261  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Freewallet.org - SCAMMERS CONFIRMED - Pending Litigation on: April 27, 2022, 11:31:40 AM
For the 3 years delay of processing time and if the user has sent all the required documentation, freewallet should compensate the waiting. You cannot lock someone's money for 3 years hidden behind "progressing time" and expect to go away with it.

I start thinking that the process of recovering access to the fund is so complicated just to discourage the owner from chasing their funds back. Some people might leave the case and forget it if there are no significant amount of money involved, and what happens to these funds? Where do they go and how long they gonna stay there in the owner's accounts?
262  Economy / Reputation / Re: Scammer with multiple alts on: April 27, 2022, 07:35:47 AM
No need to open a new thread to report bounty abusers as you can share all your findings in Known Alts of any-one - A User Generated List Mk IV (2022 Q2) topic.

Minimum member rank need for report here sir that's why i post here

That's new, what you mean by that? I don't know about any restrictions on newbies to post on Reputation threads. You and everyone else should have the right to post everywhere except for the Ivory Tower Do you get any errors or no reply button?

Also the report to moderator button should also be available to everyone, you just have no access to your report history until you make 300 good reports.

Preciate!!

Quote for image.

264  Economy / Reputation / Re: selling scamming smart contracts on: April 26, 2022, 08:04:55 AM
Yes, you are right. If you selling scrip for smart contract that everyone can buy your coin but only you can sell, you are just a scammer.
I'm tagging the account and archived the post in case it goes missing.

265  Economy / Services / Re: [CFNP ] BestChange Signature Campaign | Sr Member+ on: April 26, 2022, 07:48:23 AM

Sorry for offtopic.
cryptomaxsun is the second such Ukrainian extremist and forum vigilante, like Vadi2323.

An extremist, in your opinion, is the one who was attacked, and he is trying to defend himself?
Who is the attacker then?
Peaceful citizen?
Why don't you write that you yourself live far from Ukrainian territory.  Why did you leave your homeland?  Now you are sitting on a soft sofa with a mug of coffee, writing all sorts of nonsense and hating normal, adequate BTT users.
You really are a moron.
Regarding this topic - why not excluded from the campaign lovesmayfamilis?
Will there be comments from the representative of the project?

This is a forum of free speech, everyone could have a different opinion.
As General William Sherman once said "War is Hell" and it's for both sides.
266  Other / Archival / Re: Forum no longer friendly with content from Medium on: April 26, 2022, 07:47:10 AM
I tested some images. My take is that the "*" could be the key here. The format of all the image links from Medium containing this character. I couldn't find any other servers having that kind of link format to test.
--snip--

Hmm... That's interesting... A * isn't a common character to see in an url (afaik). Maybe cloudflare or the imageproxy can't handle this...

If someone with a running server could test it, just make a image file with a "*" in the name and post it here to see if that will work so we can cross out this suggestion.
I know LoyceV has a server running but I don't know if he has the time for that Smiley.

EDIT: Thanks mocacinno for your quick reaction Smiley One crossed out.
267  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many CODERS has Bitcointalk? on: April 26, 2022, 07:39:44 AM
When you say, CODERs you mean people who know how to program or people who are just tech savvy and know where to find the right "codes" and use them properly?

I know some basic programming, which is mostly used in writing scripts for what I do, just to save me time.
On the other hand, I could use pieces of already written code and bind them together where I need to.
I'm not a full time programmer but I can help newbies, so I vote with yes.
268  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to create nodes in blockchain? on: April 25, 2022, 01:22:22 PM
All you need is just a bit of a knowledge, and some free space if you are planning to run a full bitcoin node. The links above explain quite well the steps. Anyway if you end up with questions, you can always ask here and people will love to help you.

Just don't share a sensitive information like seeds, private keys, etc. with other people.

examples here:

Code:
https://miro.medium.com/max/1200/1*R5BU57AzSSokQ31btX1SDg.jpeg

Interesting that the format of the links didn't change, there are old posts with the "*" in them.

Theymos it the one to answer

the other PNGs are working fine.

270  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [FREE RAFFLE] MX12 BITCOIN ART - GOVERNMENT, THE NEGATION OF LIBERTY! on: April 22, 2022, 06:23:46 AM
Nice piece of art Smiley Thanks for the raffle.

 67 - TBB Smiley

Congratulation to the winner! That's a perfect start on the forum and thanks again for the raffle.
And.. Happy Easter to my Orthodox brothers and sisters Smiley
271  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Help w/ Casacius Coin - Value, Selling Process, etc. on: April 21, 2022, 09:25:03 PM
What you are looking for is the Collectibles section there you can see the last auctions and what is the price range. You can also check the interest. The problem is that your account is quite new without reputation and you should always use a new escrow, like MJ.

You can move this thread using the "move" link to Collectibles

Edit: thanks Welsh, I think I wanted to write "an" but somehow I ended up with "new" and of course I didn't read it before I posted it as usual.
272  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Be patient, don't get discouraged. on: April 21, 2022, 11:59:14 AM
If you are not interested in crypto you don't need to stay here. Most of the newbies are not here because of the crypto it self, but to make money.
I'm pretty sure that if another forum, for car parts for example, giving money for wearing signatures they will be sticking there all the time, and won't bother with crypto...

Yet the money they are trying to make will come out of a crypto project isn't it? Crypto isn't left out here, developers create tokens to get rich, serious ones who cares about crypto survival creates solutions to problems but still in the end its always about the money, I come on here not just for money but knowledge too but my knowledge is still aiming at making more money.

You can't use making money as an excuse of spamming shitposts around. If you are not interested into the crypto field better find something you enjoy. Around 90% (shooting in the dark tho) are abusing the forum, because you can simply make money posting even nonsense (yes, there are still some campaign managers doing that).
So, the fact that you can make money without really doing a real job, and sometimes the amount could be significant for some poor countries, this is just an attraction for more and more people, not really interested in the concept of crypto.
And because it's relatively easy to make money here, some of them try to go around the rules and create farms of accounts, just to make even more money. Here comes the question is this behavior good or bad for the forum?
273  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CatenaX SCAM on: April 21, 2022, 10:49:50 AM
A little update.

Our "friend" Luuk is still minting and selling coins.

The last one is from yesterday.

Another fresh 100,000,000,000 in circulation, with Total Supply of: 127,551,300,000.315 CEX

Don't get fooled by the price fluctuations, you won't be able to make any profit from this project.

275  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Trezor exporting Transaction history error on: April 21, 2022, 06:16:11 AM
A little update. Today I tired to export the transaction history again and it worked.  Shocked Cheesy Grin

I didn't do anything since the last time I tried. No updates, no upgrades. The last time i tried I just gave up went on vacation, came back yesterday and today everything is working.
What I did was to open the Trezor Suite and went directly to export the transaction history in JSON format. I took no more than a second. Then I exported in PDF and at the end in CSV.

I have no idea what was wrong back then. Now it's working.
276  Other / Meta / Re: Please have a look at this crap (1xBit). on: April 20, 2022, 12:33:04 PM
~
The signature campaign is over, and this is one of the bought accounts that 1xbit used themselves hiding behind a signature and trying to make that also look like a legit campaign, there were no real users just bots so there was no real payment. Even if there would be a tx in the blockchain it would be from their wallets to another of their own.
~

Interesting, maybe a legit user could join their campaign with the sole purpose to check the transactions and prove they were lying, this could be another solid proof of scam so whoever still have doubts, because there's always one against the logic, this will just make it 100% clear without the need to read the 1000 already scammed users' posts.
277  Other / Meta / Spam triggered by a keyword? on: April 06, 2022, 06:35:41 AM
Every day there's a new surprise here on the forum from the spammers. lol
I saw a few ads of a tax service on a popular block explorer some time ago. I checked the forum and saw they had also a signature campaign here and decided to ask if people used it before and what they think about it.

So yesterday I started a thread with a question about a reliable tax service and mentioned the one I found.

Not so long after (1H), a few accounts registered and posted a positive feedbacks about it.

Maybe I had some hope about this service but after this shit posting, my confidence in them when like this.

Anyway, back to the topic. Either some shitposter decided to farm new accounts, or there's a service to leave positive feedback about services triggered by keywords.

Please don't report those shitposters yet. I want to see if I can collect more accounts to be busted together.
278  Economy / Service Discussion / Tax report software? on: April 05, 2022, 01:29:37 PM
Hey guys,

I've been using kryptosekken for tax reports, but this year I have a problem exporting my transactions into CSV file, so found another service called Koinly.
I see they had a signature campaign on the forum, but other that that I see no any reviews of anything.

Has anyone tired this service or are there any other services you can suggest to check out?
279  Other / Meta / Re: Phishing warning on PM on: April 05, 2022, 12:59:05 PM
Interesting, I went back to my old PMs and yes, I found the same warning message. I can't remember seeing it back in the day so the change should happened somewhere around the end of 2019 - beginning of 2020. Maybe Theymos had some free time during the corona lock downs and decided to change some things.
Good eye OP Smiley

I sent you a bit more, because I like to round the merits Smiley
280  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Trezor exporting Transaction history error on: April 05, 2022, 12:21:00 PM
I deal with computers (hardware) on daily basis.
I have tested this issue on different physical computers, they have no hardware issues guaranteed.
The last laptop ran Memtest86 like 3 days ago.

I did the test on the following systems>

PC : Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700K, 16 GB RAM, SSD, 100Mbit Fiber
PC : Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2700K, 32 GB RAM, SSD, 80Mbit Fiber
Laptop: Dell Precision M2800, Intel Core i7 4810MQ, 8GB ram, SSD, 100Mbit fiber. (just removed a failed 8 GB RAM a few days ago, waiting for replacement). Fresh Windows installation, Live Lunux installation.
Laptop: Some Lenovo with i5 and 8GB RAM

Maybe I forgot to mention it, Depending on the RAM it takes approx 60-80% of the RAM, after clear restart. I don't think it's the RAM.
I'm running applications with much higher requirements like Autodesk Inventor with complicated drawings on those so I see no reason for all that is happening.

Regarding the cable, on the first PC I use it without the trezor wallet connected.

If this continues, I'll boot an old server with 64GB RAM and 4 Xenons and see how it will perform there.
I just wanted to export it before I go to a vacation tomorrow, so I can do my tax report while I'm traveling, but no.

If I had enough time I probably would not start a thread, just troubleshoot it myself but...

Thank you guys for the help.

Seems like i'm not the only one here > https://forum.trezor.io/t/exporting-to-csv-json-pdf-just-hanging-in-trezor-suite/3764
