Can you shut up already?  I don't post on the forums much, but you deserve it this time.

You came onto #bitcoin-otc and starting ranting about how we all need to rate you -10 to "troll to the max" because we were already trolling you by rating you -2.

The bitcoin WOT is a WEB OF TRUST.  I don't trust you at all.  I'm not trolling you by rating you -2.

Also, if you weren't negative yet (and therefore couldn't rate), you would have rated me negatively to make me mad (like you already did to two other people).

I have a good idea: Just pay the guy back his Bitcoins.  Take a few, too!  Make yourself feel good.

We don't need all this hurrdadurr about your rationalizations.

Just, please, pay him back.

Nice spamming with negative ratings on bitcoin-otc.

Nice abuse of the rating system.

+9000 points for you too !

Just because I forgot to say in last message and cannot edit : don't forget to leave more - ratings with your buddies and sockies so I can reach -100 ratings. It is my life goal !

What is your response to this?

According to that post, you owe even more money.

He ain't a scammer mate.

Only I am because I am Nigerian ...
328  Other / Off-topic / Re: I'mmmm Backkkk :) on: June 20, 2012, 07:09:39 PM

I "owe" somebody 25 BTC he claims to have accidentally sent. I got the tag.

Tell me why you shouldn't get it as well. What makes you special ?
Im not saying you should have it in the first place i dont know your situation. But by definition im not a scammer so unless we are liberally applying titles to people (which it seems like they are) and creating umbrella terms like scammer even if you have a failing business, then i shouldnt get that tag.

Again, This can help you get in my mindset and it should be obvious that no one would just scam for a small amount of btc with this going on-
1. Dialy transactions that dwarf the amount we are talking about here (800+)
2. Known IRL by members of the community
3. Ponzi, Double ups, bitcraps, and more all with out one single hickup (500+ Transactions <20BTC)
4. Personally invested over 8K, On top of loans from family / friends.

I Believed in Bitcoin (Still Do), I was always thinking longterm (another reason not to scam),
I had a ton of things going on at once, to jump on board with me could have been big money or a loss. It was a loss that time for a lot of people even outside the glbse. Of course though, that was obviously never the intention for even 1 second. I wanted to profit just like everyone else.

Checkout the story here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=78386.0

I had the same credentials yet I am scammer. You are not Huh

I am confused ...

------------------------------------

-check my bitcoin-otc reputation : http://bitcoin-otc.com/viewratingdetail.php?nick=bulanula

-sold 100 SLC to lightlord ( he paid first ) https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=30541

-sold 7 BTC code for some software to mrx ( he paid first ) https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=21410 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=52385

-got 10 BTC from ptshamrock ( he allowed me to access his 10 rigs through ssh to try and get them setup last year )

-sold a motherboard to Chefnet for 62.5 BTC and sonba was escrow ( see bitcoin-otc )

-did some testing for a SMS portal for Herodes worth 30 BTC of TXs ( see bitcoin-otc )

-long time BTC supporter registered since 10 May 2011 and $0.58 prices

------------------------------------

Even with those credentials I am scammer yet in the same situation you are not. Strange ...
329  Other / Off-topic / Re: I'mmmm Backkkk :) on: June 20, 2012, 06:45:21 PM
Ummmm Im not a scammer.
Scammers dont pay you back on a risky investment like i did.
you guys throw the word scammer around too easy, a business venture did not work out... that is not a scam.
I have completed literally 100's of thousands of dollars in transactions (like i wanted to point this out....) and never once scammed anyone, despite the ample opportunity.
I have 2 mistakes on my record, i owe deslok 3 bitcoin because i forgot about him and his order. i also had a failed mining business where some money was lost but some was refunded. Seriously consider whether i meet the definition of scammer. i did not intentionally negatively impact anyone, and any move i made was trying to create a positive reaction.

On a seperate note, did the above mentioned thing with atlas really happen?Huh??
That is absolutely terrible, my condolences to anyone and everyone who cares.

Im smart enough to know the definition of scammer, but im wise enough to know that the democratic majority of this community might not. Taking this into account still I will not ask for a title i dont deserve.

I "owe" somebody 25 BTC he claims to have accidentally sent. I got the tag.

Tell me why you shouldn't get it as well. What makes you special ?
330  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A Public Plea to Bitcoin Developers and Supporters alike on: June 20, 2012, 06:41:34 PM
The only danger is in the beginning and BFL can address that situation.  In the beginning, one entity could buy up 51% for about 600,000.  If BFL does not allow one person to buy that many at once... or even just staggers delivery to known different buyers there is really not a big problem.

Don't worry if there is one thing BFL is good at it is not delivery enough product to make a difference.   I am still waiting on my single from over two months ago.

Did you get that bet with Inaba ?

I was 90% sure they delivered in the timeframe ...

I am confused now TBH.

I agree with OP. ASIC is bad !
331  Economy / Goods / Re: Come in and Trade Ammo or Talk about Guns! on: June 20, 2012, 06:20:52 PM
anyone know anything about black talon ammo? This guy is saying the stores had to stop selling them because they were "too lethal"Huh?

Teflon coated bullets meant for penetrating body armor, or so I've been told. I think it was more marketing than anything else in my uneducated opinion.

This guy is selling 5 boxes of black talon 45 for $250. I'm just wondering if this ammo is THAT good to justify the price.

If you are looking to take out some VIP with a bulletproof vest then it might be Wink

I bet shakaru doesn't use vests though Cheesy

Looking good. I like the color black.

Teflon coated ?
332  Other / Off-topic / Re: Legal/Business Concern - Butterfly Labs (BFL) on: June 20, 2012, 06:19:41 PM

What did you use to pay Huh

If you used BTC you are screwed IMHO ...

Good luck ( subb )

Bank wire.

Talk to your bank and declare fraudulent if they don't respond in like till Friday.

I doubt they won't give you refund though.

Not like they are me Cheesy

335  Other / Off-topic / Re: Legal/Business Concern - Butterfly Labs (BFL) on: June 20, 2012, 06:17:47 PM
Just want to ping the business and legal minds.

All I am trying to do is get a refund from Butterfly Labs after not delivering products I paid for (about 6 weeks ago). It's just a few days from being later than their own order terms (4-6weeks). And because after the fact, they make an announcement that they will effectively obsolete the products I have ordered but have not yet receive(!) After asking about a refund, BFL responded that only PayPal payments are refunded. I did not find any note of such a policy on their website. And it makes no sense to refund one payment method when the money is in their bank account regardless of method.
Business minds: Is there a good & right reason for that?

BFL Order Terms states:
Quote
Delivery: Units are shipped within four to six weeks from the date of purchase. However, your delivery time may be significantly less depending on the production group your order falls in.

One thing to note is the emphasis they make (and still do) that deliveries could be faster, but it does not state longer. Also, I have private email communication with BFL that made this same emphasis BEFORE my purchase. The email read that they had been delivering around that time as fast as 3 weeks. Yet, the number one complaint I have seen on the forums is product fulfillment time. So, it seems a bit of a disingenuous emphasis.  Anyway, I emailed their above policy to them with my complaint, but it seems BFL has decided to start the silent treatment. It might be argued that I need to wait a some days for a response, but I was already in a email quick back and forth on the topic that day, until after I quoted their own terms.

Legal minds: If BFL doesn't respond in a reasonable fashion, how would you proceed? I'm just trying to glean some insights on how to proceed before needing to seek actual legal counsel. I'd like to at least be compensated for my funds since they are without any shown concern that they are breeching their own order terms.

Hahaha Double SHA(256)posting

Try writing a post on a Samsung Tab 10.1 and you will know what I have to endure !  Grin

LMAO

another side note is, people who are buying singles from Re-Sellers Lose money from paying S&H From reseller, S&H back to BFL for trade-in, plus S&H for the ASIC trade-in sent from them to you...

rather then just paying for S&H for the asic directly from them to you.

that does add up really quick depending on the amount of singles you are purchasing from resellers.

Also what country.

yeah, even more for those out of the US... i'd never in my life purchase a single from a reseller at this point in the US, and even more so if I was located outside the US...

Also think about customs for people outside the US ...

At least they should have EU distributor I think.

339  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [POLL] What has the most potential value density? on: June 20, 2012, 06:09:41 PM
Insufficient data for a meaningful answer.  Undecided

What's the base unit for the calculation? They're incompatible. Also Bitcoin is immaterial, I can't compare 1 kg of
bitcoins with 1 kg of human slaves.

Trust me, the human slave comes out ahead at any weight. It is the only option.

Hint : selling organs, prostitution etc.

BTC can never compete with that unless it was $200 000 USD = 1 BTC or something ...
