Do you mean a live (PE, Preinstalled Environment) USB, or just an installer? If a PE is enough, Microsoft provides a free Win7 one with the WIAK (Windows Automated Installation Kit), but it is a massive download. Oops, it requires a Windows install just to create the boot ISO before using it lol.

XP is kind of difficult to install via USB, but there are a few guides on the net. If you want a pre-tweaked version, this is a good one: http://thepiratebay.se/torrent/7180951/Windows_XP_Professional_SP3_32-bit_-_Black_Edition_2012.4.12

I thought warez was illegal on this forum ?

Content like this can get bitcointalk.org banned under laws like SOPA / PIPA ...
902  Other / Meta / Re: Unjust scammer tag on: May 14, 2012, 07:52:37 PM
Another lie unearthed = A1BITCOINPOOL still has the scammer tag after he supposedly paid you.

Will that also happen to me ? I pay you whatever fictive things you demand and still I am left with the scammer tag Huh

First you are lying about some other member then you are demanding ransom BTC to remove my scammer tag Angry

Are you even admin on here Tongue

Can admin please confirm this "story" because it all seems like an attempt to scam me off 22.5 BTC.

AFAIK smart1985 is demanding 22.5 but now all of a sudden it is Raize too. Next thing you know the whole forum wants 22.5 BTC from me to remove this tag.

I don't want any tag removed anyway so keep trying to scam Raize because you are not going to fool me that easily.

Also "I have told smart195 to cease all communication with you" = very nice way to rip me off 22.5 BTC !
903  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [Emergency ANN] Bitcoinica site is taken offline for security investigation on: May 14, 2012, 07:43:25 PM
It looks more and more like a criminal act the long and longer we wait for ANY real action from bitcoinica.

If zhoutong is not the owner, or a decision maker in that company, I don't CARE what he says. I only care what the OWNERS say.

But, wait. The ownership of bitcoinica is a secret? That suggests impropriety in the first place.

Owners and technical managers are silent? That suggests something is seriously wrong.

Yes, we're justified in making any kind of assumptions when the company in question still holds funds in the the form of what is now either a theft, or a "forced loan"

How many trades are taking place with our money right now while bitcoinica shores up it's personal losses to make good on everyone account balance?

Seriously, this smacks of some of the recent wall street type debacles. Trading with customer funds was one of my biggest concerns with bitcoinica. The longer they take with making good on the account balances, the more I suspect that this (criminal act) has taken place.

You can suspect anything but can you prove it ?

Most likely no. And even if you could prove it, I bet nobody would do anything. The FSP means absolutely nothing in the context of BTC ( only USD funds matter ).

The fact the owners are not stepping up, zhoutong is doing the PR ( and his goodbye bitcoin post ), nobody knows what really happened in terms of the compromise is very disturbing indeed.

Patrick was the guy that made a coding error and sent 512 BTC by mistake to a guy on here. I would be very worried indeed because it seems his email server got compromised.

Add to that the recent "scam" reports about intersango and his deals with mementoVPS that had loads of problems. I am not confident they will set up.

Anything zhoutong is saying about balances is moot since he owns nothing about bitcoinica and only a simple employee AFAIK.

Where did you find my old avatar Huh

Off your work PC.

I swear, you kids think I'm joking around when I take it upon myself to remedy Bitcoin disputes. I would highly recommend you take the route A1BITCOINPOOL did and just resolve the issue. Choice is yours, though. I'm done commenting here, get in touch with a mod (lzsaver or Maged) to confirm I bought the debt and then work it out with me via PM.

Since you have access can you please also confirm that the private keys have been permanently erased to the address using the Guttenberg overwrite method ?

Why not do this publicly so everybody can see ? What have you got to hide by doing this through PM ?

USD is recognized and I wouldn't goto court over $100 USD.

Neither would I. If BTC is worth several pounds someday and the UK accepts it as legal tender, however, then I will have a case, I only need to tie his forum account to his real identity. Also, "slander" laws in the UK don't apply to me, obviously.

Where did you find my old avatar Huh

Are you trying to hack and steal my BTC now Sad
906  Other / Off-topic / Re: What does your 'time of day' graph say about you? on: May 14, 2012, 05:53:20 PM
I am a scammer from the UK !
907  Other / Meta / Re: Unjust scammer tag on: May 14, 2012, 05:36:09 PM
Court?

Over 25 BTC? actually 22.5 BTC.

hmm... Petitions court for a seat in the gallery.

When/if BTC is legitimized as a valid currency and is recognized by the legal system of every country, then yes, 22.5 BTC will most definitely be worth a short court appearance and a garnishing of wages for. Smiley

Just a FYI, I don't recognize your claim at all. The only person I have to deal with it smart1985. He sent the money

Ask to remove the scammer tag and see who they direct you to compensate in order to do so.

Why would I want to remove my scammer tag Huh

Just like a fastfood motto : "I'm lovin' it !"

How much did smart1985 scam you for ( since he knew I ain't paying it ) ?
908  Economy / Lending / Re: DoubleIcaras Collections Thread [2nd] on: May 14, 2012, 05:30:45 PM
So what happened to this Huh

Did you guys get the scammer in the UK.

They are currently 22.5 BTC short, in order to continue the investigation .....and are currently seeking a 'donation' in that amount from a forum member to cover additional expenses.

Post the address, I'll see if I can cover it.

Someone with 6 posts going to vouch for someone with 1 post.

Hmm...

Sounds legit Wink

I don't understand why anybody would think this is a scam.

They have not posted any BTC address or told you to send money anywhere for a starter.

There've been increasing red flags, including Zhou Tong cashing out $10K USD chunks a couple weeks ago. I find it NO SURPRISE there's been an incident like this and bitcoinica is closing up shop.

Can you please post some links because I am not aware of this happening.

I always thought ( and still think ) zhoutong was a pretty standup person on here and very honest.

He even gave me a $1 bonus for bitcoinica

I am more worried about my money at intersango right now because of this problem and them not giving any response so far to this incident
912  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [Emergency ANN] Bitcoinica site is taken offline for security investigation on: May 14, 2012, 04:17:24 PM
IoW, what I'm saying is that bitcoinica owes people their unrealized Gains, is should eat shit on the unrealized losses if it wants to close up with no notice.

Failure to do that makes me presume that bitcoinica is being dishonest, and stealing from the customer base.

Period.

You just gotta suck it up guruvan just like the rest of us.

Don't like how they are handling this as a FSP ? Go ahead and sue them !

I think this way of handling is extremely fair and nobody is getting cheated.

Everybody should be angry at the hackers and NOT at zhoutong.

Just because you can't attribute the hacker to some entity does not make zhoutong immediately responsible for all your ills and the market moving up etc.
913  Other / Meta / Re: MiningBuddy needs a scammer tag, 1st scammer on bitcointalk staff on: May 14, 2012, 04:01:58 PM
Oh well. I expected this post to come sooner or later for the paltry 11~btc.  It's the retard that fell for the bitscalper scam despite everyone warning again.
Did you notice that only bulanula, a convicted scammer and douchebag 'supports' you?

Poor kid.

1. it's not 11btc, and it shows how completely inept this forum's users including you for continuing to think this.

2. Mod told me I had to tone it down, if he didn't i would tell you something.

3. NEWS FLASH, bulanula is a piece of toilet paper, who is only here for attention whoring.

and 4. I'm sure bitcoinica users would love to know how you feel about them too.
Why don't you go into those threads and rub in their failing lives? I'm sure they would love to hear because with a username like yours, I can't be arsed to give a fuck about anything you have to say about anything ever again./

Not a very nice thing to say about someone, hoo Undecided

You just need to accept one thing : you are not getting your BTC back because it was a big ponzi and you were too stupid to notice this.

People lost 1000s of BTC and you complain for 11 Cheesy

It's how life works.
914  Other / Meta / Re: Unjust scammer tag on: May 14, 2012, 03:58:11 PM
Anybody up for a class action Huh

3. NEWS FLASH, bulanula is a piece of toilet paper, who is only here for attention whoring.

I am suing Raize and hoo and smart1985 for defamation and harassment leading to the loss of 100 000 USD for me Kiss

Just a FYI, I don't recognize your claim at all. The only person I have to deal with it smart1985. He sent the money and I don't even know why you are posting here.

I would have thought that by now you would realised that in the BTC world threats don't help at all but you ( like smart1985 ) insist on threatening ...

Good approach !
Running scared now, are you? *popcorn*

Yes. If I send all my BTC to Raize will I avoid the jailhouse mining Cry

I've instructed smart to cease all communications with you as part of the purchase. Maged or lzsaver can verify I have paid the debt.

Why is this Huh
Quote
22.5 BTC
Why not 25 BTC Huh
Quote
And once it no longer is, guess what is going to happen to all these debts that aren't outside the 10 year statute of limitations? They become VALID.
Am I scared about that !
Quote
They were smart enough to mostly remain anonymous, the others will probably have some financial liability. The difference in this case is we honestly don't know where the coins went with those cases, in your case we know EXACTLY where the coin is, you have it.
How can you prove this Huh I don't have anything left of the 25 BTC he sent me. The coins are here and I have no control over them since I deleted the private keys. I don't like holding stolen property ! 1Bu1424Lf7y3Jz9p4ZyCo2mRSQDwdaXrHa
Quote
For one, I don't believe this. Secondly, if you care at all about the legal repercussions, you'd better find a way to get a hold of 22.5 BTC fast, because I will find you and I will prosecute you in a court of law or garnish your wages as soon as it is legal for me to do so. Additionally, once I know where you live and have your phone number, I will outsource payment recovery to a firm that enjoys making 3am collections calls every night.
Making threats caused me to piss myself in fear. In addition to defamation you are now liable to pay for another pair of underpants for me Cheesy
Quote
For a paltry ~$118, you will pay. A1BITCOINPOOL did and he owed quite a bit more than that. I don't get the impression you are taking this very seriously. You should. Your recent actions when I was being very supportive and helpful can be used in court against you.
How did you convince him to pony up and pay up Huh I am very interested.

See you in court !
919  Other / Meta / Re: Unjust scammer tag on: May 14, 2012, 02:55:45 PM
Too bad I cannot edit my posts since I am such a big "scammer".

Another interesting point is this : has anyone ever attempted suing the likes of shakaru or mybitcoin over BTC and if not then why not ?

How come a mob is not at shakaru's door Huh Or somebody is hunting Tom Williams ( supposedly Bruce Wagner ) Huh
920  Other / Meta / Re: Unjust scammer tag on: May 14, 2012, 02:45:39 PM
He gave me the private keys legally and by his own will. I deleted the private keys too by "MISTAKE" just like he made a mistake ( nobody is pefect ) and don't have the funds anymore. Those 25 BTC aren't moving until ECDSA is cracked or until you bruteforce the keys.

How do you look at self in mirror and not hate what you have become ?

You very dishonest person in community Sad

Man, I got hacked by the criminals !

Just like zhoutong and all the other innocent folks out here.

Why you don't believe me but do believe Tom Williams, zhoutong, bitcoin7, linode Huh

Want some logs ... with soy sauce ? Cheesy
