That isn't brand new. Ever since that bitcoin and its market has been established, countless times FUD were made and even if the actual news doesn't have something to do with it, they're making their articles relevant.
But as we know when these FUDs are made, I guess that we're seeing the sign that the bull run is soon to come.
It's more worrying when they start to praise the market as the opposite of it might occur. Just always remember that.
yea its nothing new, for my whole Bitcoin life I have been hearing negativity from the media. I know the Winklevoss twins but I dont follow them, and I'm certainly not going to pay to find out what shitcoins they were involved in to cause their trouble. The way I read that headline is that if it was Bitcoin which caused their trouble the headline would read that way but it doesnt. |

All the entry regulations in reference to the Corona Vaccination are lifted in the USA at 11 May. This will allow Djokovic to play at the US Open and chase another Grand Slam title. However, it is not certain whether he will remain number 1 in the world rankings. In any case he will not be allowed to play at the tournaments in Indian Wells and Miami. So his pursuers have two possibilities to get closer to him or even to regain spot number 1.
Thats a possibility, I wonder what the order of priority is for Djokovic, Targets like No.1 ranking, numbers of Grand Slam wins and overall tournament wins are there for sure but I figure the 4 Grand Slams are the top priority. They have the biggest prestige, biggest prize money, he is tied with one if his biggest rivals and wants to pull clear of him and also GS titles are a measure of greatness, not just now but in the future, its like building a legacy! |

and even of you did miss the bottom by what? $4000 - now its like 20%, when Bitcoin is
$100,000 its only 4%.
So what do you do?
Buy now, think of the medium to long term and be stress free,
OR
Wait until Bitcoin pulls back by $2000 to try and catch another bottom and run
the risk of the price going in the other direction and then you still have to buy at
a higher price.
Best not to get too stressed, Buy, DCA and be calm!

I'm not going to give up on Nadal yet, we all know he's getting kind of old and injuries affect tennis players a lot since it's a one player game, but he's not the type of player to give up easily, he had his downs throughout his career and bounced back, I'm expecting him to win a couple of big tournaments before he retires, if his body doesn't bring him down, the mentality to win will always be there with El Matador.
The major tournament that Nadal is still likely to win is the French Open, the only type surface that allows him to win lots of GS titles. This year's French Open will be held in May-June so Nadal has time to be able to recover from his injury even though the time that is still quite long is not a guarantee he will recover because it will really depend on the injury he experienced during the last Australian Open if it's too bad he might miss this tournament Regarding Nadal's injury I quote statements from his social media that Nadal's injury is not too serious It was a level 2 injury to the psoas iliacus muscle in the left leg. Nadal also said he would rest for a while for his recovery which is estimated to take 6 to 8 weeks. That means Nadal will recover before the 2023 French Open next May. OK, clearly the French Open is his main target, this is his tournament having won it ONLY 14 times previously. This will be massive, both Nadal and Djokovic now have 22 GS titles, if Djokovic wins it I cant see Nadal catching up. There is a bigger chance Djokovic could take Wimbledon too to put a wider gap between them. |

That was a great win by Scarlets, 37 - 28, a bottom of the table team slaying a top
of the table. Scarlets were 27-7 up at one stage. @Welsh - do you think they would
have been able to hold off the Bulls if there was more time to go?
It was touch, and go for a while. Bulls really did turn the pressure up, and you could see the Scarlets caving into the pressure. However, they did really well to be honest. Soaked up the pressure, and then sucker punched Bulls right at the end. In fact, they nearly scored a second try towards the end of that game. As for your question, if the Bulls played like that the whole game, with that amount of pressure the scoreline would've likely been vastly different. However, that's just speculation, the important thing is the Scarlets actually got a pretty decent result, and possibly an unexpected one for most people. Yes I know, its just speculation, main thing is they got the job done and held on/finished strong. They are at home again in their next game against the visiting Edinburgh but in between that the Six Nations will be on. I was out all day yesterday and wasn't able to see any games yesterday. Overseas, I got bets on the Leicester, Saracens, Gloucester and London Irish about to play. Closer to home: I won on New Zealand, South Africa and Fiji (to win) then lucked out on Australia who were defeated by France. (3/4)
This morning in Sydney 7's Mens, I'm playing it safe with bets on all the favoured sides: USA to bet Uruguay, Kenya to bet Spain, Canada over Tonga, Argentina to defeat Japan, after yesterday's games I'll say Ireland to win Vs Grt Britain, then New Zealand over rivals France with a close finish between South Africa and Fiji. Sydney 7's Women:Last of the big spenders, I've put a dollar on each of the following: Canada to bet Spain, ever hopeful Grt Britain to bet hosts Australia, Fiji will give Japan a lesson, as will USA over France then the Irish will show the Kiwis how its done. 6666 I got a few winning bets on for the 7's too! I took Ireland to win against Fiji @ 2.47 which was a great price and they did the job 12-26. New Zealand are very strong, they are top of bothbMens and Womens tables. I find it hard to keep on top of the games, who plays who etc. they are short games so its all happening hard and fast. |

The halving is a big event but what has happened previously is the markets moving
either side of the actual halving.
In the past people have been asking if "the halving has been priced in" and with the last
one it pretty much was.
So expect the markets to move before and after the halving. I like to see it as the 2
big years in the 4 year cycle being the first and last.

Scarlets I thought were brilliant against the Bulls yesterday, particularly the first half. Some very good attacking play, some questionable defensive efforts, but overall they did what they needed to do. For much of the second half they were pinned back, trying to survive. Then, suddenly they comeback in the dying minutes, and score one try, and almost another.
I will say though, the officiating was absolutely awful at times, and the odd thing is even though it was being played at the Parc of Scarlets I thought the refs were siding with the bulls a lot, and missing a lot of dangerous play by them.
That was a great win by Scarlets, 37 - 28, a bottom of the table team slaying a top of the table. I had only one bet the the weekend, Ospreys away to Zebre to win, and that they did. If Djokovic had participated in this tournament, Tsitsipas would have been the best player. But Djokovic was unstoppable this tournament. Tsitsipas will win this tournament one more time, but he needed a lot of experience and Djokovic is probably much stronger than him mentally. And let's not forget the age difference, of course. Djokovic can play tennis for a few more years and then it will be the end of the story, just like Federer did. I'm sorry we didn't get to see Alcaraz. A final between Alcaraz and Djokovic would have been a nice sensation. Nadal seems to have too many injuries in recent years and will probably announce his retirement soon.
Yes possibly but there are other questions which remain a mystery if we remove Djokovic from the equasion. Would Rublev have beaten any other player to get to the final, or Paul? If either of them got to the final because they were on Djokovic' side of the draw, would they have beaten Tsitsipas? What I'm asking really is, would any other player have a decent chance against Tsitsipas? I think yes, so he may have a bigger chance of winning a final without Djokovic or Nadal in his way but there are a number of players who can beat him |

^ I think thats ok though. Zilon is looking at the long term and willing to plan now for then. Everyone has drawn their resolution for the year as regard Bitcoin investment and more. Bitcoin is bound to do what it wants to do. And no matter where the direction of the market has chosen to point to, i will just buy until when i feel it has gone too high to keep buying.
I am longer paying attention to all the noise that comes with short term investment anymore. It is better to be in red on a short term than to lose out on big opportunities on a long term. If the market is selling at a low price i will buy, If it is buying at an uptrend i will still buy. The only difference is i will try not to buy too high because in all the buying profit is the target. The goal is not to get rich but to catch up with the next trend and ATH.
The fact is on a long run the market will do what it wants to do and not even the best analysis can change it from making its desired moves. Bitcoin long term prediction is becoming even more harder to make as external forces keep playing out in the market more often. Staying positive for long term goal has given so many good profit in time past and it won't be out of place if similar occurrence happens again on the long run

Its important to "Zoom out" in a way and not get involved with what the markets are reacting on an hourly, daily or weekly basis. To practice dollar cost average buying you dont necessarily need to know what the markets are doing and getting stressed about catching the exact bottom. |

Tsitsipas really has to cut down on his unforced errors. He played better in both the second and third sets and arguably should have won both. He needs to improve his second serve and his forehand.
First of all, Tsitsipas needs to work on his mental preparation for important tennis matches. It is no coincidence that although he is a very talented and good tennis player, he has not won any GS so far, even though this was his second final. In the most important moments of this final match, Djokovic was always calmer and better, he made much less mistakes and because of that he won and won the new GS. Young tennis stars like Tsitsipas, Medvedev or Zverev are excellent tennis players, but they still lack something to be at the level of the big three of world tennis, Federer, Nadal and Djokovic. I think that we will see the dominance of Nadal and Djokovic in tennis for at least another year or two. Thats what I think Tsitsipas lacks or is his weakness - his mental strength. He has the tools, the talent to win. Tsitsipas has been in GS finals before though! the famous French Open of 2021 was very notable, Tsitsipas against Djokovic won the first two sets... but lost the match! |

Unfortunately so many have and will be caught right up in exactly what your write about.
So many will need proof that the market is going up, they cannot see the long term and
will succumb to FOMO at the 12th hour before the markets "correct" and then
they will get influenced by FUD.
Just a little knowledge of the markets by reading your post for example will provide
some insight as to what to expect.

I think a good few of us got let down by betting on Tsitsipas in the past, I haven't
been betting on him either since then.
TBH it seems to me (and it's something I said back in December) Djokovic has to
be feeling superior, and knows he is superior ATM to any other player on tour.
I would say he has already at this stage lined up a win in every tournament in his schedule
and definitely every GS this year as a win.
He fairly breezed through his match today, 3 sets!
I really can't see Tsitsipas winning tomorrow. Djokovic to me is super focussed, after
last year - he is on a mission now.
I genuinely liked Tsitsi, as a very casual follower who only gets to watch maybe 1 in 5 games properly, and only GS, the problem was when I started betting on him too, and you always felt, with the greats slowly retreating from the stage (with the exception of Djoko), I always felt he would be one of the replacements. Did anyone actually have Tsitsi on outright? Was at least 20/1 as I recall. Amazing time to hedge. i think Tsitsipas is doing really well in this tournament, but he didn't face a lot of good competitors, most of them didn't play or were out early, and Djokovic is not playing at all, he destroyed Rublev and De minaur like they were a bunch of random amateurs, i would be really surprised if he loses the final and i wouldn't dare bet on Tsitsipas now, before it started it was worth it but not now. Well he is a set down now and on serve on the second set. Would be interesting to hear if anyone had indeed Tsitsipas backed or even as outright. We at home here were big fans of Tsitsipas a few years ago, and he was tipped to be one of the "top 3" replacements, but it hasnt materialised yet, maybe he will come good this year? I definitely think though that he needs to ditch the family from the coaching, they are a distraction IMO. |
