This should all be sorted now. Another user also complained about being muted and the strange thing is I looked up both your accounts and neither were muted. I suspect this was related to trying to talk while the site was down for maintenance. Regardless, I apologize for the inconvenience and confusion caused, you should have received a credit for this. |

Really sorry we've failed to meet your expectations here, I admit we really have dropped the ball. For some reason our ethereum Node kept falling out of sync which was causing severe issues and we've applied a variety of fixes which did not last. We rolled out a fix today which we are confident will work and all pendings should be going through as we speak. You pointed out a flawed process for issue resolution which our team will discuss and must improve on.
As far as being muted, I just looked up your account and you do not appear to be muted. Was it possible you were trying to talk when we the site was down for maintenance?
I've bonused your account 0.1BTC as a small token for the major inconvenience caused by your withdrawal delay and we'll either get our shit together or remove ETH until it's all patched up. I'm sorry if we've let you down, feel free to withdraw it and take it elsewhere.

Our node couldn't connect for a period and is 1000 blocks behind and as we get synced up they are coming through, I'll see if I can get this credited quicker for you. The previous posts were related to a separate issue where users were depositing from exchanges/smart contracts and our ethereum wallet was not recognizing them.
edit: Check now, everyone should have just received as it just synced up shortly after this post.

I really don't know why but suddenly I see a lot of scam accusations popping up against primedice. Either its being dome by some competitor or is something really wrong?
Earlier everything used to be so smooth, why has primedice started asking for kyc suddenly? Authorities have become strict or dice is turning shady?
Since the domain hijack these things are happening, they locked all the accounts and the accounts with funds were unlocked after filling up the KYC and other verification process, even with 2fa enabled it was difficult for me to verify my details as they wanted to know my past IP addresses which is really impossible to present but i was somehow able to verify my deposit address and the amount of transactions i have made in the site as well as my rolls because i have the tendency to record everything whenever i gamble. That might not be the case with every users and they will find it difficult and so does these accusations i guess. This user in question was linked by fingerprint to a user who defrauded PD out of a significant sum of money. Given that, their account had a flag on it before they even made a deposit. We asked for ID and the user provided an identity we believed wasn’t theirs. We wanted to have a phone call with them to try and clear this up and after many delays they agreed. It was clear they had found a non-involved girl talk to us who didn’t seem to know anything about primedice or bitcoin. That violated our terms but obviously that isn't why we held the withdrawal, we held it for the reason originally stated. I'd like to stop this right here and make clear that this is not a matter of money but rather a matter of principle. I'm happy to donate at minimum the funds involved in this claim to a charity of the community's choosing. The trust of this community is not something we take for granted and is why we elected to post here to further explain this unusual situation. |

Isn't it wallet-related problem? I read in the FAQs of the wallet I'm using that "Transactions sent from smart contracts are structured differently than those sent from externally-owned ETH accounts. Because of this, some external ETH wallets are not able to pick up transactions from smart contracts", most of my friends with the same concern is using the same wallet/exchange (coins.ph). I tried to deposit using ShapeShift and it was credited immediately, so I assume this is wallet-related problem. That should be fine, our ETH blocks were falling out of sync for some reason. Any chances of currencies like byeballs getting induced to the site? What qualifications aare you people looking for in a coin to be accepted on PD?
Are you just interested in the public interest of the coin or do you realize the potential this coin has?
We're mainly focusing on coins that our users are most interested in and probably won't be adding tons of altcoins but we remain open to coins which have significant merit. |

That's awful man, sorry to hear it! It's good that you at least shared this so it can serve as a warning for the rest of us. Move your coins to a new wallet before using your private key to claim forked coins. Where did you find the client that stole your coins?

Quietly, Ethereum is now accepted in Stake...
You don't have to use ShapeShift anymore, just deposit directly ETH on you account, and play directly using ETH (it is not converted to BTC).
Finally Now Ethereum lovers will be able to bet with Their favorite coin "Ethereum" ❤️. The Fees and minimum amount of Withdrawal of Ethereum is pretty fair and reasonable on the site. There are also some small updates i noticed in the site like the loading screen has been replaced with game icons instead of "Gary walking" which gives a stylish look to the site. Wish we will see more alt-coins in the site in near future.  P.S. Is there any plan to add any exchanger on the site? We're considering offering exchange. Litecoin won our user poll for most desired coin for Stake and will be the next to be implemented! Let me know if you have any questions about Ethereum on stake. You cannot currently generate deposit addresses due to a networking issue. We should have this resolved soon, if you made a deposit it will automatically credit afterwards.

We're shifting gears back into game development. When we launched stake it was our goal to release a new game each month, and since launch we have launched zero new games. However, we want to really push the envelope and build unique a unique product instead of cranking out coinflip style games. We're working on a really special game which is unlike anything you've ever seen on a gambling site. I don't want to spoil too much, but it's a battle royale style game where winner takes all.
