The more i think abut Paykey the more i'm impressed with this not yet existing feature. If Gems tokens can be part of Paykey network alongside Bitcoin and fiat and if we would take an estimation of Paykey processing $4B by 2018 according the presentatio, then we would see a pretty interesting number regarding GetGems marketcap.
I thought it through, black hat style, if the tech works and no one beats them to market, and they really can't be blocked by the likes of Google and Whatsapp, weechat. I'm telling you right now if you hold A decent amount of gems you are going to be be rich. (If gems is included). My belief is based on how people download apps, so many popular apps help people with a problem. There are apps that people add some silly function to Whatsapp, like more stickers or they can get extra likes on Instagram. I see no reason why tons of people globally won't want this app badly as soon as it hits the market. As an idea it's absolutely killer, puts getgems the app very much into the backburner. While I'm sure the getgems app will go from strength to strength I honestly hope if gems will be part of paykey they put almost ALL their energy to that rather than the telegram app. Makes sense right? We all benefit.... |

I think the reality is this thread is not the only way gems team communicates...It seems some already heard of paykey cause they were part of testers which is the real serious place for community followers.
Sure some confirmation but the presentation to me tells me almost everything I need to know, maybe their thinking is they are communicating to use through it too. I mean nothing is a secret. The bit people are concerned about is if gems will be included...im betting it will.
I tend to prefer a team gets on with the product not communicating every little thing they ate for breakfast....its a burden and achieves nothing but psychological benefit.
Plus the getgems app does almost everything it planned to.....so they delivered on the project we all invested in lets not forget.
I bet 1btc the team will communicate fully to us in the next few days....relaaaaaaaaaax.

lets be more positive people. getgems are doing great things, all apps have early teething issues...
IF gems are going to be used in this paykey and they pull it off early next year as they hope then I can see this being a huge product, possibly the biggest step in Crypto for years, I think millions will want to hook up bank and use it....turn your efforts to accumulating not complaining.
I simply don't know why the price hasn't exploded up, either people dont know or people haven't grasped the concept. Anyone commenting on this thread should know once this gets better know it almost definitely will explode. Not having 100% confirmation is when you should invest cause by the time its confirmed it might be late and the price is so cheap even just going on the standard app success anyway.

I just updated the app today and I saw there is a dice game built in the app, that's great !
Where does the bankroll comes from? Is it possible to invest in it in gems, that would be really awesome !
I think it ties into the primedice api? So no possible to invest in.... OK but anyway it's pretty good to have it built in the app While it's not officially confirmed the chat record shows Daniel at least has expressed the idea tha gems will come along for the ride as incentive and gaming token, it's sensible cause gems and attention model fits like a glove into this system. Gems will expode up in price as this project gets going. People this is huge! I know that's all we hear on here but really think about they are doing...this is beyond anything I ever saw on this forum. plus it's very very likely to succeed. |

I don't actively scan for threads which I feel are inappropriately located, I simply report the ones I find during my typical browsing. I'm satisfied enough with my reporting accuracy to continue doing it. Feel free to report that thread yourself! This is about making payments through your phone keyboard on ANY platform and it doesn't need compliance from any of them.
Does it not require a service called getgems? Not really, its a piece of software that is embedded in your phones keyboard. There is no api. Getgems is a gemz messenger app on Telegram, paykey is something much wider and different in use. |

So it works through an special keyboard that is linked to a bank account, then the other user (who should have also that special link to bank account) could get the money?
That is really really (really) cool! As they are explaining, it will work in any platform using keyboards.
Can't wait to see it functioning.
What I love is its a realistic project cause its what people want, banks like citibank are heavily involved and bansk will love to get piece of social payments. And its really a fiat payment system.....but has btc and gems and who knows what coins along for the ride later...its crypto by stealth. |

Its platform agnostic so you just make one connection to your bank and can play across ANY network, fb, whatsapp, line etc. The networks wont be able to block it cuase it bounces between your actual keyboard. After last getgems update (android) we have airdrop. I earned 24 and 19 gems in airdrop in last two days + 2 gems daily bonus. I will earn at least 10 USD per month. Getgems - "Chat and Earn"  I would like to know what actions decides the amount of airdrop someone gets. Obviously the more users the network gets the less airdrop will be available, but also the more users the better it will be for the price i guess so that compensates it a little. Well there was planned and I assume still is a number of factors. Being part of crowdsale is one, number of coins owned, how many contacts and use of the app etc....I don't know how it all works out but ultimately the more you are invested, time and money the more you will receive was always the guiding principle. And of course these factors will determine how a set amount is distributed among active users. The advantage is to get them early while they are still cheap. If this thing blows up and is used across platforms and they use gems then eventually Bitcoin levels wouldn't be completely crazy. |

PayKey is a concept the GetGems team is working on, I don't think its a reality yet. It would be integrated in a custom keyboard (the paykey button) for android and ios allowing for both crypto and fiat transactions across all social media. That is really annoying and almost worthy of complaining about.
You know the best way to prove them as dumbasses is the app becomes a massive hit globally and they have to look back and see they gave it lesser prize than some employment diagnostic website no one ever uses. Etc.
*honestly though I think is the judges did know this they might have been even more negative and started asking them will this be used for ISIS and drugs. I'm not sure in hindsight the comp was a good fit for getgems anyway, I think they understood old school brick and mortar business that needed big offices in Buffalo. I'm not sure with NY tough rules on Bitcoin it would be the place for Getgem to be around anyway...
Take the money, politely thank them and spend a ton on some awesome viral adverts.

What getgems is doing is amazing, obviously the judges couldn't really grasp the concept, i wonder if they would knew what the blockchain was and they asked stupid questions which already were answered during the presentation. But the money is just one side and lets be honest 250k is great.
They will enable for fiat, bitcoin and gems to be used on all social media platforms, whatsapp, snapchat, instagram, facebook, reddit, basically everywhere which involves text, this all will be done through the keyboard, so if you type iphone 6s they can show you an ad to buy it for example and the gamification and incentive token is Gems. So you can advertise globaly on every social media and you need Gems for that which is just freaking genius.
In the end getgems could of won 1m and while any help and connections will help, its always will be down to downloads and usage....almost nothing else actually matters. And as a positive to that i have been following on appanie getgems and its seems to be steadily moving up (though volatile) up the ranking charts. I don't know if this is based on pure downloads but its above many apps that have million plus downloads so while we are early days we are moving in the right direction.
