2921  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Transactions Fees x Gambling on: April 11, 2021, 12:19:04 PM
I'm transacting in my binance account now, and their withdrawal fee is only 0.25 xrp or .346 usd at the current price of XRP... it's a little bit higher as XRP is pumping but anything below 1 usd per transaction is good.

Coins.ph has 4 coins available, BTC, BCH, XRP, and ETH.. all the 3 exept XRP has a high transaction fee, so XRP is always the best option.

That's so cheap, but not all gambling sites are accepting XRP, so Op needs to find a site that accept this specific coin in order to gamble.
Majority of the betting sites only accept popular coins like BTC and ETH, so OP needs to choose a site that accepts a lot of altcoins so he can successfully gamble.
2922  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: April 11, 2021, 11:37:01 AM
I'm more comfortable with Harden around.

Everyone is because Nets had really improve when Harden came, and now that he is injured, it's time for Durant and Irving to prove that they can also achieve the same success Harden succeed when he was healthy. Harden is not playing but it will not take long, he will be back soon and for the first time, we will see the big 5.  Grin

We should not look this one loss as a big issue, they have a bad game, that's it, everyone should move on and expect that the Nets will bounce back in their next game. Nothing's change, Nets is still the number 1 in the East and the top favorites to win the championship.

They are not tanking in short, one game is just one game = one loss.
2923  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: beginner trader: Are trading signals and bots worth it? on: April 09, 2021, 02:38:25 PM
I don't have any idea about trading bots so I'll give my opinion on trading signals. Trading signal is good as long as you know who you're copying. Traders who provides such service should have a trial signal for assurance of course, and then after that, the subscription will come next, just to be fair. But you should put in your mind that not all of the signals are always gonna bring you early Christmas, sometimes it's heartbreak, but that's normal in Trading.

You'll not be a good professional trader without losing any penny on it. If you really wanted to take trading as your profession, then don't stop learning and trying.
We need to lose some pennies just to realize that we are wrong in using them. Maybe that works but can't stop people from thinking about using bots could help them and make them easier while gaining a good profit. How is that possible? But unfortunately, it was not how trading using Bots will works. If you don't have knowledge of trading, you can never expect that bots will work for you. Because they are still dependent on us, we do the command and bits will the rest, if we send them a wrong message, definitely, they'll be wrong as well. Before investing in these bots, make an investment first to ourselves and that to learn more.
2924  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP set to dethrone Bitcoin on: April 09, 2021, 02:01:30 PM
Following the current trend of XRP, irrespective of SEC bombardments against her, XRP still holds it ground in crypto arena. Imagine XRP wining the suit against SEC then XRP dethroning Bitcoin in the nearest future will be inevitable. Just saying!!!
Just to say WOW...
Maybe just "SAYING" but that seems impossible. Have we forgotten about their issue with the SEC? They're not done yet and even we saw the impressive price growth of XRP this time but this is not a reason we simply think that it dethrone Bitcoin. XRP isn't able to get back in full recovery, not even it dethrones BNB, home much more for Bitcoin?

This shocks me, honestly.
2925  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Taking the opportunity, or nothing ! on: April 09, 2021, 01:43:11 PM
I hope ALT season now and can last a long time. Because the Bull market this year is supported by great companies and Big Funds investing in bitcoin, it's different from the Bull market in 2017 which contains retail preying on each other. And I really believe the market will come up with a great surprise.

I do hope as well but we can't manipulate and still hold the market to keep on high, dump is inevitable, and surely it soon to appear next to Bullish season. Much better to anticipate that possibility so it never surprises us once it arrives. Isn't pulling the negative but as we all know that we are not in control of the market, it dumps and dumps, and nobody knows when.
That be crazy if we just thinking positively all the time knowing that this thing could really be happening.
2926  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are There Drug Options for Gamblers' Disorderlyness? on: April 09, 2021, 10:29:42 AM
This is an mental and emotional problem, there's no drug that could help an addicted gambler, he need to reailze his mistake so he can change his bad behavior, this is like being addicted to drugs, one who is addicted will undergo a rehabilitation that would make him stay away from the problem, in a peaceful place he will be lecture and let him realize his mistake.

I experience being addicted, but the problem was not too serious because I realize early and now able to fully control myself when gambling.
2927  Economy / Gambling / Re: The Bitcoin Strip: 🎁 NEW Bonuses, 🎲 TOP Reviews, 🧧 EXCLUSIVE Rewards on: April 09, 2021, 09:27:11 AM
is there any way that 1xbit not be included in the top 5 of best bitcoin casinos? we all know here in the forum that they have bad reputation.

Its called paid review / sponsored. You cant stop this website from trying to make money because this is what this site are built for. Even coinmarketcap.com listed 1xbit in their website as part of the sponsored ads. Basically no one would tell you which is a scam and which is not, in the end of the day you just need to do your own research

You can check this in coinmarketcap.com

Exactly, I've seen 1xbit in CMC as well, we know their reputation but the fact that this casino is still operating, that means they are still legit despite of the many accusation, but honestly I would stay away from this site and I can understand how review websites make their review, they have their own basis.
2928  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Haney vs Linares - May 29 on: April 09, 2021, 03:06:16 AM
This is definitely a great fight, Linares is not an easy opponent, though already at 35 years old but he is a durable man. I'm guessing here, Linares is the underdog? So I guess I'll be betting on him and see if he can upset Haney which is the undefeated and a very young fighter.
^ Age gap in boxing almost does not matter. I had the same thoughts when Manny Pacquaio fought against Thurman, the age gap was too big but look what happened. We also have to consider experience besides capability and possible strength advantages. Skill is better than strength they said. Hence, The Golden Boy still has it. Nevertheless, for this match of Haney and Linares, I would place my side with the young one. I have seen him fight and he is impressive. He just had to be careful and never ever be comfortable fighting against the Golden Boy cause he might get things he never experienced yet.
That's true but only for exceptional fighter like Manny, he is a legendary while Linares achievement is not even close as to Manny's achievement. Also, Linares is not old though, he is only 35 years old and I think that is still considered young in the sports of boxing, in the end, it still depend on how he will perform in this fight.
2929  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] BITGESELL - Store of value (Burn rate is 90% of tx fees) #realstoreofvalue on: April 09, 2021, 02:29:06 AM

With low volume and limited available exchanges, high spread is bigger. It happens for all cryptocurrencies and not only for BitGeSell. If it is the bot operations on Hotbit are there, all cryptocurrency trading orders are manipulated by bots. The bot operations and fake buy or sell walls can be detected by eyes. You can try to set your orders, bots will create their orders above yours very fast.

The listing is very crucial and it could be a big reason for the success of this project.

It's time to make an effort to get this listed in big exchange such us binance, kucoin, and huobi, then things will change for the better.
For now, it's easy to manipulate the price and with low volume exchanges, big investors are not attractive and actually the main reason why a coin is popular is if more traders are moving this in short term and it could only happen with big exchange as they can accommodate big volume.
2930  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is trading an occupation? on: April 08, 2021, 10:13:19 PM
I think it's a job, however, it has tremendous freedom. Trading can be done anywhere at any time with just a mobile phone. It looks like you're distracting, even if you're trading, you can travel anywhere by making a profit. The world has made great progress.
No matter what we think about trading, either be a job, an occupation or not but the most important is we are seeing this as an opportunity to make money. Trading is just an option for jobless people or even those who have a job already, a few have been doing so well but many were also in big troubles. This is happening because of its risk and that it involves money to start that makes other people never think about trying it.
2931  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price fall to Zero? Possible or not? on: April 08, 2021, 09:55:53 PM
Maybe not, but that is too slim to happen for now. The adoption has spread already, more people are now very confident of using Bitcoin. And as we can see, the price is increasing continuously every year, could we think that it shut down and fall drastically? Even reaching $10k is really hard, home much more if we think about $50.

No, all of these are just presumptions and that all of these things are most likely it is too far from happening.

2932  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: April 08, 2021, 12:34:14 PM

Maybe the next question for Nets is that, can they handle the pressure now as the favorite to win the championship? Or are they going to choke in the playoffs?

Nah, they won't gonna choke. If they lose, they lose and that's because they are actually beatable. Yes they are such a strong team to beat, but a few good teams in the West like the Jazz, Nuggets, Lakers, and Clippers could actually beat the Nets team.
If you notice, Durant has been so fragile after he had a major Injury in GSW. Once he gets injured in post season, any team in the East could actually beat them. Kyrie and Harden's leadership hasn't prove anything yet. This is why I can say the Nets are such a stacked and strong team, but they're actually beatable.

I guess the real definition of choke is the Bucks where they are the leading team in the regular season but can't even be in the ECF. Nets has not in the playoffs yet with this big 3, we need to witness what they'll do first before we judge and I think if they'll underperform in the playoffs, we might not see the big 3 in the next season.
2933  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fate or lack of control - Gambling on: April 08, 2021, 11:39:02 AM
If someone gambles, it's already attached that losing is always be one of the results. Well, there's not that much result but only two exists, to win and to lose.
But most of the results that would happen to us is losing, this happens very often whether you're good and discipline. It's inevitable and whether it's your fate, you must come up with a plan and I agree with what you've said about knowing when you should stop. Whether you win a lot or lose a lot, you should know how to stop.
It is not about most results being losing. If you gamble on a 50% chance game that means you will win 50% of the time and lose 50% of the time, and on a long enough period of time it will reach there and stay there and you will not end up losing more than you win.

However the reward payments are if you wager 100 bucks, you win 99 bucks when you win and you lose 100 bucks when you lose, that 1 dollar difference is called the house edge and that is why people do not gamble and win, not in the long run.

House edge makes sure that the regular odds of what should happen in the long run helps the casino to profit and that is why there is a low chance that you will make some money on gambling. Obviously anyone can get lucky and win a huge amount, I can go to any website, bet on the lowest chance to win, usually 9999x in many places, and win that if I am lucky, but that doesn't change the fact that in the long run I will lose that too.

Yeah. The house edge is an extremely important factor for successful gambling. The cash win is probably the most important reason for playing casino games. The one who says he doesn't like winning is undoubtedly lying, because when it comes to being able to win money quickly and while having fun, there's hardly greater pleasure.

However, if you've ever played a game of chance, you'll know that the odds are almost always stacked in favor of the house or casino. As a result, one thing should be understood: losing is an unavoidable aspect of gambling. In games with a low house edge, the player's skill can make a difference, making success less reliant on pure luck.

Don't bet on games with house edge if you want to be a successful gambler, that's the main recipe to success. Slots, roulette and even dice with a house edge of 1% , you will still lose, lower house edge better chance to stay longer in gambling but in the long run you will still loss.

Reality is necessary, we will only know it if we understand what our real chances, that's why I focus on sports betting now as I think there's no house edge in this kind of game, some may say there is but I say there's none.
2934  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Haney vs Linares - May 29 on: April 08, 2021, 11:17:06 AM
I'm thinking that my money would go for Linares. An old man, yes, 13 years Haney's senior as a matter of fact, but I think he's still got the power in him. He's past his prime, no doubt about it, but so is Haney not yet thoroughly tested inside the ring. He's got a UD against the older and fading Yuriorkis. So I wouldn't consider it a test in his career.

This is going to be Haney's most challenging fight so far in his entire career. That's why with odds of 1/8 or at least -800 as per bet365, I think that's too high and simply not worth it. Linares' 9/2 or +450 seems more interesting to me.

If not for that liver shot that put him down for good, Linares could have won that fight against Lomachenco. The guy still pack a punch and still got some speed too and against Haney i think Jorge is a very live underdog.

Yup, Haney was not so impressive against Gamboa while Linares almost beat the great Loma back then so betting for Linares is the way to go here.

I guess I'll follow here, the odds is +400 ( if its true) for Linaris to win, so that's x3 winning of our bet. Linares is still at 35 years old, old but not old enough and his experience is almost twice as Haney, so experience wise, he has the edge. I'm sure Linares aint no left over.
2935  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Get rich, don't die trying... Best Crypto Trading Method with Proof on: April 07, 2021, 11:11:10 PM
The way how this thread has been set up, the structure, the choice of words, and the perspective of the creator towards the audiences are somehow familiar. We’ve seen this approach already. However, this might not work with cryptocurrency anymore.

Though I guess the best people to target with this are the one who has issues like being impulsive. Trading isn’t the best audience to sell the idea. But it might work with addicted gamblers.

Get rich (quick) doesn’t work here my dear friend.
Ever since, we can't think that becoming rich in just a day, a month, or even a year is really easy. That OP is a myth but wanted to see proof that they are gaining a lot from this method. Coz greedy people will never share this idea but save this for their own. Sadly, it never works, and that they need people to make also to suffer.

I hope OP would like to clear the doubts of the people around. They are not helping people to learn trading but they are making us a fool if we believe them.
2936  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are we expecting a bullish trend? on: April 07, 2021, 10:48:55 PM
Nothing is sure but seeing how the market shows such an impressive demand for several months and keep on the $50k line, it neither we don't see a huge pump again, that I was already contented enough. Those corrections had shown are just a normal market change, it comes back and forth, dump, and pumps again.

But Thinking for another bullish pump, that was not impossible, that really it comes if it is given a chance. That simply we really don't know and not sure about it, everything is in a big surprise just like how it did this time.
2937  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Jake Paul vs Ben Askren on April 17 on: April 07, 2021, 11:53:39 AM
But of course I will only bet small funds because I am looking for the exhibition fight of Cotto and Marquez  Grin

Cotto vs Marquez exhibition fight is not confirm yet, I guess that was just a rumor since there's no schedule yet on when these two will fight, and If I'm not mistaken, they have not sign any contract yet, so we need to wait for that. This fight will happen per schedule but I believe this isn't as exciting as other fighters who really are champions and had and exhibition fights soon.
2938  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tips and Tricks for NEWBIE and for those who don't know on: April 06, 2021, 11:17:13 PM
That helps a lot. This actually not for the newbie but also those who are not, BSC is quite new so it possible that not all of us are aware of this.
Why have to use VPN? Will that restriction has sometimes applied to other countries?

Binance Smart chain belongs to Binance so let's get started with Binance Academy and some guides

How to Get Started with Binance Smart Chain (BSC)
Connecting MetaMask to Binance Smart Chain
Some people will confuse with same addresses for ERC-20 and BSC chains. Those articles can help them understand it better and be able to set up Metamask for their browser to use BSC.
And this one also.
Most probably some users are using Binance exchange to access their BSC wallet address and this guide, it made easier for them to understand.
2939  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Cotto vs Marquez - Exhibition match on: April 06, 2021, 12:35:12 PM
Two legend in a exhibition match.. For sure this will become a very interesting event to watch. I know most of the ppl will choose cotto because marquez is too old for him and already done on this sport . But guys dont underestimate the power of dinamita.. just like what happened to pacman. This game will end in just a blink of an eye if cotto didn't take this match seriously. Just saying lol..

Yeah I still recall that exchanging heavy punch between Pacman and Dinamita,

In everyone's eyes it's like Pacman almost winning that fight but suddenly a punch coming from nowhere hit him and it's really solid
to knock him down, That's past and will always remember by everyone who love watching this sport, kind of endurance and determinations
that how big the heart of Dinamita!

That's the fight that made Pacman more matured, look at the way he fight now, he is not so aggressive anymore but he throwing more calculated punhes, his KO rate has gone down but he is still impessive in all of his wins. If Marquez gave a rematch to Manny it should be a big fight but he choose to retire and put the win as his big achievement in his boxing career.
2940  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: April 06, 2021, 11:43:29 AM
Hey NBA fans! Have you watched the video about this famous Tiktoker who has been asking crazy rich people what they do for living?
Well, guess what? He ran across Giannis and Thanasis Antetokounmpo and ask him what he do for living, and he answered "Bitcoin" (jokingly).
 https://youtu.be/ubbXedp6cwM
(video not mine)

Well, this is another exposure for Bitcoin in social media coming from a sports celebrity.

What do you guys think?

He was joking but they were already expose with what is bitcoin, and I believe there are already a lot of NBA players who are investing with bitcoin, they are just not vocal with it, except for Spencer Dinwiddie/ (https://news.bitcoin.com/nba-star-spencer-dinwiddie-just-tokenized-his-own-contract/)

If they have millions of followers then definitely that would make their followers curious and that would help the adoption of crypto.

I suppose most of them are already aware of especially now that the Sacramento Kings are now offering an option to pay their players and staff in Bitcoin.
Though this franchise have been accepting Bitcoin for their tickets and food in 2014, but it's still nice to hear from them that they bring it back.
So, with Giannis and the Sacramento Kings Bitcoin involvement that has circulating the social media today, I guess Bitcoin has made enough exposure not only for the players and staff of the NBA but also with the fans.
I guess every team in the NBA has at least 1 person who have an idea about bitcoin, actually we have a lot of celebrities who are investing on bitcoin and  we can consider NBA players as celebrities as they are also popular. This is a great development for adoption, them supporting would help investors and users to be convince that bitcoin is legit and it has a potential in the future.
