning form from before Wimbledon?
Yes, he will play against Nicola Kuhn from Germany. That will probably be a very quick win. Tomorrow Basilashvili will also play against Karatsev. That will certainly be more interesting. I do not dare to make a prediction here. Both can win the match. Tomorrow and Wednesday are supposed to be very hot in Hamburg. Up to over 40°C. We should take that into account when betting.

If bitcoin crashed and fell to $1, I would find it highly unlikely that it would ever recover. I think most investors are comfortable with a certain level of volatility but there are limits. If bitcoin dropped to those levels, I suspect most institutional, government and retail investors would jump ship.
The reality is bitcoin is a currency and if it’s not valued at a certain price I think most people would abandon it for a different technology.
Bitcoin going to $1 is inconceivable to me, I just think there would be way too much buy orders way before it got to $5000. Of course we cannot ignore human emotions and power of FUD, Bitcoin going below $15k will have a certain number of people panicking, passing below $10k might have people holding out for lower prices and the same for $5k but at $1000 who wouldnt buy? I'm trying to figure what alternative is there to Bitcoin? How low would Bitcoin have to fall before it was no longer recoverable?
Price, in my opinion, would not dictate this. It would have to be something that would destroy the foundation and system on which it is built.
what you say?
it is not the price that matters about that dumping instead why it happens , because we have seen many ways of bitcoin fall but everything ends with recovery as the support returns each time. but if you find this to change in what you are asking then we may tell what will be the future, either if this can return to increase or will never be there again. What are the things or events which would being Bitcoin to $1? End of the internet?

The bastad tournament had so many surprises we thought that rublev and Ruud could make it far but the two finalists were able to beat them, cerundolo vs baez was not what i expected i thought it would be more competitive but cerundolo was far superior especially in the second set and he managed to beat baez 2 0 congrats to him for this well deserved win.
It was an all Argentinian final. I took Cerundolo on handicap and I bet on him a few times through the tournament. In the tournament in Newport, U.S, Cressy beat Bublik. I didnt bet on that one, I was really indecisive. Hamburg is on this week and Alcaraz is playing tomorrow, I wonder can he commence his winning form from before Wimbledon?

Nope, because these areas could eventually be developed and that's when the exponential increase in value begins. One of the best assets to hold which has stood the test of time is real estate. Land typically always has some sort of value attached to it and seems to grow over time.
Yes land is always a good purchase. In my country and I'm sure in many other countries the tricky part is developing that land to something other than agricultural. I know some people who bought land and were hoping to build houses on it but the permission was refused, the only thing the can use it for is still agricultural purposes. So to the OP's question: Do you think buying your first landed property in a bushy area is a good investment for the future.? In general, yes its a good investment provided you know it can be developed for what you want to do with it.

Please reserve #5 for me.
Thank you.
Colouring book will get dispatched from the US?
Thank you tweetious - Postage is from EU, I can also post all US orders to minerjones Let me know if you would like to proceed with #5?
Today I received the test print and overall I have happy to see this in print however there are some minor changes to be made, some blemishes on one page to be photoshopped out, a line on the cover to be removed, unwanted note to be removed on the back cover and the last two scanned pages need to be made slightly darker, the line work is just a tad too feint. I have updated the postage rates now that I know the weights. Here are the images for the test print.

Just reading about match fixing allegations at Wimbledon. I'm usually not giving benefit of doubt but this time, wondering if too much has been made, given the sources seem to be pretty similar most of the time (German, French). Depending on the source, he's "found guilty".
I believe that match fixing happen all the time, there are multiple things someone can fix and not just winning or losing the match, and those allegations and people getting exposed is just who were bad enough to get caught, I think there are too many that successfully fixed with no proof behind. This is true not only for tennis but also for all other professional sports on which many people bet. When big money is at stake, of course there are plenty of opportunities for collusion and fraud. Tennis is a sport in which realistically only the first 40-50 players on the ranking list can live richly, the next 100-200 players survives and the rest not even that. Tennis is also a very expensive sport, and of course many lower-ranked tennis players without sponsors cannot afford expensive trips and participation in better-paid tournaments. If you can't make big money in lower paying tournaments and the costs are high, what's left for you? For some tennis players, the answer is obvious, to try to make money in other, illegal ways and at least somehow monetize their tennis career. Just coming back to the thread today and match fixing in Tennis has never registered with me at all. Naively I thought that the likes of Horse and Greyhound racing along with Soccer where the typical sports where fixing went on. @Daniel91 your example of the different ranked players on the tour making a living and being wealthy actually makes sense. Eventhough some of the big tournaments have big prize funds they get hoovered up by the tip players 99% of the time. Of course if its possible that some players with the knowhow and connections will try and earn money in that way.

My money for tonight's games are on the Cowboys and the Eels.
Will post the betting slips later.
Well 1 from 2 there Timelord, I didnt bet on either the Cowboys or Sharks, to me that would be a flip of a coin. I have 3 small bets on the NRL this weekend: Broncos to beat the Titans Panthers to beat Wests TigersStorm to beat the Raiders Rugby UnionIn the Summer Series I'm going with a win for Ireland @ 4.1 against New Zealand, its a big ask but they are capable.I'm staying away from the Australia v England, I would be edging towards England but anything could happen there. South Africa v Wales - SA big favourites @ 1.13 V 6.2 to Wales. Given last week result It might be worth a $1 bet on Wales. Rugby UnionFirstly - MASSIVE win by Ireland and to take the series win away to NZ was very impressive. Final score: New Zealand 22 - 32 Ireland To go to NZ and play a series and come away with a win is probably one of the pinnacles of any teams expectations, it would be up there with winning a world cup I would say. Ireland have never done this so its massive for our small country with a small Rugby playing population, Rugby is arguably 3rd most popular sport here. @Timelord2067 - TBH I really thought from the first game that England would win down under but after the narrow loss in the first game I wasnt confident anymore so I didnt bet on the following 2 games. South Africa v Wales, I didnt do the $1 bet, luckily because SA brought their top game out. Rugby LeagueIt was looking like a 3 from 3 for me this round in the Telstra Premiership but STORM, what is happening? Panthers just about scrape the won but are only beaten once so far this season, thats impressive.

~ A trillion dollar industry was not incentivised to put money into a cure - yet one doctor could do it. How does Bitcoin solve this incentive? Or can it?
We have to be reasonable here. Let's just say capitalism, in general, is something that's out of crypto/bitcoin's reach. If you're hoping some wealthy bitcoiners starts pouring some money into research and development for diabetes or other 'incurable' diseases, I doubt they'll do it. They know Pharma is a big bloody business. I think this answers the OP's question more accurately, along with pooya87's. Of course Bitcoin cannot solve problems its just code but its people who solve problems and especially people with the finances and will to do so. Everyone knows what Bitcoin was designed for but everyone knows too that there is a speculative nature to it too. We all believe to some degree or another that Bitcoin is going to go up. So the OP is essentially asking that if Bitcoin does what everyone expects will it to will it facilitate someone to fund this doctors claims?
