2081  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Errol Spence Jr vs. Yordenis Ugas 3-Belt Welterweight Unification Match on: January 07, 2022, 08:42:36 PM
There is a chance that Pacquiao will come back but how many percent is that "chance"? Less than 1%.

He isn't like Mayweather that will return to the ring after saying that he is retired just for money. I know that Manny will stand to what he said and he said that he will be retiring and he will just help younger boxers to improve. Another one is that, Pacquiao really is committed already to politics because he is helping the people for a long time already and for him he can help more people if he will be the President. Even though many are doubting about him and saying that he can't be the President for many reasons (including me), he did ran for President. Another one is if Pacquiao and Ugas will have a rematch, I don't think that Pacquiao can beat him since he past his prime already that's why he retired.

Spence is really a great boxer and I'm also thinking that he will KO Ugas in less than 10 rounds (my prediction) but it might be a hard fight I think.
Agreed, the career of Manny Pacquiao as a boxer is over, the guy does not seem like the kind of person that is going to return to boxing just to make some money, Manny loved to box and boxing gave everything it could to Manny, but his days are over and now he is concentrated in other aspects of his life like politics, and quite honestly I have no doubts that at some point in time he will become the president of Philippines, so lets hope he can do as good of a job as President of the country as he did as a boxer.
We never know, what if he loses in the election and he spent a lot of money, I think he might try to come back to earn what he lost during the election. This is just a possibility but Manny for me is not yet done in boxing, he can still fight, he only resigned to focus his campaign on the Presidential election.
2082  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: January 07, 2022, 08:22:02 PM
Chicago Bulls are the leader in the Eastern Conference right now. They have got the lead from Brooklyn Nets after Nets lost three times in a row. And Chicago Bulls are on a winning streak of eight games which is incredible. I believe that they are close to the nineth straight win as their competitor is Washington Wizards tonight. Wizards are performing not very bright and I don't think that they can resist Bulls here.

They are back at home, with a 13-4 record, I think they'll dominate again. DeRozan will lead the team and with his buddy Lavine which is very supportive, this game is very easy for them to win, I expect a blowout win for the Bulls against struggling Wizards.
2083  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will owning 0.01 BTC really make you rich? on: January 07, 2022, 12:37:46 PM
I agree with you that with just 0.01 Bitcoin coins you can become rich. Bitcoin has great value. Especially if we can make good use of 0.01 Bitcoin. We can invest with the BItcoin and increase its value so we will get more money. But you need to be patient to get the profit, not a day or two Bitcoin will make a profit, you really have to be able to hold your emotions. Don't let you sell it at a cheap price.
But I don't think how patience will work for all of us. If we are having 1BTC, that seems to be right and really a big money but for just having 0.01BTC? We can just use it all for less than a year or even lower.
What I think is that maybe converting that amount to our fiat money and using it for capital (business), well, that could help a lot. But if we just hold it, we do nothing with them, I can't imagine how it makes us rich. That is really a small amount to say that we become rich.
2084  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My Bitcoin mistake In 2020-2021 on: January 07, 2022, 11:57:08 AM
snipped~
actually you done perfect because no one knows what will happen next, we buy crypto now and we expect a pump but in the next day it will dump then you will cry for losses .

So never feel bitter when you decide like that because it will happen in the next time.

Be thankful because you earn and just do something good in the next chance .
They can possibly be better next but that only happens when they also learn their mistakes and take action to prevent them from happening again. As long as they carry with negative hopes and no changes taken, I'd never going to expect that this will able solve their problem but it can make it worse and still in losses.
I actually can't remember my mistake but for sure there is, however, I don't make it a big deal coz it is obvious that we can make such a thing as we are not perfect.
2085  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to Hit $150,000 in 2022 on: January 07, 2022, 05:03:56 AM
The year 2021 has just ended. we are now entering the beginning of 2022. But the price of bitcoin still hasn't returned to the $60k level. But I am optimistic that this year bitcoin will remain stable and even tend to strengthen. I think bitcoin's positive trend will continue this year. So, if based on a series of good news appearing in various countries about crypto assets, then the price of bitcoin will rise significantly again to create a new ATH record again or the target price of $150k will be achieved this year.
We really hope that bitcoin will remain stable at the current price even though there is a correction but don't let it fall below $40K, because this is a price that must be maintained where the bitcoin situation is already starting to approach $40K.

I completely agree with you bitcoin will not always be corrected and there is time to strengthen, the hope is that this year it can happen. if the events in early 2021 will be the same as in 2022, then febuary bitcoin will start to strengthen and we will wait for that hope.

what is clear is that the crucial figure at $70K must be passed by bitcoin because last year there was only one step but it couldn't be done, we hope that a new ATH will be created first in that range and continue to increase steadily.

It's better to embrace the current market situation, we don't need to convince ourselves that the market is still bullish or it will rise soon because most likely 2022 is the year of correction, and when that will happen, that means bitcoin might dump $30k to $20k, but it's not something to be afraid for since bitcoin has been proven like a roller coaster ride where it pump and dump, but what matters is its fufutre is bright.
2086  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Ancajas vs Martinez - Feb 19, 2022 on: January 07, 2022, 04:02:46 AM
I'm also checking the betting odds from time to time but it doesn't show anything online, it only means the we cannot expect it soon and most likely it will be out as the fight is approaching like a day or two. Most Filipinos will go for Ancajas, so I will not go the other way.  Smiley

Should be expected as usual.

Odds will be released once the fight is almost closed to date. First, the general odds in fiat sportsbook which should be released at least a week before the scheduled fight then expect at least a day or two for crypto sportsbook.

For now, we can refer to some boxing gurus and analysts regarding their fearless forecast about the odds but for reference purposes only.

Whatever the odds of this fight we already know who gets the most bets from our community here. Most posters are talking about Ancajas winning this fight and I wouldn't be surprise as most posters in this thread are Filipino, they could be bias or will bet according to their emotion.
2087  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: January 07, 2022, 03:30:32 AM
Don't know if anyone watched but that knicks game was the game of the week.  Knicks down 19 at half.  Fought all the way back with Fournier going 10-14 from 3.  Tatum hit a monster 2 with 1.5 seconds left to tie the game back up for the celts, then rj Barrett drops a fade away 30 foot bank 3 to win the game at the buzzer.  Felt like a playoff atmosphere.  Both teams deserved to win tonight.
I was not able to watch the game but with what you said, I guess I'm gonna watch the highlights now. Knicks are great if they play like a team and they need to play the same when in Playoffs and not heavily rely on Randle. I like how the distribution of scores so far, Randle is only 8/20, which means he is not forcing shots and he is also effective in the rebounding department with 8 ( 2 from OR).

2088  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should we sell all crypto now? on: January 06, 2022, 02:52:49 PM
All crypto is dropping now because of FED. It seems that it’s the start of the bearish market. Should we sell all crypto now?

IMO, I think that decision was yours to be done, and if you feel that way, then what are you waiting for you can sell all you want, the market is behaving always like this because the market has been very consistent for many months that's why it was expected to be like this but who knows it will return to the previous level crypto market behaves like a mystery.
Definitely, it was our personal decision and everyone have their won market perspective when to sell and even when to buy.
I've become uncertain how this FED ( or FUD) affecting the price but it was pretty obvious that declines might come being untold. But I think we need not worry about this situation as the storm will go someday and the sun will shine again. I insist to save my crypto while waiting for the moment that the price is high rather than thinking about selling.
2089  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Too much of new crypto projects? on: January 06, 2022, 01:36:00 PM
Its been a very long time that I've been using coinmarketcap.com/new to find new crypto projects that just get listed on the platform and I've come to notice that every two to three days coinmarketcap always list up to 30 new crypto projects, how insane is that? It shows that more than 100 crypto projects are released every week cos some landed on coingecko first before coinmarketcap, this to me is scary

It is showing that the market is growing very fast. CMC or coingecko is not the only one feeling the heat of new listing. This area of business is new and I won't be surprised that it is gaining this kind of attention that is exploding the whole place. I believe with time, schools are going to include blockchain technology in their schedule and of course it will lead to more explosion of cryptocurrency coins. We can only be careful not to fall for scam coins because there was a time there was a ponzi coin that scammed investors.
Perhaps, teaching Blockchain in school has already been started. Not even a surprise that this thing will happen in the crypto world, we are obviously developing so fast and people have been through this. 5-10 years from now, we gonna expect a hundred of thousands of crypto projects to be created but not to wonder as well that hundred of thousands will also vanish in the thin air like a bubble. And this is going to happen because many of these projects that we see every day are just a joke or the worse is a scam.
2090  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is more important Hype or Utility? on: January 06, 2022, 06:55:43 AM
Long term = Utility
Short term = Hype

yup probably you're correct, because when it comes long term the most important is making fundamental and all of the important things or data to assure the project has a potential when it comes trading or investing in a project. And for short term you don't need fundamental wherein even technical is enough to determine when the project will make hypes. For me as a day trader only the percentage of the coins itself and with technical i can make good win rate.
When there's hype the team would be able to generate enough money for the development of the project. And since most of the projects in the market are funding through crowd funding, hype is very necessary for them to be successful in the first stage of the project, but at the end, it still depends on the skills and knowledge of the team who will run the project, if they are doing their job the way they should be, then success is most likely the result.
2091  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 2022 is the time to buy or sell? on: January 06, 2022, 06:22:25 AM

It’s dropping now. Is it the time to buy more?

No doubt, just trust the process as eventually, the market will be bullish again. The drop is an opportunity, we might see more dump after this, so don't put everything you have now so you won't miss a cheaper price. When the market is bearish, everything is cheap especially altcoins as they are way more bearish than bitcoin.
2092  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is getting more bearish, what is the trigger? on: January 06, 2022, 05:06:52 AM
The bull market is slowly fading and the bear market is going to take over now.

If we expect at least 1 year of the bull market, I think we should get ourselves ready with a possible bear market. The current price is close to dropping below $40k, and even if it will dump I think it's not yet the dip yet as this bear market will stay longer.
2093  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who is really controlling the Bitcoin market. on: January 05, 2022, 12:43:51 PM
Market can be manipulated by many ways but small investors can't do such things but most probably whales with thousands of coins with them do so like selling at top which creates the prices to dip a little and rest panic sellers and newbies do in their favour by dumping their coins and in return whales again buy at dips and accumulate more. That is why it is said weak hands sold to strong. The FUD is another concept which creates market sell off but we can't say it is controlled by anyone because it's not as this is the beauty of decentralisation.
We always put blame on these whales as they are capable of doing it...in many ways. But why we should have to think this as to whether we like it or not, manipulation will certainly exist. And besides, people are too happy with the situation where the market isn't stable. Having the chance to buy low and sell high, I'd preferred to have this manipulation thing than nothing.
I don't mind who is controlling the market as for the fact that we are still benefiting from the hypes and lows that these people made.
2094  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Profitable coin for 2022 on: January 05, 2022, 12:06:33 PM
Let's we discuss about some profitable coin for 2022. No doubt Bitcoin the favourite coin for all-time investment. Besides Bitcoin, which coin will be the most profitable for 2022. I say Harmony, You?
I choose Sol and some metaverse projects. I'd choose those projects that seem to be in the hype, quite literally for a short-term deal.
I can't assure that I can be of good choice but what I'm seeing is that I have a bigger chance to make some profit with them. That is only hope, I guess everyone is asking for it but we don't just rely on hopes, it is a need for us as well to have a plan and some basis of why choosing this/them. That is why we need to make a market analysis.
2095  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Have we opened the bear season? on: January 04, 2022, 10:54:21 PM
Yes, good luck, I do not hesitate to say that we have definitely passed the bear period. As of now and for 20 days, everything is red!! Do you think this may have happened?
The bear season can possibly happen someday, the same thing as Bullrun comes. But to see the market today (and even in the past days), we are still on the bullish side. Well, I can't be excited to see them in bearish...
Anyways, it was not the thing we were afraid of, in fact, that was also an opportunity for the investors and starters.

I don't assume that you were pointing out to sell your crypto before the worse comes. No, you just keep it for a while. But of course, I can't hold your decision if that you think of selling, I was just suggesting.
2096  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: January 04, 2022, 04:25:27 PM
I wonder how Nets lost to Grizzlies home by a this many point difference last night. I was even expecting Nets to defeat them with the help of KD and Harden. But their performances combined wasn't that impressive unfortunately. Morant and Bane played a big role in this win for certain. Morant got 36 points and Bane got 29. And Morant got 6 reb and 8 ast also which was a really solid performance. I really admire his performance in this season. Especially in the last 4 games, he made a really huge effort.
Who wouldn't have thought that the Nets playing at home are going to lose? However, Morant alone is really playing very good in the last 5 games or so, chances are they are going to pull an upset and that is what they did. And as long as he is healthy, I think the Grizzlies will create more problems to any other teams. Specially Morant's athleticism, just a beauty watching this kid mature and with those highlights and high flying alleyoops.

This is a very disappointing loss for the Nets at their own home. I expected Grizzlies to give them a tough fight, but not win with a margin of this much. KD and Harden had an average game and I think that Nets are relying quite a lot on these two senior players for their success which is not optimal for the long run.

As they are growing old, their performances will also start to decline and they won't be able to perform on the highest tier every game and the Nets need to take this into account before playing every game. Congrats to Morant and Bane for playing that much good.

Both Durant and Harden lead the team but they have a bad shooting night.
Durant was only 8-24, while Harden has 5-14 shooting. Also, their 3 point shooting was very poor with 29% only overall.

With that losing streak, The Bulls are enjoying the ranking at the top as they are now the number 1 seed in the East, and looks like Bucks can overtake the Nets in the 2nd spot if they continue to lose.

They should keep their TOS and implement it no matter what, but if it's not clear, they should satisfy the needs of the gamblers as this forum is huge and could affect their entire reputation. 2098  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Gary Russell vs Mark Magsayo WBC Featherweight Title on: January 03, 2022, 09:02:23 PM
People really know that Russell is the better fighter here but since this is boxing, anything could happen and upset could happen.

I think only in PH-based discussion. Outside, the majority are eyeing Russell to be the winner and will successfully defend the title.

But as always, I believed in upset. Magsayo has the power to defeat Russell. The question now is, how will he able to execute it in the actual fight. Russell is very different from the previous opponents that Magsayo face so he is really a big deal.

Magsayo is also eyeing to face Russell for a long and he successfully finished all the pre-requisites to make that fight possible. No way he will waste that opportunity without giving a hard fight.

Russell might win but it won't be easy especially against an opponent who is willing to give everything he had for this championship fight. I love how Filipino boxers fight, they are so aggressive and hungry to win a championship, in this fight, I'm expecting that will happen and of course upset is what I am hoping to see as I'll certainly take that 4.00 odds.
2099  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 2022 is the time to buy or sell? on: January 03, 2022, 02:32:40 PM
Hello,
2022 is the time to buy or sell? If it is time to buy, then which coins or tokens?

Thank you.
perhaps, you'll be choosing what seems best for you coz for me, I ain't thinking about selling but rather to buy more if I still have the money left. Of course, I sell them once I am badly in need of money but for now, it was still fine, and looking forward to seeing the market recover and get the price.
I could be more bullish, well, I guess I was not wrong as to see that the price of Bitcoin seems to rise back slowly. I'm imagining the bullish to start early this year.
2100  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin collapse or mature? on: January 03, 2022, 01:45:30 PM
i don't think Collapsing is another Option here.

Bitcoin may increase to 6 digits, or this will even fall to 3 digits , but collapsing? no I don't think so, instead bearish will only the other option.

But it is good that you open this topic because i can see more worth a read replies from Bitcoin supporters and even detractors .

But the main goal here is to share our beliefs and information towards future.

I agree, collapsing is an overstatement for bitcoin in my opinion.

It has surprised a lot of test during it's infancy and then goes on to hit a new all time high last year with a huge price of $68k. So that is far from the definition of collapsing.

On the contrary it is growing strong and could hit 6 digits in the future. There are a lot of perma bears in this community, but it doesn't mean that they can stop bitcoin.
But to say it reaches $500,000 or stays at 6 digits might be overstated as well. I could say this because we can't sure where Bitcoin goes. Even we saw that Bitcoin is growing and the price really impressing almost everyone. I understand that we are mostly thinking positively the same thing I did but this can never save Bitcoin if ever it will collapse one day, we never know right? But for now, it was just seeing great and we look forward to it as it looks more better than today.
