hahaha if this is  a bull trap it is working really good, look at that support building up behind, if you zoom out to 1h view on bitcoinwisdom you will see that the same thing happens all the time , than a dump follow up, the question is: "is it different this time "

and where the hell where were you yesterday this thread was dead !!!!

I have never seen a flat line like this one over the last 2 hours on BTCChina, trading is just dead there.

mmitech, what are your thoughts about the notion of removing the hard disks to make the sale fair? I will leave the Intel SSD in place though.

I would like to get the disks as well, otherwise the price is way to high for me and you still didn't post any prove of the ownership, I am still trying to get an escrow and I am starting to think that it would be better if you list it on ebay and you send me the link and I will just buy it from there so we are both protected and we can skip the Bitcoin volatility ( the price is not acting on my favor)
2547  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: December 21, 2013, 07:28:48 PM
Guys I think there will be still another crash/flash crash that will bring us to a new low assuming that by looking to the other crashes we had before (except if this time is different), I cant imagine how low but I think we will stay above the old ATH ($266), than maybe we will be somehow stable there for couple of weeks than the race will start again.

we will bounce many times and continue the negative trend (if there will be no flash crash)

PS: some people would like to get their cash before the holidays, all banks closed no cash in/out of exchanges and really low volume add to that BtCchina still having deposit issues.

2548  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: December 21, 2013, 06:56:03 PM
look at this chart, bulls think it is undervalued Bitcoin and are not selling, bears thinks it is overvalued and are not buying, there is no action or whatsoever.

2549  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: December 21, 2013, 05:09:21 PM

I don't understand how are you expecting dumps with such walls.

well the same like every time we experienced a dump, walls get eaten other walls get pulled back ...
2552  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: December 21, 2013, 04:30:24 PM

I have been hearing speculation that the reason Satoshi is no longer involved is because of all the criminals and nut cases who have tried to attach themselves to Bitcoin.  That is the most plausible explanation I have heard.

That's the most retarded thing ever. First off, he left before most of that even materialized. Second off, he left because he wants to remain anonymous. The longer he stayed connected to Bitcoin using his original alias the smaller the chances of achieving that.

I agree, but by saying he left you really mean that he is just not using his nick name, I am sure he is still around and visit this forum and daily post under another nick name Wink

Doesn't my previous response imply just that? Wink

oh I see now

Seems to me there is developing a consensus in the market that 1BTC is AT LEAST worth something like $550. All the new people coming in have in the back of their heads that price has been +$1000 and with the momentum and press Bitcoin has now, it is just common sense that this is a good price. Which can be seen in buying pressure whenever we move down below 600. IMHO.

if you knew about bitcoin when it was 1000 than sure 550-600 is really cheap, if you knew about bitcoin when it was $10 and if you were present on the crashes we had than 500-650 still looks optimistic, although I have to point out that any move you do now is really risky because bitcoin by nature is unpredictable.

I know that I risk so much but I make sure that I wont regret my action if the price will start climbing so fast.... most of the time I am all BTC but when I have the sense of the price going down I sell 50% and open limit orders and wait, if the price start climbing back my strategy is to cash out.

since I invested in bitcoin, I cashed out less than 15% of my holdings, I always think about cashing out some of my profits but I always buy back because at the moment I don't really need that cash...

When comparing how the price looks for a person knowing bitcoin when it was at $10 with a person getting to know it the last months, you have to take into account how enormous Bitcoins progress towards adaption has been. At $10 it was basically just a bet for the pure visionaries, totally unproven in all aspects but the theoretical. At $1000 we were dealing with something that just might change the concept of money as we know it. Since then the price has halved, and apart from the China spectacle, the good news keep rolling in.

Personally I am fully accepting towards the prospect of losing my entire Bitcoin investment, but I will not risk the regret of not acting on and taking the chance on something that resonates completely with me. I have a strong feeling Bitcoin will change the world. If it doesn't, I will go on with a smile on my face, feeling good that i did what i believed to be right.  Smiley

bitcoin was a revolution since day one, sure we achieved allot this year and next year will see even a bigger boom, Bitcoin investment will pay out long term no matter when you buy, but being on the speculation sub-forum means that you want to catch the ups and downs, otherwise you would just buy and HODL    Grin
