401  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China implements new strict controls on Cryptocurrency on: November 28, 2019, 08:27:26 AM
I still don't want to associate or believe that it is this same news that caused the price of Bitcoin to go down. But as you know it, people will believe anything as the cause of Bitcoin price dip, especially when it has to do with China. Normally people associating the blockchain technology with cryptocurrency is a normal thing.
The blockchain technology became popular because of the cryptocurrency; not much about it was known till Bitcoin into the light.
402  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [What IF] Part 7 on: November 28, 2019, 04:29:39 AM
So far the amount there is not much, I won't get upset with the kid because children are known to do awkward things in an innocent way without intentions.
Moreover, a child playing the bets is more like a version of an inexperienced me when I started out gambling newly. There is no sudden luck as there is no strategy when playing it. But what I won't support in anyway is letting my kids to learn gambling or tamper with it again.
403  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin prices are dropping too much... on: November 27, 2019, 08:19:14 PM
If you are expecting an exact answers to your questions then I'm sorry you won't find any. Moreover, any exact figure or date given here by any member is also an estimation and prediction.
The truth still remains that nobody knows the direction the cryptocurrency market will turn to. It might go up suddenly and it might go down again. Just know that the future is bright and there is a high possible price increase in the future.
404  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Real reasons to Why do you gamble? on: November 27, 2019, 01:06:42 PM
For many of use here it's simply because of the hope of having a bigger win. Though some will come out to say that it's all about having fun from it but the truth still remains that 0.1% percent of people gamble just for fun alone. Though, as they gamble, they can possibly have fun along the line but it can never be the sole purpose.
And another reason is that many of us here gamble with the paid signatures money. Because the money is not coming from our pocket, we kinda put it back into the gambling site.
405  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you have control or not? on: November 22, 2019, 11:43:54 PM
By "simply" the urge of not playing or gambling everyday. The truth is, psychologically, whatever a person do everyday sticks with them and becomes a better part of them that can be difficult to resist.
When gambling becomes a daily habit to you and better part of you, you become addicted. I have followed this little trick by playing ones a month and it works well for me. Though it may not be easy to stop or simple to apply but with self will m, it becomes possible.
406  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If Bitcoin never goes past 5-10KUSD again, what is the best action? on: November 22, 2019, 10:58:24 PM
Still hold!
Never panic sell as price dip is always a phase and Bitcoin will always cross it. I think you should checkout the chart and price of this year alone, I believe it will motivate you. Price was around 3k yet it still went up to the present price we are seeing now. It is just a matter of time before Bitcoin will pump again. Though don't expect it this year. Moreover, what we are hoping for is more adoption as it equals price increase and usage.
407  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: Complete KYC to get Ultra coin tokens on: November 22, 2019, 10:29:27 PM
I will advise anyone that want to try this should know that they are in one way or the another putting themselves in one hidden risk or another. (not saying the project is fake though)
There is no free money on earth if there was, many people won't have been homeless today.  With how enlightened many people are now, submitting your identity online for a free token that you don't know if it will hit the market or survive the race is a huge cyber mistake.
408  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why are you gambling? on: November 22, 2019, 09:33:04 PM
Some people are always claiming they are gambling just for the fun, passing out time or because they enjoy it. But the truth remains that a bigger majority of the people who gamble are in it because of the money and hoping they will win big.
I gamble because I love to win some coin but along the line I enjoy it as I do. Its also good you enjoy your game as you play it because it creates good possibilities of winning too.
409  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do expert traders hide their loses? on: November 22, 2019, 08:44:57 PM
Check properly, most of all those self proclaimed expert are always trying to sell something. They are either selling a method, a guide or even an over hyped blue print. This is more of the reason why they are hiding their loses to their followers. It's a simple trick, they show their followers more of their winnings and give praises to the guide he is selling.
The followers salivate of wining like them, and buy the guide...

410  Economy / Speculation / Re: No need to PANIC! on: November 22, 2019, 07:58:20 PM
People always use to forget this popular saying: "Red is green!"
I see every price dip as an opportunity and even if I don't buy during the dip, I am not foolish enough to sell.  The price is around $7k, so? At least it's way better than what it was at the beginning of the year. I guess what contribute to those panicking is that the year is ending, so they expect a price pump. They are forgetting it doesn't always work that way.
411  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When the market goes down remember this... on: November 22, 2019, 05:48:24 PM
A few of people within my circle has been under stress and complaining bitterly about the price drop in Bitcoin. I have been telling them to claim down and seize the opportunity but they won't listen.
Though they are traders and I can understand why they are like that, I guess its because they bought when the price is high. But hey, everyday can't be merry, this is one of those days that need investors need to start hodling till price difference.
412  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Government Could Shutdown Bitcoin? on: November 22, 2019, 02:17:44 PM
I think more of the way this will be possible is if a good quality of Bitcoin are being purchased and manipulated by the government but it will cost them so much. I was thinking the only way governments can shutdown Bitcoin is by banning it and putting a strict threat to anyone who use and purchases it in their country.
Moreover if the price of Bitcoin go down to 1k, a lot of people will panic terribly .
413  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your best investment in crypto since 2018 on: November 22, 2019, 12:54:29 PM
So far, I think my best investment will still remain as Bitcoin. So far, all the ICOs which I invested in are somewhat useless. I am super glad I sold them before they become more tragic than before. I sold them and put more into Bitcoin and few little ones in the top listed altcoins. Truly, it's the best discussion I have ever made.
414  Economy / Economics / Re: Does China Control Bitcoin? on: November 22, 2019, 04:55:42 AM
Indirectly China not control of bitcoin and altcoin price but they have power how to make bitcoin can up to higher price and make down with lower price, just last few weeks ago where bitcoin have higher price after announcing bitcoin become legal currency transaction there by China government. Without have effect bitcoin support need from China to make their price on the top and keep higher price always.

They actually don't whether directly or indirectly but people are making it seems like so. It's unfortunate that people let  certain types of news to become dominate and control things, and this issue of Bitcoin and China is one of it. Whey many believe this hype is because China has a lot of population so it adoption and rejection 'may' cause Bitcoin price.
415  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The secret of gambling? on: November 21, 2019, 09:25:39 PM
There's no secret on gambling because the main factor on this is luck. Probably every game, luck is existing and not all of the players have luck on their side. Gambling is very mysterious and it's very difficult to predict every game.

Having a discipline is also a factor but I can't say it's a secret on gambling because it's a character we should apply on ourselves.
I agree with you. Maybe only for safe bets we can take a little profit from our bets. For example we want to bet in football when the position has reached 3-0 between a strong team with a weak team. this will most likely be profitable. So all that's left is to prepare a balance to wait for a match like this. So in this case the gambling secret is to provide a rather large balance to place a bet on the match.

Good laid out point.
Though, it's still results to same thing which is both stated, there us no secret in it.
Using your example to elaborate, If one can learn to place sport bet strategically, then they are sure to win. There is no hidden secret there.
416  Economy / Economics / Re: What are some not so obvious things that damage a country's economy? on: November 21, 2019, 07:59:14 PM
What are other things that we can change that will affect the economy in a positive way?
I think overvaluation of worthless things can lead the economy downhill... It's very common nowadays, for an example the overvaluation of worthless culture: movies, music, tv shows, behaviors. Countries that go this way renounce their potential to produce good content to export it to the world.
They lose their status and become a second or third class country. The content they produce will be priceless, reflecting on the economy results. Sadly even very advanced countries are committing these mistakes.

I think this one of the problem that almost every country have but still yet these are most of the things that makes them unique in their own way. The best way to resolve this to make a significant balance in every thing.
By this, the country can not loss it identity, fun part or what makes them stand out.
417  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin STILL Good Investment? (Think Again) on: November 21, 2019, 05:37:43 PM
This video makes the case why Bitcoin is in my opinion not only a good investment but the best investment you can make.

Any additional insights in how to best relate this to those who do not yet own any Bitcoin is appreciated.

It is important we help as many people as possible find safety in this financial climate and $244 trillion global debt crisis.

Thank you

That is if many people will understand this. Surprisingly a lot of people haven't understand the true importance of Bitcoin till now.
They are still being skeptical if they should invest in it till now. Unfortunately, they will start running around buying high when the price of hit thousands.. Its a pity.
418  Economy / Speculation / Re: Newbie looking for advice on: November 21, 2019, 01:53:46 PM
Will join with others who have said this to say, that you should never ever put a bigger or even considerable part of your fund in altcoins. Though you might want to try the first top coins in coin market but don't put all your hopes in it.
Whether you are going all in Bitcoin or a smaller part in altcoins. Do that with money you are willing to forgo.
419  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the weirdest thing you have seen for sale for Bitcoin? on: November 21, 2019, 12:56:01 PM
Hahaha. Funny if I must say.
It's the dark net though what do you expect, all unbelievable things happens there. Its more like the platform where people are fry to be weird.
As for your question, I can't say there have been anything weird similar to that.
My usual worries is when I remember how the early user of Bitcoin spend so much to buy a box of pizza, mind blowing. It makes me think of how huge Bitcoin will be in the future.
420  Economy / Speculation / Re: Day Trading for a Living? on: November 21, 2019, 03:29:19 AM
No matter what anybody may say, i still think that day trading shouldn't be regarded as a living or main source of income. It is simply because shits happen and its more like you are gambling with your money. Why some people are lucky to do this as a source of income and succeed, it might not work for other. It takes training and years of experience to reach to that level where it can be regard as a living and this experiences involve losing lots of money in it. If you have nothing sustaining you during that time, soon enough, you will be on the street.
