Even if I won't buy all in at once, I try as much as I can yo do a DCA on it. This is where I apply the Warren Buffet's ideology of buying when others are scared.

I love that part in quotes and that's true. Crypto market is still growing when you run a comparative analysis on it vis-à-vis the Forex and stock markets. Crypto is the new in money and it's barely $2 trillion at the moment whereas the Forex trading market is over $5 trillion. So, even after a decade down the line of its discovery I still see cryptos in its early stage. The downside of it now ( that's the dips)  may scare feeble minds who don't look at the bigger picture or those who once looked at it when it was in the bull rally but only get skeptical whenever it dips. Yeah, being on Discord can be very frustrating. Honestly, I praise those who chat there and know their way around it. If you've checked ATH for this token, you would realize that it got to around $16+. At its current price of less than $3, I think it's already a gift.

Yes, there's a possibility that the market will rise in future but that rise isn't going to affect whatever stack you've in your portfolio if they aren't tokens with utility. Since you didn't unveil the type of tokens you bought and the condition you bought them (whether at ICO or hyped from the media) it's unlikely anyone can directly advise you alright. Except you're going to pick out the advice from the various suggestions going on here by yourself.

SFund got below $1 last month and that was a huge discount. If you had followed this same token last year and what it was able to achieve, you would've known that it's a token sought after. Yes, I know some will say it doesn't have utility outside its launchpad use but then every token with utility has its specific use; isn't it? Come to think of it, the IDOs from the SFund launchpad are mostly successful. For me, it's a great token to buy into. More so, it's just around 100 units of it that gets one qualified for a tier on the launchpad platform. It's easy to get into unlike most launchpads in case one is considering that. Besides that, one can still hodl without staking it for project launch and sell once it appreciates.

Of course, it's a scam attempt. The first time I stumbled on something like that on telegram I was nearly tempted to check out the seedphrase and see if the supposed wallet had any token in it out of curiosity. I suspected that something was wrong with the whole setup but I just wanted to be sure my instinct of it being a scam trap was right. It was a risk which I later abandoned to avoid any issues. I don't believe in free cash and so anything that comes up in that format raises my alertness, except where I asked for it. OP, avoid that. There's no free money anywhere on earth. Yah, I know about the crypto part and the unrealistic roadmaps and purported but unachievable usecases some of them brandish in their White Papers. It's called building castles in the air, knowingly. However, on the flying cars stuff; that isn't unrealistic. I've seen a few documentaries on that. If people could make aeroplanes and spaceships, I don't see anything hindering them from making flying cars if the pros outweighs the cons. The negative impact could be what interested parties are looking at and not going ahead with it, and not because it's not possible.

No crypto is safe whenever the market is bleeding, including Bitcoin. However, many of us know that most times, it's Bitcoin that causes the entire market to bleed. The irony of the whole thing is that most people don't even know that Ethereum, BNB, and other several great coins are the altcoins so much derided. Bitcoin is the only crypto that isn't an altcoin. So, it's not that altcoins are all potential pitfall. No, they aren't. Bitcoin also has the same crash experience as all. However, we can be right to say that Bitcoin has a kind of guarantee more than others that it won't disappear overnight; that's the advantage. But in terms of ROI, altcoins give a better one than Bitcoin.

Yes, I believe so too. I've stated it at different gatherings (off line included) that the next rally will present us with something that will top the ATH of last year. For me, there's already an increased awareness and sensitization going on about Bitcoin and the entire crypto industry. Those who've been convinced about it will find a way to buy and keep. Little buy here, and there, will create demand. Demand creates value and value gives something its price.

OP, honestly I salute your courage to teach Bitcoin to your neighbours. I don't find it convenient a thing to do with those around me for privacy sake. I think there's a kind of awe and respect with which altcoins hodl Bitcoin. For that, I don't know if that which you're speculating will ever happen because for a very long time ETH has shown itself useful as a smart contract with massive utility, yet its price hasn't measured up to what benefits it presents to the crypto industry. Sadly, there are new projects coming out with their own blockchain and smart contracts and that's beginning to split the strength of Ethereum through competitiveness. If we go by what utilities Eth has for this industry, its price ought to be as high as what Bitcoin is now or even higher than that.
