341  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto Casino Stake.com sued for $400 million on: September 03, 2022, 12:49:11 PM

If they're not even bothered by it, there's no way that the customers should be bothered by it.

It's not that Freeman can get the win right away there will be a lot of presentations on the case, between the two Stake.com has the money they can hire or they already have the best lawyers to fight this case, they can go on a short route by settlement, I don't think this is something that will cause alarm, Facebook has similar issues in the past, and many corporate have faced similar issues, Stake.com knows what to do and they will continue to be the top casino in the industry.
342  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: RUIZ VS ORTIZ SUN, SEP 04, 2022 10PM ET EASTERN TIME/ on: September 03, 2022, 12:42:33 PM
Ruiz weighs in the same as when he fought Joshua he is light now compared to his last two fights, this is good news to those rooting for Ruiz, Ruiz was overweight in his last fights against Joshua and is very light when he faced Chris Arreola he will be faster and stronger with his weight, he really prepared for this fight as he knows that Ortiz is coming from a strong win against Martin, both fighters need this win because the loser will be on a hard climb to come back if it is Ortiz that could be his time to retire.
343  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sleep 2 Earn ll $WEZ ll WeSleep on: September 03, 2022, 09:43:31 AM
After the concept of getting paid to walk and get paid to play, now, we are here to get paid to sleep I never thought we'll have something like this
but like all the hype that started on getting paid to play, and get paid to walk it cannot sustain itself in a long term, I have included getting paid to play and get paid to earn tokens in the past, but now I'm losing a lot from these get paid to, I don't see any difference on the outcome of these get paid to sleep to other get paid to scheme.

345  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Jake Paul v Anderson Silva [rumours] on: September 02, 2022, 10:25:23 PM

Anyway, I'll update this thread as the news comes out, but it seems the word going around it'll be Anderson. What do we think of that particular match up? Still cherry picked?

I've seen this news or is it still rumors circulating on social media I don't think its a cherry-picked fight it's worth it Silva already won against top-caliber professional fighters like Chavez Jr. he is a legit fighter against Jake Paul, I hope this fight becomes a done deal it's going to be a great fight.

Quote
P.S I'm not sure I could take another MMA legend getting knocked out by a boxer, though. There's some sort of silly rivalry with boxing, and MMA.
I don't think Silva's going to get knocked out here his boxing skill is better than all Jake Paul have faced in the past, Silva will give Paul a real hard time inside the ring and Silva could handle Paul his first loss.
346  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you play online/offline without your wife or family knowing it? on: September 02, 2022, 10:02:38 PM

Now, this would be something of a thread where users can give tips as to how we play online/offline without our family knowing it. Curious how you do it.

My wife suspected me for almost a year already when I was watching a UFC channel on youtube where they suggest who to bet. Of course, I said No when she asked if I was betting. From then on I just hold my phone whenever she is not around. It's a long argument when your wife suggests buying this or that on amazon yet you gambling your funds. lol

Honesty is still the best policy and it's more so at home, you have already kept it for a long time she will eventually find it out about your gambling, if you are not a compulsive gambler you should tell your wife about it, the best time to tell her about your gambling habit is when you won a big amount, of course, give her a nice present or buy her something that she wants for a long time, it's more of a peace offering asking her permission to play openly, but don't tell her that you're been doing this for a long time.

maybe we won't be able to find many players on this forum, but we will always stay legit Smiley

Thanks

Yes, you can, just do the right thing, the community can recommend what's missing in your project, and it's your job because you posted your project here to do what the community thinks should be added or you should do, I am part of those who do not like to integrate my wallet to a third party casino without getting audited when it comes to a decentralized casino it's better than its audited, it's for the reputation of your project, and players do not doubt your project.
348  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto Casino Stake.com sued for $400 million on: September 02, 2022, 11:18:55 AM
Its weird to see a former partner, co founder of primedice sue Stake. I think its lack of contract. Yet it feels bad to watch his friends move ahead with a project he designed without proper settlement or information.

We all can learn from here everything should have a contract even if you are dealing with your best friend, do not rely on a verbal contract, everything should be on paper and transparent, and it should be notarized because something like this could arise, Stake is considered one of the top three casinos in the industry and players will have a doubt and might transfer to other exchange, this is very interesting and we'll wait for more updates because this involves a very huge amount.
349  Economy / Gambling / Re: My list of good crypto casinos on: September 01, 2022, 10:58:59 PM
You can add to your list the mBitcasino!

Just give it a try and will not be dissapointed.
Cheers!

No thanks, the site may look great but with an existing and unresolved accusation people here will think that it's not worth playing here, their action is very similar to 1XBIT, the player who accuse them agreed and comply with the requirements but they still proceed to ban the account if I'm playing here and I provide the requirements and do a KYC through face to face how sure that they are going to approve it, their policy on KYC is very unclear.
350  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1 - The copycat epidemic within crypto casinos. on: September 01, 2022, 10:33:19 PM

It would really be hard for new casinos to set unique and polished games without similarities to other casinos because they almost have the same featured games. They can create a little different when it comes to graphics and designs but they will still have the same thing in common. I don't think it's something that players should focus on. The reputation is more important.

I played in some casinos and some games are the same because they have the same providers and even if there are in-house games, there are bound to have similarities, players go for names, reviews, and reputation, and where you are comfortable we see some casinos that may look different from the first time we've seen it but chances are there's similarity from other casinos its just we have not seen or played from casinos where it looks similar, if OP can come out with a very different one then it's good but I prefer to go on how they create their reputation and feedbacks.

Hey don't judge us you seem to be a holier-than-thou guy, you are coming here and making this outlandish topic if you want to be an ambassador just go on that's good but do not post something that you cannot back up, if you are capable show us how can you generate that $160k for each of the ambassador, show us your credentials there's s many newbies who come here promising heaven with their shitcoin, it seems you are one of them, we already knows your like, don't come here as if you are a savior.
352  Economy / Gambling / Re: I need advice from experienced users of this forum on: September 01, 2022, 02:51:06 PM
You are trying to revive a dead horse with this one Roger....

Can you go into more detail on why they rejected your KYC verification? I think a lot of these sites use this as a backdoor to get out of tricky situations when they have to pay out money to their customers.

They might have seen something wrong with your initial verification, but they left it unresolved... until you claimed. Then suddenly things like this become a huge issue for them ..... and they have an excuse not to pay.  Angry

Agree to this. Casino nowadays is using KYC to have an excuse to not pay players since most of the crypto players don’t want to compromised there KYC over there casino and they are using the delaying tactic to delay the KYC result or reject the submitted documents once player complied until the user lost there patience on submitting the documents and forget about there balance.

Players can forget it if the balance is not that huge but if we are talking about ten thousand dollars or more and he lost a lot of money in the past, now that's a different story, the accuser will mess the casino thread, create an accusation here, create a flag and file a complaint on sites like askgamblers, some players are winning a life-changing amount so they will fight to withdraw that amount whatever it takes within their means.
353  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: "The Lower-Risk Gambling Guidelines" Is this a joke? on: September 01, 2022, 01:10:41 PM

IMO it's useless advice. Even if a gambler plays many types of games, it won't matter as long as he knows the limit, guidelines 1 & 2.

What do you think?
That's a big joke 1% of the household income for those who treat gambling as a source of entertainment will not just spend 1% of their household income, some who considered themselves lower risk spend anywhere from 5 to 15% because you don't restrict your budget on entertainment and recreation if you are in a very lower income bracket and you have a big family that 1% is possible but I can not consider 1% and playing 4 times a week as average for lower risk gambler, lower risk if you are playing within your means and you are the one who will allocate it.
354  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1XBIT.COM ᐉ 7 BTC WB ᐉ Altcoin Betting ᐉ no KYC ᕗ Instant payouts on: August 30, 2022, 01:12:04 PM
I have made account on 1xbit1.com and deposit 4 times in crypto in total 560 usd. I have betting  on my account 3 days, my first three deposits I lost my all money, and then deposit 4th time 200 usd and made 565 usd on my account and then they log me out. I have no idea what is going on because when I tried to login it says incorrect username or password. I have contacted live support and they told me I need to write email to security email of 1xbit. Ok I wrote email there and after few hours they sent this to me:

" Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account).
The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions."

I can't understand and why they didnt explane to me what is violated on my account, because I have nothing did wrong to my account and I am first time using this betting platform. I have just money below my deposit 565 usd and my total deposit is 560 usd. And why they want to close my account with my whole money inside, without giving me back my deposit? Any information about  this what to do? They doesnt want to speak with me on email anymore. I have there my deposit money but they now allow me to login and get back my money. I have all evidence  screenshot of account , hash deposits of deposits transactions and profile if need some support to send to them. Anyway my account is 464610259 and I will send this to official 1xbit here by message to look in to if they answer me. For any update I will write here again.
If that 5 usd are problem, then give me back my 560 usd back to me, why to take my money, my deposits? Doesnt have reason for it
I have seen this so many times

all those who complain and open a scam accusations have these words in their complaint it's so generic, if you deposit and play on their casino, you can play and lose but if you win and tried to withdraw they will do this same routine, they don't want you to withdraw your hard earned money they need the money to pay their shills and signature campaign, all you can do now is open a scam accusation and help preach to the gambling industry that 1XBIT is a scam casino.
355  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Naoya Inoue vs Paul Butler - Undisputed Bantamweight Bout - December 13 on: August 30, 2022, 12:41:11 PM
No underrating, no underestimating because it's true that one single lucky punch, it can upset the match.

Paul Butler's lucky punch will save his ass? He even has the strength to do it even if he is able to connect that lucky punch?

Naoya Inoue is already used to withstanding big punches. Remember how he came back strong during their 1st fight with Donaire after a serious threat for him in the early round? He adjusted patiently until getting the momentum.

Paul Butler doesn't have the skills to put Inoue on a verge of defeat.

Inoue's success in the ring is because he imposes himself in the early minutes of the match he show his speed and power and does not have an arrogant attitude in the ring even if he faces a weak opponent he is not the kind to underestimate his opponents, we are putting Butler in a bad position but Inoue will still treat him as a guy he needs to fight and not underestimate him, we can expect Inoue to dominate but still never underestimate the power of upsets these two boxers are training to hurt each other, so expect them to punch with bad intention.
356  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Still into high APY projects? on: August 30, 2022, 08:34:50 AM
What's the end of those high APY projects with 99,000% returns? The likes of Helena and others? I haven't heard about them in a while, the last time I checked they have no volume on exchanges anymore..

It's expected and this is not something new, all the other coins in the market that promised a very high APY will eventually die down because this kind of project is meant for pump and dump, and pump and dump coins have a short-term lifespan, they are just good at promising their holders but they have no usability that the community can use, stay away from this project, moderate your greed, don't invest on something that's very similar to Ponzi scheme.
357  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [ BOXING POLL ADDED ] The Unification Fight: FURY vs USYK on: August 29, 2022, 09:16:26 PM
Yesterday I saw a video on YouTube where the reporter says Usyk that Fury said that he would fight him for 500 million, Usyk just laughed. To this, he replied that he also wanted 500 million, and said that Fury was simply afraid of him. I don't like Fury as an athlete and as a person, he can refuse a rematch (as he did with Klitschko), citing mental problems, or something like that. Such a person does not deserve to remain invincible.

Fury is a dirty athlete, but such is boxing - if there are no real great champions, then you have to make them from what is. If you remove Usyk, Fury, Wilder and everyone who is at least something different and bright, then the promoters will start to sculpt a new "great champion" out of someone. This conveyor should not stop and the public should get what they want. The public wants epic fights and "great" champions. If there are no worthy ones, then they will be made from types like Fury.

Fury may be dirty but he gets the job done when you're a veteran in the ring you'll know all the tricks in the book and you'll try to do it as long as you are not caught, promoters don't build up great champions it's the trainers that do this, they are with their boxer in the ring and training camp to see that their boxer is doing great, promoters only do match up and motivate boxers with their offer of money and the public expects great fights from the cards the promoters have build up.
358  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Naoya Inoue vs Paul Butler - Undisputed Bantamweight Bout - December 13 on: August 29, 2022, 11:58:37 AM
The fight is not yet happening but Inoue already has a plan after he disposes of Butler, he is setting his eyes against Fulton
Naoya Inoue Wants Stephen Fulton Fight After Paul Butler

Quote
You can’t blame IBF, WBA & WBC bantamweight champion Inoue (23-0, 20 KOs) for looking past Butler (32-2, 15 KOs) because this is a cakewalk on paper. Compared to some of the fights that Inoue has had recently, the 33-year-old Butler will be easy.

It may be too early but that's what's going to happen because he has all the belts and no need to prove anything in that division so he needs to move up and conquer new territory for his legacy, it's not who will win in a fight between Inoue and Butler but on what round Inoue will knock out Butler.

The Nevada State Prison Used to Have a Casino for Inmates.
we all know gambling addiction can breed criminals and if you let criminals continue doing this, they will not be reformed and the warden will have problems if these convicts resort to cheating and robbing their fellow inmates, this is unheard of, prisons correctional should be a place for correction, not to do their vice, like gambling.
360  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is this the Extreme of Gambling Addiction? on: August 28, 2022, 03:44:32 PM
Their actions are not solely because of gambling addiction, maybe they are doing that shameful act to fulfill the desires of other addictions, such as drugs and alcohol.
It should be underlined, the moral damage of some people or groups is not due to gambling addiction alone, there are many other addictions that can make it difficult for them to control themselves to channel their desires. Gambling addiction is not as severe as drug addiction, so I don't think this group's actions can be attributed to gambling alone.

It was not established, the reason gambling news covered that is because it has something to do with the gambling machines a robber will rob a place if they think they can get away with it, maybe the group cannot do that on banks or other establishment and they saw the weakness of security on these machines that is why plan it, I'm sure one or two of them are gamblers who know that there is a lot of money there if you're not playing there or you have seen people playing there because you frequented that place.
