It's it possible to link that extention to the Trust Wallet mobile App then you should be possible to move your coins from the trust wallet.

It's a bit complicated situation with all those interconnected wallets and I haven't really figured it out but you can try to use the Trust Wallet instead.

The guy is offline for more than 8 days now, I hope he managed to recover that small fortune he had and didn't got scammed on the way.
It would be nice if the OP drops only a note if they manage to recover the drive and what was the solution when that happens.

There's a chance that some of the old users here have a clue, but you need to check out with people like theymos, HostFat, BitcoinFX. I guess Cøbra should know that too as he was the one managing the domain names back in the day but he is not that active in the forum anymore, you have a change to check with him on Twitter.

Interesting what happen with that case. The sad thing is that when people have issues and post here, then find another solution or just give up they never say what actually happens with the case. It would be nice to know if the hard drive was able to connect at the end.

Another tip of the guy if he is still reading still have issues.
Some of the sata2usb controllers which are used in the external drives often get "crazy" too, it's possible to get it working by using another sata to usb controller or try it a few times on the old one, connect/disconnect.

I start to wonder if the drive was really the problem at all, it could be the sata2upb since it was encrypted with truecrypt nobody can really see/recover anything if they don't have the key and consider the drive as broken.
Just some random thoughts here..

Almost everyone are here for the money. If the signature campaigns and the bounties are gone for lets say a year, you'll see the real face of many that pretend they care about the forum. The signature benefits were supposed to be some beer money for the time people spent and enjoy here but the greed has turn this into a business.

On the basis I did the research there are no "obvious" mistakes or proof but I hit a group of posters participating in almost the same campaigns so they could really be part of a farm or a few farms. On the other hand, I didn't check the deleted post history, which I will do soon to see if they were engaged in the bumping business back in the day.

I had some coins in Cryptopia back in 2017 but the problem is that I forgot what I had there. It wasn't a something serious just a few ETN I used to mine back then. Anyone aware if there is a way to check what I had in my account on the time of the hack? I didn't make any serious research back then because it was like less then 50$ but with the current crypto boom it might worth the try.

I try to warn people that this token/coin doesn't exist and it is only a joke but there are coins/ tokens coming out all the time to pretend they are endorsed by WSB, so stay away from them if you see any. There are even on the forum.
Those are just scammers.

If you look into CoinMarketCap website you will notice on the top the WSB token.
 


This token does not exist.
There is a statement on the site that this is just a joke but only if you click on the token link.


I've seen already one ANN with WTB coin so be careful where you put your money.

Just a note.
Do not send your files to anyone reaching you in private messages.
Never share your seeds, passwords and wallet.dat files with untrustworthy users. Most likely you will get scammed.
Post your questions here, there are many people who can help you.

Don't you have a "backup email" like a second email for recovery? You should always have a backup plan in case of disaster. It should be possible to recover access you your account.
Never use the same email address for different services, at least for me it's more secure to have only one email for exchanges, different one for banking, third one for random browsing. It's a bit complicated but if you by mistake open some "shitty" link everything is "GONE".

It would be useful to see if a user has his account recovered lately. This can stay a bit longer in the Trust summary than the rest of the notifications.

Here is an example of someone who manage to recover his account back but only thing that shows is the “changed password”, “changed email” and “ woke up recently”.
