How long have you been running Leonardo continuously?
I am thinking something is not working right with Leonardo anymore and its miscomunicating with API.
My Leonardo has been running for days and I was having the same errors daily lately.
I rebooted Leonardo and it started working fine.
But I still think Bittrex API is crap.
I tend to agree. Could you guys keep an eye on the situation? How often does it happen? Does leonardo recover itself or do you have to restart it? All the best, Rene |

Hey guys,
Just wanted to let everyone know for leonardo on mac I just woke up to no activity from leonardo all night (i'm guessing since it was on a separate desktop?) and then when i tabbed back over to it - it made 3 buys all at the top of the bollinger band. So, kind of got screwed with that. Hopefully someone can look into it.

@Margin team, I have another suggestion for a future release: keep the market depth open when we switch to a different time period. Everytime I switch periods, I have to drag the chart window to reveal the market depth again. It should be saved together with the other indicators and layout choices.

My Raspberry setup is running without issues and crashes for the last days 24/7.
One market (Bitstamp) with six open pairs, three of them running Margin Bot.
Had some crashes last month, but Christian from support helped me and after installing swapspace, everything is stable.

I'd like to make a suggestion: identify, either on the chart (e.g. on the tooltip of the buy/sell arrows), or/and on the completed trades table (e.g. by a new column), which strategy (bot) made which trade (or "manual" if it was a manual trade).
If we are running more than one bot in a single pair, it becomes hard to identify to which one the buys and sells relate to. Digging into the logs may help, but of course not practical at all (specially if they are gone from the UI, which would require opening the log file itself).
We completely agree with this. Just a matter of resources. But we will get to it. Thanks for the suggestion. Jonathan |

FYI Devs, the Kraken version is not factoring in transaction fees on trades when calculating effective gains (it always shows 2 x 0%). Probably should set this as 0.26% (as this is the highest transaction fee they charge). Thanks!

Have you tried Bollinger Band on Kraken EOS/XBT? I have not been able to sell on that pair since the 4th, the bot always dies, I have 24hour, 6hour and 1week bots running on that pair to see what happens, no matter what any bot that goes to sell stops. Anyone having issues with the Binance API/Secret keys?
The marginsoftware guys have reset my api, 3-4 times now and still no go.
I keep getting "the secret key u gave is not registered to this product". Which would leave u to believe that i just got the key wrong, but after the 4th time of submitting my partical key on the registration page, i put everything in notepad, just so I could be sure, I know bad idea, but had to be sure i was using right keys.
I know Binance have had their issues the past couple of days, but i created new api and secret keys after everything was back up and I still get the error from the s/w download from marginsoftware.

Heya guys... I have a question. I'm owner of a ultra license and have registered four exchanges up to today. I'm actually using the newest 3.8 release on those four, from which one (bittrex) is still unusable up to today. I'm now thinking about adding kraken and binance to my "portfolio" and began to wonder, how this licensing thing will go on in the long run. I looked at your page and found that you write, the ultra license includes 7 exchanges, which clarified it a bit for me at least. So .. now the real question. What should we (ultra license owners) expect in the future when new exchanges are added? I imagine, i can just add 3 more exchanges to my existing 4, which might fill all seven slots. If i want to add another exchange, do i (or do we) need to buy another license slot?  I don't wanna rant about that, i'm just a bit curious about it. oh any btw, any news on the bittrex situation?
