2521  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Discussion about 10,000BTC Bet (Official) on: September 09, 2012, 02:45:19 PM
So what did Matthew and Pirate teach everyone with this very expensive lesson?

Shhh. You'll ruin the surprise.

Pirate pays in 3... 2.... 1...

I hope you're sitting while waiting...
2522  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Balance missmatch (bitcoind dumpprivkey) on: September 09, 2012, 01:48:04 PM
Thanks, I finally did it after opening bitcoind and issuing commands with cURL.

You didn't mentioned your OS, but I'll just leave this here for reference: cURL is only needed on MacOSx. Windows and Linux have a real bitcoind and can accept the commands directly from the console.
2523  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Discussion about 10,000BTC Bet (Official) on: September 09, 2012, 08:01:44 AM
You'd think that a guy championing this great of a bet would be on when the clock rolled over.

It seems he confused his timezone(KST) with GMT+1 Roll Eyes
You need to wait till 16:49:20 GMT+1, so, 8 hours from now.
2524  Economy / Gambling / Re: sucked out on: September 09, 2012, 07:08:15 AM
Doesn't matter - I can't play there anyway.

Oh, forgot you're from the USofA Tongue
2525  Economy / Gambling / Re: sucked out on: September 09, 2012, 07:04:32 AM
I usually either do the same (bet all-in almost every hand from the start)

Don't do that on Strike Sapphire.
I was told I wasn't welcome there because they didn't like me playing 100% pre-flop all-ins on their hourly free-rolls.
It made other players nervous it seemed. Roll Eyes
2526  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Don Shrents is pirateat40 ? on: September 09, 2012, 06:24:55 AM
I love being the 'Internet Detective' and I take my role very seriously.......I just wish I had a badge or a Certificate.

I think psy passes them out (I always thought I got mine from Matthew, but I learned now that he was quoting psy).

Well, you earned it Phin. Wear it proudly!

Wink

How could you, Phinn? Not sure if I'll be able to forgive you such misunderstanding.  It was one of my finest works on GIMP lol
2527  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: pirate payments list -- accounts paid: 23/459 on: September 09, 2012, 05:42:46 AM
You forgot my rating!  Cry

No. We are hoping that, as a business owner, you will have a change of heart still.... Wink
Ah yes, I can see what you really mean is for me to change my rating based on an emotional and irrational reaction to the fact I didn't receive my coins at the exact moment of my beckoning.  Wink

Out of curiosity, when will he no longer be "trustedat40"?

Well, Trendon is 29 now...so only 11 more years till we can trust him again.

It seems you cracked the payout date code with grubles help lol

Do you also post on the wrong boards when you open a thread on your semi-dead bitcoin forum?

Made a silly mistake error unignoring you for a second. Will fix it in a second, no worries.

And it is not a wrong board. I am reporting a heinous hacking attempt of Bitcoin Magazine website. Everyone needs to update rule sets of their WAF ASAP or they will have you backside! It IS as on topic of this board as it gets!

As much as you would like that to be true, Bitcoin Magazine or it's website are not Bitcoin and it's hacking attempts are only important to you and no one else.

Let's just wait and see where will the thread be moved to, Mr. ''I'll ignore you when I don't like what you say even when you're right''

2532  Local / Português (Portuguese) / Re: BITCOINS DESTRUÍDOS on: September 09, 2012, 02:33:24 AM
Isso Não é um problema.
O bitcoin é divisivel infinitamente. toda a economia poderia funcionar apenas Com 1 BTC.
Através desse link como vc sabe que os bitcoin foram perdidos e Não apenas armazenados pelos seus donos?

Procura na parte inglesa do forum.  Já existem no mínimo 100 tópicos discutindo isto Wink

https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Original_Bitcoin_client/API_Calls_list

what you need is the walletpassphrase command
after you unlock the wallet you can export the private key of the address.

Not typing a full guide cause I'm on my tablet and it's not easy.

I'm not even sure you can export the private keys.
I use BitcoinSpinner on my android, not the full client.
2538  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Bitcoin wallet for android won't send any transactions. on: September 08, 2012, 08:39:11 PM
export the private keys holding the coins and import them into another wallet, maybe?
2539  Other / Off-topic / Re: Could I have spotted Dread Pirate Roberts of Silk Road? on: September 08, 2012, 07:41:19 PM

If you have to ask I advise you to stay away lol
