401  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Inexpensive power meter on: January 28, 2016, 09:54:19 PM
I use something similar (got LED 7-seg display) with current transformers to monitor the per-leg loads on my hosting panels so I can keep things balanced. Pretty handy.

Got a link or model number? Been wanting to set something up for my electric panel.
402  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: 100 Card GTX 750Ti mining operation on: January 28, 2016, 03:57:26 PM
How many mh/s do these puppies get mining eth, and how much power draw? Might be interested in a few, could combine shipping with valkir's order.

Base on what I found online, should be around 9mh per card and only 75w

Hmm. Not really good. I get 23mh with a 7970/280x for 200w. 6 x 9 = 54mh rig. 23 x 6 = 138mh rig.

I guess if these are priced right it could still be interesting, though.

404  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: DPS-1300BB pinout needed (for voltage control) on: January 27, 2016, 01:29:36 PM
I'd be willing to bet that the pins are the same as the 2000BB:

Let us know if it works. If not, there's a guide on rcgroups showing how to find them.
405  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Large review of Finksy/J4bbrwock server psus compared to ATX psu- photos up on: January 27, 2016, 06:06:06 AM
I have a question about the 4k dual PSU setup.  I was wondering if the fan or fans ever fail for any reason, is there some sort of thermal shutdown for the DPS-2000BB?

Yes, they have thermal protection along with all other possible protections. No need to worry.
406  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: AntMiner S7 Batch 9 Power Draw on: January 27, 2016, 05:36:50 AM
1293w + 10% is a fucking sleezy way to describe power usage. Just list the actual power draw, bitmain. Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

Can I win a Avalon with 5GHs?

No. Take a look at the rules.
411  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: Lifetime pool luck for antpool vs kano.is or why aren't you mining with kano.is on: January 23, 2016, 11:29:31 PM
I honestly don't know why anyone would mine to a shit Chinese pool like antpoo or f2p when you have the choice of mining to a pool like kano.is. Guess stupidity and or ignorance are to blame.

If qctechno doesn't take the switch I'd take it. I'm also in Canada.

Too bad you're in Europe, I'd probably have taken you up on it. Mind posting a picture of the mod you did for power?

Here's mine since technically you didn't say this was limited to one person. Tongue

Of course, I don't expect you to pay out more than 1 bounty. Smiley
419  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [Challenge] 500 MH/s of Scrypt Mining Gear (200LTC at stake) on: January 22, 2016, 04:37:29 PM
Looks like I'm too late.  Smiley I ended up picking that Titan and Alchemist 256 up, and would qualify for the bounty but Tupsu beat me out.

Yup, but OGN please hold on until final confirmation. There's one more piece of info id like him to provide, but it appears he got a 6 cube Titan for $3000. I'm glad you got your gear though, mine LTC.

I'm testing it out on nicehash right now since they're paying pretty well, but once I'm done testing they're going to be pointed here: http://ltc.tbdice.org/index.htm

Set and forget, and hope for good luck. Smiley

ANNNND here's natty being natty. The first thing you can do for proof is update your FW to show you have control over the machines. The reject rate of a Titan should not over .5%. 4% is less 21Mh. I've pm'd you the additional information.

If you can provide the info I'll have OGN release the coin to you.

Edit: or are you just cycling power to your machines, the reject rate goes quite high but your effective rate is still 500mh/s and you bought 550mh for $3000 USD?

I updated firmware to KNC 2.0 firmware

You were running Tarkin's custom firmware before. That's based on 2.0, so really you regressed.
