301  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the crypto community getting lost again? on: September 02, 2020, 06:44:44 AM
For example, we have two tokens namely Sushiswap and Kimchifinance.
After the so called y series, now the trend is based on food? It's getting insane. These kimchi and sushi sounds good but nah most probably they were poison Roll Eyes (I hope you get what I mean lol).
Be safe. Don't go all in. I believe there are far more safer cryptocurrencies to play with other than these new projects popping up like mushrooms
Absolutely yes! I feel sad because it seems that more investors FOMO. They're hasty and aggressive once they've heard a new "promising" project. Tsk! That's why I'm not surprised if there are still many getting scammed.
302  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Yet Another Roi Investment Project Spamming the Forum via PM [Probably scam] on: September 02, 2020, 03:18:08 AM
Report to moderator and ignored. No need to create a thread for this. I also got so many spam PM but since I dont want to waste time, Ive just ignored them.
It's fine. Not all are knowledgeable about this PM scheme and others are not aware.
Yup, like me! Thanks for the warning OP. There's nothing wrong of spreading the news. As long as this thread is not a clone then it's fine I think. Besides, it has a positive effect for us. Reporting such acts right away can save you but raising awareness can save everyone Smiley.
303  Economy / Economics / Re: New life and 2 lind of society new Reality working poor on: September 02, 2020, 01:27:34 AM
I said I Don't Give free info but I coulnt hold Back

But this one will be last!!  So enjoy guys
As if this information (no offense but I'm confused to be honest) is a top secret lol Grin
Now there it comes times when its Easy to become ultra super Rich or stay poor!!!

But allmost impossible to be in Middle class.
I agree on you somehow on the first part but definitely not on the second one. Yeah! The rich may become richer since they can take advantage of the current pandemic (e.g. A rice dealer or anything related to needs) and the poor gets poorer because his little ways of feeding his family are restricted, but I can't understand why you said that it's impossible to be in middle?

Actually, I considered myself in the middle despite of these hard times. I can eat be able to eat 3x a day, I have shelter and clothes to wear. Though I don't have latest gadgets, I still have an outdated one. I don't have bunvh of money nor a debt. Hmm, I think that's enough proof to consider myself in middle class isn't it?
304  Economy / Economics / Re: Famine is coming next ... on: September 01, 2020, 09:38:42 AM
However, it must be admitted that the government currently does not have
many choices.
Indeed. I guess the government of every nations right now are on the verge of checkmate. If they borrowed money from powerful countries, the national debt will rise; if they print more money, inflation is expected; if they will solely rely on their resources and capabilities then they may not fixed the problem or have a slow progress at least tsk Undecided. That's why we can't put all the blame on them. Yeah it's their obligation to give solution in this problem but it doesn't necessarily mean that we will just sit back and relax and the worse is throwing tons of complaints in social media (I really hate that kind of people). No one wants this pandemic so let's help and cooperate.
305  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I want to learn. on: September 01, 2020, 02:30:21 AM
Since you are dreaming of creating your own project someday, I want to ask you first. Have you already tried investing to bitcoin, altcoins, tried HYIPs, faucets, airdrops or anything related to crypto? Anything whether it ended well or not. I wonder because you told us that you are interested to it for quite a long time but you haven't mention about investing.

Hmm, if not then I advice you to have such kind of experience first. It is vital because It will significantly help you to relate yourself and have insights on what your prospective investors really need. You know, "To be a good leader, you must be a good follower first" Cheesy (sort of that).

Nevertheless, good luck to your journey here and enjoy!
306  Other / Meta / Re: Ponzi schemes listed in Scam Accusations are they needed? on: August 31, 2020, 10:40:47 AM
While scam accusation board is mainly used for reporting scammers, I too think that such ponzi scam post has made the board a bit weird. Such post shouls be posted on Help and Beginners as newbies are the main victim of such ponzis.
Hmm but the shift will take a lot of time before everyone get used of it (like what stompix said, what's wrong with it?). If we pursue it, most probably happen is that a certain thread will have a clone on the other board. Now imagine the disorganization and redundancies it may bring to our forum. So for me, warnings of ponzi schemes and the alike are more appropriately placed on Scam Accusations because they would be more relevant there. And let the Beginners & Help for tutorials, tips and welcoming the newbies Smiley.
307  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Y series trends... What do you think? on: August 31, 2020, 06:32:21 AM
The y series have become a trending topic on most social media.
Is this so called "y series" just your own invention or not? If yes then that's a witty way to sum them up in all fairness. However, there's nothing wrong if the name of their platform starts with letter Y. Such thing is not a big evidence for them on becoming scam or not because there are previous scams which don't start in letter Y obviously Grin. Just a coincidence I guess.

Please be cautious of your investment. Don't get carried away with the hype and follow up with them all incase there is a red flag. So you don't get caught.
FOMO is okay, that's what I've learned in the past. Bitcoin and reputable alts are enough for me.
308  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Fundamental Analysis or Technical Analysis - which is more important? on: August 31, 2020, 03:02:08 AM
Fundamental analysis, looks at news headlines, economic data reports, and other relevant factors.
Ahh.. So the influencers that can be found in the environment are called Fundamental Analysis Shocked. Now I know! Thanks mate.

But like what you've said, traders usually use both methods as it helps them to be more effective in daytrading. So what's the point of choosing one only. Anyway, if there should be only one which weighs greater then I would choose the Technical one. You don't need to know every detail of the news because it will manifest its effects on the chart later on. Thus, reading the trend requires more focus than anything else (IMO).
309  Economy / Economics / Re: Famine is coming next ... on: August 30, 2020, 12:19:11 PM
Actually, most of the families here are experiencing famine already (I saw it from my friend's family). Seems that pandemic acts faster than the climate change. But wait, there's more! The tension between our country and China goes higher so yeah the fourth horsemen is waving on us already Cry.

Time to stock up on a few decades of MREs, not that anyone can afford that many.
Hmm I guess I'm having now a reason to fulfill my curiosity of knowing what MRE tastes like. But I hope this is not the time to do so because I want to eat it with pleasure and not desperation to live Sad.
310  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Congrats to us on: August 30, 2020, 07:01:30 AM
Being a member says your recognized, you belong here
Are you really feeling that way? Because you should not in the first place. Despite of what rank you had (even the brand new), every member is welcome here. Well, I admit that some higher ranks, including me, seem rude towards them but it wasn't personal. We only react based on how they enter here (in most cases, everybody gets mad once you said the word "campaign" on your first day). So as long as you are not guilty of being a scammer, sh*tposter or d*mbass in any manner then fell free to exclude yourself. You deserve to get recognized, you belong Smiley.

Anyway, congrats mate. There are still many things you will learn along the way. Keep up the good work.
311  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: There are 3 quadrillion times more atoms of gold than "satoshis" on: August 30, 2020, 05:32:57 AM
I'm not sure where I could use this information but I'll take note of it anyway. A little tweak and it can be a good intro for a bitcoin blog. ;-)
Hahaha I wondering where too Grin? But yeah, the trivia is quite cool though an obvious math. Hmm maybe OP wants us to realize that gold dominates bitcoin in such a certain manner (who knows?). If that's the case then I might agree but it doesn't necessarily mean that btc is not significant anymore. It is! Yeah 21 million coins are small in comparison but each one is excessively valuable and has the potential to exceed gold.
312  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Anyone else having trouble earning Merit? on: August 29, 2020, 10:18:55 AM
I feel sorry if you are struggling but, whether we admit it or not, the blame is on you. Anyway, forget about the past and try to move on. Better for you to explore the other boards. There's nothing wrong of becoming an alt fanatic but do not isolate yourself inside of it. Find where your other interest and excel on that. And if you really want to have a greater chance of getting merit then be more active from now on (the more entries, the more chances of winning Grin). You supposed to be a FM having 100 pages of in your history but you only have 16. So keep grinding and good luck.

Ps: I actually want to give you one merit to get motivated but unfortunately I don't have smerit right now, sorry.
313  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto after COVID-19 on: August 29, 2020, 06:50:16 AM
Maybe everything will return back to the way it was before the deadly disease? Or maybe crypto prices will remain stagnant on the market?
I'm thinking the opposite actually. Bitcoin's price advanced impressively these couple of months despite of the peresence of pandemic. So what more if everything goes better? For sure investors will have more power to purchase coins since everyone got their jobs once again. I don't think it will suddenly crash, I'm expecting that more people appreciated it whether as a form of currency or store of money thus will continue using it. But if it will then that's fine, it was a nice opportunity to hoard more after all Cheesy.
Whatever happens after COVID-19, there's no denying that crypto is a resilient alternative financial system in times of need.
We're not yet sure about it. Yeah maybe this pandemic didn't affect crypto sphere badly because it is different from the centralized one, but remember, volatility was still there. That's enough risk to consider.
314  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: UK hospital launches rehab programme for bitcoin addiction on: August 29, 2020, 03:12:04 AM
if this is your livelihood that doesn't mean you have a mental issue, it's just your business that you have to take care.
Yeah I understand but I think you are missing some points. Of course you will not be considered an addict just because you treat trading as your job and do it routinely, it is way more than that. Once you go compulsive, disoriented and agitated when not engaged with trading then that's the time we can say that you are now having a mental disorder. If you are not experiencing the signs mentioned then there's nothing to worry about. So chill and keep the balance in your life Cheesy.
315  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: UK hospital launches rehab programme for bitcoin addiction on: August 29, 2020, 01:01:13 AM
Forget who dig this topic and why he did it, this is a nice catch. I don't know where I am when this thread created, honestly I'm not aware of this one until I found it Cheesy.

Anyway, like most of us here, I find it hilarious at first because who would have thought that all of us here can have a chance to get admitted in such place lol. But kidding aside, we must realized that excessive is not good all the time. Too much trading is not good for our health because our body will get used to it thus crave for it all the time (like the usual alcohols, drugs and other vices). If you will imagine, this can be a form of OCD wherein you feel the need to buy/sell crypto every minute of the day. And it will surely affects your appetite, social interaction and other responsibilities.

But I won't hold myself back, I still want to pursue my dream of becoming a daytrader. If I became a psycho in the end but rich in return then so be it jk Grin.
316  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DEfi Hype Trends! This is not something you expect, go before you get stuck FOMO on: August 28, 2020, 11:11:42 PM
we must appreciate their team found bug that be big mistake for YAM till investors thinking this is scam project. the core developer do the right after that and update their YAM to YAM2 that will increase investors confidence. let time prove YAM project scam or not , and for investors they have to decided what the thing will took.
Fair enough. Updating to YAM 2.0 is a wise move because it proves their investors that they are not reaaly into scamming since they are doing actions to solve the problem. However, I hope this will serve as a warning for all of them. They should now think twice whether they continue investing on Defi projects or not because this is a near miss incident. Overall, Defi needs to be polished further because hackers are looking to its software vulnerabilities since it is new Smiley.
317  Economy / Economics / Re: The pros and cons of going cashless on: August 28, 2020, 08:56:03 AM
These are the pros

Extra theft protection
You didn't noticed but you contradict it on your list of cons Cheesy. Always remember that no system is safe. Yes you can get rid off of pickpocketers/snatchers but hackers and scammers online are still present to haunt you. So whether you are into cold or digital cash, learn to keep your money safe.
These are the coins

You may spend more
What do you mean? Getting more tempted when you online shop? Or due to fee? If it's the latter part then I don't think it will hurt your pocket so bad.

Another con I could think of when it comes to cashless world is the literacy of the tech. Some people particularly the old ones can't comprehend how these stuff works. You know, exchanging paper money and coins are easier to do than clicking here and clicking there lol.
318  Economy / Economics / Re: I have discovered Something about covid 19 on: August 28, 2020, 06:09:35 AM
I agree on everyone OP. Maybe you are now confused due to the series of unfortunate events but dude everything is real. So slap your face and wake up, the spread of this virus is not intended only just to hide the debt of certain country/s. I think a more believable story would be "manmade virus as a biological weapon" Grin (but then again, it was only a conspiracy as well lol).

Everything is all about science, the numbers and effects on one's body don't lie. If you keep your belief then that's fine as long as you are not doing dumb things which makes the situation worse. Keep wearing mask and maintain social distancing at all times. God bless.
319  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happens to Bitcoin in the long term? on: August 28, 2020, 03:07:00 AM
and in my opinion people will start considering using other coin or just fork the bitcoin if this happen
Most probably. They will choose a better coin with better features especially those influential (like doge and ltc), have larger supply, better security (like Monero) and lower transaction fee (like EOS and TRON). Regarding bitcoin forks, I don't think creating another one will not boom since there are already hundreds existing. Adding another one would be pointless since the attention of the crowd are only in few particularly to btc cash.

Anyway, the race to dethrone btc is still far away. So OP stop overthinking, I guarantee you that it will be valuable for the next century at least Smiley.
320  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DEfi Hype Trends! This is not something you expect, go before you get stuck FOMO on: August 28, 2020, 12:57:31 AM
[snip]
YAM is not yet fully concluded a scam. The project team revealed that they found a bug on the contract that's why its market cap drop down to zero. It's not that they want to robbed all the money, it just happened that an error appeared. But yeah! That was really skeptical and I'm sure its investors are worrying right now. So let's wait for the update.

The sadder part here is that fraudsters are now triggered by such error, they are now starting go back on their mission Sad. Taylor Monahan, founder and CEO of MyCrypto, said that naive teams with good intentions will be quickly replaced by criminals via source
