Do you have a countdown or estimate for when mining will start?

Also selling early masternodes always raises flags for me. There is a risk that the project momentum dissappears after the 'presale' of masternodes as that is where all the money is for developers. What makes lumocoin different and have longevity?

Awesome! Is there any way to quickly see which pool or address ended up mining the mega block? I mean, I can look at my wallet to see if there is a bump but outside of that something on the website could be a good idea.

Yea at the early stages it is good to have official mining pool from dev, or at least ones that have been checked in some way to ensure everything is in order.

How long exactly? Their bitcointalk initial announcement came out ages ago so if it only finished up recently, that is a massive length of time for an ICO!

Great stuff! Love your work keep posting on twitter or wherever your preferred 'sharing' type platform is. You don't necessarily have to be everywhere, but if you say that most of your updates will be on twitter, medium, telegram, here, or wherever, then the community will follow that channel

Well they cant just keep giving out 'free' coins and expect the value to increase. People (which probably includes you!) just dump their airdrops and don't stick around and build up the project from a ground level.

Airdrops are good for awareness raising but that's about it.

Is this new algo a brand new algo not used by any other coins?

If so, that is a marketing feature for asic resistance! Well, at least initially.

Can this algo be adopted by other coins or is it python specific? If it can't be used by other coins, then that should reduce chance of asics being developed for that algo.

Sounds great! Maybe one of the bounties could be an 'exchange donation' bounty, where people voluntarily donate some Genx, or other coin (could even just be a bit of what they got airdropped!) into an address/account, and the value of selling those coins contributes to the listing of a community nominated/voted on another exchange like a cryptopia or something like that.

And anyone who contributes over a certain amount gets listed on a 'thank yous' board on your website with a free slot to put in an image or link to their business if they have one (since Genx is going down the adoption angle).

I feel like there is enough of a community goodwill that this might get some traction, particularly after all these large airdrops that had sensible prerequisites. 

So ICO finishes up on 10 October? It has been extended once already but hopefully it will be finalised asap and they can get to releasing products.

They are very light on providing updates on twitter, bitcointalk etc.

I mean, even a once a week update on how things are going, what is being developed, challenges of delivering and so on would help put people at ease.

Yea 5 AD is pretty large! After airdrops next step is probably a bounty campaign through signatures or article writing. Something like that to increase awareness.

They are currently listed on tradesatoshi, which is a great exchange. A decent amount of volume going through there.

Plus if you go on too many exchanges, the trading gets spread too thin. A couple of good exchanges is the way to go.

Most node host services for zen are part of the community and zen is purposefully set up in a way that you don't need to share your private key to use these services, so your funds are safe.

I've been using 'cryptonode' and no complaints. Provided payment for hosting with zen, and node payments have been coming through no problem

There are some node hosting services that work pretty well. Chainsaw ninja and cryptonode just to name a couple.

All you need is the prerequisite number of zen in a pubkic wallet address and you're good to go.

Probably to align with the length of time for the ICO.

The ICO was extended, so their marketing campaign or bounty was also extended.

This entire thread is frustrating and misses the point of this forum.

This forum is not designed to make you money. It is not a charity. Spamming bitcointalk and joining 50 bounties randomly on telegram or wherever, hoping that they increase in value, and talking about how many hours you spend spamming to achieve your bounty quotas is not the point of this forum.

Sure, join a bounty or even two based on projects you believe in, but joining everything and ruining this forum with your spam is terrible. Most people here don't understand a thing about bitcoin, blockchain or altcoins.

I sincerely hope bounty campaign managers make it more difficult to join bounties, or only reward users who don't post mindless rubbish. There are so many accounts here that should be banned.
