2101  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A different December indeed on: December 31, 2021, 08:41:02 PM
Not every December is a bullish year, we are just a bit disappointed now because we have a high expectation that the market will be more bullish and that bitcoin will reach at least $100,000 after making a new ATH this year multiple times. Please do understand that volatility in crypto is very high, it's unpredictable and most importantly, the bullish market does not stay forever.

So we still have to welcome 2022 and hopefully, this year is still a good year for crypto in general.
2102  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple makes a $1 price bull set for 2022 on: December 31, 2021, 08:20:24 PM
Looks like the recovery didn't last long.

On this very new year, instead of expecting a good start, bitcoin has fallen to $45k after recovering slowly to $50k.
No one is sure what would be the price of XRP next year, if it could maintain the $1 price, everything depends on how bitcoin will perform as the entire market is heavily reliant on the performance of bitcoin.
2103  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Stop or continue trading on: December 31, 2021, 04:47:23 PM
I have lost all my capital to trading but still yet I feel the urge to trade more, I spent a huge capital to trade some new coins recently and was actively involved in spot trading. But recently I lost all my capital and I decided to give a break but now am feeling I should return back to trading.

Don't give up if you believe that you can make it. Not everyone succeeds right away, some people failed at the very beginning of their journey but they work hard to develop their skills until they finally succeeded. Be inspired by other individuals who are successful in trading, because once you are successful, there's no more stopping your from earning unlimited amount in crypto.
Even though we have that spirit, this never saves us if we are naturally not destined to become a trader as in the end, no matter how hard we tried it we still lose. It is sometimes we have to accept that trading is not for everyone and we have nothing to force ourselves then.

Well, to have at least 5 times attempt I guess it was enough to know ourselves if we have the chance to succeed but if not, we'd rather have to stop and just move on as this means that this is not the right place for us.

It's nice if we stay realistic all the time, though we have the urge to trade we always have to put some limit as trading is not really for everyone. If we follow the principle of risk what you can afford to lose, then definitely we will not experience more losses or lose more than we can afford to before we make a decision to stop and look for other ventures.
2104  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Casimero vs Butler ordered by WBO on: December 31, 2021, 04:21:58 PM

Let's talk about the potential Inoue vs Casimero fight after this fight, if Casimero will be successful, there's no other fight that would fit him than Inoue, so as a fan, we should expect that the mega-fight we are waiting for will happen and as what the odds suggest, Casimero is an underdog so I like that much.

We've been talking about that a lot this year, and it looks like we always believe that Casimero will win in every fight so he would have a chance to fight Inoue. Against Rigo, I thought that was a tough fight for Casimero but it doesn't look like a real competition as Rigo is just running around to score, unfortunately for him, he still loses the fight, but here, Butler is a warrior so these two warriors will go toe to toe which makes it interesting.
Style makes fights, and Rigo style doesn't suit Casimero that's why we didn't see his strength as a knock out artist. And others says that Casimero has a poor performance, but then again, Rigo doesn't want to engage so what can he do? As for a potential Inoue clash, all depends on the fight with Butler, as this is most likely to happen, Casimero should score a knock out, call Inoue again.

Exactly, Rigo is using his speed to try to win but good thing that the 2 of the judges favor Casimero that's why he won via split decision. It was a bad fight overall but at least it gives us a picture of how boring Rigo is and he doesn't deserve to be a champion with his fighting style.

And guess what, he is still not retiring despite his age and bad performance in the last fight.
2105  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: It's never too late to start on: December 31, 2021, 02:31:20 PM
No time is to late . The year is getting to an end . For those who think they missed the opportunity it is never late. As the new year is beginning let it be a reminder to start up those things we could no meet up . Most time procrastinating is tend to tie is down not to pursue important things.
No, it was a little bit late but at least we still have the opportunity than to miss everything.
To able to start this new year for investment is literally a good idea, it means a new beginning and besides, the price isn't high which is really our chance to make buy while it was cheap.
I'm thinking that 2022 is still a good year for crypto and a more bullish market to come. If we are able to start as early as possible, that gonna be our favor to make a huge profit.
2106  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A different December indeed on: December 31, 2021, 01:53:46 PM
Today is 31st of December and by now you should have know that 100btc in 2021 is impossible and also things is different this time around, December is always a good year for crypto most especially when bull season is still around but this December brakes that history and become something we haven't seen before, what have you learn here?
What I've learned is that people are not selling off their Bitcoin unlike in the previous Christmas holidays. It was to see that they are learning fast and keeping BTC will venture them more profits. It was indeed a different Christmas where people are still fully recovered from the pandemic crisis which is something that drives them to think about not spending much this month rather think about the future used.
I don't where to see it breaks the history coz I guess it happens most of the time.
2107  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best crypto sportsbook for 2021 on: December 31, 2021, 11:25:23 AM
@OP, what's the cut-off day of this survey?

I'm glad to see that another survey was taken this year, now we would know what bookies are widely used in the forum and this is also great information for those who are at the lower level to improve their service and to be more aggressive on their marketing strategy.

My vote goes to stake.com/
2108  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Ancajas vs Martinez Feb 19, 2022 on: December 31, 2021, 10:53:19 AM
Yes it did turn out to inspire other filipino boxers to take the same path and now we are seeing those potential ones who could potentially go on the same step on that Pacquiao had achieved
even though its still too far to consider out but having these small steps would really progress out.

Maybe he is considering following the step of the champion legends who were defeating every champion in their respective weight division while climbing to the top just like Manny Pacquiao did when he started to beat Ledwaba in his first fight in the USA. Ancajas have some similarities with Pacquiao and if he trains hard and works for his new technique that would surprise his opponent and break their defense, he might become one of the great boxers in history. But that will require a massive amount of effort and dedication to making it come true.

Of course, every boxers from the Philippines uses Manny Pacquiao as their inspirations. How many Filipino boxers or at least how's the boxing community in the Philippines exploded after Pacquiao breaks into the scene? And up to know new boxers are looking at him because of his accomplishments. But this fight is really difficult for Ancajas but a win here will be really big for him career wise. He could really break in the US mainstream just like Manny did when he beat the champion Ledwaba.

Why do you find it difficult when Ancajas is the most experience boxer and has a good record compared to Martinez? His opponent may be undefeated but Ancajas had some big fights that he succeeded to win, I would say it's difficult for Martinez not for Ancajas as we know who is the favorite to win here.
2109  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: December 31, 2021, 09:51:43 AM
I think the Lakers will make the playoffs regardless though.  They'll get it figured out after the all star break.

I do agree here. It's not that Los Angeles Lakers are already on the grave. There are also teams in the Western Conference that is struggling at the lower tiers. They can even finish at 7th or 6th at most with that inconsistency. And All-Star break still over a month to go means we are not even yet at the half of the season to conclude that Lakers will be out of the playoffs competition.

They'll likely qualify in the playoffs but that's the best possibility I see because they'll never be in the WCF the way they are playing now. I never saw in the past that Lebron was able to turn things around when his team started with a bad season, so I don't expect a lot from the Lakers now.
That what I'm also thinking, the Lakers being in the playoffs is their maximum limit and no more than that. Lakers this season is really having a bad start up until now especially without Anthony Davis to support LeBron James, they can't even withstand the Timberwolves who's rank at the conference is much more lower than the Lakers on the 7th.

Well it's really hard to base on the ranking though, I mean there are games that produce big upsets, like the Suns and Warriors losing game. But I do agree that Anthony Davis not playing is a big blow to the Lakers. Westbrook cannot cover, including Carmelo Anthony who is showing inconsistency in the last couple of games.

They need Davis to play on the floor to compliment Lebron. He can't handle all the scoring load for the team, while doing rebounds and assists and then some of his team mates are committing a lot of turn overs.

Lebron used to play with good big men like Kevin Love and Thompson in Cavaliers and Bosh in Miami Heat. Right now, they don't have that kind of player because Davis is injured, so they will really struggle as what we seeing, we should not be surprised.
2110  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: December 30, 2021, 03:28:15 PM
Denver Nuggets vs Golden State Warriors tomorrow. I think the Warriors will try to avenge their lost and will avoid back to back losses.

I'm surprised how the odds was dominated by GSW since Denver that defeat them before and broke there streak IIRC. And also there will be no Draymond green for there defense. They will just completely rely to Loonie while Jokic will be surely unstoppable since he can freely move right now. I will go for Denver with +5.5 to be safe. I trust Jokic vision and play against defenceless GSW.

You don't trust the ML? if they can win on the road, for sure they can win at home. I understand that the odds are quite overvalued for the Warriors now since they have not lost twice in a row IIRC, but this Denver team is also a playoff team, if they cannot stop Jokic, Denver will surely win here.

Every gambler has their own view on a certain game, of course, point spread is safer than ML bet as +5.5 is quite a good handicap already for a team that beat the Warriors in their previous game. Getting the ML is quite risky, but it's really up to the gambler if he is willing to take the risk.
2111  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING] Logan Paul vs Mike Tyson on: December 30, 2021, 02:40:21 PM
Is this fight really going to happen or is it a joke or something?
If mike tyson puts his mind to knockout, he will do it very easily. No matter how old it gets, the Tyson technique never gets old. If there is such a match, the winner will of course be Mike Tyson.
I hope we can watch this fight. I'll be back when the date is set.

This fight is not confirmed yet but both fighters have not said the fight will not happen so people are still expecting that it will push through. With the new post from Logan Paul about a different opponent, this makes people gets confuse on whom he would really want to fight.
2112  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best coin to farm right now on: December 30, 2021, 01:36:18 PM
In the past couple of years back we are not familiar with the term cryptocurrency farming not until the development of defi projects that see to the introduction of yield farming and since then many investors have dived in just to make some good profits from this new invention.
But to choose the right coin to farm is another vital aspect of it, so am kind of thinking to go into farming but my concussion is in choosing the coin to farm at the moment that will guarantee speedy profits.
You may take a look at this,
https://thevrsoldier.com/top-5-yield-farming-coins-to-watch-in-2022/

I can assure you about the speedy profits coz that is not the thing we are after, I guess but at least, we make a good profit out of them as it was possible. Well, actually, I didn't try it recently and I'm not sure if farming is still in a good position now unlike before. Because what I see is in big opposite but who knows if 2022 is a good year for farming.
2113  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the Metaverse a bubble? on: December 30, 2021, 01:01:40 PM
When basic technologies such as AR and VR are not yet mature, are all the metaverse projects in the market a bubble?

Can $SAND $MANA still be invested?
Even Bitcoin some people will think it was a bubble and much more for these metaverse platforms. Honestly, we never know how the market looks like years from now but I guess, it all be surprising and it become more interesting.
ICO, IEO, Defi, NFT's...they all have a good and surprising start but many of these projects turn scams and dump their value. And this will gonna be expected to Metaverse projects as well.

Nothing could say that they are a good investment and has a profit assurance, it all be done once we try and risk on them.
2114  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buy more so you can sell some on: December 29, 2021, 12:47:42 PM
Accumulate as much as you can as long as the funds in use is the amount that can be risked and not the funds that you may be in need for the family . buying more specially now that the value is subsiding is a great opportunity and also selling in times of crisis is indeed needed to happen.
i will buy as long as i can and will keep it hold as long as i am not in badly need.
this is how we must treat or crypto investment and not just for our badly desire.
Of course, you'll never spend the money that is intended to survive, as the experts are saying, "invest what you can afford only", that's the principle that everyone should follow and your life will be easier while investing in crypto. Also, being smart and realistic will help, investing doesn't mean it will produce automatic profit, sometimes it requires time before we can rip the fruits of our labor, (if you know what I mean).
2115  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: December 29, 2021, 12:33:26 PM
And even if Lebron won his 6 rings people are still not going to rank him higher though. There could be argument that MJ did it 6 out of 6, Lol.
I'm not sure if he can win 6 rings, he currently has 4 rings and the way Lakers are playing, it's not likely they'll win a ring but they are just likely to get eliminated early.

What's important is for those who have been in basketball to have seen MJ, and then passing the torch to Kobe and now Lebron is carrying the torch. Lebron has surpasses both of them in some statistical numbers I believed and year MJ is still the GOAT. And he can still make another history if our assumptions is right that he is waiting for Bronny to get into the NBA before he can finally retire.
Maybe Lebron can be compared to KO closely but he can never be compared to MJ, the legend will still remain at the top.
2116  Economy / Economics / Re: Maybe good time to loan money to invest in crypto on: December 29, 2021, 05:49:15 AM
I think borrowing money to invest in crypto is not the right decision, in the crypto world the risk for loss is quite large.
You are right, the risk is quite large but it depends on how you handle the risk, otherwise, no one would invest their money here because they only see the risk not the opportunity. If one can borrow money to start a business, I think it's not bad to borrow money to invest in crypto.

it is better to invest in the world of dead money crypto.
before investing into the crypto world, analyze what coin you choose, learn how the coin will be profitable or lose in the future.

Can you explain this words " world of dead money crypto"?
Sorry, I don't get what you are trying t convey.
2117  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Stake.com & responsible gambling? on: December 28, 2021, 02:37:07 PM
Stake does not work with this register sadly. In my opinion Stake really has to tighten their responsibile gambling. Maybe perform KYC checks upon depositing instead of letting them play and on a big win start asking for KYC.
You can't compare a crypto casino to regular fiat-based platforms who adhere to strict regulations. People involved with crypto don't want strict control. They especially don't want to undergo KYC. Requiring KYC after a big win is an excuse that many platforms use unfortunately. But again, due to a lack of regulation, that has become a normal thing in this space.
You are right, they are just using it to scam their players that's why it's not advisable to gamble a huge amount of money in crypto casinos especially those that are not regulated as if they will claim you cheated, it's easy for them to deny you your winnings and you cannot go after them.
2118  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: December 28, 2021, 02:06:45 PM
These guys are finally back and they score big time vs Atlanta Hawks, they are winning some games again and building their new winning streaks. If they continue such games, they have a chance to regain back the top 1 in the eastern conference from the Nets again. It would be awesome to see them play against the Nets on January 13, I hope they won't postpone it.
I didn't know Trae Young was also back and it became a battle of offense with him finishing at 29 points. Total score was 248.  Shocked
But those monster duo or we could add the other one that makes them a trio beast of the Chicago Bulls. Nikola Vucevic. 24 points 17 rebounds.
Why do I feel like Vucevic found his home with the Bulls? He's enjoying the company of those two offensive players and his contribution went up compared to how he played with the Magic.

Watched the Bulls game from start to finish like I do most of their games and it was yet another impressive win and the big 3 (Lavine , Vuc and DeRozan) really came out to play. I think you’re right when it comes to Vucevic, I think he’s finally found his footing with this team. Took him some time to learn to be the 3rd/4th option on a team but he’s really starting to put that all together! Excited for their future !

They have the best chemistry of the big 3 I witnessed watching the NBA. Look at the points, they are sharing it very well and as a result, the team is looking good. I always believe that they have a shot to win in the ECF and even the Finals, but I just don't want to expect a lot as it's their playoffs appearance after missing for many seasons.
2119  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How often do you change your indicators? on: December 28, 2021, 12:26:38 PM
As the title says, Do you change it quite often depending on how good or bad your strategy is going?
Or are you a professional trader who is loyal to his set of Indicators for each trade  Cheesy

Share your thoughts!
Not so often but literally, I change my indicators as I change my strategy as well. I can't hold those indicators that are not effective anymore, perhaps, it is a need to change them to have a profit, or else, we just lose. And there is no reason why we should keep them forever.
Even a professional trader will act the same. I've never known how good to be loyal to our indicators as sometimes we make decisions to abandon them and look for another for some reason and I think, it is a must.
2120  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any life changing coin for 2022? What is your perspective? on: December 27, 2021, 02:00:46 PM
I was reading a bit about cryptos who made people change their lives after investing in them. What I looked at and I didn't even know such coin existed it was the Ava or Avax which skyrocketed from 2.93 USD to 38.xx USD,a mere 1000 USD investment in the beginning of the year turned into 380.xxx USD dollars in this currency peak.Personally this year I tried most probably as many others with Shiba Inu by buying 15.500.000 such coins but I totally failed so far.

What can be a life changing coin with just 500-1000 USD to invest in for 2022?What are your thoughts about it?

Ps.I know that if you knew you would do it yourself but let's share some ideas here.
It is the LUCK that you mean for and it looks like that the time hasn't come on you for now but can be soon to arrive, please have some patients. But I guess we don't just rely on it solely. We have to do something that it helps and that is to spend more time on the market, doing research and lastly, we have to invest coins that are truly promising, not just because someone has the influence have told it.
Hyped coins are something it gains more profit, I think that you were looking for. But you need to be careful with them as it was too risky.
