Day 25 Ranking

Top 3 remained strong. Carlisle1 4-day positive points streak ended today. Middle ranks were shaking with lesser ties. Next matches will be posted tomorrow.

On other sports which deserved huge applause. We have a new world boxing champion in Johnriel Casimero. He earned the WBO bantamweight strap yesterday scoring a 3rd round stoppage over former long time champion Zolani Tete at Birmingham, England. In the SEA Games, the Philippines also started very strong on the medal tally race. Happy weekdays everyone. Stay positive. Grin

Important reminder:
NO NEW PARTICIPANTS AFTER DAY 30 MATCHES

With regards to the 60-day elimination round. Let us not accept any new participants after day 30 matches. It diminishes the spirit of the game. The possibility that most of the participants will continue to have low scores but were able to survive elimination, it is a good accomplishment already and they deserved the rights to fight for the top 10. We cannot allow new participants to just hopped in, take advantage and try their luck in the late stage of the elimination period.

This additional rule also means that those below the top 10 ranks need to step up. It is either they face the risk of elimination in order to reach the top 10 or stay below top 10 which doesn't make any sense. Remember, top 10 participants if feeling safe can stop predicting and hold on with their points. But for those trying to top the ranking in the First Stage, they do have an advantage during the Final Stage.

***In case of a tie in the runner ups, the First Stage ranking acts as the tie-breaker.

ONLY TOP 10 RANKED PARTICIPANTS LEFT IN THE GAME ENDS THE FIRST STAGE BEFORE 60 DAYS

Because the championship round or the final stage matters most. So if only the top 10 players remained in the game, they can stop predicting and just hold on with their points. So we would rather end the First Stage early and proceed to the final and championship round.

In case of inactive participants as the only remaining survivors outside the top 10, they will be informed thru pm with a deadline if they want to continue.

I hope this newly added mechanics of the game simplifies and clarifies everything.

My first bet here in Cloudbet. I went all in to Philadelphia 76ers -6.5. Game result;

Knicks 95
76ers 101

Philly only won with a 6 points lead. That 0.5 difference hurts.😭 But thanks for the nice odds.

Welcome aboard Inthelongrun,

Seems like the spread was pretty much dead-on. Better luck next time, we are offering a Featured NBA Game every day with reduced juice so plenty of chances to keep betting on the Hoops with great odds.

Full details here

Thanks for the welcome. Do you have plans to add e-sports in your market? E-sports is growing very fast and many of its tournaments and prize pools are also becoming bigger especially DOTA 2. DOTA 2 (my favorite on e-sports), LoL, CS:GO and ML would be nice additions in the near future.
3483  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ESPORTS - predictions and tips (Dota 2, CS:GO, LoL) on: December 01, 2019, 05:18:32 PM
[CS:GO] My pick for ESC Season 8 grand finals:

Astralis - Liquid: Liquid 1.5, 1.53 @ BETSLIP

Match is BO3. Very low odds on Astralis ML, around 1.35 - 1.40, so i decided to go with Liquid +1.5 handicap, i think they can pull off 1 map for sure, even tho Astralis is big big favourite for another ECS title.

Congrats on your wins mate. Been busy lately and wasn't able to catch some of your tips. I got this one at 1.64, again at Sportsbet. I am currently 1-0 (win-loss) with 0.44 (odds) gains.

Do you also play Dota 2, CS:GO and LoL?

Good luck on our bets and may the gods of luck be with us. Grin

Guys, you should watch this interview https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eOXFH0f9kp4

I think Ruiz mentally more prepared than Joshua. On minutes 09:48, he believes that AJ quit the last match. What do you think?

Ruiz has the higher confidence in this rematch since he already stopped AJ on their first encounter. And this is an immediate rematch. AJ dared without a break nor tune ups which is very risky career wise. But I don't think AJ quit on their first encounter. It was the referee that stopped it.

3489  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2019/20 on: November 30, 2019, 05:09:12 AM
Do I have to remind how last El Clasico without Messi ended? Smiley. But yeah, in long term it would hurt us a lot, even with Messi Barca is far from perfect football.
but you need to realize that Messi will not be able to play in other clubs, maybe he will spend his time playing football just for Barcelona, as I know he has no talent for playing other than in the Spanish League. unlike other Star players.  Tongue
What made you say that? Messi is loyal to Barcelona but we don't know maybe 2 years from now he will be released in favor of a younger star. But I don't think Messi has no talent playing with other teams. The guy is a legend. If Ronaldo did well at Juventus then Messi can do it too.

while Real Madrid will face 4 matches that might be said to be easier than Barcelona's opponents.

vs Alaves
vs Espanyol
vs Club Brugge
vs Valencia

here I thought that the El-Clasico match would later be won by Real Madrid.

what about your prediction?
Those teams may look easy but they sometimes give Real Madrid hard time, so iwoudn't be so quick to conclude that Real Madrid have easy fixtures before El Clasico.

For the Clasico Match i am going to predict a stalemate with goals... 1 all  or 2 all.

Real Madrid is struggling so it won't be that easy.  I think Barcelona got this.

Cloudbet has been offering reduced margins on the three main game markets for a featured NBA game every day since the end of October, which means we are pretty much the best price around for those games. Tonight the featured game is Spurs vs Clippers with a sub 2% margin, which is very competitive.

We're going to continue until Christmas Day. I'd be happy to pass on suggestions as to what games to feature in future if there was a strong opinion on here.

The detail is in this article and current list of featured games below.

Thanks for sharing. I am looking at Clippers vs Spurs and you got nice spreads there Cloudbet. I am tempted to open an account right now so I can have more choices.

As for the games to feature in the future, I am fine with any of them as I am following them all as much as possible. Today I am looking for around 8 total bets.
3493  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: November 29, 2019, 04:37:33 PM
I am hyped on the Nets hosting the rematch with Celtics but Kyrie Irving still not playing is reducing its potential of a possible super game. Is Kyrie still not healthy or he and the Nets team just wanted to let him rest more and not tolerate on the trending Celtics fans criticisms. I am happy with Celtics current run but those taunting posters in Boston should not be tolerated. I now wanted Kyrie and the Nets to perform better than the Celtics this season.
They can outperform Celtics if KD is there to help them. But right now it's too difficult for the Nets even Kyrie will play and help them up. The current Celtics do have a good chemistry and they are showing everything to impress the fans and make their presence to this league being noticed and being followed by those loyal fans.

This regular season, Boston Celtics will be favorite to have higher ranking than Brooklyn. But Kyrie can offset that if Brooklyn can enter playoffs. Kyrie has a ring and the experience so they may pull an upset over Boston if they happen to meet.

KD is not expected to return this whole NBA season.

I was so busy for our upcoming competition for Robotics at school that's why I wasn't able to come up with a crazy idea yesterday, and actually even now I wasn't so sure about a thing so here's a little bit easy for all of you.

What if you have a kid on the house and you're currently making bets online and you accidentally have a phone call or what so ever thing you might do on that time and suddenly the kid mistook it for some fancy game and make bets on his/her own, would you be upset and get angry to the kid? Or would you rather trust a child's play on this scenario?

Due to our late discussion, thread will be open until Saturday.

Regardless of a win or loss by the child betting, i will call it a carelessness by the parents who left the gambling game unattended. The children are not to blame and they should not be beaten for this.
If the parents loss by this act, they will remember this and it will be a good lesson learnt for them.

I take this as my answer too. Whatever behavior the child has, parents were the ones molding it. And if it is was a special child or something, then we still took full responsibility on that betting lost as the child didn't knew the effects of its deeds.

That NBA Streak ended too early. I was too busy on other stuffs. I was thinking of creating an account on FortuneJack just because of my interest on that NBA streak. Maybe they will open that promo again soon.

By the way. I am starting to open an account now but these promotions of free spins and 110% first deposit bonus stopped me. These promotions are baits and imo misleading. Did you guys experienced withdrawing? Or you lost all your funds? I didn't finish reading the terms on these newbie and first deposit bonuses because I heard and read many of them on other websites. Minimum of 40 bets in order to withdraw the bonus winnings. Deposited money at stake first before the bonus. Minimum odds and limited number of days to utilize the bonus. Tired of them. Cheesy
3497  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How Much Money You Need To Win To Stop gambling, Is This Possible. on: November 29, 2019, 06:52:02 AM
I don't think there is a maximum amount of profit earned for me to consider stopping my gambling activities. There are no issues on gambling unless someone is doing it excessively and affects life in a negative way. And I understand clearly that I cannot become rich thru gambling. Watching games with bets will make it more exciting and fun. Playing games in casinos is fun. The most important reminder here is that we should know our limitations.
