For your friend to be still working and have nothing to show for it, is that not enough lesson for him to learn? What other lesson would he learn, if not to reason and ask himself the question of what ''has he achieved from gambling" and what has he been using his hard job money for, that makes him unable to afford certain things for himself that he is supposed to, as someone who works?
As humans, there are questions someone would ask you, and you will begin to rethink your whole situation of why you haven't been progressing in life.
Your friend shouldn't be like, there is nothing to be done about his situation. He is supposed to feel pained and work towards finding means to save himself from addiction to gambling. Someone can't identify his or her problem and let it slide without fighting to overcome it by all means available to them.
Of course when a gambler does not research a casino first there is often a problem in the end that the gambler does not know he has the problem. That's what often happens to complaining gamblers, then when the casino management investigates it will be discovered that the problem lies with the casino gamblers. Because they don't know the policy in gambling casinos first and it's important to know that first so that just in case there's a problem, there's something to hold on to. Yes, I did mentioned this fight in this thread. I'm also seeing Tank Davis will be the favorite here and beating Frank Martin by knockout. He was probably advise not to fight Shakur that time and wait for this bigger fight and obviously the paycheck that will come with it. Tank Davis though is taking the time to clean up this division, he is part of the supposedly 4 kings of this division, however 3 of them have gone up already to 140 lbs and 2 of them have become a champion already. So Tank needs to aggressively fight the best hear and unify the belt and not just protect his record. |

I don't know what to take though base on their body language, Inoue looks weight drain by sharp but Ancajas has still some body fats but still make the weight. Santiago vs Nakatani though might be a good fight as well to watch here. I think that's good enough for Ancajas, before when he is in a weigh-in, you can clearly see his jaw, meaning he doesn't have enough water in his body or that he really drained himself just to make that weight. Same could be said here, but at least he was able to make the weight and his body is not that drained as compared to Inoue. And then have a full day to rehydrate everything. I still will put my money on Jerwin Ancajas here and I'm going to take a risk with no less than a knockout victory. Odds is 6.0 for that and fight not going to distance at 4.x. |

On the 135 lbs division, news says that Tank Davis next opponent will be Frank Martin.
Remember though that Martin supposedly agree verbally in terms to fight Shakur Stevenson last year. But Martin back out in the last minute and Shakur fought with a lackluster performance against Edwin Delos Santos.
So let's see if this will be official in the next couple of days. The fight will be for the WBA lightweight title.

Two more days until the return of NBA basketball. I think I’m going through withdrawals. There haven’t been many moves as far as signing players either. Hopefully the players return refreshed and healthy to make a run into the postseason. I expected the Warriors to make some signings or something. Weird there aren’t more free agents finding homes.
Looks like most of the teams in the NBA don't need any additions to their rosters and they just gonna fix their rotations instead of adding more players to disrupt their chemistry, especially those star players. So far, the teams that we expect to reach the playoff tree are doing good and they also dominate the league this season like the Boston Celtics, I wonder if they could keep that up and make some more wins until the end of the season games. Also, they are expected to reach the NBA finals this year since the Bucks are likely to be choked because they chose an incompetent coach instead of adding more role players to help them win more games. In the case of Bucks, yeah, Giannis will be tested here specially in the playoffs, it's obvious that they are not the same team anymore. I mean they have added Dame, and it's good, but the chemistry is still in question right now. There are games that they look solid and championship team, but most of the time, they were defeated by a low caliber team. And then they changes coaches in the middle of the season, and this could really help them in a bad way if they don't know how to keep on winning under coach Rivers. And assuming they reach the playoff, we all know that coach Rivers have history of choking. Rivers has been getting hit pretty hard in the media this week. Especially after the JJ Redick comments. Add that to Dame leaving Giannis off his starting 5 if he could pick anyone and you have a recipe for some trouble brewing behind the scenes in Milwaukee. They have the talent to go all the way, but the chemistry needs work. Yes, and I think we should expect it because of their poor showing under him. Just like when media criticize Harden as well when he joined the Clippers, everyone is on the offensive but now it's very different as they started to win games. So let's see how Doc Rivers will respond in the second half of the season. Perhaps if he can rise to the occasion all his critics will be quiet including JJ Redick's attack on him. I have little knowledge about dopings but Beterbiev was given the go signal which means he passed the VADA test. And I believe VADA is the strictest when it comes to doping tests.
Maybe they saw something not normal in Beterbiev's body but still not illegal. What I heard from the past though is that the Russians have the best laboratories and technology when it comes to hiding doping substances. Same reason why Russia was blocked during the last Olympics.
Anyways, hopefully, both fighters are clean and the fight must go on. It's just a shame Beterbiev only has the chance for the undisputed at this stage of his career. He won against Usyk in the amateurs and gave him hell during their 3 encounters which saw the Ukrainian legend struggle, knocked down, and hurt even with helmets on.
This is just a big question mark for Beterbiev at this point, again, I'm no expert, but maybe those found in him are not PED, but most likely some testosterone replacement. Anyhow, it VADA clears him, then it's good. But in this fight there could also be drug testing, so we will see if they will find the same result or he is clean with no atypical findings. Ngayon meron akong problema na pinagtatakhan ko lang ay bakit hindi ko maiad yung isang Address account ko sa electrum sa new desktop ko na bago kung saan ay nagdownload ako ng electrum dito sa llatest version nya din gayong tama naman yung seed phrase na nilagay ko at lumalabas sa electrum ay hindi nagiging clear yung next, sa halip dapat magclear na siya o maging visible? As expected Canelo preferred Jermall over Benavidez I don't think Jermall can do better than his brother although he is a better version Canelo is just too powerful and too skillful for the Charlo brothers, although Jermall cannot be considered a cherry-picked fight for me since he is also a champion, it's just Benavidez is a more challenging fight than Jermall, he can bring more to the boxing community.
The boxing experts were right when they said Benavidez is not on Canelo's radar, although Benavidez has earned his right to fight Canelo, when you are on top you have the luxury to fight who you want to fight, this is to protect your status, and this is not right.
Yes, Canelo said that he will not fight another Mexican so there goes our wish to see him and Benavidez in the ring. That's 250k in the guy's local currency, it is huge it's a one-year earning of a minimum wage earner in that country and he lost that amount in just 2 minutes that's frustrating and by smashing the keyboard we can assume that he is frustrated and he cannot take his losses, I don't know the guy but when you're betting a huge amount of money you have to realize the two scenarios that could happen, he only think of winning so his reaction is something surprising and anger him. The guy has 8 million followers if I am one of his followers I would unfollow him because he is a bad example of a guy who wastes money easily. Yep, 250M PHP and that is huge money for us here, quarter of a million PHP. And his reaction is just like the rest of us when we lose big money in gambling. But I think him playing with this huge money, he can recover it right away as he has a lot of followers and viewership. Anyhow, we already know that it's a risk, we don't know the outcome of the game and obviously in his case, he made a bad decision. Could he regret it? maybe. However, if he can make back that money in just a week then he will be back to gambling again for sure. |
