no the spondoolies thread actually spans hundred of pages and thousands of posts about their hardware.
This IS a hardware thread and it IS about a hardware manufacturer, whether people use it responsibly - including you continuing what you consider OT - is on the poster not the thread. This thread has to exist as a non-moderated version of the main thread because discussion about the company was being deleted. That's how this works, and its rather strange to now claim that discussion about a company isn't relavent to the company's thread as it was with BFL, Bitmain, Bitfury, Canaan Creative, Bitmain etc etc. Nobody gives a shit about your lawsuit against SPT.
And no one needs to, but its certainly relevant against a thread about SPT. All this thread does is take away from the people wanting to look at Hardware threads.
Hardware is slow enough that threads are still on the front page after not having fresh posts for over a week. Take a look yourself. since it claims "Assets for Sale".
You realise that this includes a portfolio of mining related patents. You know, the ones that help design and build hardware. |

- The only missing faces I see is 1. Me and 2. the CFO they hired. Between Guy and the CFO they managed to make sure creditors were damaged far beyond what they should have.

1. Guy Corem/Spondoolies wasn't paying its creditors (including employees), so an Israeli court forced them into a ~bankruptcy. 2. The assets are being auctioned to help pay the employees and creditors 3. Guy Corem started deleting posts in his self moderated thread while spreading false accusations and then implying its suspicious that no one was replying to them (because he was deleting the replies)... 4. A non-self moderated sister thread was made so discussion could be had without deleted posts. 5. Because he was no longer able to delete posts he didn't like, he instead started spamming with large irrelevant quoted posts combined with giant, vulgar images in order to find them. 6. Tupsu and Roadstress (who has either sold the account or gone crazy) supporting with additional spam. This is no one elses fault  |

BTCS is a publicly listed stock on OTC, meaning many of the shareholders are average people with mortgages and families to feed. Spondoolies was the one with 'rich' investors comprising of single wealthy individuals and VCs. |

It really is remarkable that the attitude shown by not paying debts since 2014, in discussions, negotiations, preaction talks and in court seems to mimic that of BFL. Its everyone elses fault, they did nothing wrong and the paid shills will defend not just to the death but past the death. I filed against Spondoolies far before they were put into liquidation  . The debts were owed since June 2014 and they've refused to pay through 10's of millions of $ of sales of SP30s, SP31, SP35s and SP20s. My interpretation of the court's rhetoric is that they were forced into liquidation because the court decided that allowing the directors to continue what they were doing would have irreparably damaged unpaid employees and creditors (including me) even further than they already did. While I am not going to bid on anything, are the restrictions just on the IP they are selling? I'd be surprised if you had to keep confident the sale of actual existing hardware. This sounds like we might never know if there was an SP50 sold off or it's actual details.  I didn't go through in detail but its likely to stop people openly spreading the list of stuff for sale as it may hurt the sale which hurts the creditors. |
