Maybe it wasn't 2009 that you've purchased those bitcoins since there's nobody that has bought bitcoins at that year as said. 2011 onwards, there really were those people that have purchased a lot and forgotten their wallets and they're considered lost forever and so as yours, it belongs to that category. And if this is a made up story, try harder because no one will believe with the details that you've given.

An obvious scam, you're looking at it as a giveaway then there should be no amount requirement of spending. Not unless it came from a legitimate service or exchange that requires that so that you get an entry of participation but usually, they don't ask that much in spending.
But if it's coming from an unknown service and they're asking that much, you don't have to be that greedy because they say so.

Yeah, there are too many people mostly the newbies are becoming victim of these fake apps and links. They think that it's the official app like metamask because it really looks like it.
