Link to zip file containing the 24 MP3 PM'd.

Hope you do good on your seminar.
3542  Economy / Services / Re: 3BTC bounty: convert these youtubes to mp3 TODAY on: July 04, 2012, 01:25:39 PM
Uploading them right now.

All of the 24 videos. I managed to fix the links on the OP.
3543  Economy / Goods / Re: Anonymous Instant Reloadable VISA card on: July 04, 2012, 10:37:21 AM
Wait, I hadn't paid enough attention, you can only load this card with a bank transfer (SEPA or other)? Not with bitcoins?

If that's the case, then it's definitely not anonymous. Bank transfers are never anonymous, they are always traceable....

Choose an exchange which doesn't ask you for documents and do a SEPA transfer from there.
Remember, the limits on the card will never make you hit any AML requirements.

I charged mine completely anonymously, making a throw away account at an European exchange.
Going to refrain myself from saying which exchange it was, ofcourse.

Lastly, there is some sort of Pirate fan club going on here, where everyone else is bashed in a sort of group thinking, or alternatively sarcastic "jokes" are spammed to hide/annoy any critics. Reminds me of May/June 2011.
I knew that something was familiar here, but I just couldn't put my finger on it. Thanks!

This is an open request to Maged, Theymos and the rest of the mods..

If you truly believe Pirate to be a scammer, then label him as much.  Show us the evidence just like you do with the other scammers.  Otherwise, you're just being a hypocrite and we shouldn't trust you anymore.
No. It is almost impossible to get a scammer tag here unless you've actually completed a scam against someone. Pirate hasn't (yet).

You don't need to trust me, but you should trust the tag. Scammer tags have to be approved by at least one trusted member and an administrator.

Having the moderators going around saying "I think this is bad" but not actually doing anything is a bunch of crap.  Stand behind what you say or don't say it.

I haven't seen any Moderator speaking as a Moderator. So far I've only see normal, personal posts. Are you trying to say Moderators can't have an opinion and speak freely about the things they believe, or don't believe?
That wasn't what I was told when i accepted the job, or else I wouldn't have accepted it.
3545  Economy / Goods / Re: Anonymous Instant Reloadable VISA card on: July 03, 2012, 06:07:18 PM
DeanC, can you please PM me when the EUR cards are available again?
Need 2 of them.
3546  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: 5BTC bounty for best new website logo. Now a 10BTC bounty!!! on: July 03, 2012, 05:34:22 PM
matthewh3, you better make a decision.
You made a lot of people lose time trying to make a logo for you and you don't even say if you like the designs or not.
That is not fair to anyone here. Make up your mind or close the bounty. But if you close it, I'll be sure to do everything in my power to get tag you a scammer.
Changing the rules at the middle of the thread is a no go.
3547  Other / Meta / Re: Independent scam investigations on: July 03, 2012, 02:49:19 PM
Okay, I've thrown a very basic website together, basically just a place to explain what we do and to list known scammers, accept donations and with a contact page. Anyone other than Maged interested in participating?

Count me in, edd.
3548  Other / Meta / Re: Independent scam investigations on: July 03, 2012, 02:30:53 PM
We definitely are having issues with scammer cases at the moment. There's several that need to be looked into, that can't be determined just from reading a thread or two. Maged was the only mod really doing them, now that he's not there's nobody doing it. It's a lot of time and effort to ask someone to do for free. It might be a decent business idea. Insurance/collection agency type thing, where if you pass certain standards when performing a trade (getting enough info/using escrow/whatever) then they will guarantee to buy your debt for a percentage fee and collect themselves/pursue scammer tag. If appropriate precautions are taken a scammer tag should be a certainty in the majority of cases.

And that's not theymos being an ass, he's always been short and to the point. It helps if you think of him as a robot. An anarchist robot.  Wink

And yeah bans for scammers ain't gonna happen, don't even ask. Besides, banning them would just ensure they'll never pay their debts.

That surely explains the tone of PM's I got from him months ago. I took it personally, but let it pass. Thanks for bringing that to my attention, BadBear. I have great respect for theymos, and all the ribbing I do at his expense is just that--ribbing/joking.

~Bruno~

See, that's the problem most people have. They tend to hear tone in written words, where there is simply no tone, just a message being passed.

I'm accused of being an asshole at least 2 times every day because of that same thing.
I'm hoping that people will stop reading emotions on written words when there are none. But I can really just hope, I know it won't happen anytime soon.

You should use a nick that doesn't require copy/paste to get right, hhm k?

You made me sad, psy. I hope you're satisfied now. You're mean.

Your's quite easy to get actually. Just the nicks who sound like Russian scammers are hard Grin

Doesn't really wish to listen to all other interviews lol
3551  Economy / Goods / Re: Anonymous Instant Reloadable VISA card on: July 03, 2012, 12:13:38 PM
Limits are:
From the ATM you can withdraw up to 500pln or 150eur or 130gbp or 200usd per day.

And you can have up to 3000pln or 2500eur or 2100gbp or 3500usd at one time.

And you can have up to 10000pln or 2500eur or 2100gbp or 3500usd per yer per 1 card.

And per 1 day you can pay on the internet up to 500pln or 1000eur or 800gbp or 1300usd.

If the cards are truly anonymous, an individual may have as many cards as he wants. What's the point of these limits then?

Charging fees, that's the point of those limits lol
3552  Economy / Goods / Re: Anonymous Instant Reloadable VISA card on: July 03, 2012, 11:08:25 AM

I would care more about stupid forum admins who block entire IP ranges... The talkgold admin just successfully kept 90% of the portuguese internet users out of his forum lol
But he doesn't block hidemyass.com which is a know proxy site. Very clever indeed Roll Eyes

lol, well that's surprising, there are few forums i've seen less moderated than that one, it's filled with scam threads where the starting poster wasn't banned or even signalled out by the admins Smiley

I guess some portuguese went there to call out a scam and the admin didn't liked it, so he blocked us all out lol
3553  Bitcoin / Armory / Re: Armory - Discussion Thread on: July 03, 2012, 10:59:23 AM
Now you just need to make the cration of links to be possible with a little json-RPC magic and you have a winner lol

A watch only wallet, with armory running as a daemon on a server would solve a lot of the security problems webservices face with bitcoin Wink

That scrennshot tells me nothing.

Tx id's do tell the story, screenshots are nothing more than noise. Especially when you name your address "wall3t" instead of showing it.

The blockchain doesn't lie. Incredible, isn't it?

Also, do you even realise that there is no transaction with that value on the address that you say the 2cents are missing, so, it can't be the same address?

How about you go to your Bitcoin client options and mark the checkbox that says "Show addresses in tx list"?
Then you'll see that the address you so conveniently call "wall3t" is this one: 1Jc9rBK9UcBDFczSiR6sCn3KAZaKeNCvuY

Also: STOP LABELING ALL YOUR ADDRESSES WITH "wall3t"!
FFS... Roll Eyes

I didn't know you could do that, chill out.

http://oi50.tinypic.com/j754j9.jpg

I'm not some scammer trying to get two cents here, I'm just saying that personally, as a newer individual in this whole Bitcoin thing, I'm curious why only .52 was received if the Blockchain says it's .78. I could give a rats ass about actually receiving it, but in the interest of future investors (myself included) in your beloved currency I feel there's a need for an explanation as to why/how coins were skimped in this case.

That's all I'm asking, what happened to them?

1- I'm chilled out, what makes you think I'm not?
2- I never said you are a scammer or that you were trying to scam 2 bitcents (lol?)
3- My beloved currency is working just great. This is a clear cut case of a user not knowing how to read, sorry to break the bad news to you.
4- You are still confusing the 0.052 transaction with the 0.078, despite being told already they are not the same and now you can even see for yourself they aren't the same since you already have the address next to the label, which only further enhances my previous point.
5- Try typing, or even copy/pasting 1LtYUNi4sjNEtJtRdqgstbngKxhtAtX95R on that text field of your Bitcoin client that says "Enter address or label to search" and you'll see the transaction there, even without the need for scrolling.

No, Vandroiy, you don't remember me from pro-pirate posts.
If you open your eyes, and who know, maybe open your mind, you'll probably remember me from anti-bullshit posts, not pro-this or pro-that posts.

Maybe Bitcoin Porn's avatar still works because he didn't went to his profile page and saved it in the meantime...
Hell, that guy hasn't been active here for months.
If you hadn't gone and change your sig, your avatar would still be working Wink

I swear that I didn't go to my profile page to try to change my avatar. I only went there to see why if it was no longer there and then tried to upload it again.

Seriously, can we no longer upload animated GIF's?

Thanks for taking the time to address my questions and concerns, psy.

~Bruno~

No, and it has been like that for months.
It doesn't meatter what yiu changed in your profile page, as long as you press save it will be a new save, so anything that isn't allowed will be converted to the new format.
For instance, if you had an image in your sig it would remain there, but if you went to your profile to do something elese, or even do nothing, if you pressed the save nutton it would remove the image you had on your sig.

Reputation ....... it's created by what you do.

Would that include being more likely to get a response to an attack from someone who you have no dealings with vs that of an honest question put forth by someone who trusts you with an investment ?

If you have a problem with what I respond to in-thread you can always contact me directly.

Speaking about that, would you be kind enough to rate me on OTC?
I would like to rate you, but before i have some ratings I can't do it. Nor to you or to any of the others I've done business with before.

Thank you. You've been very kind to me so far.
