Seems to me there is developing a consensus in the market that 1BTC is AT LEAST worth something like $550. All the new people coming in have in the back of their heads that price has been +$1000 and with the momentum and press Bitcoin has now, it is just common sense that this is a good price. Which can be seen in buying pressure whenever we move down below 600. IMHO.
if you knew about bitcoin when it was 1000 than sure 550-600 is really cheap, if you knew about bitcoin when it was $10 and if you were present on the crashes we had than 500-650 still looks optimistic, although I have to point out that any move you do now is really risky because bitcoin by nature is unpredictable. I know that I risk so much but I make sure that I wont regret my action if the price will start climbing so fast.... most of the time I am all BTC but when I have the sense of the price going down I sell 50% and open limit orders and wait, if the price start climbing back my strategy is to cash out. since I invested in bitcoin, I cashed out less than 15% of my holdings, I always think about cashing out some of my profits but I always buy back because at the moment I don't really need that cash...

Hi,
How many BTC would that be? I make it approximately 6BTC at todays rate on BTC-E.com
yes something like that, now what I need is that you write your forum nickname on a paper and take pictures of that machine with that paper near it so you can confirm the ownership of these pics you posted before, than I can arrange the escrow.

Everybody says sell, so I think we should not I think the Chinese still can transfer their Coins to a wallet and keep them there. They must not sell them. But most of them will anyway I think. don't be so sure, I don't know about others but when I say I will sell I usually do, still have half of the coins thought EDIT: I deleted the screen shot, I dont have to prove anything

WTF another Block and my transaction still not included !!!!! I didn't pay any fee thought....I missed 610 and 600 and now it is 592.... F#$% the free transaction So you saved $0.06 and lost hundreds or thousands? software didnt offer the option to pay fee, he said What kind of software developer leaves this out? Not someone interested in the longevity of btc's that's for sure! If we don't pay the transaction fees (which are tiny) then miners eventually don't get paid enough to make it worthwhile and we all lose. don't jump right away with such conclusions, transaction fees are know and you can calculate them your self, at this point when miners are rewarded with 25 BTC people can always use free transactions, although I think it would be cool if we could pay a voluntary fee so the transaction would be proceeded faster. if you look back to my post you will see how your position in the queue is calculated, maybe it was just my bad luck being with a lower place on the queue. did you sell? yes I did

WTF another Block and my transaction still not included !!!!! I didn't pay any fee thought....I missed 610 and 600 and now it is 592.... F#$% the free transaction So you saved $0.06 and lost hundreds or thousands? software didnt offer the option to pay fee, he said I wasnt trying to be cheap the client didnt ask me for paying a fee because I met the conditions of free transaction, but it seems that there were other transactions with more priority Technical infoTransaction priority is calculated as a value-weighted sum of input age, divided by transaction size in bytes: priority = sum(input_value_in_base_units * input_age)/size_in_bytes Transactions need to have a priority above 57,600,000 to avoid the enforced limit (as of client version 0.3.21). This threshold is written in the code as COIN * 144 / 250, suggesting that the threshold represents a one day old, 1 btc coin (144 is the expected number of blocks per day) and a transaction size of 250 bytes. So, for example, a transaction that has 2 inputs, one of 5 btc with 10 confirmations, and one of 2 btc with 3 confirmations, and has a size of 500bytes, will have a priority of (500000000 * 10 + 200000000 * 3) / 500 = 11,200,000

I feel bad that there is so much juicy fiat in Mt.Gox at good terms (640), but it takes 1 hour to get the coins there and it sure is gone before that clears are you actually trying to buy coins at these prices? Because it sounds weird to me that you would publicly post your strategy. I would expect that whales do the opposite to what they say. No, sell, of course. There is not even volume enough for buying. But I sent the coins anyway, just in case it's still there when they arrive (4 conf now). ok my transaction finally got included, were you having the same problem ?

F#$% the free transaction Why wouldn't you pay a 0.0001 fee at the least?? the client never asked about paying a fee we should have at least 14 block the last 2 hours and half but we have only 7

good morning guys, so what happened last night ? I see a dump that brought us to 550 and it seems that this appeared only on stamp ....
Hmm yeah what's up with that 2.6k market sell that brought stamp to $550? Is that a glitch cause the market didn't react at all There are no glitches. That was an attempt to trigger the panic prematurely. and I guess it is the same guy who have an open order at 550, one wall of over 2700 BTC
