2921  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin betting on: January 25, 2019, 07:59:20 AM
As online gambling is 1000 times more risky than brick and mortar, I suggest to play with consumer protection service inclusive.

Betting with Bitcoin will give huge profit when comparing to the other currency so it will be more discoverable think for all people to be get investment for betting with Bitcoin in gambling will be useful for them to get quick profit but choosing the best site will always be important when comes to invest huge amount you will need to be withdrawn and invest more easily and more comfortable it will be very important.

Not only bitcoin, but betting with any altcoin is also safe and quick and it gives you hassle free betting experience. If anyone is old is gambling here will surely knows how cumbersome was it to first verify and then deposit with the credit card and also the risk of credit card being hacked and all this stuff.

Bitcoin has really make the deposit withdrawal method for gambling really easy and clean.
2922  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Addiction Stories and Possible Solutions on: January 24, 2019, 05:22:32 PM
Getting addicted with gambling is really hard but the best solution for that problem is to help ourselves with that addiction, no one can control us except ourselves, we must accept that once we are addicted, we must claim it that we are already addicted because sometimes people doesn't want to tell themselves that they are already addicted so that, they don't make any solutions on that problem. Let's face the reality.

Its your inner feeling and strength on how you feel about the gambling addiction. In case you made up your mind that you are addicted and you heard examples that those wo are addicted to gambling can never ever recover their loss. This makes to stubborn and even if you have ability to quit gambling , you will not only because of negative thoughts all around.
2923  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: January 20, 2019, 02:28:22 PM
IMO, Hashim Amla's century really ruined the match for South Africa; at pitches like these, the strike rate of at least 100+ should be maintained. OTOH, Mohammad Hafeez's batting performance looked awesome as he maintained the strike rate of 110+.
Yeah, he and the another batsman, made 93, both made a good partnership and they both played slow. Amla played the whole innings, so, he could play little aggressive and made some more run which will give them big score. Still, Pakistan made a great knock inded. Great come back after the test series.

SA would definitely be unhappy inspite of having 8 wickets in hand they did not end up even 300 runs in 50 overs. They would have wanted their batsman to after bowling even if they would have lost wicket it was fine. But credit goes to Pak bowlers who helped them to keep SA under 300 and won the match by 5 wickets and 5 balls remaining.

They were too slow to did not complete the 300 run mark. Maybe after playing the test, there were not fully prepared for the one days and this approach went wrong for them.

300+ score was easier but South Africa did not played well that is the truth. No team would stuck at below 300 while losing only 2 wickets. I do not know what was the thought of their batsman lol. Hope to see a good comeback by South Africa in next ODI.

This was the first match and I think they will learn a good lot from it and come back strongly in the next ODI. Even if they had bowl a little well, they would have grab the match as Pakistani batting line is never been strong through out the series.
2924  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Unforgettable Gambling Stories... on: January 20, 2019, 02:06:50 PM
As what the subject says, lets have a new discussion here (Well maybe not)
So let me start first:

This isn't actually mine but my friend's story and I was just a chaperone that time. We're on this gambling game called "Guessing Game" (Three caps and one penny) which you can mostly see on carnivals. We have seen this game with a big crowd of people betting on every cap that they seem to be their lucky bet.

And because of the winning pots, my friend has been demonically lured into it. We noticed that there something wrong with the shuffler, he's dynamically cheating. My friend took a bet on it and we're sure where it resides, but the shuffler talked to him and during that time he shuffled again as fast as he can without us noticing it. And of course, we lost that game. Can't even tell the cheating thing publicly for we didnt have the evidence.

And after that, we didn't play any games at the carnival until now. We just enjoyed the seats, rides and foods.

What's yours?
You are being cheated mate, most of the people that surrounds that game is a part of their crowd to look the gambling reliable, but the truth is those who bets are their member to lure people like you to bet but you eill never get some for sure

Ai am also a victim in my childhood thats why now i am more aware from this cheaters

Cheating is in all fields of life and not just in gambling. Of course the older experienced gamblers  do tend to cheat the relatively newbie gamblers. That's why we often here that if you want to play gambling first understand it completely so that no one can scam you easily.
2925  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you still continue? on: January 20, 2019, 01:47:48 PM
To gamble is just for fun and pure entertainment, you dont want to gamble to expect any huge life changes financially.
When a person gambles, they have the frame of mind of an almost invincible feeling.
The casinos love this, they add promotions to entice more action from the gambler.
But everyone has their own goals and they cannot intervene in this matter. casinos sometimes provide certain promotions such as deposit bonuses and so on to make them play longer, but if your money allocation has been gambled. then stop, if you want to keep playing gambling, follow your financial plan and management

I never go for the promotions which casino offer, because all such promotions are to attract the people to gambling. Also I doubt that casino that offer multiple balances over the original balance as I feel something fishy about them. Maybe they cheat behind the games, after all they cannot give such free balances from their pocket.

New Casino sites mostly offer these promotions, which is even more dangerous as these new  casino can close and scam anytime.
2926  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: New casino vs old and trusted one on: January 20, 2019, 08:42:18 AM
New casino's do offer better promotions, rates, odds in sportbetting compared to the established ones because they aim at getting some customer base, the risk however is huge, particularly in the anonymous world of cryptocurrency, if the casino/site goes under there is nothing to be done.

Indeed, aside from that new Casino might have some problem with their technical system.  Since they are new, they have little to no idea on what would probably happen if they failed to back up every little details specially the database of their users.  So those who are Big Casino players choose the older one because of the reputation and time tested reasons.
You have a point, newer casinos or gambling sites may be prone to technical issues, but they can base their early stages on some old casinos or gambling site when they are still new.
And they can't release a system that is not tested, it is been tested though may be still some glitches and bugs, it must be fixed fast. Old casinos is really trusted and proven. But let's give the new ones some chance.
We can try their casinos or base on others view or reaction about the casino.

There is always a risk in new casino as compared to the old ones. With old casinos, you know that there is no chance of any bug or any scam, so you can play with tension free mind.
However on the other hand, these new casino (online ones) can be a real danger as you never know that they run away with your deposits or can have withdrawal problems.
2927  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitmex/Derebit Tips - How to not lose your house and maybe even make some money on: January 19, 2019, 08:05:27 AM
Didn't get 3550. Honestly this is scary. Everything is tightening up. I'm playing small scalps with tight stop losses. Might go big long at 3500 but who knows.

Bitcoin can go either way at this point so it is very risky to trade on Bitmex now. Even if you trade, make sure that you do not use large leverage and try to play with stoploss so that in case of unexpected movement of bitcoin, you are not liquidated.
2928  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Daily trade Vs long trade on: January 19, 2019, 07:51:44 AM
Daily trading or Long time is actually nothing wrong because indeed we do trading sometimes not like what we want certainly makes us have to be able to be a little patient waiting for prices to increase

Both the daily trading and long term trading are good but they are meant of different types of traders.
If you are experienced trader, you can do daily trading and get nice profits while anyone who is relatively new in trading could opt for long term positions as the risk of losing is very less in long term trading.
2929  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading is a zero sum game. on: January 19, 2019, 07:36:39 AM
Trading is a game and some one must lose for you to game.  Investments into cryptocurrencies market is not a child game but a mature man mind.  Those that has strong mind and spirit really make money from the market and the weak hands lose money.  It has been like this and that is how it will remain.

Rather than think trading as a game, you should consider trading as a profession. As in any profession, you need to understand it first and get basic and advance knowledge of it. Same is required for trading. If you want to earn in gambling, you should first learn it and they come in this field.

Trading has a lot of potential of earning, but only for those who have knowledge and experience.
2930  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BEARISH MARKETS on: January 19, 2019, 07:22:40 AM
Will there truly be another bearish market in July?  Huh

Wow someone just bump this old thread. Roll Eyes
People were thinking whether bearish market will continue in july/ june 2018 and now in January 2019 we see even worse  condition as market is dumped to 3000$. Alteast in July 2018, prices were above 6000$ and people were still not happy.
2931  Economy / Economics / Re: Recession effects on Crypto: How to plan your investment portfolio on: January 19, 2019, 07:06:40 AM
When economists predict upcoming recession, now is the best time to plan your investment portfolio and analyze how recession might impact cryptocurrencies. Here’s an article how portfolio could be diversified for the upcoming market crash:

https://www.signalshunt.com/recession-effects-on-crypto

Economic recession will have good effects upon bitcoins and altcoins. In case of crisis , people will want to invest in something which is decentralized and bitcoin will be the best option.  Since total supply of bitcoins is very low, it would mean that even small buying of bitcoins will result in big increase of bitcoin price.
I will suggest to keep 60 percent of your portfolio in bitcoins only.
2932  Economy / Economics / Re: All times are good to enter crypto - Tim Draper on: January 19, 2019, 06:42:13 AM
It seems to me that if you can think and make sensible decisions, taking into account possible risks, then you can enter the market at any stage. Most professional successful traders consider the same.
Yes if you really want to earn money you Will have to take risk as risk is part of business.  That’s a gate of success for everyone which is open 24/7. Gets bigger profit for those who are joining right now at low price as later on it will be more than double so don't lose hope just try to buy as much as you can it’s best time to enter at red in market.

The good thing for the new investors is that market has already seen all the long bear mode for one year and now bull period will start very soon. Moreover the price of bitcoin is also very low still, so if anyone enter in crypto now, he cannot lose for sure and this is the best time to enter in bitcoins and altcoins.
2933  Economy / Economics / Re: A cryptocurrency with volatility can't be used as money on: January 19, 2019, 06:28:49 AM
don't never dream of replacing fiat with crypto as a payment currency.
very unlikely, even if the fiat currency will be replaced, it looks like gold is more suitable as a payment currency, a currency that will never experience inflation.
indeed fiat cannot be replaced by bitcoin at this time, but gold is also difficult to replace fiat. even if that happens, of course it's been a long time ago, because we know gold is a valuable asset that has been recognized starting from the kingdom era
Gold was used before as a way for payment or to exchange goods with it. Nowadays no i doubt it will happens to replace fiat. Societies are trying to go cashless in almost every field. We may not see bitcoin as a national currency but we will see blockchain based national cryptocurrency in the coming years.
That will definitely happen, we are going to that direction already and bitcoin and crypto is easy to carry and secure compared to gold.
The use case of crypto is also better compared to gold so I believe people will see which are more valuable between the two but this will take time.

I know that people will not use gold as the gold was already been replaced by the fiat currencies. Its the matter of whether people will quit fiat and use digital currency instead ?

Well, not until bitcoin price is stabilized. I mean you will not want a person buying a car for some bitcoins and in the evening the price of the amount is reduced by 5 percent or so. This is the disadvantage of volatile currency. I hope with regulations this problem will be solved and then bitcoin will be used as a major currency.
2934  Economy / Economics / Re: Will 2019 take us to Moon or Mars? on: January 19, 2019, 06:17:38 AM
There are now many good signs that the market will recover in this year. By looking at the historical chart, you can find out the same pattern that happen before. The moon that people are talking about will happen in this year.

Bitcoin repeats the cycle. If its follows the charting pattern then we should compare bitcoin 2019 with the trend of bitcoin in 2015. In 2015, bitcoin slowly and steadily move up and price movements were mostly side ways. I think same will happen this year and we will see more of a sideways moves in BTC prices.
2935  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the problem of trust in projects? on: January 19, 2019, 06:06:13 AM
close ICO Huh so how can they collect money to sell tokens and for development Huh in my opinion it's not a solution, and in my opinion the best solution is, one of the forums must hold the new project in and choose those who really can provide many benefits

I agree that there are lot of problems and scams in the current system of ICO bit the solution to close the overall ICO will not be a good solution. I would suggest that if the ICO is regulated by certain authority it will reduce the risk of people getting scam by them. Currently anyone can make a erc20 token and start the ico to collect money and disappear.   Cry
2936  Economy / Economics / Re: Predictions 2019: 3 potential triggers for the next Bitcoin bull run on: January 19, 2019, 05:59:01 AM
These 3 things are at least waiting for us in February. and if it's all approved, maybe the bull run will start in March or so on. so don't be surprised if at the beginning of this year there hasn't been a bull run.

The three things which you are referring might get delayed as well.

1- BaKKT  may be delayed till mid 2019 as I don't see it launching first quarter 2019
2- ETF may be delayed as well as SEC may need some more time to approve it.

I am seeing steady price till mid of this year. After that we will see how much is the progress on above two events.

2937  Economy / Economics / Re: If you had 10000$ on: January 17, 2019, 05:20:24 PM
Of course, with $ 10,000 there are many options for you. If I were you I would invest in ETH, XRP, XLM, TRX, EOS. Every Altcoin which I would buy $ 2,000. Because why I didn't choose Bitcoin. Bitcoin price is high and you can't buy much while the Altcoins are cheap and there is great potential. If after 2 years Bitcoin goes up, the Altcoins I have bought will also increase with no small number.

The best thing is to diversify your portfolio. The more coins you have in your portfolio, the more are the chances that you will not end up in a loss.  Invest in the best coins which are for some time and avoid low cap new coins .
2938  Economy / Economics / Re: Will 2019 take us to Moon or Mars? on: January 17, 2019, 05:12:18 PM
In 2019, Bitcoin, most likely, will not grow much in price. Big growth will be in subsequent years. Because of great importance in the growth of prices is the demand for Bitcoin. When people see that there is a stable growth, they will want to invest their money in it. Then bitcoin will respond to this with a sharp increase.

Of course people will enter when they see bitcoin rising. The same mistake people did in 2017, then bitcoin was rising high and everyone entered into it and eventually they all lost money because bitcoin was dump from that point. If anyone want to buy bitcoin and take real advantage of the next rally, this is the time to buy cheap bitcoins.
2939  Economy / Economics / Re: What will happen to Bitcoin if there is a global economic crash? on: January 15, 2019, 05:30:47 AM
bitcoin will help because the global economy is relied on real money or paper money so in my opinion bitcoin will replace all the current global economy and my advice is my choice is the best way and solution
most likely like that because bitcoin does indeed help when the global economy is destroyed or not, because the best way to improve is by adopting bitcoin to become an investment

It depends upon what sort of economic crash it is and how much severe its going to be. If its like U.S Dollar under a lot of pressure and stock market crashing, then people need something new to enter in which is not yet grown to its potential and at that very moment bitcoin can play a major role.
2940  Economy / Economics / Re: HOW TO PREPARE FOR THE NEXT BULL RUN 2019 on: January 13, 2019, 04:38:24 PM
If you have available funds for buying cryptocurrencies then you should start buying bitcoin now and other coins that might be drag up by the next bullrun, if there is any. During the 2017 bullrun, the price of many coins also goes up along with the surging price of bitcoin so they are also worth buying. As of this time, bitcoin has yet to show a strong and continuing recovery and its price uptrend should be consistent for another bullrun this year.

I am not sure if we can see same bull run 2019 as we saw in 2017 but the market will be much more positive as compare to 2018. Bull run will come whether it take another year or so, but I am hoping to see bull run before the end of 2020.
