1341  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Forums that supports signatures on: April 25, 2020, 04:42:18 PM
We want to launch a signature campaign on various crypto forums. I would appreciate if the community help me find all such forums where members are allowed to wear signatures and or avatar.

Cryptotalk.org is a good place people there are making 30 post daily now you sum it up and you have 210 posts a week, I once posted one of the project I'm promoting and I got a lot of referrals and traffic but there are minimum links you can show on your signature, if you want to launch a campaign there, then better create a customize code for the community.
1342  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why most gamblers can never hold onto big bag? on: April 25, 2020, 04:26:25 PM
I have one friend who used to play dice in stake.com, he started with a very small fund ($100), out of that money, he managed to have a balance of 24 ETH at some point but unlucky guy lost everything in one day. Once again, with the bonus he got from stake, he managed to cross 30 ETH within less than a month but yesterday, he lost everything once again.
How come he lost everything one day? Do most of the gamblers lose money in such way?

He does not know how and when to stop, if you don't have it then you are in a tough luck, you must know your limit when playing, there are a lot of gamblers who lose everything, some of them ruin their life by losing and getting a loan from loan shark and lose it all again, this is one reality of excessive gambling that people should be aware of.
1343  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: A recap of 2019 crypto scams on: April 25, 2020, 04:11:27 PM
We saw a lot of scams in 2019. As we prepare for what’s sure to be an exciting 2020 for cryptocurrency and the world in general, let’s take a look back at the various scams and schemes that Cointelligence reported on last year.

https://www.cointelligence.com/content/crypto-scam-recap-2019/

Very informative but the list was short, I like reading the scam section, various projects has their own way on scamming people, how they are caught and how they are defending themselves from the allegations, there's so much arguments and drama when these scammers tried to defend their project but always end up losing the arguments.
1344  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you committed, or considered committing, illegal act to finance gambling? on: April 25, 2020, 03:12:08 PM

Have you ever carried out an illegal act just to finance your gambling? Remember this: many have stolen from their parents or from friends to finance their gambling, were you caught or not?  Share your experience with the us and equally advise when necessary.

Yes I was when I was younger, very young to have control and to know the consequences of my actions, I lied to my parents that I'm goign to buy something for my school project and I ended up gamble the money that they gave me, but I have paid the price and have not done it again, when I mature I never mistake of doing bad just to have money for gambling.
1345  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: really exited for this... on: April 25, 2020, 12:03:33 PM
Which sportsbetting platform?

I would like to know as well yet come to think that having a line on a pandemic situation? Its impossible and i made some simple search.. Cheesy

Maybe they are playing on a region where there are no contamination, this is risky considering that Russia has registered that number of infected, it's either promoters will have a strict physical and social distancing or they will not allow audiences at all, the promoters are very brave I wonder if they have a permission to push through.
1346  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coin do you trust, BNB or ETH? on: April 25, 2020, 11:45:14 AM
These two are sure good altcoins to invest, and I also believe that both will be successful in the future, but I would like to ask the community here if which coin they believe will be more successful in the future. I also added a poll so you can vote, this would help people reading this thread to easily determine which coin is better.

Please share your opinion too on why you choose a certain coin.

So far the result of the fall is 74 Ethereum and 14 Binance coin, this is understandable Ethereum is a game change, it changes the landscape of Cryptocurrency because of their smart contract and creating their own chain and because of this investors has a huge support on this coin, there were even talks that it can surpass Bitcoin in the future, although I don't want that to happen.
1347  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: YouTube sued By Ripple on: April 24, 2020, 06:27:25 PM
I wouldn't say it's a twist of fate this time. As it seems there are many videos on YouTube for XRP
giveaways, with the name of Garlinghouse somewhere in the headline. Those are promoted videos
and YouTube had to check that or to not promote scam giveaways. In the law suit it says they
received money for those promoted videos.
We will see the outcome of this, but I think there are reasons for XRP to sue YouTube and I think
they will win this!

It's going to be a long battle they are up against the internet giant Google but I'm ok with Ripple suing Youtube, they are very hard on Cryptocurrency, but one of the repercussion is they might totally ban any videos about Ripple or Cryptocurrency I'm not very familiar on Youtube TOS but they should have disable these scam giveaways channels or they are in part letting it.
1348  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will another altcoin rise to overtaken Bitcoin? on: April 24, 2020, 06:09:57 PM
Taking into consideration the nature and redundancy of Bitcoin technology and the difficulty in scaling, I am very curious to know if Bitcoin protocol will be dropped one day and another coin build to take its place. because now it's almost like the redundancy of Bitcoin and the time it takes for a transaction to be processed is part of what is affecting its mainstream adoption as a currency. please share your thoughts.

That one day could happen in the future but not in our generation, we are very supportive of Bitcoin because it is not yet 100% fully adopted by the whole world if it happens then another technology can be created that can surpass that, but I would not think of that now, I'm taking it on a month to month basis and waiting for the market to improve.
1349  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: So many new cryptocurrency exchange now, Are they safe to trade? on: April 24, 2020, 05:39:24 PM
Been on crypto for 4 years and I know how risky to trade unknown or new trading exchange, A lot of trading exchange was suddenly closed and some got hack by anonymous hacker. I like to hear everyones thoughts about this.

Thank you

It's easy only go for trusted and stable exchange, they have earned their reputation because they address all issues and they have worked with the community to make it clean, these exchanges that were hacked are new exchanges or exchanges that have low rating, exchanges are multi million dollar business, it's their job to make their exchange clean and reputable.
1350  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your Gambling Life During Quarantine on: April 24, 2020, 05:01:48 PM
I seldom gamble online now maybe twice a week now since this pandemic started, funds is very limited and more concern in what's happening in my country which is on extended community quarantine, no work, no activity elsewhere within the city, and we are trying to flatten to curve and we are hoping that it will happen sooner than later.
1351  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Has this period killed your desire or exited it on: April 24, 2020, 01:54:39 PM
This pandemic has brought us a new normal way of living, we cannot do what enjoy doing for the whole part of our life like sports, but this is something we have to endure whether we like it or not, we must protect our self and endure this thing, until a vaccine is found that can make this virus vanish.
1352  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Analyst: "Covid-19 Could Spur More States to Legalize Online Casino" on: April 24, 2020, 11:45:57 AM
They seen the potential of gamblers shifting to online gambling so they might do that, they need more tax they want to impose and by allowing it they can support this old industry that was neglected and government instead focus on casinos, which are not giving them revenues on time like this.
1353  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Now is the best time on: April 24, 2020, 10:05:15 AM
No where in the world is currently safe from Cov-19 and there is lockdown in every country today, this is the best time to gain people's trust, online job seeking have increased through Google search and new people are getting into crypto investment, what is the best time to release your project if it's not now?

People are looking for job online and not on something to invest they want to invest their time while on lock down, majority of the people are looking on the situation when is the right time to invest because the situation is not conducive to investing, in fact some people have liquidated their investment and withdraw their savings so they can buy everything they need while in lock down.
1354  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Making Cov-19 as excuses on: April 24, 2020, 07:43:00 AM
it's true, there is no reason to delay those projects.. its up to the crypto people weather they will invest or not.. if they have a good project and confident about that there is no reason to delay..
Yes, it is very clear, because delaying a project that is being run by the team is the same as making the project dead, because the average that has been delayed is very difficult to be resurrected as before, so it is better to keep running than to have to postpone.

If they have collected enough funds then they can continue but if not, them it's better to postpone or paused the project and ask investors if they want a refund, but with a promise to resume once everything settles up, only the best project that is holding an ICO can keep running at this point in time.
1355  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is it safe to claim the free Hex coins - I know Hex is a ponzi scam on: April 23, 2020, 03:01:48 PM
I know that Hex is Richard Heart's scam coin, so I wanna dump it on him. The airdrop requires you to sign a transaction with your electrum wallet to get the Hex coins transferred to your ether wallet. Do you guys know if it's safe is there any risk of losing my BTC or maybe he's just collecting bitcoin addresses to track them?

It's this in case you haven't heard of it.
https://youtu.be/s0QUD2Mvzx0

The most important thing when claiming that shitcoin or any coin, you must know how to protect your wallet and your coins, but why claim airdrops from shit and useless coins it's just a waste of time, there are a lot of good projects out there or you are just claiming for the sake of having as many coin as you can, which is just a waste of time.
1356  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Did Bill Gates create Corona Virus? on: April 23, 2020, 06:55:30 AM
Btw, I do think the world is overpopulated and something had to be done.

I agree with him.

But pulling a Thanos on half of the world population by creating a virus? That's fucked up.

I quite liked what Thanos did in the movie. (But that was a fcking movie) Can't believe it is happening for real now. They were preparing us for this.

It is all in front of you.

But Thanos made half of the population to disappear without suffering compare to this Corona virus where people have to suffer so much before dying and there were some incurring thousands of dollars of hospital bills, and how about the third world country who cannot keep up with what this virus has brought to them.
1357  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: This guy gambles and wins a total amount of £400,000 and quits while ahead. on: April 23, 2020, 02:56:24 AM

The window and door salesman has already spent £50,000 on a house deposit, as well as presents for himself and his family including his daughters aged eight and three. A holiday is also on the cards.

But Josh is now giving up online gambling. He said: “I feel I’ve had my luck and I’ve done really well. If I carried on I’d jinx it.”

Based on this sentence he is a not a believer in the saying strike while the iron is hot, it's not easy to give up after a win some people are compelled to continue because they think they are still have that luck or they think they have to give back even a small percentage, you can call this guy a responsible gambler for doing that.
1358  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Keep your loss at an acceptable level on: April 23, 2020, 02:30:27 AM
I have not seen a trader that do not lose sometimes, i may be new to the forum but been learning before now. it has nothing to do with sentiments but traders have to learn to accept trades the way it is, without attributing loss to any factors; as it leads to more rekts.

Always accept the market as it is without blaming any factors.
Always dyor too
People  should not be losing everything whether from trading and holding if they have done enough research it's when people investing in a new coin and doesn't do enough research that they lose everything they have, only invest what you can afford to lose and you will always in the safe side of the game.
1359  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can Ethereum reach the 1400$ mark this year? on: April 22, 2020, 05:01:39 PM
Of course, sooner or later ETH will rise in price to $1,400, but it's not likely to happen this year, and it's too early to guess when ETH will even rise to $1,400.
The pandemic is something we don't expect to happen we are hoping that halving will give us a bullish market, but look at the market, it's looks like it's back to where it started so I don't expect Ethereum to reach the $1400 mark because of the scenario we are in right now, the highest that I could think it could reach right now at this time of Pandemic is $300.
1360  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH hits $160, after a +11% gainer in the last 24 hours on: April 22, 2020, 04:26:31 PM
This is something that is bound to happen and it's only a matter of time I don't see it as a trap, top coins in the market will never give us any kind of trap, it's just the way things are going, Ethereum is heading up no doubt about it, I expect it to go up further $200 next month and it's expected when the market gets better.
